Claims (14)
- 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 파우치 외장재의 내부에 밀봉되고, 일측에 전극 리드가 형성된 전지셀; 및보호회로가 형성된 인쇄회로기판, 및 상기 인쇄회로기판이 전지셀의 전극 리드와 전기적으로 접속하도록 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에 형성된 리드 접속판이 구비되고, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에 상기 리드 접속판의 적어도 일부를 노출시키는 노출부가 형성된 보호회로모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리드 접속판은 단일의 평평한 시트 형상이고,상기 리드 접속판은, 일면의 적어도 일부위가 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에 접합되고, 타면의 적어도 일부위는 상기 전극 리드와 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 노출부는, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에서 타면까지 관통된 관통구, 또는 상기 인쇄회로기판의 외주에서 내부 방향으로 만입된 만입홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은, 전기적 절연성 재질로 구성되고, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에 위치된 PCM 절연 패드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 파우치 외장재는 상기 전극조립체 및 전해액이 수용된 수납부 및 상기 수납부 주변으로 실링부가 형성되고,상기 보호회로모듈은, 상기 PCM 절연 패드의 타면이 상기 실링부 중 상기 전극 리드가 돌출된 부분인 테라스부의 상면과 접하도록 상기 테라스부 상에 안착된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 PCM 절연 패드는, 상기 노출부와 연통되고 상기 리드 접속판의 일부위가 외부로 노출될 수 있도록 연통부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 연통부는, 상기 관통구와 연통되고 상기 PCM 절연 패드의 일면에서 타면까지 관통된 연통구이거나, 또는 상기 만입홈과 연통되고 상기 PCM 절연 패드의 외주에서 내부 방향으로 내입된 내입홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판에는 상기 PCM 절연 패드의 일부가 내부에 매입된 매입부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 매입부는, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 외주의 일부분이 내부 방향으로 파인 형태로 구성된 고정홈, 및 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에서 내부 방향으로 소정 깊이로 내입된 형태로 구성된 고정홀 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 고정홀은, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 중앙을 기준으로 양측부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 PCM 절연 패드는 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에 부가된 열 용융형 수지가 경화된 형태로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 PCM 절연 패드는, 적어도 일부분의 일면에서 타면까지 투명성 소재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈은, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 형성된 외부입출력단자와 접속 결합된 다른 인쇄회로기판을 더 구비하고, 상기 다른 인쇄회로기판이 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에 접속 결합된 위치와 대응하는 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면의 위치에 경사부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
- 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 파우치 외장재의 내부에 밀봉되고, 일측에 전극 리드가 형성된 전지셀; 및보호회로가 형성된 인쇄회로기판, 상기 인쇄회로기판이 상기 전지셀의 전극 리드와 전기적으로 접속하도록 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에 형성된 리드 접속판, 및 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에 수지로 주조된 PCM 절연 패드를 구비한 보호회로모듈을 포함하고,상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에 상기 리드 접속판의 적어도 일부를 노출시키는 노출부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지 팩.
