Description
Claims (14)
- 전극조립체가 전해 물질과 함께 전지케이스에 수용된 구조의 이차전지로서,상기 전지케이스는 상기 전극조립체의 수납을 위한 공간이 형성되어 있고,상기 전지케이스는 사출 성형이 가능한 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스로 구성되는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 케이스 및 상기 하부 케이스는 열 또는 초음파 융착에 의해 밀봉되는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 사출 성형에 의한 일체형 구조로 이루어진 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 흡습성의 첨가제를 포함하는 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 알루미늄 테이프가 표면의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 구조로 이루어진 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해 물질은 액체 또는 고체 형태인 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체(ABS), 폴리아미드, 폴리염화비닐, 아크릴, 불소수지 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 전지케이스.
- (a) 전극조립체의 수용 공간을 구비한 전지케이스 제작용 성형틀을 준비하는 단계;(b) 상기 성형틀에 열가소성 수지를 주입하여 상부케이스 및 하부케이스를 각각 성형하는 단계;(c) 상기 성형틀로부터 분리한 상기 상부케이스 및 하부케이스에 상기 전극조립체를 수납하고 상기 전지케이스를 결합 후 전해 물질을 주입하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 전지케이스의 결합 부분을 융착하여 밀봉하는 단계;를 포함하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- (a) 전극조립체를 수용하기 위한 공간을 구비한 전지케이스를 제작하기 위한 성형틀을 준비하는 단계;(b) 상기 성형틀에 전극조립체를 수납하는 단계;(c) 상기 전극조립체가 수납된 성형틀에 열가소성 수지를 주입하여 내부에 전극조립체를 구비한 전지케이스를 제조하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 성형틀로부터 전지케이스를 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 흡습성의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 알루미늄 테이프가 표면의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 구조로 이루어진 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체(ABS), 폴리아미드 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 양극 및 음극 사이에 고체 전해질이 개재된 구조로 이루어진 이차전지 제조방법.
