本发明涉及一种出水机构,尤其涉及一种出水面积可调整出水机构。
背景技术
现有的出水机构,包括固定部分和设在固定部分内的活动板,该固定部分具有出水腔和出水面盖,该出水面盖设多个正背面贯穿的通孔,该通孔配设有一端能接通出水腔的出水嘴,该出水嘴采用柔性材料制成且固定装接在活动板上,该出水嘴穿过通孔,通过活动板活动带动出水嘴活动,以调节水花角度,该出水机构如CN204646766U。该出水机构存在有如下不足:其一,只能改变水花角度,无法改变出水面积;其二,出水嘴连接在活动板,出水嘴穿过通孔,出水嘴只能采用柔性材料,通过柔性材料变形特性实现活动,实现水花角度改变,使用受限,结构复杂。
发明内容
本发明提供了出水面积可调整出水机构,其克服了背景技术中出水机构所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
出水面积可调整出水机构,包括固定部分和设在固定部分内的活动板,该固定部分具有出水腔和出水面盖,该出水面盖设多个正背面贯穿的通孔,该通孔配设有一端能接通出水腔的出水嘴;该出水嘴能 摆动连接在出水面盖且出水嘴部分伸入通孔内,该活动板能上下活动连接在固定部分内,且该活动板和出水嘴传动连接,通过该活动板上下活动带动出水嘴摆动以改变出水嘴的出水角度,调节出水面积。
一实施例之中:该出水面盖具有中间部分,该多个通孔布置在该中间部分周围;该出水嘴相对出水面盖的摆动方向为:出水嘴端部接近或远离中间部分。
一实施例之中:该中间部分为出水面盖的中心线。
一实施例之中:该出水嘴外壁和通孔内壁之间留有为出水嘴摆动提供空间的间隔,该间隔处设有弹性密封圈。
一实施例之中:该出水嘴包括嘴部和固设在嘴部之上的连接部,该出水嘴具有由连接部端面通至嘴部底面且能接通出水腔的通水孔;该连接部凸设有摆动轴,该出水面盖之摆动连接有出水嘴的通孔都配设有由出水面盖背面凸设形成的周壁,该周壁包围通孔,该摆动轴转动连接在周壁,该嘴部伸入通孔内。
一实施例之中:该连接部设有外凸的配合部分,该活动板设有上下贯穿的配合孔,该连接部自下往上穿过配合孔且配合部分抵靠在活动板,该活动板上下活动通过配合部分带动出水嘴摆动。
一实施例之中:该连接部的配合部分为上下间隔的上配合部和下配合部,该上配合部和活动板顶面能相配合,该下配合部和活动板底面能相配合。
一实施例之中:该配合孔孔壁设有顶抵台阶,该上配合部和顶抵台阶顶面能相配合,该下配合部和顶抵台阶底面能相配合。
一实施例之中:该连接部两侧都凸设有配合部;该配合孔呈十字结构。
一实施例之中:该配合孔具有沿内外向布置的内外孔和沿左右向布置的左右孔,该内外孔和左右孔配合构成十字结构,该内外孔具有内孔部分,该内孔部分孔壁朝内凸设有顶抵台阶,该上配合部和顶抵台阶顶面能相配合,该下配合部和顶抵台阶底面能相配合。
一实施例之中:该固定部分还转动连接有转轴,该转轴传动连接活动板,且通过转轴转动带动活动板上下活动。
一实施例之中:该转轴上凸设有凸轴;该固定部分内还设有导向块,该活动板和导向块相对固定且二者之间形成有沿周向高度产生变化的轨迹部分,该凸轴适配连接轨迹部分。

本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
出水嘴能摆动连接在出水面盖且出水嘴部分伸入通孔内,活动板 能上下活动连接在固定部分内,活动板和出水嘴传动连接,通过该活动板上下活动带动出水嘴摆动,则:其一,不仅能改变出水嘴的出水角度,而且能调节出水面积,满足不同家庭成员对水花淋浴范围的不同需求,满足不同淋浴场景对水花范围的不同需求;其二,出水嘴是直接摆动连接在出水面盖,装配方便,出水嘴相对通孔的活动控制精度高;其三,出水嘴和活动板之间传动连接,结构紧凑,装配方便。
连接部凸设有摆动轴,摆动轴转动连接在周壁,嘴部伸入通孔内,结构紧凑,装配方便。
连接部自下往上穿过配合孔且配合部分抵靠在活动板,活动板上下活动通过配合部分带动出水嘴摆动,结构简单。
连接部的配合部分为上下间隔的上配合部和下配合部,上配合部和活动板顶面能相配合,下配合部和活动板底面能相配合,结构简单。
配合孔孔壁设有顶抵台阶,上配合部和顶抵台阶顶面能相配合,下配合部和顶抵台阶底面能相配合,结构简单、紧凑。
转轴上凸设有凸轴,活动板和导向块相对固定且二者之间形成有沿周向高度产生变化的轨迹部分,凸轴适配连接轨迹部分,结构简单、紧凑。

具体实施方式
出水面积可调整出水机构,请查阅图1至图11,包括固定部分1和设在固定部分1内的活动板2,该固定部分1具有出水腔11和出水面盖12,该出水面盖12设多个正背面贯穿的通孔121,该通孔121配设有一端能接通出水腔11的出水嘴3,可以是所有通孔中的每个通孔都配设有一出水嘴3,或,部分通孔中的每个通孔都配设一出水嘴3。该出水嘴3能摆动连接在出水面盖12且出水嘴3部分伸入通孔121内,该活动板2能上下活动连接在固定部分1的出水腔11内,且该活动板2和出水嘴3传动连接,通过该活动板2上下活动带动出水嘴3摆动以改变出水嘴3的出水角度,调节出水面积。
本具体实施方式之中:该出水面盖12具有中间部分,该中间部分为出水面盖12的中心线,该出水面盖12如为圆盘结构,该中心线为轴线,该多个通孔121布置在该中间部分周围,根据需要,该设有出水嘴3的通孔121可分布为:一圈绕中间部分周向间隔设置,或,多圈同心圆周向间隔布置,同心圆以中间部分为轴线等等;该出水嘴3相对出水面盖12的摆动方向为:出水嘴3端部接近或远离中间部分,例如图8、图9和图10,图8中出水嘴3正朝下布置此时出水面积为中状态,图9中出水嘴3朝外摆动呈斜朝外布置此时出水面积为大水状态,图10中出水嘴3朝内摆动呈斜朝内布置此时出水面积为小水状态。其中:中水状态出水面积介于大水状态出水面积和小水状态出水面积之间,例如:大水状态出水面积,与肩宽,用于身体淋浴(或者,适合体型高大的人群,适合淋浴身子,快速淋湿);中水状态出水面积,与头宽,用于洗头;小水状态出水面积,与手臂直径相当,用于精准淋浴(如洗手臂,腿等)。
该出水嘴3外壁和通孔121内壁之间留有为出水嘴3摆动提供空间的间隔,该间隔处设有弹性密封圈13,通过该密封圈13既起到密封作用,防止漏水,且密封圈为弹性件,又通过该弹性件的弹性变形为出水嘴摆动提供让位空间。
本具体实施方式之中:该出水嘴3包括嘴部31和固设在嘴部31之上的连接部32,该出水嘴31具有由连接部32端面通至嘴部31底面且能接通出水腔11的通水孔33;该连接部32凸设有两对称布置的摆动轴34,该出水面盖12之摆动连接有出水嘴3的通孔121都配设有由 出水面盖12背面凸设形成的周壁122,该周壁122包围通孔121,该摆动轴34转动连接在周壁122,该嘴部31伸入通孔121内。一具体结构中:该嘴部31呈圆柱体结构且圆柱体结构末端呈锥形结构;该连接部32包括一盘体321和一固接在盘体之上的固部,该盘体包括与嘴部31圆柱体同轴且直径大于圆柱体直径的圆盘和由圆盘后部凸出的突出部,该摆动轴凸设在圆盘外周壁且径向对称布置。最好,周壁后部还设有缺口,该突出部介于缺口,通过该结构提高出水嘴摆动精度。
本具体实施方式之中:该连接部32设有外凸的两左右轴向对称布置的配合部分,该每一配合部分为上下间隔的上配合部322和下配合部323;该活动板2设有上下贯穿的配合孔21,该配合孔21呈十字结构,该配合孔21具有沿内外向布置的内外孔和沿左右向布置的左右孔,该内外孔和左右孔配合构成十字结构,该内外孔具有内孔部分,该内孔部分孔壁朝内凸设有顶抵台阶211;该连接部32自下往上穿过配合孔21且:该上配合部322和顶抵台阶211顶面能相配合,该下配合部323和顶抵台阶211底面能相配合,以通过该活动板2上下活动通过配合部分带动出水嘴3摆动。通过十字结构使连接部32方便自下往上穿过配合孔21并连接在配合处。具体结构中,该固部的上部两侧凸设有上述的上配合部322,该突出部设有上述的下配合部323,而且,上述的上配合部322底面,下配合部323顶面都设置呈圆滑曲面,以起导向作用,以使出水嘴3平稳摆动。
本具体实施方式之中:该固定部分1还转动连接有转轴4,该固定部分1内还设有导向块22;该转轴4径向对称凸设有两凸轴41,该凸 轴如为圆柱轴。该活动板2和导向块22相对固定且二者之间形成有沿周向高度产生变化的轨迹部分23,该活动板2和导向块22都套接在转轴4外,且该凸轴41适配连接轨迹部分23,以使得转轴4转动时,通过凸轴41和轨迹部分23的配合能使得活动板2和导向块22整体一起上下活动。该轨迹部分23包括至少两定位台阶231,如本具体实施方式之中,设有三个定位台阶231,每相邻两定位台阶231之间连接有导向面,该导向面如为螺旋面,该三个定位台阶231分别对应图8、图9、图10的出水面积中水状态、大水状态和小水状态。但并不以此为限,根据需要也可不设定位台阶,该轨迹部分高度沿周向渐变布置,实现类似无极变速的出水面积无极变化。该活动板2具有一套接在转轴4外的第一套孔,该第一套孔的内壁形成第一套孔壁241;该导向块22具有一套接在转轴4外的第二套孔,该第二套孔的内壁形成有第二套孔壁221,该第一套孔壁241顶端面具有第一轨迹面,该第二套孔壁221底端面具有第二轨迹面,该第一轨迹面和第二轨迹面平行且通过活动板和导向块相对固定配合以形成有上述的轨迹部分23。
一具体结构中:该固定部分还包括连接座14和固定座15,该连接座14和出水面盖12固接,该连接座14上开设有上下贯穿的穿孔141,该固定座15固定盖接在连接座14之上,该出水面盖12、连接座14和固定座15间形成有上述的出水腔11,它包括出水面盖12和连接座14之间的腔体、穿孔及连接座和固定座之间的腔体;该活动板位于出水面盖12和连接座14之间的腔体,该穿孔141孔壁包围导向块22,导向块可在穿孔及连接座和固定座之间的腔体内活动;该转轴4上端 伸出固定座15之上。该固定座15上形成有将水引入出水腔11内的进水路151。最好,该固定部分还包括连接座14,该连接座14底面凸设有若干对顶抵凸起142,该若干对顶抵凸起142和若干个配合孔21一一对应,该每对顶抵凸起142分别穿过配合孔21的左右孔,以顶抵在摆动轴34上,避免摆动轴脱离。
本具体实施方式之中:还包括驱动机构,该驱动机构包括能相对固定部分活动的操作件5和连接在固定部分的间歇式运动机构,该间歇式运动机构传动连接转轴4以带动转轴转动,该操作件5传动连接间歇式运动机构。该间歇式运动机构包括棘轮棘爪机构,具体结构为:该棘轮棘爪机构包括一固装在转轴4之伸出固定部分之上的伸出部分的棘轮51、一棘爪52和一滑动座53;该棘爪52一端转动连接在固定部分1,如为固定座顶面,该棘爪52的末端能顶抵棘轮51的棘齿;该滑动座53能相对固定部分滑动,如滑动连接在固定座,通过滑动座53头端顶抵在棘爪的中部,使棘爪活动,使棘爪的末端顶抵棘轮51的棘齿,以带动棘轮51正向转到预定角度。该操作件5摆动连接该固定座(根据需要,还可滑动连接固定座),该操作件5传动连接滑动座53以带动滑动座滑动。根据需要,还包括扣盖152,该扣盖能装接在固定部分,如固定座,该扣盖的盖板位于棘轮之上,以避免棘轮、棘爪等脱离固定部分。该操作件如为拨钮、按钮等。根据需要,还可设有摆动连接固定座的摆动座54,该摆动座54的一端顶抵操作件,另一端顶抵滑动座,该滑动座和固定座之间设有弹性体,以使滑动座能复位。
本实施例为出水面积可调整出水机构在手持花洒上的应用,该花 洒还具有一后盖16,该后盖16还固接有形成有手持部161,该后盖16固定连接出水面盖12,该连接座、固定座等介于后盖和出水面盖之间。该手持部内设有进水接头162,该进水接头162接通出水路151,该操作件5介于出水面盖和手持部之间。
按压操作件5,带动摆动座54摆动,带动滑动座53滑动,顶抵棘爪52活动,棘爪52顶抵棘轮51使棘轮51转动预定角度,带动转轴4转动,转轴4的凸轴41带动活动板2和导向块22一起上下活动,通过台阶和配合部的配合,带动出水嘴3相对出水面盖摆动,带动出水嘴的角度变化,改变出水角度变化,改变出水面积。松释按压,摆动座、滑动座、操作件复位。
第二实施例,它与第一实施例不同之处在于:还包括止位爪,该止位爪一端转动连接在固定座,另一端能顶抵棘轮的棘齿,以使棘轮转动到位后保持在该位置。
第三实施例,它与第二实施例不同之处在于:该棘爪固定连接滑动座,该棘爪能顶抵棘轮的棘齿。按压按钮带动棘爪向左移动(棘爪向左移动会向上产生形变),棘爪带动棘轮逆时针转动,转块与棘轮固联,因此转块也逆时针转动,实现功能切换;松手后,棘爪在复位弹簧作用下复位(棘爪向左移动会向上产生形变),棘轮在止位爪作用下不动,如此实现棘轮间歇转动。
第四实施例,它与第一实施例不同之处在于:该间歇式运动机构包括齿条、第一转盘和第二转盘,该第一转盘周壁形成有轮齿,该齿条和第一转盘啮合;该第一转盘端面设有第一棘齿,该第二转盘端面 设有第二棘齿,该第一棘齿和第二棘齿相啮合并构成离合器(啮合状态和不起作用状态)。该齿条如固设在滑动座,通过齿条正向转动带动第一转盘逆时针运动,离合器处理啮合状态,带动第二转盘逆时针运动;松手后,在第二弹性体弹力作用下,齿条朝反向运动复位,带动第一转盘顺时针运动,离合器不起作用状态,第一转盘空转。
第五实施例,它与第四实施例不同之处在于:该间歇式运动机构包括拉杆、第一转盘和第二转盘,该拉杆和第一转盘配合且通过拉杆活动带动第一转盘转动;该第一转盘端面设有第一棘齿,该第二转盘端面设有第二棘齿,该第一棘齿和第二棘齿相啮合。具体结构中,该拉杆一端转动连接在滑动座,另一端转动连接在第一转盘,通过滑动座活动通过拉杆带动第一转盘逆时针转动,带动第二转盘逆时针转动;拉杆复位则带动第一转盘空转。
本发明出水面积可调整出水机构可以用做手持花洒、顶喷花洒、厨房用花洒等出水装置。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种出水面积可调整出水机构,其活动板能上下活动连接在固定部分内,且该活动板和出水嘴传动连接,通过该活动板上下活动带动出水嘴摆动以改变出水嘴的出水角度,调节出水面积。本发明不仅能改变出水嘴的出水角度,而且能调节出水面积,满足不同家庭 成员对水花淋浴范围的不同需求,满足不同场景对水花范围的不同需求,适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (18)

  1. 出水面积可调整出水机构,包括固定部分和设在固定部分内的活动板,该固定部分具有出水腔和出水面盖,该出水面盖设多个正背面贯穿的通孔,该通孔配设有一端能接通出水腔的出水嘴;
    所述出水嘴能摆动连接在出水面盖且出水嘴部分伸入通孔内,该活动板能上下活动连接在固定部分内,且该活动板和出水嘴传动连接,通过该活动板上下活动带动出水嘴摆动以改变出水嘴的出水角度,调节出水面积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该出水面盖具有中间部分,该多个通孔布置在该中间部分周围;该出水嘴相对出水面盖的摆动方向为:出水嘴端部接近或远离中间部分。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该中间部分为出水面盖的中心线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该出水嘴外壁和通孔内壁之间留有为出水嘴摆动提供空间的间隔,该间隔处设有弹性密封圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该出水嘴包括嘴部和固设在嘴部之上的连接部,该出水嘴具有由连接部端面通至嘴部底面且能接通出水腔的通水孔;该连接部凸设有摆动轴,该出水面盖之摆动连接有出水嘴的通孔都配设有由出水面盖背面凸设形成的周壁,该周壁包围通孔,该摆动轴转动连接在周壁,该嘴部伸入通孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该连接部设有外凸的配合部分,该活动板设有上下贯穿的配合孔,该连接部自下往上穿过配合孔且配合部抵靠在活动板,该活动板上下活动通过配合部分带动出水嘴摆动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该连接部的配合部分为上下间隔的上配合部和下配合部,该上配合部和活动板顶面能相配合,该下配合部和活动板底面能相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该配合孔孔壁设有顶抵台阶,该上配合部和顶抵台阶顶面能相配合,该下配合部和顶抵台阶底面能相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该连接部两侧都凸设有配合部;该配合孔呈十字结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该配合孔具有沿内外向布置的内外孔和沿左右向布置的左右孔,该内外孔和左右孔配合构成十字结构,该内外孔具有内孔部分,该内孔部分孔壁朝内凸设有顶抵台阶,该上配合部和顶抵台阶顶面能相配合,该下配合部和顶抵台阶底面能相配合。

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该转轴上凸设有凸轴;该固定部分内还设有导向块,该活动板和 导向块相对固定且二者之间形成有沿周向高度产生变化的轨迹部分,该凸轴适配连接轨迹部分。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该轨迹部分高度沿周向渐变布置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的出水面积可调整出水机构,其特征在于:该轨迹部分包括至少两定位台阶,每相邻两定位台阶之间连接有导向面。
