Claims (10)
- 一种有机电致发光器件,其特征在于,包括第一导电层组、第二导电层组和设置在所述第一导电层组与第二导电层组之间并且与两者欧姆接触的发光层,所述第一导电层组包括与发光层欧姆接触的电子阻挡层,和与所述电子阻挡层欧姆接触的空穴传输层,所述电子阻挡层的HOMO能级位于所述空穴传输层的HOMO能级与所述发光层的HOMO能级之间,所述电子阻挡层的LUMO能级浅于所述空穴传输层的LUMO能级与所述发光层的LUMO能级。
- 如权利要求1所述的有机电致发光器件,其特征在于,所述空穴传输层的HOMO能级等于或浅于所述发光层的HOMO能级,所述空穴传输层的LUMO能级等于或浅于所述发光层的LUMO能级。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的有机电致发光器件,其特征在于,所述空穴传输层的能级差为2.7eV~3.5eV;所述发光层的主体材料的能级差为2.7eV~3.4eV,所述电子阻挡层的HOMO能级为5.2eV~5.5eV,所述电子阻挡层的LUMO能级为1.9eV~2.1eV,且所述电子阻挡层中的HOMO能级与LUMO能级的能级差大于3.2eV。
- 如权利要求1所述的有机电致发光器件,其特征在于,所述发光层包括蓝色子像素发光层,所述蓝色子像素发光层的材质为荧光材料,位于所述蓝色子像素发光层下方的电子阻挡层的材质为含有螺芴基团的单个芳胺结构。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的有机电致发光器件,其特征在于,所述空穴传输层的能级差为2.7eV~3.5eV;所述发光层的主体材料的能级差为2.8eV~3.5eV,所述电子阻挡层的HOMO能级为5.2eV~5.5eV,所述电子阻挡层的LUMO能级为1.8eV~2.0eV,且所述电子阻挡层中的HOMO能级与LUMO能级的能级差大于3.2eV。
- 如权利要求1所述的有机电致发光器件,其特征在于,所述发光层包括绿色子像素发光层,所述绿色子像素发光层的材质为双极性磷光材料,位于所述绿色子像素发光层下方的电子阻挡层的材质为含有螺环单元的单个芳胺结构。
- 一种显示装置,包括一基板,其特征在于,还包括形成于所述基板上的如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的有机电致发光器件。
