协作多点(coordination multiple point,CoMP)传输是长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)中提出的一种用于解决小区间干扰问题并提升小区边缘用户吞吐量的方法。在新一代无线接入技术(new radio access technoloty,NR)中,多个网络设备可以同时为同一终端设备提供服务,并进行独立调度,且每个网络设备可以独立地向同一终端设备发送物理下行控制信道(physical downlink control channel,PDCCH)。在这种情况下,终端设备就需要盲检多个PDCCH以获得多个下行控制信息(downlink control information,DCI)。
但是,每个终端设备的用户设备(user equipment,UE)专用(UE specific)搜索空间的资源是有限的,当多个网络设备同时向同一终端设备发送多个PDCCH时,就很有可能发生资源的碰撞,即,至少两个网络设备在相同的时频资源上发送各自的PDCCH,从而造成DCI不能被正确接收,影响了网络设备与终端设备之间的数据传输,也就是影响了传输的可靠性。
因此,如何避免多个网络设备的PDCCH之间的资源冲突,保证控制信道的可靠传输,成为亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种传输控制信道的方法、网络设备、网络控制器和终端设备,以避免多个网络设备的PDCCH之间的资源冲突。

本发明实施例通过网络控制器为第一网络设备分配能够使用的资源组,该资源组与其他网络设备(例如,第二网络设备)所使用的资源组的资源不重叠。换句话说,每个资源组的资源仅能够被所对应的网络设备所使用,使得网络设备根据各自分配得到的资源组,确定能够使用的资源,并在该资源内发送PDCCH,也就是将每个网络设备发送PDCCH使用的资源被限制在资源组的资源中,避免了资源冲突,也就是提高了PDCCH传输的可靠性,有利于提高数据传输的可靠性。

终端设备可以在该多个搜索空间上盲检测,其中,针对每个搜索空间,若检测到属于自己的PDCCH时,则停止检测该搜索空间。因此,有利于可以减小终端设备计算量。

本申请通过为多个网络设备分配多个彼此之间资源互不重叠的资源组,使各网络设备用于发送PDCCH的资源不重叠,避免了资源冲突,提高了PDCCH传输的可靠性。

下面将结合附图,对本申请中的技术方案进行描述。
应理解,本申请的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通信(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(LTE)系统、先进的长期演进(LTE-A)系统、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)或下一代通信系统(例如,第五代通信(fifth-generation,5G)系统)等。其中,5G系统也可以称为新一代无线接入技术(new radio access technology,NR)系统。
为便于理解本发明实施例,首先结合图1详细说明适用于本发明实施例的通信系统。
图1是适用于本发明实施例的传输控制信道的方法的通信系统100的示意图。如图1所示,该通信系统100包括:网络控制器110、至少一个网络设备(例如,图中所示出的网络设备#A 121和第二网络设备#B 122)和至少一个终端设备(例如,图中所示出的终端设备#A 131和终端设备#B 132)。
其中,网络设备(例如,网络设备#A 121或网络设备#B 122)可以是全球移动通信(GSM)系统或码分多址(CDMA)系统中的基站(base transceiver station,BTS),也可以是宽带码分多址(WCDMA)中的基站(NodeB,NB),还可以是长期演进(LTE)中的演进型基站(evolutional node B,eNB或eNodeB),或者中继站、接入点或射频拉远单元(remote radio unit,RRU),或者车载设备、可穿戴设备以及未来5G系统中的网络侧设备,如传输点(transmission point,TP)、发送接收点(transmission reception point,TRP)、基站、小基站设备等,本发明实施例对此并未特别限定。
终端设备(例如,终端设备#A131或终端设备#B 132)可以是移动的或者固定的。终端设备可以通过无线接入网(radio access network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网(core network)进行通信。终端设备也可以称为用户设备(user equipment,UE)、接入终端、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。终端设备可以是无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)中的站点(station,ST),可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(session initiation protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(wireless local loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(personal digital assistant,PDA)设备、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备以及下一代通信系统,例如,5G网络中的终端设备或者未来演进的公共陆地移动网络(public land mobile network,PLMN)中的终端设备等,本发明实施例对此并未特别限定。
该通信系统100可以支持CoMP传输,即,多个小区或多个传输点可以协作以在同一时频资源上向同一个终端设备发送数据或者在部分重叠的时频资源上向同一个终端设备发送数据。其中,该多个小区可以属于相同的网络设备或者不同的网络设备,并且可以根 据信道增益或路径损耗、接收信号强度、接收信号指令等来选择。
该通信系统100中的终端设备(例如,终端设备#A131)可以支持多点传输,即,该终端设备#A131可以与网络设备#A 121通信,也可以与网络设备#B 122通信,其中,网络设备#A 121可以作为服务网络设备,服务网络设备是指该通过无线空口协议为终端设备提供RRC连接、非接入层(Non-access Stratum,NAS)移动性管理和安全性输入等服务的网络设备。
可选地,该网络设备#A 121可以为服务网络设备,该网络设备#B 122可以为协作网络设备;或者,网络设备#A 121可以为协作网络设备,网络设备#B 122为服务网络设备。
在本发明实施例中,该网络设备#A 121和网络设备#B 122可以由网络控制器110控制和/或调度。网络控制器110可以根据从各网络设备获得和维护的信息对所控制的多个网络设备(包括上述网络设备#A 121和网络设备#B 122)进行统一的资源调度和管理。例如,向所控制的多个网络设备发送控制消息和/或指示信息等。
应理解,网络控制器110可以是单独的物理设备(如图1所示),也可以是集成在网络设备上的一个软件和/或硬件功能模块,本发明对此并未特别限定。
在NR中,将终端设备(例如,可以为终端设备#A131)首次接入的网络设备(例如,可以为网络设备#A 121)称为服务网络设备,终端设备#A 131在开机后可以通过小区搜索选择一个合适或可接纳的小区后,然后通过附着流程完成与网络侧的连接。终端设备#A131在完成附着流程后,便可以与该网络设备#A 121进行数据通信。
在该终端设备#A 131与网络设备#A 121数据通信的过程中,还可以接入其他网络设备(例如,网络设备#B 122),该网络设备#B 122可以监听到该终端设备#A 131与网络之间有数据交互,从而推断该终端设备#A 131的服务网络设备不是自身,因此,可以确定自身为该终端设备#A 131的协作网络设备。
该通信系统100中的终端设备(例如,终端设备#B 132)也可以支持单点传输,即,该终端设备#B 132可以仅与网络设备#A 121通信。
应理解,图1仅为便于理解而示例的简化示意图,该通信系统100中还可以包括其他网络设备和/或终端设备,并且,同一终端设备还可以与更多的网络设备进行CoMP传输,图1中未予以画出。
在本发明实施例中,在CoMP场景中,服务网络设备和协作网络设备都可以向终端设备发送控制信令和数据。例如,该服务网络设备和该协作网络设备可以同时向终端设备发送控制信令;或者,该服务网络设备和该协作网络设备可以同时向该终端设备发送数据,或者,该服务网络设备和该协作网络设备可以同时向终端设备发送控制信令。
在网络设备和终端设备进行数据传输之前,终端设备需要在PDCCH上接收(或者说,盲检测)下行控制信息(downlink control Information,DCI),以根据DCI的指示,在物理下行共享信道(physical downlink share channel,PDSCH)上接收下行数据。
然而,在CoMP场景中,多个网络设备均可以向同一终端设备发送PDCCH,并且,对于一个特定的终端设备而言,UE专用搜索空间(UE-specific search space)占用的资源是可以确定的。多个网络设备在该UE专用搜索空间内发送多个PDCCH时就很有可能出现资源冲突。因此,当多个网络设备在UE专用搜索空间内发送多个PDCCH时,一旦出现资源冲突,即,两个或更多个网络设备使用相同的时频资源发送PDCCH,则该两个或 多个网络设备发送的PDCCH之间就可能会产生干扰,导致终端设备不能正确地接收DCI,从而影响到网络设备和终端设备之间的数据传输,影响了数据传输的可靠性。
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种传输控制信道的方法,能够避免多个网络设备的PDCCH之间的资源冲突,以保证控制信道的可靠传输。
为便于理解本发明实施例,首先简单介绍本发明实施例涉及的几个术语。
1)控制信道:
本申请中涉及的控制信道可以用于承载资源调度信息和其他控制信息,例如该控制信道可以是PDCCH、增强物理下行控制信道(enhanced physical downlink control channel,EPDCCH)、新空口物理下行控制信道(new radio physical downlink control channel,NR-PDCCH)以及随着网络演变而定义的具有上述功能的其他下行信道,或者也可以为上行控制信道,比如物理上行控制信道(physical uplink control channel,PUCCH)等等。下文中为方便说明,仅以PDCCH为例详细说明本发明实施例的传输控制信道的方法。应理解,信道也可以叫做信号或者其余名称,本发明实施例对此并未特别限定。
2)控制信道元素(control channel element,CCE)、资源元素组(resource element group,REG)与聚合等级(aggregation level,AL):
REG可以理解为下行控制信令进行物理资源分配的基本单位,用于定义下行控制信令到资源粒子(resource element,RE)的映射。目前的协议(例如,LTE协议)中规定一个CCE由9个REG组成,一个REG由4个频域上连续的非参考信号(reference signal,RS)的资源粒子(resource element,RE)组成,即,一个CCE由36个RE组成。
一个PDCCH可以在L个连续的CCE上传输,每个CCE由9个REG组成。其中,L为聚合等级,表示该搜索空间所包含的CCE的数量。例如,L可以取值为1、2、4、8,甚至还可以为16、32,本发明实施例对聚合等级的取值并未特别限定。
3)搜索空间(search space):
作为终端设备盲检测的搜索范围,目前的协议(例如,LTE协议)中定义了搜索空间的概念。搜索空间可以包括:公共搜索空间(common search space)和UE专用搜索空间(UE-specific search space)。公共搜索空间用于传输小区级别的公共信息,例如可以包括:与寻呼(paging)、随机接入响应(random access response,RAR)、广播控制信道(broadcast control channel,BCCH)等相关的控制信息;UE专用搜索空间用于传输终端设备(或者说,UE)级别的信息,例如可以包括:下行共享信道(downlink share channel,DL-SCH)、上行共享信道(unlink share channel,UL-SCH)等相关的控制信息。
应理解,公共搜索空间和UE专用搜索空间是LTE协议中定义的两类搜索空间,本发明实施例中以UE专用搜索空间为例来说明,但这不应对本发明构成任何限定,本申请并不排除对搜索空间的重新划分或者重新定义的可能,只要是用于传输终端设备级别的信息的资源,均可以定义为本发明实施例中所述的UE专用搜索空间。
一个搜索空间是对某一CCE聚合等级定义的。一个终端设备可以有多个搜索空间,每个搜索空间中的CCEs可以是连续分布的,终端设备需监听一组PDCCH控制信道,这一组被监听的PDCCH控制信道可以称为“控制信道候选集(candidate control channel set)”,或者称“控制信道候选(PDCCH candidates)”。
表一示出了聚合等级L、可用的CCE个数(或者称,搜索空间大小)N CCE,k和给定的 搜索空间内需要监听的PDCCH candidate数目M (L)的对应关系:

可以看到,在不同的聚合等级下,搜索空间的大小不同,PDCCH候选数目也不同。并且,搜索空间的大小M=M (L)·L,或者说,搜索空间所包含的CCE的数目为聚合等级与PDCCH候选数目的乘积。
应理解,表一仅为便于理解,结合LTE协议中定义的聚合等级L、搜索空间大小N CCE,k和给定的搜索空间内需要监听的PDCCH candidate数目M (L)说明了各参数之间的对应关系,但这不应对本发明实施例构成任何限定,本申请也并不排除在未来协议中对聚合等级L、搜索空间大小N CCE,k和给定的搜索空间内需要监听的PDCCH candidate数目M (L)之间的对应关系重新定义的可能,同时也不排除定义更多参数的可能。
图2示出了当前协议中规定的不同聚合等级下UE专用搜索空间的分布示意图。如图2所示,在AL=1时,每个搜索空间的大小为1个CCE,PDCCH候选数目为6,该搜索空间的大小为6个CCEs,该6个CCEs连续分布于时频资源中;在AL=2时,每个搜索空间的大小为2个CCEs,PDCCH候选数目为6,该搜索空间的大小为12个CCEs;以此类推,为了简洁,这里不再一一列举。
需要说明的是,图中示出的在同一聚合等级下的搜索空间对应不同的阴影区域,每种阴影表示PDCCH的一个候选位置。为了简洁,后文中省略对相同或相似情况的说明。
4)控制资源集合(control resource set):
控制信道可以划分为多个控制资源集合,每个控制资源集合是一组REG的集合。终端设备可以在一个或多个控制资源集合上监听PDCCH。
在本发明实施例中,对于网络设备而言,控制资源集合可以理解为发送控制信道所占的资源;对于终端设备而言,每个终端设备的PDCCH的搜索空间都属于该控制资源集合。或者说,网络设备可以从该控制资源集合中确定发送PDCCH使用的资源,终端设备可以从该控制资源集合中确定PDCCH的搜索空间。其中,控制资源集合可以包括时频资源,例如,频域上可以是一段带宽,或者一个或者多个子带等;时域上可以是时间单元的个数,例如,子帧或者时隙或者微时隙中的符号个数;时频域上可以是连续或不连续的资源单元,例如,连续的资源块(resource block,RB)或者不连续的RB。
应理解,上述列举的频域资源、时域资源、时频域资源的具体内容仅为示例性说明,而不应对本发明实施例构成任何限定。例如,RB的定义可以为现有LTE协议中定义的资源,也可以为未来协议中定义的资源,或者,还可以使用其他的命名来替代。又例如,时 间单元,可以是子帧,也可以是时隙(slot),还可以是无线帧、微时隙(mini slot或sub slot)、多个聚合的时隙、多个聚合的子帧、符号等等,甚至还可以是传输时间间隔(transmission time interval,TTI),本申请实施例对此并未特别限定。
下面将结合附图详细说明本发明实施例。
图3从设备交互的角度示出了根据本发明实施例的传输控制信道的方法300的示意性流程图。应理解,该方法300可以应用于无线通信系统,该通信系统可以包括网络控制器、网络设备和终端设备,多个网络设备可以通过CoMP的方式与终端设备传输数据。例如,该通信系统可以为图1中示出的通信系统100。该网络控制器可以为图1中的网络控制器110,该多个网络设备可以包括与同一终端设备传输数据的网络设备#1和网络设备#2,该网络设备#1可以为图1中的网络设备#A 110,该网络设备#2可以为图1中的网络设备#B120,或者,该网络设备#1可以为图1中的网络设备#B 122,该网络设备#2可以为图1中的第一网络设备#A 121,该终端设备可以为图1中的第一终端设备#A 131。
如图3所示,该方法300包括:
S310,网络控制器根据终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组。
具体地,网络控制器可以获知通信系统中各网络设备与终端设备的连接关系,因此网络控制器可以确定每个终端设备所接入的网络设备的数量。在本发明实施例中,该网络控制器可以根据终端设备所接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组。该多个资源组与终端设备所接入的多个网络设备具有一一对应关系。例如,该终端设备接入了网络设备#1和网络设备#2,则该网络控制器将该控制资源集合划分为两个资源组,例如可以分别记作资源组#1和资源组#2,其中,资源组#1仅能够被网络设备#1使用,资源组#2仅能够被网络设备#2使用。
可选地,该网络控制器可以基于预先设定的规则,根据终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定该多个资源组。
具体地,该预先设定的规则可以为以下任意一种:
规则一:根据该终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,平均分配该控制资源集合中的资源,以得到该多个资源组。
假设控制资源集合所包含的CCE的数量为N,当网络设备的数量为n时,网络控制器为每个网络设备分配的资源所占用的CCE的数量为N/n。若N不能被n整除,则可以对N/n向上取整或向下取整。即,每个网络设备被分配到的资源组中包含的CCE的数目

图4示出了本发明实施例提供的根据预先设定的规则分配资源组的示意图。如图4所 示,假设该控制资源集合中的资源在一个子载波上,并且占用了连续的32个CCE,网络设备的数量为2,则该控制资源集合可以被平均分为2个资源组,每个资源组包括16个CCE。资源组#1所包含的CCE在N个CCE中的编号范围为[1,16],资源组#2所包含的CCE在N个CCE中的编号范围为[17,32]。
应理解,上述列举的网络控制器为每个网络设备分配的资源组所占的CCE的具体方式仅为示例性说明,而不应对本发明实施例构成任何限定。
还应理解,上述列举的通过CCE编号指示资源组的方法仅为一种可能的实现方式,当资源组中的CCE为连续的多个CCE时,还可以通过CCE的起始地址和CCE数量、CCE的起始地址和结束地址、或者CCE的结束地址和CCE数量中的任意一种方式来指示。
例如,每个网络设备的资源组中的CCE也可以是非连续的。图5示出了本发明实施例提供的根据预先设定的规则分配资源组的另一示意图。如图5所示,假设该控制资源集合中的资源在一个子载波上,并且占用了连续的32个CCE,网络设备数量为2,则该控制资源集合可以被平均分为2个资源组(例如包括资源组#1和资源组#2),每个资源组包括16个CCE。资源组#1所包含的CCE在N个CCE中的编号范围为[1,3,…,31],资源组#2所包含的CCE在N个CCE中的编号范围为[2,4,…,32]。
规则二:根据该终端设备与该多个网络设备之间的多个信道的信道质量,按比例分配该控制资源集合中的资源,以得到该多个资源组。
可以理解,当网络设备与终端设备之间的信道质量较好时,PDCCH所用的聚合等级可以相对较低,例如,聚合等级可以为1、2;相反,当网络设备与终端设备之间的信道质量较差时,PDCCH所用的聚合等级可以相对较高,例如,聚合等级可以为4、8,甚至可以为更高的值。与此相对应地,在聚合等级较低时,可以给对应较低聚合等级的网络设备分配较少的资源;在聚合等级较高时,可以给对应较高聚合等级的网络设备分配较多的资源。
可选地,终端设备与网络设备之间的信道质量根据参考信号接收功率(reference signal receiving power,RSRP)。可选地,RSRP可以为上行参考信号的接收功率。例如,该上行参考信号可以为探测参考信号(sounding reference signal,SRS)。
假设控制资源集合所包含的CCE的数量为N,当网络设备的数量为2(例如包括网络设备#1和网络设备#2)时,网络设备#1和网络设备#2接收同一个SRS的接收功率的比值为u:v,则网络控制器为网络设备#1分配的资源所占用的CCE的数量为

图6示出了本发明实施例提供的根据预先设定的规则分配资源组的又一示意图。如图6所示,假设该控制资源集合中的资源在一个子载波上,并且占用了连续的32个CCE,网络设备的数量为2(例如包括网络设备#1和网络设备#2),其中,网络设备#1和网络设备#2分别可以根据接收到的SRS的接收功率的比例,确定资源的分配比例。例如,网络设备#1和网络设备#2接收SRS的接收功率比为1:2,则可以将分配给网络设备#1和网 络设备#2的资源比例(也就是资源组#2和资源组#1的资源比例)确定为2:1。
可选地,每个网络设备的资源组中的CCE是连续的或非连续的。
综上可以看到,不论网络设备的资源组中的CCE是连续或者非连续,任意一个CCE在分配给一个网络设备之后,便不能被其他网络设备所使用的,也就是说,分配给多个网络设备的多个资源组中,任意两个网络设备的资源组的资源不重叠。
S320,该网络控制器向多个网络设备发送多个资源组指示信息,该资源组指示信息用于指示网络设备能够使用的资源组的资源位置。
在本发明实施例中,为了便于区分和说明,将网络控制器向网络设备发送的资源组指示信息记作第一指示信息,将后文中提及的网络设备向终端设备发送的资源组指示信息记作第二指示信息。
应理解,对同一个网络设备而言,网络设备接收到的第一指示信息和发送的第二指示信息可以为相同的指示信息,例如,网络设备可以直接将接收到的第一指示信息转发给终端设备,因此,第一指示信息和第二指示信息中携带的信息可以是完全相同的;或者,网络设备接收到的第一指示信息和发送的第二指示信息也可以为不同的指示信息,例如,网络设备对接收到的第一指示信息作了修改或重新生成了第二指示信息,但,第一指示信息和第二指示信息中携带的内容实质上是相同的,均用于指示同一个资源组的资源位置。
具体地,该网络控制器在为每个网络设备确定了能够使用的资源组之后,便可以向所控制的多个网络设备分别发送第一指示信息,即,发送与该多个网络设备一一对应的多个第一指示信息,每个第一指示信息用于指示所对应的网络设备能够使用的资源组的资源位置。以网络设备#1和网络设备#2这两个网络设备为例,网络控制器可以分别向网络设备#1发送指示信息#1(即,第一指示信息的一例),向网络设备#2发送指示信息#2(即,第一指示信息的又一例)。
这里,需要说明的是,网络设备能够使用的资源组也就是网络设备能够用于向终端设备发送PDCCH的资源的集合。该资源组在分配给某一网络设备(例如,上述网络设备#1)后,仅能够被该网络设备(即,网络设备#1)使用,而不能被其他网络设备(例如,上述网络设备#2)使用。除非网络控制器对该控制资源集合进行了重新划分,并通过指示信息通知给相应的网络设备。
以下,不失一般性,以第一网络设备为例,详细说明网络设备根据网络控制器发送的指示信息确定用于发送PDCCH的搜索空间(为便于区分和说明,记作第一搜索空间)的具体过程。可以理解,该第一网络设备可以为上述列举的网络设备#1或者网络设备#2,第一资源组可以为上述列举的分配给网络设备#1的资源组#1或者分配给网络设备#2的资源组#2。本发明实施例对此并不限定。
在S320中,该第一网络设备接收该网络控制器发送的指示信息(为便于区分和说明,记作第一指示信息),该第一指示信息用于指示第一资源组的位置。
具体地,该第一指示信息可以直接指示网络控制器分配给该第一网络设备的第一资源组所包含的CCE在控制资源集合中的编号范围,或者,也可以指该网络设备为第一网络设备分配资源的规则(例如,可以指示该规则的索引等),以便该第一网络设备根据该规则,确定网络控制器为自身分配的第一资源组。
S330,该第一网络设备根据终端设备的UE专用搜索空间和第一资源组,确定第一搜 索空间。
该第一网络设备在确定了第一资源组之后,便可以进一步根据终端设备的UE专用搜索空间,确定第一搜索空间。
这里所说的第一搜索空间可以理解为第一资源组与UE专用搜索空间的交集。也就是说,该第一搜索空间的资源属于第一资源组,且属于UE专用搜索空间。对于网络设备而言,该第一搜索空间为能够被该第一网络设备使用以发送第一PDCCH的资源,也就是说,每个网络设备仅在分配给自身的资源上向终端设备发送PDCCH;对于终端设备来说,该第一搜索空间可以是透明或者非透明的(这是因为第一资源集对于终端设备来说可以是透明或者非透明的,后文中会详细说明),不论第一搜索空间对终端设备透明或者非透明,该第一搜索空间是UE专用搜索空间的一部分,换句话说,该第一搜索空间是终端设备进行盲检的搜索范围的一部分。
通过上文中S310中的描述可知,任意两个网络设备的资源组的资源是不重叠的,在任意两个资源组中确定与UE专用搜索空间的交集必然也是不重叠的,也就是说,第一网络设备对应的第一搜索空间和第二网络设备对应的第二搜索空间之间是不重叠的。由此,可以避免多个网络设备同时向终端设备发送多个PDCCH是可能产生的资源冲突问题。

可以看到,UE专用搜索空间可以与终端设备的标识n RNTI相关。因此,不同的终端设备对应的UE专用搜索空间可能是不同的,但不同的终端设备对应的UE专用搜索空间有可能在时频域上资源重叠。
但是每个CCE在被一个终端设备或者网络设备占用之后,其他终端设备或者网络设备就不能再使用该CCE资源。因此,在本发明实施例中,将终端设备的UE专用搜索空间设计为包括多个子空间,该多个子空间离散地分布于多个资源组中。
具体地,终端设备的UE专用搜索空间可以设计为以下任意一种:
设计一:每个子空间所包含的CCE的数量由聚合等级确定。
在设计一中,每个子空间所包含的CCE的数量可以与聚合等级的取值相同。例如,AL=1,每个子空间所包含的CCE的数量为1,此情况下,子空间的数量与PDCCH候选数目相同。
图7示出了本发明实施例提供的不同聚合等级下UE专用搜索空间的分布示意图。如图7所示,假设不同聚合等级下UE专用搜索空间仍沿用表一中的PDCCH候选数目,在AL=1时,每个子空间包含1个CCE,子空间的数量为6;在AL=2时,每个子空间包含2 个CCE,子空间的数量为6;在AL=4时,每个子空间包含4个CCE,子空间的数量为2;在AL=8时,每个子空间包含8个CCE,子空间的数量为2。
设计二:子空间的数量由终端设备接入的网络设备的数量确定。
在设计二中,子空间的数量可以与终端设备接入的网络设备的数量相同。例如,该终端设备接入了n个网络设备,则子空间的数量可以为n。由于UE专用搜索空间所包含的CCE的数量(也就是上述终端设备在给定的搜索空间的大小(即M个CCE))可以计算得到,也就是固定的,则每个子空间所包含的CCE的数量可以为M/n。在M不能被n整除的情况下,可以向上取整或者向下取整。
图8示出了本发明实施例提供的不同聚合等级下UE专用搜索空间的另一分布示意图。如图8所示,假设不同聚合等级下UE专用搜索空间仍沿用表一中的搜索空间大小,终端设备接入的网络设备的数目为2,则在不同的聚合等级下,子空间的数量均可以为2。在AL=1时,每个子空间包含3个CCE;在AL=2时,每个子空间包含6个CCE;在AL=4时,每个子空间包含4个CCE;在AL=8时,每个子空间包含8个CCE。
应理解,这里所列举的子空间的数量与终端设备接入的网络设备的数量相同仅为一种可能的实现方式,例如,子空间的数量还可以大于终端设备接入的网络设备的数量。
综上可以看到,采用上述设计,可以使UE专用搜索空间离散地分布于多个资源组中。也就是说,在分配给每个网络设备的资源组中,均分布有UE专用搜索空间。该第一网络设备可以根据第一资源组和UE专用搜索空间,确定第一网络设备发送PDCCH所能够使用的资源位置,即,第一搜索空间。
需要说明的是,图7和图8中仅为便于理解而示出了不同聚合等级下UE专用搜索空间的分布示意图,但这并不代表该终端设备的UE专用搜索空间的资源占用了四个子载波,事实上,在不同的聚合等级下,UE专用搜索空间均占用的是同一个子载波中的资源,只是在不同的聚合等级下占用的CCE不同。图中为便于区分和理解,将不同聚合等级下的CCE的占用情况分别示出,而并不是为每个聚合等级下的UE专用搜索空间分别配置了一个子载波的资源,因此,该图示不应对本发明实施例构成任何限定。
再看图7和图8,图7和图8示出了网络设备数量为2(例如包括第一网络设备和第二网络设备)时分别采用设计一和设计二时的UE专用搜索空间的分布图。其中,第一网络设备可以为上述网络设备#1,第二网络设备可以为上述网络设备#2,与第一网络设备和第二网络设备对应的资源组分别为第一资源组和第二资源组,与第一网络设备和第二网络设备对应的搜索空间分别为第一搜索空间和第二搜索空间。图中示出的虚线以左的位置第一资源组,虚线以右的位置属于第二资源组。则第一搜索空间即对应于图中示出的虚线以左的阴影区域,第二搜索空间(即第二网络设备所能够使用的资源位置)即对应于图中示出的虚线以右的阴影区域。

该第一网络设备在确定第一搜索空间之后,便可以在该资源上向终端设备发送第一PDCCH。第一网络设备发送第一PDCCH的具体方法可以与现有技术相同,为了简介,这里省略对该具体过程的详细说明。
S350,该终端设备在不同的聚合等级对应的PDCCH候选上盲检该第一PDCCH。
在本发明实施例中,网络控制器虽然对控制资源集合进行了划分,使得不同的网络设备分配到的资源组之间彼此不重叠,但对于终端设备而言可以是透明的,也就是说,终端设备不知道各网络设备对应的资源组,而仅能根据已知的搜索空间的计算公式计算得到UE专用搜索空间的位置。因此,终端设备可以沿用现有技术中的盲检的方法,根据不同的聚合等级计算得到UE专用搜索空间,然后在该UE专用搜索空间上尝试接收第一PDCCH,直到接收到该第一PDCCH。
可选地,各网络设备分配到的资源组对于终端设备也可以是非透明的。

终端设备可以通过以下任意一种方式来确定各网络设备的资源组:
方式一:
终端设备接收多个网络设备发送的多个资源组指示信息,该多个资源组指示信息与多个网络设备一一对应,该资源组指示信息用于指示网络设备所使用的资源组的资源位置。在S320中已经说明,为了便于区分和说明,为了与网络控制器向网络设备发送的资源组指示信息区分,将网络设备发送给终端设备的资源组指示信息记作第二指示信息。
例如,该第一网络设备向终端设备发送第二指示信息,该第二指示信息用于指示第一资源组的位置。
可选地,各网络设备可以通过无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC)信令或者媒体接入控制(media access control,MAC)控制元素(control element)等信令向终端设备发送第二指示信息,以便于该终端设备确定各网络设备分配到的资源组的位置。
终端设备在根据第二指示信息确定了各资源组的位置之后,便可以根据UE专用搜索空间和各资源组,确定与各网络设备对应的搜索空间,并在各搜索空间上进行盲检测。
在本发明实施例中,第一网络设备和第二网络设备分别使用各自所对应的资源发送第一PDCCH和第二PDCCH,该终端设备可以根据第一网络设备和第二网络设备分别发送的第二指示信息,确定第一资源组的位置和第二资源组的位置。进而根据UE专用搜索空间,确定第一搜索空间和第二搜索空间。由此,该终端设备可以根据不同的聚合等级,依次或者同时在第一搜索空间和第二搜索空间分别尝试接收第一PDCCH和第二PDCCH。
可选地,终端设备根据自身的计算能力进行不同方式的盲检。当终端设备计算能力较弱时,终端设备一次检测一个搜索空间,即终端设备可以首先在第一搜索空间进行盲检,当检测到自己的PDCCH时,则停止在第一搜索空间进行盲检;其后,终端设备可以在第 二搜索空间进行盲检,以此类推。当终端设备的计算能力相对较强时,则终端设备可以同时在多个搜索空间进行盲检,其中针对每个搜索空间,检测到属于自己的PDCCH时,则停止检测该搜索空间。
举例来说,终端设备按照聚合等级由低至高的顺序依次在不用的聚合等级对应的搜索空间上进行盲检测,如果该终端设备在某个聚合等级(例如,AL=2)下的第一搜索空间盲检测到了第一PDCCH,在其他聚合等级(例如,AL=4、8)下可以直接在第二搜索空间尝试接收第二PDCCH。因此,有利于减小终端设备的计算量。
方式二:
该终端设备可以根据预先定义的规则,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组。该多个资源组与多个网络设备一一对应。
在方式二中,终端设备可以预先获取(例如,预先配置在终端设备中)预先规定的规则以及预先配置的控制资源集合。终端设备可以根据该预先规定的规则,从该控制资源集合中确定各网络设备的资源组,进而确定各PDCCH的搜索空间。
具体地,该预先设定的规则可以为以下任意一种:
规则一:根据该终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,平均分配该控制资源集合中的资源,以得到该多个资源组。
规则二:根据该终端设备与该多个网络设备之间的多个信道的信道质量,按比例分配该控制资源集合中的资源,以得到该多个资源组。
在规则二中,需要注意的是,终端设备和网络控制器需要根据相同的参考信号的接收功率来分配控制资源集合中的资源。因此,网络控制器可以通过各网络设备将参考信号的接收功率发送给终端设备,以便于该终端设备确定资源分配的比例。可选地,各网络设备可以通过高层信令向终端设备发送RSRP。
该终端设备根据预先规定的规则确定多个资源组的具体过程与S310中网络控制器确定多个资源组的具体过程相同,为了简洁,这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,若终端设备能够确定多个网络设备发送的PDCCH的搜索空间,则该终端设备可以将每个网络设备发送的PDCCH的搜索空间定义为一个搜索空间,UE专用搜索空间可以包括多个搜索空间。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本发明实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。例如,S360可以在S350之前执行,也可以在S340之前执行,甚至还可以与S310同时进行,或者在S310之前或之后执行。
因此,本发明实施例通过在预先配置的控制资源集合中为多个网络设备分配资源组,且多个资源组之间彼此不重叠,再进一步在各资源组中确定用于发送PDCCH的资源,可以避免多个网络设备向同一终端设备发送多个PDCCH时可能出现的资源冲突,从而保证DCI传输的可靠性,有利于提高数据传输的可靠性。

当存储器603中存储的程序指令被处理器601执行时,该处理器601用于从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组,该多个资源组中的任意两个资源组不重叠;该处理器601还用于根据用户设备UE专用搜索空间和该多个资源组,确定多个搜索空间,每个搜索空间的资源属于该UE专用搜索空间,且属于一个资源组;该处理器601还用于控制收发器602在该多个搜索空间上接收多个网络设备发送的多个物理下行控制信息PDCCH,该多个网络设备与该多个PDCCH一一对应。
上述处理器601和存储器603可以合成一个处理装置,处理器601用于执行存储器603中存储的程序代码来实现上述功能。具体实现时,该存储器603也可以集成在处理器601中,或者独立于处理器601。上述终端设备600还可以包括天线604,用于将收发器602输出的上行数据或上行控制信令通过无线信号发送出去。
应理解,终端设备600可以对应于根据本发明实施例的传输控制信道的方法300中的终端设备,该终端设备600可以包括用于执行图3中传输控制信道的方法300的终端设备执行的方法的模块。并且,该终端设备600中的各模块和上述其他操作和/或功能分别为了实现图3中传输控制信道的方法300的相应流程,具体地,该存储器603用于存储程序代码,使得处理器601在执行该程序代码时,处理器601执行方法300中的S360,并控制收发器602执行方法300中的S350,各模块执行上述相应步骤的具体过程在方法300中已经详细说明,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
上述处理器601可以用于执行前面方法实施例中描述的由终端内部实现的动作,而收发器602可以用于执行前面方法实施例中描述的终端向网络设备传输或者发送的动作。具体请见前面方法实施例中的描述,此处不再赘述。
上述处理器601和存储器603可以集成为一个处理装置,处理器601用于执行存储器603中存储的程序代码来实现上述功能。具体实现时,该存储器603也可以集成在处理器601中。
上述终端设备600还可以包括电源605,用于给终端中的各种器件或电路提供电源。
除此之外,为了使得终端设备的功能更加完善,该终端设备600还可以包括输入单元606,显示单元607,音频电路608,摄像头609和传感器510等中的一个或多个,所述音频电路还可以包括扬声器6082,麦克风6084等。
应理解,本发明实施例中,该处理器可以为中央处理单元(central processing unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。
还应理解,本发明实施例中的存储器可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM),其用作外部高速缓存。通过示例性但不是限制性说明,许多形式的随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)可用,例如静态随机存取存储器(static RAM,SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(synchronous DRAM,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(double data rate SDRAM,DDR SDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(enhanced SDRAM,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(synchlink DRAM,SLDRAM)和直接内存总线随机存取存储器(direct rambus RAM,DR RAM)。
上述实施例,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或其他任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,上述实施例可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载或执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本发明实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以为通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、或者其他可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存 储介质中,或者从一个计算机可读存储介质向另一个计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集合的服务器、数据中心等数据存储设备。所述可用介质可以是磁性介质(例如,软盘、硬盘、磁带)、光介质(例如,数字通用光盘(digital versatile disc,DVD))、或者半导体介质。半导体介质可以是固态硬盘。
应理解,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。

另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种传输控制信道的方法,其特征在于,包括:第一网络设备接收网络控制器发送的资源组指示信息,所述资源组指示信息指示的资源与其他网络设备所使用的资源不重叠;
    所述第一网络设备根据终端设备的用户设备UE专用搜索空间和所述资源组指示信息,确定第一搜索空间;
    第一网络设备通过所述第一搜索空间向所述终端设备发送第一物理下行控制信道PDCCH。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备的UE专用搜索空间包括多个子空间,所述多个子空间离散地分布于所述多个资源组中。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备向所述终端设备发送资源组指示信息,所述资源组指示信息用于指示所述第一网络设备所使用的资源组的资源位置。
  4. 一种传输控制信道的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络控制器根据终端设备所接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中为所述多个网络设备分配多个资源组,所述多个资源组与所述多个网络设备一一对应,所述多个资源组中的任意两个资源组的资源不重叠;
    所述网络控制器向所述多个网络设备发送多个资源组指示信息,所述多个资源组指示信息与所述多个网络设备一一对应,所述资源组指示信息用于指示所述网络设备能够使用的资源组的资源位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络控制器根据终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组,包括:
    所述网络控制器根据预先设定的规则和终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定所述多个资源组;
    其中,所述预先设定的规则包括:根据所述终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,平均分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组;或者,
    根据所述终端设备与所述多个网络设备之间的多个信道的信道质量,按比例分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组。
  6. 一种传输控制信道的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端设备从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组,所述多个资源组与所述终端设备接入的多个网络设备一一对应,所述多个资源组中的任意两个资源组的资源不重叠;
    所述终端设备根据用户设备UE专用搜索空间和所述多个资源组,确定多个搜索空间;
    所述终端设备在所述多个搜索空间上接收多个网络设备发送的多个物理下行控制信息PDCCH,所述多个网络设备与所述多个PDCCH一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组,包括:
    所述终端设备根据预先设定的规则和所述终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配 置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组;
    其中,所述预先设定的规则包括:根据所述终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,平均分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组;或者,
    根据所述终端设备与所述多个网络设备之间的多个信道的信道质量,按比例分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组,包括:
    所述终端设备接收所述多个网络设备发送的多个资源组指示信息,所述多个资源组指示信息与所述多个网络设备一一对应,所述资源组指示信息用于指示所述网络设备所使用的资源组的资源位置。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备的UE专用搜索空间包括多个子空间,所述多个子空间离散地分布于所述多个资源组中。
  10. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:
    收发器,用于接收网络控制器发送的资源组指示信息,所述资源组指示信息指示的资源与其他网络设备所使用的资源不重叠;
    处理器,用于根据终端设备的用户设备UE专用搜索空间和所述资源组指示信息,确定第一搜索空间;
    所述收发器还用于通过所述第一搜索空间向所述终端设备发送第一物理下行控制信道PDCCH。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的UE专用搜索空间包括多个子空间,所述多个子空间离散地分布于所述多个资源组中。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述网络设备,其特征在于,所述收发器还用于向所述终端设备发送资源组指示信息,所述资源组指示信息用于指示所述第一网络设备所使用的资源组的资源位置。
  13. 一种网络控制器,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于根据终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中为所述多个网络设备分配多个资源组,所述多个资源组与所述多个网络设备一一对应,所述多个资源组中的任意两个资源组的资源不重叠;
    收发器,用于向所述多个网络设备发送多个资源组指示信息,所述多个资源组指示信息与所述多个网络设备一一对应,所述资源组指示信息用于指示所述网络设备能够使用的资源组的资源位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的网络控制器,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于根据预先设定的规则和终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定所述多个资源组;
    其中,所述预先设定的规则包括:根据所述终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,平均分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组;或者,
    根据所述终端设备与所述多个网络设备之间的多个信道的信道质量,按比例分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组。
  15. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组,所述多个资源组中的任意两个资源组的资源不重叠;
    所述处理器还用于根据用户设备UE专用搜索空间和所述多个资源组,确定多个搜索空间;
    收发器,用于接收在所述多个搜索空间上接收多个网络设备发送的多个物理下行控制信息PDCCH,所述多个网络设备与所述多个PDCCH一一对应。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于根据预先设定的规则和所述终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,从预先配置的控制资源集合中确定多个资源组;
    其中,所述预先设定的规则包括:根据所述终端设备接入的网络设备的数量,平均分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组;或者,
    根据所述终端设备与所述多个网络设备之间的多个信道的信道质量,按比例分配所述控制资源集合中的资源,以得到所述多个资源组。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述收发器还用于接收所述多个网络设备发送的多个资源组指示信息,所述多个资源组指示信息与所述多个网络设备一一对应,所述资源组指示信息用于指示所述网络设备所使用的资源组的资源位置;
    所述处理器具体用于根据所述多个资源组指示信息,确定所述多个资源组。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备的UE专用搜索空间包括多个子空间,所述多个子空间离散地分布于所述多个资源组中。
