在本实施例中,由于不同的人物模式对应的内容信息是不同的,因此在确定待处理图像中存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,通过该人像信息可以获取到对应的人物模式,从而根据该人物模式推送对应的内容信息;若在待处理图片中不存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,则获取最近一次人物模式,根据该最近一次人物模式推送对应的内容信息至终端显示界面;具体地,该人物模式根据不同类型可分为多种,如根据年龄阶段可以分为儿童模式、成人模式及老人模式;在确定待处理图像中存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取该预设人像信息的标识编号及存储的该预设人像信息对应人物模式的模式编号,该标识编号为每个预设人像信息的唯一识别号,该模式编号则为每种不同人物模式对应的编号,不同的人像信息可对应相同或不同的人物模式,根据该模式编号则可以确定该预设人物信息对应的人物模式;除此之外,不同的人物模式亦划有不同的操作权限级别,对于具有不同权限级别的人物模式,则有不同的限定权限;具体地,该限定权限表现在高级别的人物模式对低级别的人物模式对应的内容信息的限制上,即高级别的人物模式可以限制低级别人物模式对应的内容信息。

例如,对于一个智能电视,在该智能电视中该成人模式的权限级别高于该儿童模式的权限级别,在获取到人像信息对应的人物模式为成人模式时,用户选择在该模式下对儿童模式进行限定操作,以限制在该儿童模式下推送节目A;此时,则触发该成人模式对应的限定操作请求,其中该儿童模式即为第二人物模式,该节目A即为限定信息;在接收到该限定操作请求时,则获取该成人模式对应的操作权限信息及该儿童模式的目标权限信息;通过对该操作权限信息及该目标权限信息进行解析,以得到对应的权限级别;在确定该成人模式的权限级别高于儿童模式的权限级别时,则获取该限定操作请求对应的限定信息(即节目A),而后将该节目A从该儿童模式对应的节目中排除,得到排除后的节目,该排除节目A的节目内容即为该儿童模式对应的第二内容信息,该儿童模式对应的原始节目内容(包括节目A)即为第一内容信息;在此后,若检测到人物模式为儿童模式时,则可以确定在该儿童模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息,接着推送该儿童模式对应的第二内容信息至终端显示界面。

在本实施例中,第二内容信息即为在第一内容信息中排除了限定信息以外的内容信息;若用户在最高权限模式下,对目标人物模式对应的内容信息中限制了相关的内容信息,其中,该被限制的内容信息则为该目标人物模式的限定信息;在通过判断确定人物模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息时,则推送除限定信息以外的内容信息(即第二内容信息)至终端显示界面;例如,对于某智能电视,在成人模式下用户具有最大的操作权限;当该智能电视获取到待处理图像中人像信息对应的人物模式为儿童模式时,则需要判断该儿童模式对应节目中是否存在被限制播放的节目,该被禁止播放的节目即为限定信息;若用户在成人模式下,对儿童模式对应的节目进行内容限定,限制某些节目在儿童模式下进行推送,则在推送该儿童模式对应的节目时,将所被限制的节目内容排除在外,只推送除被限制的节目内容以外的节目(即第二内容信息);若用户在成人模式下,未对儿童模式对应的节目进行内容限定,则在推送该儿童模式对应的节目时,直接推送该儿童模式对应的节目(即第一内容信息)。
本实施例提出的智能系统调整方法,通过在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中不存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第一内容信息至终端显示界面,接着在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第二内容信息至终端显示界面,实现了针对不同人物模式不同内容信息的推送,同时也通过限定信息的设定使得内容信息的推送更加个性化,进一步地提高了智能性。

在本实施例中,最近一次人物模式为开机前一次的人物模式,在每次根据不同的人物模式推送对应的内容信息时,都会存储该人物模式;因此,在确定待处理图像中不存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,则获取最近一次人物模式,通过该人物模式可以获取到对应的最近一次的内容信息,在获取到最近一次的内容信息时,则推送该最近一次的内容信息至终端显示界面。
本实施例提出的智能系统调整方法,通过在所述待处理图像中不存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取最近一次人物模式,接着根据所述最近一次人物模式推送对应的内容信息至终端显示界面,实现了在待处理图像中的人像信息与预设人像信息不匹配时的处理方法,扩大了对人像信息的处理范围,更加的智能化,提高了用户体验。

在本实施例中,待处理图像通过摄像或录像装置拍摄得到,在待处理图像中不一定包括第一人像信息,因此在获取到待处理图像时,需要对该待处理图像进行判断,即判断该待处理图像中是否包括第一人像信息,若在该待处理图像中包括第一人像信息,则需要对该第一人像信息与预设人像信息进行匹配度的判断;若在该待处理图像中不包括第一人像信息,则无需对该第一人像信息与预设人像信息进行匹配度判。具体地,在获取到待处理图像时,通过算法对该待处理图像进行特征数据分析,通过该特征数据可以判断该待处理图像中是否存在人像信息,其中,特征数据如直方图特征、颜色特征、模板特征、结构特征等均可作为进行人像检测分析的特征数据;在确定在该待处理图像中存在该第一人像信息时,则获取预设人像信息,基于该预设人像信息,获取该第一人像信息与该第一预设人像信息的匹配度。
除此之外,若在预设拍摄时间内用户选择自定义人物模式,则关闭摄像窗口,不再进行待处理图像获取操作,只需根据用户自定义的人物模式直接推送对应的内容信息即可。若获取到的人像信息对应至少两种类型的人物模式时,则无需根据该人物信息对应的人物模式进行对应内容信息的推送,获取默认内容信息,将该默认内容信息推送至终端显示界面,其中,默认信息为内部默认的内容信息或根据运营推送习惯生成的内容信息。
步骤S1120,基于所述预设人像信息,获取所述第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度。

此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有智能系统调整程序,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下操作:
判断终端显示界面的待处理图像中是否存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息;
在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取所述人像信息对应的人物模式;
根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式与目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别;
在确定所述当前人物模式的权限级别高于所述目标人物模式的权限级别时,获取所述限定操作请求对应的限定信息,其中,在所述当前人物模式对应的内容信息中存在所述限定信息时,确定所述当前人物模式为所述目标人物模式,所述根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面的步骤包括:推送所述目标人物模式对应的第二内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式的操作权限信息,及所述限定操作请求对应的目标人物模式的目标权限信息;
基于所述操作权限信息及所述目标权限信息,获取所述当前人物模式与所述目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中不存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第一内容信息至终端显示界面;
在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第二内容信息至终端显示界面。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在所述待处理图像中不存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取最近一次人物模式;
根据所述最近一次人物模式推送对应的内容信息至终端显示界面。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
获取待处理图像中第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度;
在所述匹配度大于预设匹配度时,确定在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在确定所述待处理图像中存在第一人像信息时,获取预设人像信息;
基于所述预设人像信息,获取所述第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度。
进一步地,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在检测到未知人像信息时,更新检测到的所述未知人像信息的检测次数;
在所述检测次数大于预设次数时,基于所述未知人像信息更新所述预设人像信息。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整方法包括:
    判断终端显示界面的待处理图像中是否存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息;
    在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取所述人像信息对应的人物模式;
    根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述获取所述人像信息对应的人物模式的步骤之后,所述智能系统调整方法还包括:
    在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式与目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别;
    在确定所述当前人物模式的权限级别高于所述目标人物模式的权限级别时,获取所述限定操作请求对应的限定信息,其中,在所述当前人物模式对应的内容信息中存在所述限定信息时,确定所述当前人物模式为所述目标人物模式,所述根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面的步骤包括:推送所述目标人物模式对应的第二内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式与目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别的步骤包括:
    在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式的操作权限信息,及所述限定操作请求对应的目标人物模式的目标权限信息;
    基于所述操作权限信息及所述目标权限信息,获取所述当前人物模式与所述目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至终端显示界面的步骤包括:
    在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中不存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第一内容信息至终端显示界面;
    在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第二内容信息至终端显示界面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述判断待处理图像中是否存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息的步骤之后,所述智能系统调整方法还包括:
    在所述待处理图像中不存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取最近一次人物模式;
    根据所述最近一次人物模式推送对应的内容信息至终端显示界面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述判断待处理图像中是否存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息的步骤包括:
    获取待处理图像中第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度;
    在所述匹配度大于预设匹配度时,确定在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述获取待处理图像中第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度的步骤包括:
    在确定所述待处理图像中存在第一人像信息时,获取预设人像信息;
    基于所述预设人像信息,获取所述第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述在确定所述待处理图像中存在第一人像信息时,获取预设人像信息的步骤包括:
    在检测到未知人像信息时,更新检测到的所述未知人像信息的检测次数;
    在所述检测次数大于预设次数时,基于所述未知人像信息更新所述预设人像信息。
  9. 一种智能系统调整装置,其中,所述智能系统调整装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的智能系统调整程序,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    判断终端显示界面的待处理图像中是否存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息;
    在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取所述人像信息对应的人物模式;
    根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能系统调整装置,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式与目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别;
    在确定所述当前人物模式的权限级别高于所述目标人物模式的权限级别时,获取所述限定操作请求对应的限定信息,其中,在所述当前人物模式对应的内容信息中存在所述限定信息时,确定所述当前人物模式为所述目标人物模式,所述根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面的步骤包括:推送所述目标人物模式对应的第二内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的智能系统调整装置,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式的操作权限信息,及所述限定操作请求对应的目标人物模式的目标权限信息;
    基于所述操作权限信息及所述目标权限信息,获取所述当前人物模式与所述目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的智能系统调整装置,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中不存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第一内容信息至终端显示界面;
    在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第二内容信息至终端显示界面。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的智能系统调整装置,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在所述待处理图像中不存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取最近一次人物模式;
    根据所述最近一次人物模式推送对应的内容信息至终端显示界面。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    获取待处理图像中第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度;
    在所述匹配度大于预设匹配度时,确定在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在确定所述待处理图像中存在第一人像信息时,获取预设人像信息;
    基于所述预设人像信息,获取所述第一人像信息与所述预设人像信息的匹配度。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在检测到未知人像信息时,更新检测到的所述未知人像信息的检测次数;
    在所述检测次数大于预设次数时,基于所述未知人像信息更新所述预设人像信息
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有智能系统调整程序,所述智能系统调整程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    判断终端显示界面的待处理图像中是否存在与预设人像信息匹配的人像信息;
    在所述待处理图像中存在与所述预设人像信息匹配的人像信息时,获取所述人像信息对应的人物模式;
    根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式与目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别;
    在确定所述当前人物模式的权限级别高于所述目标人物模式的权限级别时,获取所述限定操作请求对应的限定信息,其中,在所述当前人物模式对应的内容信息中存在所述限定信息时,确定所述当前人物模式为所述目标人物模式,所述根据所述人物模式推送对应的内容信息至所述终端显示界面的步骤包括:推送所述目标人物模式对应的第二内容信息至所述终端显示界面。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在接收到限定操作请求时,获取当前人物模式的操作权限信息,及所述限定操作请求对应的目标人物模式的目标权限信息;
    基于所述操作权限信息及所述目标权限信息,获取所述当前人物模式与所述目标人物模式分别对应的权限级别。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的智能系统调整方法,其中,所述智能系统调整程序被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中不存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第一内容信息至终端显示界面;
    在确定所述人物模式对应的内容信息中存在限定信息时,推送所述人物模式对应的第二内容信息至终端显示界面。
