[0020] 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 以下的示 意性实施例及说明仅用来解释本发明创造, 并不作为对本发明创造的限定, 而 且, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
[0021] 如图 1至图 6所示, 本发明创造一个实施例提供一种窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 包括 至少一个驱动模块 1以及分别组装于驱动模块 1两侧并与绕线轮 (图未示出) 传 动连接的第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3, 所述驱动模块 1包括基座 11、 组设于基座 11内的动力件 12以及与所述动力件 12传动连接且两端架设于基座 11两侧的中转 轴 13。
[0022] 所述中转轴 13的第一端和第二端均自基座 11的两侧露出且第一端设有自端面内 凹的第一轴孔 131而第二端设有第一凸轴 132, 所述第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3 分别与中转轴 13的第一端和第二端连接, 所述第一过渡轴 2连接中转轴 13的一端 设有第二凸轴 21, 所述第二过渡轴 3连接中转轴 13的一端设有第二轴孔 31, 所述 第一轴孔 131、 第二轴孔 31、 第一凸轴 132和第二凸轴 21的横截面相匹配且所述 横截面为非圆形, 例如: 三角形、 五边形、 六边形、 长方形、 椭圆形、 凸鼓形 或者其它不规则形状。
[0023] 如图 3所示, 在一个具体实施例中, 驱动机构设有一个驱动模块 1, 且所述第一 轴孔 131、 第二轴孔 31、 第一凸轴 132和第二凸轴 21的横截面均设为正六边形, 能有效避免中转轴 13在旋转过程中与第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3之间发生打滑 而不能带动绕线轮对窗帘的拉绳进行收放, 能有效增加中转轴 13与第一过渡轴 2 和第二过渡轴 3的动力传递效率, 并且组装方便。
[0024] 本实施例通过在中转轴 13两端分别设有第一凸轴 132和第一轴孔 131, 而在第一 过渡轴 2连接中转轴 13的一端设有第二凸轴 21并且在第二过渡轴 3连接中转轴 13 的一端设有第二轴孔 31, 通过将所述第一轴孔 131、 第二轴孔 31、 第一凸轴 132 和第二凸轴 21的横截面设为非圆形, 能有效提高驱动模块 1的动力传递且组装方 便; 此外, 可以选用单个驱动模块 1或者将多个驱动模块 1进行插接组合使用, 满足各种规格窗帘对绕线卷绕力大小的不同需求, 驱动机构的结构简单可靠, 组装方便。
[0025] 在一个可选实施例中, 所述动力件 12是发条弹簧, 所述发条弹簧内端通过弹簧 轴 14组设于基座 11内而外端连接至中转轴 13。
[0026] 本实施例通过采用发条弹簧作为动力件 12以驱动中转轴 13旋转, 在具体实施吋 , 发条弹簧的外端连接至中转轴 13, 当人工手动拉动窗帘的拉绳带动绕线轮旋 转对拉绳收线从而实现收起窗帘吋, 绕线轮会带动中转轴 13—起旋转进而使发 条弹簧发生形变缠绕在中转轴 13上, 将拉绳绑定在预定的位置, 即可将窗帘收 起; 当需要将窗帘放下吋, 只需解幵拉绳的绑定即可使中转轴 13在发条弹簧自 身的弹性作用力下反向旋转从而带动绕线轮反向旋转, 绕线轮对拉绳进行放线 , 窗帘会自动放下来。 可以理解, 所述动力件 12还可以设为电机等可驱动中转 轴 13旋转的动力装置。
[0027] 在一个可选实施例中, 所述中转轴 13两端设有端板 133, 所述中转轴 13外侧面 连接所述发条弹簧的外端且与两端板 133的内侧面配合形成用于容纳发条弹簧的 缠绕空间。 [0028] 本实施例通过在中转轴 13两端设有端板 133以形成用于当中转轴 13旋转吋容纳 发条弹簧的缠绕空间, 能有效避免发条弹簧在缠绕到中转轴 13上吋, 在自身弹 性作用力下相对中转轴 13发生滑动进而不能实现窗帘的收放, 提高驱动机构的 稳定性。
[0029] 在一个可选实施例中, 所述绕线轮驱动机构包括两个或两个以上的驱动模块 1 , 全部驱动模块 1依次插接相连形成长条状的驱动模块组, 依次插接的各驱动模 块 1均以中转轴 13第二端的第一凸轴 132插接于前端相邻的驱动模块 1的中转轴 13 第一端的第一轴孔 131内, 而位于驱动模块组最前端的一个驱动模块 1以中转轴 1 3第二端的第一凸轴 132对应插入第二过渡轴 3的第二轴孔 31内, 位于驱动模块组 最后端的一个驱动模块 1以中转轴 13第一端的第一轴孔 131供第一过渡轴 2的第二 凸轴 21插入。
[0030] 本实施例通过设有两个或两个以上的驱动模块 1依次插接相连形成长条状的驱 动模块组, 所述驱动模块组包括由多个中转轴 13依次插接组装成长条状的中转 轴组合体以及多个连接至中转轴组合体中各个中转轴 13上以同步驱动中转轴组 合体旋转的动力件 12, 通过多个动力件 12共同作用于中转轴 13以增强对中转轴 组合体的驱动力, 从而增强驱动机构的卷绕力, 进而实现对不同规格的窗帘的 收放, 能有效提高驱动机构的实用性。
[0031] 在一个可选实施例中, 所述基座 11两侧还设有与基座 11形成限位空间 15以对所 述第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3进行限位的端盖 16, 所述端盖 16设有供所述第一 过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3自限位空间 15伸出的过孔 161, 所述第一过渡轴 2和第二 过渡轴 3位于限位空间 15—端均设有凸环 17且所述凸环 17的外径大于过孔 161的 内径。
[0032] 本实施例通过基座 11与端盖 16组装形成相位空间 15以实现对第一过渡轴 2和第 二过渡轴 3的限位和组装, 所述第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3—端穿过端盖 16的过 孔 161且位于限位空间中的另一端均设有外径大于过孔 161内径的凸环 17, 能有 效提高端盖 16对第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3的组装结构强度, 提高驱动机构的 稳定性。
[0033] 在一个可选实施例中, 所述端盖 16通过螺丝 (图未示出) 锁固与基座 11外表面 。 本实施例通过采用螺丝将端盖 16组装于基座 11的外表面, 通过取下螺丝即可 将端盖 16从基座 11上卸下进而实现对第一过渡轴 2和第二过渡轴 3的保养和维修
, 结构简单可靠。
[0034] 在一个可选实施例中, 所述基座 11为设有中空腔室 (图未标号) 的壳体, 所述 动力件 12和中转轴 13均安装与所述中空腔室内。

Claims

权利要求书
一种窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 包括至少一个驱动模块以及 分别组装于驱动模块两侧并与绕线轮传动连接的第一过渡轴和第二过 渡轴, 所述驱动模块包括基座、 组设于基座内的动力件以及与所述动 力件传动连接且两端架设于基座两侧的中转轴, 所述中转轴的第一端 和第二端均自基座的两侧露出且第一端设有自端面内凹的第一轴孔而 第二端设有第一凸轴, 所述第一过渡轴和第二过渡轴分别与中转轴的 第一端和第二端连接, 所述第一过渡轴连接中转轴的一端设有第二凸 轴, 所述第二过渡轴连接中转轴的一端设有第二轴孔, 所述第一轴孔 、 第二轴孔、 第一凸轴和第二凸轴的横截面相匹配且所述横截面为非 圆形。
根据权利要求 1所述的窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 所述动力 件是发条弹簧, 所述发条弹簧内端通过弹簧轴组设于基座内而外端连 接至中转轴。
根据权利要求 2所述的窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 所述中转 轴两端设有端板, 所述中转轴外侧面连接所述发条弹簧的外端且与两 端板的内侧面配合形成用于容纳发条弹簧的缠绕空间。
根据权利要求 1所述的窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 所述绕线 轮驱动机构包括两个或两个以上的驱动模块, 全部驱动模块依次插接 相连形成长条状的驱动模块组, 依次插接的各驱动模块均以中转轴第 二端的第一凸轴插接于前端相邻的驱动模块的中转轴第一端的第一轴 孔内, 而位于驱动模块组最前端的一个驱动模块以中转轴第二端的第 一凸轴对应插入第二过渡轴的第二轴孔内, 位于驱动模块组最后端的 一个驱动模块以中转轴第一端的第一轴孔供第一过渡轴的第二凸轴插 入。
根据权利要求 1或 4所述的窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 所述基 座两侧还设有与基座形成限位空间以对所述第一过渡轴和第二过渡轴 进行限位的端盖, 所述端盖设有供所述第一过渡轴和第二过渡轴自限 位空间伸出的过孔, 所述第一过渡轴和第二过渡轴位于限位空间一端 均设有凸环且所述凸环的外径大于过孔的内径。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 所述端盖 通过螺丝锁固与基座外表面。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的窗帘绕线轮驱动机构, 其特征在于: 所述基座 为设有中空腔室的壳体, 所述动力件和中转轴均安装与所述中空腔室 内。
