当从滑轨支架121上拆卸抽屉本体11时,只需向上提拉拨片件12123,使得卡扣12124脱离定位孔1111,至少部分的抽屉本体11脱离滑轨支架121,再向斜上方提拉抽屉本体11的前端,第一卡爪1131也从第一卡槽12121中脱离,抽屉本体11即可完全脱离滑轨支架121。
U型部1211,其包括两个相对的侧壁12111和连接两个相对侧壁12111的底壁12112,在U型部1211的底壁上设有第二卡槽12113和第二限位孔12114。
滑轨122,其上设有第二限位件1221和第二卡爪1222,当滑轨支架121装配到滑轨122上的设定位置时,第二卡爪1222卡入第二卡槽12113中,第二限位件1221位于第二限位孔12114中,使得滑轨支架121在前后方向上进行限位,于此同时,滑轨122位于U型部1211的两个侧壁12111之间。优选地,两个侧壁12111之间的距离与滑轨122的宽度适配以实现对滑轨支架121在其自身径向上进行限位。再使用螺钉13依次穿过U型部1211的其中一个侧壁12111和滑轨122,使得滑轨支架121固定到滑轨122上。
在滑轨122的底部还固定有第二翻折部14,通过螺钉可将第二翻折部14固定在制冷间室的内壁(图未示)上,从而将整个滑轨组件12固定在制冷间室的内壁上。
本发明还提供一种冰箱(图未示),该冰箱通过采用上述各实施方式中介绍的抽屉装配结构,可以取得上述各实施方式中抽屉装配结构具有的有益效果,并且,由于对该冰箱的其他结构或功能并未做出改进,故在此对该冰箱的其它结构也不再赘述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,所述抽屉装配结构包括:
    抽屉本体,其包括前壁、后壁及两个相对的侧壁,所述前壁、后壁及两个相对的侧壁共同限定出储物空间,在所述抽屉本体的侧壁上设有第一卡爪和第一限位件,在所述抽屉前壁上设有定位孔;
    滑轨组件,其包括滑轨支架和滑轨,所述滑轨支架包括U型部和与所述U型部固定连接的第一翻折部,其中,所述U型部用于装配所述滑轨支架和滑轨,所述第一翻折部用于装配所述抽屉本体和所述滑轨支架,所述第一翻折部上设有第一卡槽、第一限位孔、拨片件及与所述拨片件对应设置的卡扣;
    当所述抽屉本体装配到所述滑轨支架上的设定位置时,所述第一卡爪卡入所述第一卡槽中,所述第一限位件落入所述第一限位孔中,所述卡扣位于所述定位孔中,当从所述滑轨支架上拆卸所述抽屉本体时,提拉所述拨片件,使得所述卡扣脱离所述定位孔,至少部分的所述抽屉本体脱离所述滑轨支架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,所述U型部上设有第二卡槽和第二限位孔;所述滑轨上设有第二限位件和第二卡爪,当所述滑轨支架装配到所述滑轨上的设定位置时,所述第二卡爪卡入所述第二卡槽中,所述第二限位件位于所述第二限位孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,所述U型部包括两个相对的侧壁和连接所述两个相对侧壁的底壁,当所述滑轨支架装配到所述滑轨上的设定位置时,所述滑轨位于所述U型部的两个侧壁之间,所述两个侧壁之间的距离与所述滑轨的宽度适配以实现对所述滑轨支架在其自身径向上进行限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,当所述滑轨支架装配到所述滑轨上的设定位置时,使用螺钉依次穿过所述U型部的其中一个侧壁和滑轨,使得所述滑轨支架固定到所述滑轨上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,所述第二卡槽和第二限位孔均设置在所述U型部的底壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,所述抽屉本体的侧壁底部朝向所述储物空间的内部凹陷,所述第一限位件和第一卡爪设置在所述抽屉本体侧壁底部的凹陷处,且所述第一限位件靠近所述抽屉本体的前壁设置,所述第一卡爪靠近所述抽屉本体的后壁设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,位于所述第一限位件和第一卡爪之间的侧壁底部还延伸出一卡位件,当所述抽屉本体装配到所述滑轨支架上的设定位置时,所述卡位件与所述第一翻折部的边缘接触,使得所述抽屉本体在其自身径向上进行限位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,在所述U型部和第一翻折部之间且靠近所述第一限位孔处设有挡片,所述挡片与所述第一限位孔共同配合使得所述第一限位件在前后方向上进行限位。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉装配结构,其特征在于,所述拨片件设置在所述翻折部的内壁上,且靠近所述第一限位孔设置,所述卡扣与所述拨片件对应,设置在所述翻折部的外壁上。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1中所述的抽屉装配结构。
