本发明涉及光学显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性显示面板及装置。
随着显示技术的不断发展,人们对终端显示屏的要求也越来越高,柔性显示面板也逐渐普及,柔性显示面板可弯曲可卷曲,具有低功耗、体积小及显示方式多样等优点,备受人们的青睐。
现有的柔性显示面板,基板上通常包括显示区域及非显示区域,显示区域具备发光显示的功能,非显示区域上设置有摄像头设备,带有摄像头的非显示区域无法实现发光显示功能,导致柔性显示面板的发光显示面积率低。
本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板及装置,可以提升柔性显示面板的发光显示面积率。
本发明实施例提供了一种柔性显示面板,包括:
数据驱动芯片,用于提供数据信号;
扫描驱动芯片,用于提供扫描信号;
触控驱动芯片,用于提供触控信号;
触控线,用于传输所述触控信号;
数据线,沿第一方向设置,用于传输所述数据信号;
扫描线,沿第二方向设置,用于传输所述扫描信号;
多个像素单元,由所述数据线和所述扫描线交错形成;
摄像模块,设置在所述多个像素单元之间;
第一接触穿孔以及第二接触穿孔;

请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的柔性显示面板的结构示意图。本实施例的柔性显示面板100包括数据线101、数据连接触控线102、摄像模块103、第一接触穿孔104、第二接触穿孔105、扫描线106、覆晶薄膜107、像素单元108、第一扫描驱动子芯片109以及第二扫描子芯片201。
该数据线101沿第一方向设置,用于传输数据信号。
该数据连接触控线102设置在摄像模块103周围,该数据连接触控线102的一端通过第一接触穿孔104与该摄像模块103在第一方向上一侧的数据线101连接。在一实施方式中,该数据连接触控线102可以基于该第一接触穿孔104向摄像模块103在第一方向上一侧的数据线101延伸,与该摄像模块103在第一方向上一侧的数据线101电连接。该数据连接触控线102的另一端通过该第二接触穿孔105与该摄像模块103在第一方向上另一侧的对应的数据线101连接。在一实施方式中,该数据连接触控线102可以基于该第二接触穿孔105向摄像模块103在第一方向上另一侧的数据线101延伸,与该摄像模块103在第一方向上另一侧的数据线101电连接。通过该数据连接触控线102将摄像模块103在第一方向上两侧的数据信号电连接,实现摄像模块103在第一方向上两侧的显示区域的发光显示。
该扫描线106沿第二方向设置,该第二方向与第一方向互为垂直,在该扫描线106的至少一侧连接扫描驱动芯片,用于从柔性显示面板100的一侧向另一侧提供扫描信号,该摄像模块103在第二方向上的两侧分别连接有第一扫描驱动子芯片109及第二扫描子芯片201,该第一扫描驱动子芯片109用于向该摄像模块103在第二方向上一侧的扫描线106提供扫描信号。该第二扫描子芯片201用于向该摄像模块103在第二方向上另一侧的扫描线106提供扫描信号。通过第一扫描驱动子芯片109及第二扫描子芯片201同时向摄像模块103在第二方向两侧的扫描线106提供扫描信号。以进行对柔性显示面板100上的摄像模块103第二方向上两侧的显示开关同时提供开启关闭电压。
在一实施方式中,该覆晶薄膜107中封装了数据驱动芯片,一端与数据线101连接,用于向该数据线101提供数据信号。
其中,扫描驱动芯片向扫描线106提供扫描信号,该摄像模块103在第二方向上两侧的第一扫描驱动子芯片109及第二扫描子芯片201同时向摄像模块103在第二方向上两侧的扫描线106提供扫描信号,该扫描线106上的显示开关获取到开启电压,开启显示操作,该覆晶薄膜107中的数据驱动芯片获取到开启显示命令,向数据线101输送数据信号,该摄像模块103在第一方向上的数据线101通过数据连接触控线102将数据信号连通,由数据线101和扫描线106交错形成多个像素单元108,实现该柔性显示面板100的显示区域及非显示区域同时发光显示,提升了柔性显示面板100的发光显示的面积。
请参阅图2,
图2为本发明实施例提供的柔性显示面板的截面示意图。该柔性显示面板100包括数据线101、数据连接触控线102、摄像模块103、第一接触穿孔104、第二接触穿孔105以及环氧树脂202。
该数据线101用于传输数据信号。其中,由于摄像模块103的遮挡,该数据线101无法直接穿过摄像模块103,导致摄像模块103另一侧的数据线101无法接收到数据信号,进而无法进行发光显示。
本发明通过穿孔技术在摄像模块103沿数据线101方向的两端形成第一接触穿孔104以及第二接触穿孔105。该第一接触穿孔104以及第二接触穿孔105的深度H等于数据线101与触控线的垂直距离,该数据连接触控线102通过第一接触穿孔104沿数据线101方向延伸,与数据线101电连接。
该数据连接触控线102与数据线101电连接之后,从摄像模块103的一侧绕过,延伸到摄像模块103的相对于第一接触穿孔104的另一侧。通过第二接触穿孔105沿数据线方向延伸,再次与数据线101进行电连接。以使得数据信号通过数据连接触控线102从摄像模块103的一侧传递到另一侧,保证了摄像模块103两侧的发光显示。
该数据连接触控线102的表面覆盖了薄膜层,该薄膜层对数据连接线起到绝缘、固定的作用。在一实施方式中,该薄膜层为环氧树脂202。该环氧树脂202具有化学品性优良、附着力强、耐热性以及电绝缘性等优点。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种柔性显示面板及装置,通过数据连接触控线绕过摄像模块,连接摄像模块两侧的数据线,实现非显示区域的发光显示,提升了柔性显示面板的发光显示面积率。
尽管已经相对于一个或多个实现方式示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域技术人员基于对本说明书和附图的阅读和理解将会想到等价变型和修改。本发明包括所有这样的修改和变型,并且仅由所附权利要求的范围限制。特别地关于由上述组件执行的各种功能,用于描述这样的组件的术语旨在对应于执行所述组件的指定功能(例如其在功能上是等价的)的任意组件(除非另外指示),即使在结构上与执行本文所示的本说明书的示范性实现方式中的功能的公开结构不等同。此外,尽管本说明书的特定特征已经相对于若干实现方式中的仅一个被公开,但是这种特征可以与如可以对给定或特定应用而言是期望和有利的其他实现方式的一个或多个其他特征组合。而且,就术语“包括”、“具有”、“含有”或其变形被用在具体实施方式或权利要求中而言,这样的术语旨在以与术语“包含”相似的方式包括。

Claims (17)
- 一种柔性显示面板,其中,包括:数据驱动芯片,用于提供数据信号;扫描驱动芯片,用于提供扫描信号;触控驱动芯片,用于提供触控信号;触控线,用于传输所述触控信号;数据线,沿第一方向设置,用于传输所述数据信号;扫描线,沿第二方向设置,用于传输所述扫描信号;多个像素单元,由所述数据线和所述扫描线交错形成;摄像模块,设置在所述多个像素单元之间;第一接触穿孔以及第二接触穿孔;所述触控线包括设置在所述摄像模块周围的数据连接触控线,所述数据连接触控线的一端通过所述第一接触穿孔与所述摄像模块在第一方向上一侧的数据线连接,所述数据连接触控线的另一端通过所述第二接触穿孔与所述摄像模块在第一方向上另一侧的对应的数据线连接;所述扫描驱动芯片包括第一扫描驱动子芯片和第二扫描驱动子芯片,所述第一扫描驱动子芯片用于向所述摄像模块在第二方向上一侧的扫描线提供扫描信号,所述第二扫描驱动子芯片用于向所述摄像模块在第二方向上另一侧的扫描线提供扫描信号,所述第一方向与所述第二方向互为垂直。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述第一接触穿孔的深度等于所述数据线与触控线的垂直距离。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述第二接触穿孔的深度等于所述数据线与触控线的垂直距离。
- 一种柔性显示面板,其中,包括:数据驱动芯片,用于提供数据信号;扫描驱动芯片,用于提供扫描信号;触控驱动芯片,用于提供触控信号;触控线,用于传输所述触控信号;数据线,沿第一方向设置,用于传输所述数据信号;扫描线,沿第二方向设置,用于传输所述扫描信号;多个像素单元,由所述数据线和所述扫描线交错形成;以及摄像模块,设置在所述多个像素单元之间;所述触控线包括设置在所述摄像模块周围的数据连接触控线,所述数据连接触控线的一端与所述摄像模块在第一方向上一侧的数据线连接,所述数据连接触控线的另一端与所述摄像模块在第一方向上另一侧的对应的数据线连接;所述扫描驱动芯片包括第一扫描驱动子芯片和第二扫描驱动子芯片,所述第一扫描驱动子芯片用于向所述摄像模块在第二方向上一侧的扫描线提供扫描信号,所述第二扫描驱动子芯片用于向所述摄像模块在第二方向上另一侧的扫描线提供扫描信号。
- 如权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板还包括第一接触穿孔及第二接触穿孔,所述数据连接触控线的一端通过所述第一接触穿孔与所述摄像模块在第一方向上一侧的数据线连接,所述数据连接触控线的另一端通过所述第二接触穿孔与所述摄像模块在第一方向上另一侧的对应的数据线连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述第一接触穿孔的深度等于所述数据线与触控线的垂直距离。
- 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述第二接触穿孔的深度等于所述数据线与触控线的垂直距离。
- 如权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述第一方向与所述第二方向互为垂直。
- 如权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板还包括覆晶薄膜,所述覆晶薄膜与数据线的一侧连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板还包括覆晶薄膜,所述覆晶薄膜与数据线的一侧连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板还包括覆晶薄膜,所述覆晶薄膜与数据线的一侧连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板还包括覆晶薄膜,所述覆晶薄膜与数据线的一侧连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板还包括覆晶薄膜,所述覆晶薄膜与数据线的一侧连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述触控线的表面覆盖薄膜层。
- 如权利要求14所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述薄膜层为环氧树脂。
- 如权利要求13所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述数据驱动芯片封装在所述覆晶薄膜中。
- 一种柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置包括权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板。
