根据本发明的技术方案,工程商使用自己账号创建设备管理组,并配置好设备管理组中的设备后,解除其账号与设备管理组的关系即可,用户入住住房后,通过搜索住房内局域网的设备,即可发现设备对应的且无账号绑定的设备管理组,由于该设备管理组下的设备已经配置完成,所以将用户账号与设备管理组绑定后,按绑定关系将设备管理组下的设备提供给用户使用控制即可,可见用户入住后不需另行设置即可快速准确地实现对住房设备的控制。

在后续的描述中,使用用于表示元件的诸如“模块”、“部件”或“单元”的后缀仅为了有利于本发明的说明,其本身没有特有的意义。因此,“模块”、“部件”或“单元”可以混合地使用。
如图1所示,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种设备控制方法,本实施例的设备控制方法包括以下步骤:
以用户入住住房(该住房可以是家庭住房,也可以是办公室、酒店住房)后实现对智能家居的控制为例,首先,需要开发商通过其自己账号创建设备管理组,在该设备管理组下添加智能家居设备(具体可以包括主机、WiFi设备、zigbee设备、RF设备、zwave设备等),并对智能家居设备进行配置及调试。具体地,可以根据本实施例的设备控制方法实现一种客户端,工程商通过运行在终端(可以为手机、平板、电视、个人计算机等等)上的客户端上注册一个帐号A,并为装修的住房创建设备管理组a,在设备管理组a下添加主机,WiFi设备及其他无线设备并完成相关配置,安装调试完成以后,从客户端中删除设备管理组a,以解除设备管理组a与账号A的绑定关系。具体地,工程商通过客户端执行删除后,服务器端收到帐号A删除设备管理组a的指令,并执行以下步骤:
1)查询要删除的设备管理组中是否绑定了其他账号,如果有,删除所有绑定的账号,再进入2),如果没有,直接进入2);
2)查询设备管理组中是否有设备,如果没有,解除设备管理组与帐号绑定关系,并且把此设备管理组彻底从服务器上删除;如果有,只解除设备管理组与帐号绑定关系,保留设备管理组所有设备及配置,设备管理组变成无帐号绑定状态,被删除的设备管理组a就是这种状态。
步骤S110,接入当前的局域网,并搜索局域网中的设备。
在本实施例中,局域网通常为通过住房中的路由器架设的局域网,住房内的设备接入局域网。具体地,业主入住以后,在终端上运行客户端,在客户端上注册一个帐号B,客户端发起搜索局域网内设备管理组的指令。
步骤S120,查询是否存在已创建的设备对应的设备管理组,每个设备管理组对应一个或多个设备。
在本实施例中,设备的信息、设备管理组的信息、设备与设备管理组之间的对应关系,可以记录在预设的服务器上,所以通过设备倒查设备管理组时从服务器上进行查询。
步骤S130,在设备管理组存在时,查询是否存在与设备管理组绑定的账号。
在本实施例中,同样地,设备管理组与账号的绑定关系也记录在前述的服务器上。
以用户入住住房后实现对智能家居的控制为例,搜索到设备后的查询可以如下:
1)查询设备是否有设备管理组绑定关系存在,如果没有,说明这是一台没有被任何设备管理组添加的设备,并把结果返回给客户端,客户端不显示此设备,如果有,进入2);
2)查询设备管理组是否有帐号绑定关系存在,如果没有,说明这是被删除设备管理组中的设备,服务器返回相应设备管理组信息及无帐号绑定状态给客户端(如上述设备管理组a)。
步骤S140,在账号不存在时,将用户的当前账号与设备管理组绑定,并根据绑定关系实现通过当前账号对设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制。
在本实施例中,将无帐号绑定状态的设备管理组a与账号B进行绑定。具体地,客户端对无帐号绑定状态的设备管理组(如设备管理组a)发起加入请求,服务器将帐号B与设备管理组a绑定在一起,并将设备管理组a的所有设备及配置返回给帐号B,帐号B就可以直接在客户端上控制整个智能家居系统,至此,完成了智能家居系统的交付。
同理,本实施例同样也适用于智慧办公的场景,例如,开发商使用账号A完成办公室设备的配置后,将办公室设备添加到设备管理组a中,并解除账号A与设备管理组a的绑定关系;用户租用办公室后,通过账号B查询到没有绑定关系的设备管理组a,将账号B与设备管理组a绑定后,即可获取对办公室设备的控制权。
可见基于本实施例的技术方案,工程商使用自己账号创建设备管理组,并配置好设备管理组中的设备后,解除其账号与设备管理组的关系即可,用户入住住房后,通过搜索住房内局域网的设备,即可发现设备对应的且无账号绑定的设备管理组,由于该设备管理组下的设备已经配置完成,所以将用户账号与设备管理组绑定后,按绑定关系将设备管理组下的设备提供给用户使用控制即可,可见用户入住后不需另行设置即可快速准确地实现对住房设备的控制。
如图2所示,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种设备控制方法,本实施例的设备控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S210,接入当前的局域网,并搜索局域网中的设备,当该设备为主机时,则在局域网内发出查找主机的广播,并接收主机返回的主机的信息。
在本实施例中,对主机的信息不进行限制,例如,可以是主机的物理地址。
在本实施例中,客户端发出局域网查找主机的广播,局域网内收到广播的主机设备就会上报自己的MAC(物理地址)地址给客户端,客户端拿这些主机的MAC地址向服务器一一查询主机状态,通过主机状态反查出局域网设备管理组信息。
在本实施例中,还提供一种替代的方案:
当该设备为无线设备,例如WiFi设备时,在接入局域网后获取本地的外网信息,从预设的用于记录多个无线设备的外网信息的服务器中,查询与本地具有相同外网信息的无线设备。
在本实施例中,对WiFi设备的外网信息不进行限制,例如,具体可以是外网地址和服务集标识。
在本实施例中,客户端向服务器发起局域网查找WiFi设备的指令,客户端软件上报客户端的外网IP(网络地址)及SSID(服务集标识)给服务器,服务器查找与客户端的外网IP及SSID一致的WiFi设备,查找到符合条件的WiFi设备以后,通过WiFi设备状态反查出局域网设备管理组信息。
步骤S220,查询是否存在已创建的设备对应的设备管理组,每个设备管理组对应一个或多个设备。
步骤S230,在设备管理组存在时,查询是否存在与设备管理组绑定的账号。
步骤S240,在账号不存在时,将用户的当前账号与设备管理组绑定,将设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制信息通过当前账号提供给用户,以供用户依据控制信息对设备管理组对应的所有设备进行控制。
步骤S250,在存在账号且账号非用户的当前账号时,获取用户发出的加入设备管理组的申请,并在预设管理员接受申请后,将当前账号与设备管理组绑定,将设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制信息通过当前账号提供给用户,以供用户依据控制信息对设备管理组对应的所有设备进行控制。
在本实施例中,如果查询到的设备管理组绑定了账号,则进一步查询帐号是否是当前登录帐号,如果是,说明是当前帐号添加的其他设备管理组中的设备(一个帐号可以添加多个设备管理组);如果不是,说明是其他帐号添加的设备管理组中的设备,服务器返回相应的设备管理组信息及设备管理组绑定帐号信息给客户端,当前帐号可以申请加入这个设备管理组,管理员同意以后,就可以加入这个设备管理组,做为设备管理组的成员。
根据本实施例的技术方案,在住房的智能家居设备被其他用户纳入设备管理组进行管理后,用户可以加入该设备管理组从对智能家居设备进行控制。
如图3所示,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种设备控制装置,本实施例的设备控制装置包括:
以用户入住住房(该住房可以是家庭住房,也可以是办公室、酒店住房)后实现对智能家居的控制为例,首先,需要开发商通过其自己账号创建设备管理组,在该设备管理组下添加智能家居设备(具体可以包括主机、WiFi设备、zigbee设备、RF设备、zwave设备等),并对智能家居设备进行配置及调试。具体地,可以根据本实施例的设备控制装置实现一种客户端,工程商通过运行在终端(可以为手机、平板、电视、个人计算机等等)上的客户端上注册一个帐号A,并为装修的住房创建设备管理组a,在设备管理组a下添加主机,WiFi设备及其他无线设备并完成相关配置,安装调试完成以后,从客户端中删除设备管理组a,以解除设备管理组a与账号A的绑定关系。具体地,工程商通过客户端执行删除后,服务器端收到帐号A删除设备管理组a的指令,并执行以下步骤:

2)查询设备管理组中是否有设备,如果没有,解除设备管理组与帐号绑定关系,并且把此设备管理组彻底从服务器上删除;如果有,只解除设备管理组与帐号绑定关系,保留设备管理组所有设备及配置,设备管理组变成无帐号绑定状态,被删除的设备管理组a就是这种状态。
设备搜索模块310,接入当前的局域网,并搜索局域网中的设备。
在本实施例中,局域网通常为通过住房中的路由器架设的局域网,住房内的设备接入局域网。具体地,业主入住以后,在客户端上运行客户端,在客户端上注册一个帐号B,客户端发起搜索局域网内设备管理组的指令。
设备管理组查询模块320,查询是否存在已创建的设备对应的设备管理组,每个设备管理组对应一个或多个设备。
在本实施例中,设备的信息、设备管理组的信息、设备与设备管理组之间的对应关系,可以记录在预设的服务器上,所以通过设备倒查设备管理组时从服务器上进行查询。
账号查询模块330,在设备管理组存在时,查询是否存在与设备管理组绑定的账号。
在本实施例中,同样地,设备管理组与账号的绑定关系也记录在前述的服务器上。
以用户入住住房后实现对智能家居的控制为例,搜索到设备后的查询可以如下:
1)查询设备是否有设备管理组绑定关系存在,如果没有,说明这是一台没有被任何设备管理组添加的设备,并把结果返回给客户端,客户端不显示此设备,如果有,进入2);
2)查询设备管理组是否有帐号绑定关系存在,如果没有,说明这是被删除设备管理组中的设备,服务器返回相应设备管理组信息及无帐号绑定状态给客户端(如上述设备管理组a)。
绑定模块340,在账号不存在时,将用户的当前账号与设备管理组绑定,并根据绑定关系实现通过当前账号对设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制。
在本实施例中,将无帐号绑定状态的设备管理组a与账号B进行绑定。具体地,客户端对无帐号绑定状态的设备管理组(如设备管理组a)发起加入请求,服务器将帐号B与设备管理组a绑定在一起,并将设备管理组a的所有设备及配置返回给帐号B,帐号B就可以直接在客户端上控制整个智能家居系统,至此,完成了智能家居系统的交付。
同理,本实施例同样也适用于智慧酒店的场景,例如,开发商使用账号A完成酒店房间设备的配置后,将设备添加到设备管理组a中,并解除账号A与设备管理组a的绑定关系;用户入住酒店房间后,通过账号B查询到没有绑定关系的设备管理组a,将账号B与设备管理组a绑定后,即可获取对酒店房间设备的控制权。
可见基于本实施例的技术方案,工程商使用自己账号创建设备管理组,并配置好设备管理组中的设备后,解除其账号与设备管理组的关系即可,用户入住住房后,通过搜索住房内局域网的设备,即可发现设备对应的且无账号绑定的设备管理组,由于该设备管理组下的设备已经配置完成,所以将用户账号与设备管理组绑定后,按绑定关系将设备管理组下的设备提供给用户使用控制即可,可见用户入住后不需另行设置即可快速准确地实现对住房设备的控制。
本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种设备控制装置,本实施例的设备控制装置包括:

绑定模块340在存在账号且账号非用户的当前账号时,获取用户发出的加入设备管理组的申请,并在预设管理员接受申请后,将当前账号与设备管理组绑定,将设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制信息通过当前账号提供给用户,以供用户依据控制信息对设备管理组对应的所有设备进行控制。
在本实施例中,如果查询到的设备管理组绑定了账号,则进一步查询帐号是否是当前登录帐号,如果是,说明是当前帐号添加的其他设备管理组中的设备(一个帐号可以添加多个设备管理组);如果不是,说明是其他帐号添加的设备管理组中的设备,服务器返回相应的设备管理组信息及设备管理组绑定帐号信息给客户端其他帐号的设备管理组,当前帐号可以申请加入这个设备管理组,管理员同意以后,就可以加入这个设备管理组,做为设备管理组的成员。
根据本实施例的技术方案,在住房的智能家居设备被其他用户纳入设备管理组进行管理后,用户可以加入该设备管理组从对智能家居设备进行控制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设备控制方法,所述设备控制方法包括以下步骤:
    接入当前的局域网,并搜索所述局域网中的设备;
    查询是否存在已创建的所述设备对应的设备管理组,每个设备管理组对应一个或多个设备;
    在所述设备管理组存在时,查询是否存在与所述设备管理组绑定的账号;
    在所述账号不存在时,将用户的当前账号与所述设备管理组绑定,并根据绑定关系实现通过所述当前账号对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其中,所述设备为主机;所述搜索所述局域网中的设备的步骤具体包括:
    在所述局域网内发出查找所述主机的广播,并接收所述主机返回的所述主机的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其中,所述设备为无线设备;所述搜索所述局域网中的设备的步骤具体包括:
    在接入所述局域网后获取本地的外网信息,从预设的用于记录多个无线设备的外网信息的服务器中,查询与所述本地具有相同外网信息的无线设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其中,所述设备控制方法还包括:
    在存在所述账号且所述账号非所述用户的当前账号时,获取所述用户发出的加入所述设备管理组的申请,并在预设管理员接受所述申请后,将所述当前账号与所述设备管理组绑定,并根据绑定关系实现通过所述当前账号对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的设备控制方法,其中,所述根据绑定关系实现通过所述当前账号对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制的步骤包括:
    将所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制信息通过所述当前账号提供给所述用户,以供所述用户依据所述控制信息对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备进行控制。
  6. 一种设备控制装置,所述设备控制装置包括以下模块:
    设备搜索模块,接入当前的局域网,并搜索所述局域网中的设备;
    设备管理组查询模块,查询是否存在已创建的所述设备对应的设备管理组,每个设备管理组对应一个或多个设备;
    账号查询模块,在所述设备管理组存在时,查询是否存在与所述设备管理组绑定的账号;
    绑定模块,在所述账号不存在时,将用户的当前账号与所述设备管理组绑定,并根据绑定关系实现通过所述当前账号对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的设备控制装置,其中,所述设备为主机;所述设备搜索模块在所述局域网内发出查找所述主机的广播,并接收所述主机返回的所述主机的信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的设备控制装置,其中,所述设备为无线设备;所述设备搜索模块在接入所述局域网后获取本地的外网信息,从预设的用于记录多个无线设备的外网信息的服务器中,查询与所述本地具有相同外网信息的无线设备。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的设备控制装置,其中,所述绑定模块还在存在所述账号且所述账号非所述用户的当前账号时,获取所述用户发出的加入所述设备管理组的申请,并在预设管理员接受所述申请后,将所述当前账号与所述设备管理组绑定,并根据绑定关系实现通过所述当前账号对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的设备控制装置,其中,所述绑定模块将所述设备管理组对应的所有设备的控制信息通过所述当前账号提供给所述用户,以供所述用户依据所述控制信息对所述设备管理组对应的所有设备进行控制。
