一种烛焰片摇曳装置,包括壳体(10)和烛焰片(1)、支架(2)、偏置线圈(3)、电路板(4),其中,烛焰片(1)的上部设有火焰片(11),烛焰片(1)的下部设有配重柱(12),配重柱(12)底部嵌有永磁体(13);支架(2)的竖直部分的顶面设有向上凸出的支撑凸缘(21),竖直部分的底面设有向下凸出的导限柱(22);支架(2)的横向部分与壳体(10)的内壁连接,支架(2)的支撑凸缘(21)活动支撑在烛焰片(1)的凹入部(15)中,从而通过支架(2)将整个烛焰片(1)可活动地悬挂在壳体(10)内。该装置简化了结构、降低了成本、提高了产生的装配效率。
Description
本发明涉及电子仿真蜡烛的技术领域,具体是指用于电子仿真蜡烛中驱动仿真烛焰片摆动摇曳的一种烛焰片摇曳装置。
现有技术的烛焰片摇曳装置,如中国专利CN103982865A(专利号为201410184762.1)公开的一种电子仿真蜡烛的烛焰片摇曳装置,该装置的烛焰片和支架的结构在实际生产中,由于烛焰片的结构便其注塑模具的抽芯脱模机构复杂而致成本高,此外,在装配时,技能性强,效率低,成本高,需要技能熟练的人工进行装配,不适应数控智能机械手进行自动化组装,因此,现有技术存在效率低、成本高的问题与不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的问题与不足,提供一种结构简单、装配过程简化、生产成本低的烛焰片摇曳装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种烛焰片摇曳装置,包括壳体和设置在壳体内的烛焰片、支架、偏置线圈、电路板,其特征在于:
所述烛焰片的上部设有炬形的火焰片,烛焰片的下部设有用于平衡上部重量的配重柱,所述配重柱底部嵌有永磁体,烛焰片的中部为中颈,中颈的顶端中心处设有凹入部;
所述支架大致呈T型,包括位于支架后部的横向部分和从横向部分的中部向前延伸出的竖直部分,所述竖直部分的顶面设有向上凸出的支撑凸缘,竖直部分的底面设有向下凸出的导限柱;
所述支架的横向部分与壳体的内壁连接,所述支架的支撑凸缘活动支撑在烛焰片的凹入部中,从而通过支架将整个烛焰片可活动地悬挂在壳体内。
在上述方案中,所述偏置线圈相对永磁体偏心设置,所述电路板与偏置线圈相电连接。
优选的是,所述支架竖直部分的两侧分别向外侧延伸出有一限位块,在烛焰片的凹入部支撑在支架的支撑凸缘之上的状态下,各限位块的顶面与凹入部的边缘之间存在间隙。
较优选的是,所述火焰片向一侧凹入,形成凹片状。
在上述各方案中,所述凹入部的表面为球面,而所述支撑凸缘呈圆锥形,所述支撑凸缘的顶端为球面形。
作为改进,所述配重柱呈管状,所述永磁体呈与配重柱底部相适配的圆柱形。
改进,所述中颈为半圆柱管形,所述导限柱呈圆柱形。
再改进,所述烛焰片为塑料质构件,所述支架为块状塑料质构件,火焰片位于壳体上端中心的上方,中颈、配重柱位于壳体上部的内腔中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的装置采用的烛焰片的结构,可使其注塑模具得以简化,降低了成本,同时还便于装配,适合于自动化组装的技术方案,克服了现有技术存在效率低、成本高的问题与不足。
本发明所提供的一种烛焰片摇曳装置,达到了简化结构、降低成本、提高装配效率的目的。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~7所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例。该烛焰片摇曳装置,包括壳体10和设置在壳体10内的烛焰片1、支架2、偏置线圈3、电路板4。
其中,烛焰片1为塑料质构件,烛焰片1的上部设有炬形的火焰片11,火焰片11位于壳体10上端中心的上方,火焰片11向一侧凹入,形成凹片状;烛焰片1的下部设有用于平衡上部重量的配重柱12,配重柱12呈管状,配重柱12底部嵌有永磁体13,永磁体13呈与配重柱12底部相适配的圆柱形;烛焰片1的中部为半圆柱管形的中颈14,烛焰片1的上部与下部通过中部的中颈14而连成一体,中颈14的顶端中心处设有凹入部15,凹入部15的表面为球面;在本实施例中,中颈14、配重柱12位于壳体10上部的内腔中。
支架2为块状塑料质构件,其大致呈T型,包括位于支架2后部的横向部分和从横向部分的中部向前延伸出的竖直部分,所述横向部分与壳体10的内壁连接,所述竖直部分的顶面设有向上凸出的支撑凸缘21,支撑凸缘21活动支撑在烛焰片1的凹入部15中,从而通过支架2将整个烛焰片1可活动地悬挂在壳体10内。在本实施例中,所述支撑凸缘21呈圆锥形,所述支撑凸缘21的顶端为球面形。如此,支撑凸缘21的顶端顶在呈球面的凹入部15内,支撑凸缘21相对中颈14的顶端的摇摆动作更加顺滑、自然,使得烛焰摇摆效果更加逼真。竖直部分的底面还设有向下凸出的呈圆柱形的导限柱22。
所述支架2竖直部分的两侧分别向外侧延伸出有一限位块23,在烛焰片1的凹入部15支撑在支架2的支撑凸缘21之上的状态下,各限位块23的顶面与凹入部15的边缘15a之间存在间隙。该间隙给烛焰片1相对支架2的摇摆提供了活动空间,在烛焰片1相对支架2摇摆过程中,支架2上两侧的限位块23会与凹入部15的边缘15a会发生碰触,此时,烛焰片1相对支架2的竖向中心线(也即,烛焰片1处于复位状态的竖向中心线)摇摆了一定角度,在本实施例中,为35度角,具体请参见图4~7。
如图2和3所示,所述偏置线圈3相对永磁体13偏心设置,所述电路板4与偏置线圈3相电连接。本实施例的烛焰片摇曳装置还包括有设置在壳体底部的电池仓20与开关30,电路板4经开关30与电池仓20相电连接。
工作原理及有益效果:
应用时,电池仓20内装入电池;工作时,电路板4将电池提供的直流电转换为间隔的直流方波脉冲输出,激励偏置线圈3产生间隔的脉冲磁场,脉动偏置的磁场经永磁体13带动烛焰片1发生间歇性的倾斜,由于所述支撑凸缘21对凹入部15的活动支撑,致使烛焰片1产生间歇性、恢复平衡的摇摆运动,使得烛焰片1的所述火焰片11在LED灯的照射下形同摇曳的烛焰。
烛焰片1的所述配重柱12的圆柱台阶管形结构,可使其注塑模具简化抽芯脱模机构,从而降低了生产制造成本;此外,将支撑凸缘21设置在支架2处,将凹入部15设置在烛焰片1处的结构,便于装配,适合于数控智能机械手进行自动化组装,从而避免了需要技能熟练的人工进行装配的弊端,提高了生产效率,降低了综合成本。
本装置结构简单,成本低廉,便于装配,使仿真蜡烛的烛焰片摇曳装置,简化了结构,降低了成本,提高了装配效率,适应于数控智能机械手进行自动化组装,适应于大批量自动化生产的要求。
Claims (8)
- 一种烛焰片摇曳装置,包括壳体(10)和设置在壳体(10)内的烛焰片(1)、支架(2)、偏置线圈(3)、电路板(4),其特征在于:所述烛焰片(1)的上部设有炬形的火焰片(11),烛焰片(1)的下部设有用于平衡上部重量的配重柱(12),所述配重柱(12)底部嵌有永磁体(13),烛焰片(1)的中部为中颈(14),中颈(14)的顶端中心处设有凹入部(15);所述支架(2)大致呈T型,包括位于支架(2)后部的横向部分和从横向部分的中部向前延伸出的竖直部分,所述竖直部分的顶面设有向上凸出的支撑凸缘(21),竖直部分的底面设有向下凸出的导限柱(22);所述支架(2)的横向部分与壳体(10)的内壁连接,所述支架(2)的支撑凸缘(21)活动支撑在烛焰片(1)的凹入部(15)中,从而通过支架(2)将整个烛焰片(1)可活动地悬挂在壳体(10)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述偏置线圈(3)相对永磁体(13)偏心设置,所述电路板(4)与偏置线圈(3)相电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述支架(2)竖直部分的两侧分别向外侧延伸出有一限位块(23),在烛焰片(1)的凹入部(15)支撑在支架(2)的支撑凸缘(21)之上的状态下,各限位块(23)的顶面与凹入部(15)的边缘(15a)之间存在间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述火焰片(11)向一侧凹入,形成凹片状。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述凹入部(15)的表面为球面,而所述支撑凸缘(21)呈圆锥形,所述支撑凸缘(21)的顶端为球面形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述配重柱(12)呈管状,所述永磁体(13)呈与配重柱(12)底部相适配的圆柱形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述中颈(14)为半圆柱管形,所述导限柱(22)呈圆柱形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烛焰片摇曳装置,其特征在于:所述烛焰片(1)为塑料质构件,所述支架(2)为块状塑料质构件,火焰片(11)位于壳体(10)上端中心的上方,中颈(14)、配重柱(12)位于壳体(10)上部的内腔中。
