- 如权利要求18~20任一项所述的方法,其中,当所述网络侧设备接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息时,所述网络侧设备接收所述UE上报的每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者当所述网络侧设备接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息时,所述网络侧设备接收所述UE分别上报的每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述第一BSR MAC CE、第二BSR MAC CE以及第三BSR MAC CE对应的MAC子头中均携带有逻辑信道标识LCID和/或长度域指示信息。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:所述网络侧设备为所述UE配置逻辑信道和载波的映射关系。
- 一种用户终端UE,包括:判断模块,用于判断所述UE是否满足缓冲区状态上报触发条件;上报模块,用于若所述UE满足所述缓冲区状态上报触发条件,向网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息分别独立上报。
- 如权利要求25所述的UE,其中,所述判断模块判断所述UE是否满足缓冲区状态上报触发条件,包括:当网络侧设备针对所述UE的至少一个承载配置/激活或者去配置/去激活数据包复制模式时,所述判断模块确定所述UE满足所述缓冲区状态上报触发条件;或者当所述UE的至少一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态差值超过预设门限时,所述判断模块确定所述UE满足所 述缓冲区状态上报触发条件。
- 如权利要求25所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块,用于通过第一缓存状态上报媒体接入控制单元BSR MAC CE向所述网络侧设备上报所述UE对应的所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的承载的缓冲区状态信息;或者用于通过第二BSR MAC CE向所述网络侧设备上报所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的且未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载的缓冲区状态信息,以及通过第三BSR MAC CE向所述网络侧设备上报所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的且配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载的缓冲区状态信息。
- 如权利要求27所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块通过第一BSR MAC CE向网络侧设备上报所述UE对应的所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的承载的缓冲区状态信息,包括:以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息;或者以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息;或者以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报一部分逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,以及以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报其他逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道分别属于不同的逻辑信道组。
- 如权利要求28所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息,包括:以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道对应的分组数据汇聚协议PDCP层缓冲区数据量及无线链路层控制协议RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备分别上报每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲区数据量以及RLC层缓冲区数据量;或者对于未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道,所述上报模块以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC 层缓冲区数据量的总和;对于配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道,所述上报模块以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备分别上报每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲区数据量以及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求28所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息,包括:以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报每个逻辑信道组的缓冲区数据量,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道分别属于不同的逻辑信道组;或者以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报每个逻辑信道组的缓冲区数据量,其中,未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道和配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道分别属于不同逻辑信道组,且同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的不同逻辑信道分别属于不同逻辑信道组。
- 如权利要求28所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报一部分逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,以及以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报其他逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,包括:以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道以及配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道中的一个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,且以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的其他逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息;或者以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,且以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报配置/激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息。
- 如权利要求27所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块通过第三BSR MAC CE向所述网络侧设备上报配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载的缓冲区状态信息,包括:以逻辑信道和/或逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报配置/激活了 数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,其中同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道分别属于不同逻辑信道组。
- 如权利要求30~32任一项所述的UE,其中,当所述上报模块以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息时,所述上报模块向所述网络侧设备上报每个逻辑信道组的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道组PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者当所述上报模块以逻辑信道组为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息时,所述上报模块向所述网络侧设备分别上报每个逻辑信道组的PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求30~32任一项所述的UE,其中,当所述上报模块以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息时,所述上报模块向所述网络侧设备上报每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者当所述上报模块以逻辑信道为单位向所述网络侧设备上报缓冲区状态信息时,所述上报模块向所述网络侧设备分别上报每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求29、33、34任一项所述的UE,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道中每个逻辑信道的RLC层缓冲区数据量均取该承载对应的多个逻辑信道RLC层数据量的最小值。
- 如权利要求35所述的UE,其中,对于同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道,所述上报模块仅向所述网络侧设备上报其中一个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求27所述的UE,其中,所述第一BSR MAC CE、第二BSR MAC CE以及第三BSR MAC CE对应的MAC子头中均携带有逻辑信道标识LCID和/或长度域指示信息。
- 一种网络侧设备,包括:接收模块,用于接收用户终端UE上报的缓冲区状态信息,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息分别独立上报;调度模块,用于根据所述缓冲区状态信息将同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的数据分别调度到不同载波上传输。
- 如权利要求38所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块,用于通过第一缓存状态上报媒体接入控制单元BSR MAC CE接收所述UE上报的所述UE对应的所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的承载的缓冲区状态信息;或者用于通过第二BSR MAC CE接收所述UE上报的所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的且未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载的缓冲区状态信息,以及通过第三BSR MAC CE接收所述UE上报的所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的且配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载的缓冲区状态信息。
- 如权利要求39所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块通过第一缓存状态上报媒体接入控制单元BSR MAC CE接收所述UE上报的所述UE对应的所有需要进行缓冲区状态上报的承载的缓冲区状态信息,包括:接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息;或者接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息;或者接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的一部分逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,以及以逻辑信道组为单位上报的其他逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道分别属于不同的逻辑信道组。
- 如权利要求40所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息,包括:接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位向上报的每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道对应的分组数据汇聚协议PDCP层缓冲区数据量及无线链路层控制协议RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位分别的上报每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲 区数据量以及RLC层缓冲区数据量;或者对于未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道,所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;对于配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道,所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲区数据量以及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求40所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息,包括:接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的每个逻辑信道组的缓冲区数据量,其中,同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道分别属于不同的逻辑信道组;或者接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的每个逻辑信道组的缓冲区数据量,其中,未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道和配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道分别属于不同逻辑信道组,且同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的不同逻辑信道分别属于不同逻辑信道组。
- 如权利要求40所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的一部分逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,以及以逻辑信道组为单位上报的其他逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,包括:接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道以及配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道中的一个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,且以逻辑信道为单位上报的配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的其他逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息;或者接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的未配置/未激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,且以逻辑信道为单位上报的配置/激活数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息。
- 如权利要求39所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块通过第三 BSR MAC CE接收所述UE上报的配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载的缓冲区状态信息,包括:接收所述UE以逻辑信道和/或逻辑信道组为单位上报的配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道的缓冲区状态信息,其中同一个配置/激活了数据包复制模式的承载对应的多个逻辑信道分别属于不同逻辑信道组。
- 如权利要求42~44任一项所述的网络侧设备,其中,当所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息时,所述接收模块接收所述UE上报的每个逻辑信道组的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道组PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者当所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道组为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息时,所述接收模块接收所述UE分别上报的每个逻辑信道组的PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求42~44任一项所述的网络侧设备,其中,当所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息时,所述接收模块接收所述UE上报的每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量,所述每个逻辑信道的缓冲区数据量为该逻辑信道PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量的总和;或者当所述接收模块接收所述UE以逻辑信道为单位上报的缓冲区状态信息时,所述接收模块接收所述UE分别上报的每个逻辑信道的PDCP层缓冲区数据量及RLC层缓冲区数据量。
- 如权利要求39所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述第一BSR MAC CE、第二BSR MAC CE以及第三BSR MAC CE对应的MAC子头中均携带有逻辑信道标识LCID和/或长度域指示信息。
- 如权利要求38所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述调度模块,还用于为所述UE配置逻辑信道和载波的映射关系。
- 一种用户终端UE,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中的一个或多个程序,其中,所述处理器用于读取所述一个或多个程序,执行上 述权利要求1~13任一项所述的方法中所述UE执行的步骤。
- 一种网络侧设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中的一个或多个程序,其中,所述处理器用于读取所述一个或多个程序,执行上述权利要求14~24任一项所述的方法中所述网络侧设备执行的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行的一个或多个程序,其中,所述一个或多个程序被所述计算机执行时使所述计算机执行上述权利要求1~13任一项所述的方法中所述UE执行的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行的一个或多个程序,其中,所述一个或多个程序被所述计算机执行时使所述计算机执行上述权利要求14~24任一项所述的方法中所述网络侧设备执行的步骤。
