背景技术

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种清洁机器人,本发明的出水管路独立设置于水箱外部,使得水箱的容量加大,无需频繁加水,延长了工作时间;同时,至少部分出水管路位于尘盒正下方,充分利用尘盒与机体底壁之间的空间,使得机体内各部件布局更紧凑、合理,且更长的出水管路使得对应的清洁单元可以做得更大,增大其工作面积,提高工作效率;出水管路内置在机体中,降低损坏几率,使用寿命延长。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种清洁机器人,包括机体,所述机体上设有尘盒和水箱,所述机体的底部设有清洁单元,所述机体设有出水机构和出水管路,出水机构通过出水管路将水箱中的液 体输出,所述出水管路独立设置在水箱之外,且所述出水管路至少部分位于尘盒的正下方。
为了降低损坏几率,延长使用寿命,所述出水管路位于所述机体的内部。
所述机体的底部设有出水口和与尘盒相连的吸尘口,所述出水口与所述出水管路相连通,设所述清洁机器人的行走方向A为前方,则所述出水口设置在所述吸尘口的后方并与其位置邻近。具体的,所述清洁单元采用抹布组件,所述抹布组件安装在所述水箱的底部,且所述抹布组件至少向前延伸至所述尘盒的正下方。
根据需要,出水管路采用了多种设置方式,在本发明的其中一个实施例中,所述出水管路包括出水软管和出水硬管,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构相连,另一端与出水硬管相连,所述出水硬管上设有出水口。较佳的,所述出水管路包括出水软管、出水硬管和延伸管,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构相连,另一端与出水硬管相连,所述出水硬管的底部设有延伸管,所述延伸管插入所述机体的底壁的通孔内定位,所述延伸管上设有出水口。
其中,所述出水硬管设置在所述尘盒的正下方。
或者,所述出水管路还可以包括出水软管和出水槽,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构相连,另一端与出水槽相连,所述出水槽上设有出水口。
更具体地,所述机体的底壁部分向上延伸形成所述出水槽的侧壁。
所述出水口的设置数量可以为多个,且位于所述出水硬管、延伸管或出水槽端部的出水口的直径大于位于所述出水硬管、延伸管或出水槽中部的出水口的直径。
为了保护或限位出水管路,所述出水管路与所述尘盒之间还设有盖板。
另外,所述机体设有风机组件,所述风机组件设置在所述机体的后侧,所述水箱至少部分位于风机组件的后端。优选的,风机组件位于尘盒与水箱之间。
为了使整机结构更加美观紧凑,所述水箱至少部分包围在所述风机组件的外侧。具体来说,所述水箱包含弧形段箱体,所述弧形段箱体环绕于所述风机组件的外侧。当水箱可拆卸的安装于机体后端时,所述水箱的外侧壁与所述机体的侧壁相对接,水箱底壁与机体底壁相对接。
本发明还提供一种清洁机器人,包括机体,所述机体上设有尘盒和水箱,所述机体的底部设有清洁单元,所述机体设有出水机构和出水管路,所述出水机构通过出水管路将水箱中的液体输出,所述水箱设置在机体的后端,尘盒位于水箱的前方,所述出水管路独立设置在水箱之外,且所述出水管路向前延伸,使得出水管路至少部分位于尘盒的后侧壁的前方。
综上所述,本发明提供一种清洁机器人,出水管路独立设置于水箱外部,使得水箱的容量加大,无需频繁加水,延长了工作时间;同时,至少部分出水管路位于尘盒正下方,充分利用尘盒与机体底壁之间的空间,使得机体内各部件布局更紧凑、合理,而无需机体内额外的空间来容纳出水管路;且更长的出水管路使得对应的抹布组件可以做得更大,增大其工作面积,提高工作效率;出水管路内置在机体中,降低损坏几率,使用寿命延长。
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行详细地说明。

具体实施方式
实施例一
图1为本发明清洁机器人整体结构爆炸图;图2为本发明清洁机器人底部结构示意图之一;图3为本发明实施例一出水管路设置位置示意图;图4为本发明清洁机器人底部结构示意图之二。如图1至图4所示,本发明提供一种清洁机器人,包括机体100,所述机体100上设有尘盒200和水箱300,所述机体100的底部设有清洁单元,所述机体200上设有出水机构310和出水管路,出水机构310通过出水管路将水箱300中的液体输出。按照清洁机器人的作业要求,清洁单元可以包括抹布、刮条、滚刷或边刷等很多种组件,在本实施例中,清洁单元为抹布组件400。如图3并结合图1所示当清洁单元采用抹布组件400时,出水管路将水箱中的水输出到所述抹布组件400中的抹布420上。并且,所述出水管路独立设置在水箱300之外,且所述出水管路至少部分位于尘盒200的正下方。为了降低损坏几率,延长使用寿命,所述出水管路位于所述机体100的内部。出水管路至少部分出水管路位于尘盒正下方,充分利用尘盒与机体底壁之间的空间,使得机体内各部件布局更紧凑、合理,而无需机体内额外的空间来容纳出水管路;且更长的出水管路使得对应的抹布组件可以做得更大,增大其工作面积,使工作效率得到提高。如图2所示,所述机体100的底部设有出水口331和与尘盒200相连的吸尘口210,所述出水口331与所述出水管路相连通。为了能够 快速使抹布润湿,增大抹布的擦拭面积,设所述清洁机器人的行走方向A为前方,则所述出水口331设置在所述吸尘口210的后方并与其位置邻近。在实际应用中,出水口331和吸尘口210之间的设置距离还需要考虑到清洁机器人机体上其他零部件的设置空间,在彼此不干涉的前提下使结构尽可能紧凑。当然,出水口也可以位于抹布组件的前方一小段距离,出水口中的水先滴到地面湿润污垢,然后随着清洁机器人的行进,抹布组件擦拭地面并吸纳污水。较佳的,当抹布组件安装在水箱底部时,所述抹布组件至少向前延伸至尘盒正下方,从而出水口的位置刚好对应抹布组件的前端或出水口稍微位于抹布组件的前方,使得水箱中的水能第一时间打湿抹布组件的前端,且抹布组件做得更大,工作面积增大。为了增大水箱的容量,出水管路内置在述机体100中,独立于水箱300之外,具体来说,部分出水管路可以设置在所述尘盒200的底部正下方。根据需要,出水管路可以采用多种设置方式,如图3所示,在本实施例中,所述出水管路包括出水软管320和出水硬管330,所述出水软管320的一端与出水机构310相连,另一端与出水硬管330相连,所述出水硬管上设有出水口331,通常情况下,出水方向可以朝向抹布组件400中的抹布420。较佳的,所述出水管路包括出水软管、出水硬管和延伸管,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构相连,另一端与出水硬管相连,所述出水硬管的底部设有延伸管,所述延伸管插入所述机体的底壁的通孔内定位,所述延伸管上设有出水口。由于水箱中的水通过延伸管上的出水口直接滴或洒到抹布上,机体底壁等其它部位不存在任何水渍,有效预防机体被水渍造成的电性短路或污水腐蚀。其中,所述出水硬管330设置在所述尘盒200的正下方。所述出水口的设置数量为多个,间隔设置在所述出水硬管330上,且位于所述出水硬管330或延伸管端部的出水口的直径大于位于所述出水硬管或延伸管中部的出水口的直径。为了便于保护,所述出水管路与所述尘盒200之间还设有盖板(图中未示出),具体来说,清洁机器人从底部向上依次包括机体底壁、出水管路、盖板和尘盒。另外需要说明的是,在水箱的出水口和出水机构之间还设有连接管(图中未示出),通常该连接管选择由软管构成,出水机构与水箱之间的连接方式属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。因此,在本实施例中,水流的走向为:从水箱的出水口经连接管、在出水机构的作用下通过出水软管进入出水硬管,再经出水硬管上的出水口输出到抹布上。另外,如图1并结合图4所示,所述机体100上设有风机组件500,所述风机组件500设置在所述机体100的后侧,所述水箱300至少部分位于风机组件500的后端,所述风机组件500位于尘盒200与水箱300之间。为了使整机结构更加美观紧凑,所述水箱300至少部分包围在所述风机组件500的外侧。具体来说,所述水箱300包含弧形段箱体,所述弧 形段箱体环绕于所述风机组件500的外侧。更具体地,当水箱可拆卸的设置在机体后端时,所述水箱300的外侧壁301与所述机体100的侧壁101相对接,所述水箱300的水箱底壁302与所述机体100的机体底壁102相对接。也即水箱的外壁构成机体的侧壁的一部分,使得水箱充分利用了机体的外周空间而仅占有较小的机体内部空间,机体具有更多的内部空间来布局其它部件,如尘盒、风机组件或者驱动轮的驱动组件等等;同时,尘盒侧面抽取式的插接机体后端,使得更容易移除水箱进行加水,而无需翻转机体,从底部拿出水箱来加水。
结合图1至图4所示可知,本发明的出水管路独立设置在水箱300外部,且排布在机体100内部,使得水箱的容量加大,使用者在使用过程中不需要频繁的给水箱加水。另外,由于出水口331位于尘盒200下部,且设置位置贴近吸尘口210,可大大加大抹布420的面积,同时出水口331位于抹布420的最前端,使得清洁机器人在行走过程中,水从抹布的前端开始湿润,更快更有效的实现拖地的功能。再有,同样是由于出水管路独立存在于水箱300外部,内置于机体100内部,用户在频繁使用的过程中,尽管在给水箱300加水时仍然需要将其从机体100内反复拿取,拿取过程不会牵扯到出水管路,使得管路的损坏几率大大降低;同时,水箱300内部由于没有复杂的出水管路存在,使其结构更加简洁,即使频繁使用,出现故障的概率也会更小。
实施例二
在本实施例中,所述出水管路包括出水软管320和出水槽,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构310相连,另一端与出水槽相连,所述出水槽上设有出水口331。为了便于固定,所述机体100的底壁部分向上延伸形成所述出水槽的侧壁。所述出水口331的设置数量为多个,为了确保抹布快速润湿,位于所述出水槽端部的出水口的直径大于位于所述出水槽中部的出水口的直径。同样地,出水管路至少部分设置在所述尘盒200的正下方,为了便于保护,所述出水管与所述尘盒200之间还设有盖板(图中未示出)。同样地,在本实施例中,水箱的出水口和出水机构之间也设有连接管(图中未示出),通常该连接管选择由软管构成,出水机构与水箱之间的连接方式属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。因此,本实施例中水流的走向为:从水箱的出水口经连接管、在出水机构的作用下通过出水软管进入出水槽,再经出水槽和延伸管上的出水口输出到抹布上。
本实施例中的其他技术特征与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例三
本发明还提供一种清洁机器人,包括机体100,所述机体100上设有尘盒200和水箱300,所述机体100的底部设有清洁单元,所述机体100设有出水机构310和出水管路,所述出水机构310通过出水管路将水箱中的液体输出,所述水箱设置在机体的后端,尘盒位于水箱的前方,所述出水管路独立设置在水箱之外,且所述出水管路向前延伸,使得出水管路至少部分位于尘盒的后侧壁的前方。
本实施例中出水管路的设置位置与实施例一和实施例二有所不同,出水管路不再位于尘盒的正下方,而是位于尘盒的后侧壁的前部,来保证出水口的位置与吸尘口相临近,使得抹布组件可以尽量做大。更进一步的,机体上设置的风机组件位于尘盒和水箱之间。
综上所述,本发明提供一种清洁机器人,出水管路独立设置于水箱外部,使得水箱的容量加大,无需频繁加水,延长了工作时间;同时,至少部分出水管路位于尘盒正下方,充分利用尘盒与机体底壁之间的空间,使得机体内各部件布局更紧凑、合理,而无需机体内额外的空间来容纳出水管路;且更长的出水管路使得对应的清洁单元可以做得更大,增大其工作面积,提高工作效率;出水管路内置在机体中,降低损坏几率,使用寿命延长。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种清洁机器人,包括机体(100),所述机体上设有尘盒(200)和水箱(300),所述机体的底部设有清洁单元,所述机体设有出水机构(310)和出水管路,出水机构通过出水管路将水箱中的液体输出,其特征在于,所述出水管路独立设置在水箱之外,且所述出水管路至少部分位于尘盒的正下方。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水管路位于所述机体(100)的内部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述机体(100)的底部设有出水口(331)和与尘盒相连的吸尘口(210),所述出水口与所述出水管路相连通,设所述清洁机器人的行走方向A为前方,则所述出水口设置在所述吸尘口的后方并与其位置邻近。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水管路包括出水软管(320)和出水硬管(330),所述出水软管的一端与出水机构(310)相连,另一端与出水硬管相连,所述出水硬管上设有出水口(331)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水硬管(330)设置在所述尘盒(200)的正下方。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水管路包括出水软管(320)、出水硬管(330)和延伸管,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构(310)相连,另一端与出水硬管相连,所述出水硬管(330)的底部设有延伸管,所述延伸管插入所述机体(100)的底壁的通孔内定位,所述延伸管上设有出水口(331)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水管路包括出水软管(320)和出水槽,所述出水软管的一端与出水机构(310)相连,另一端与出水槽相连,所述出水槽上设有出水口(331)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述机体(100)的底壁部分向上延伸形成所述出水槽的侧壁。
  9. 如权利要求4或6或7所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水口(331)的设置数量为多个,且位于所述出水硬管(330)、延伸管或出水槽端部的出水口的直径大于位于所述出水硬管(330)、延伸管或出水槽中部的出水口的直径。
  10. 如权利要求4或6或7所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述出水管路与所述尘盒(200)之间还设有盖板。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的扫地清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述机体(100)设有风机组件(500),所述风机组件设置在所述机体的后侧,所述水箱(300)至少部分位于风机组件的后端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述水箱(300)至少部分包围在所述风机组件(500)的外侧。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述水箱(300)包含弧形段箱体,所述弧形段箱体环绕于所述风机组件(500)的外侧。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述水箱(300)的外侧壁(301)与所述机体(100)的侧壁(101)相对接,所述水箱的水箱底壁(302)与所述机体的机体底壁(102)相对接。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的扫地清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述风机组件(500)位于尘盒(200)与水箱(300)之间。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于,所述清洁单元采用抹布组件,所述抹布组件安装在所述水箱(300)的底部,且所述抹布组件至少向前延伸至所述尘盒(200)的正下方。
  17. 一种清洁机器人,包括机体(100),所述机体上设有尘盒(200)和水箱(300),所述机体的底部设有清洁单元,所述机体设有出水机构(310)和出水管路,所述出水机构通过出水管路将水箱中的液体输出,其特征在于,所述水箱设置在机体的后端,尘盒位于水箱的前方,所述出水管路独立设置在水箱之外,且所述出水管路向前延伸,使得出水管路至少部分位于尘盒的后侧壁的前方。
