L'invention concerne une matrice de combinaison pour une machine de coupe de cuir sous vide multicouche, la matrice de combinaison comprenant une plaque de matrice de lame et un dispositif de hotte sous vide, les matrices de lame étant uniformément réparties sur une surface supérieure de la plaque de matrice de lame, le dispositif de hotte sous vide comprenant une plaque supérieure de coque de hotte et une plaque latérale de coque de hotte, la plaque latérale de coque de hotte est pourvue d'un orifice d'extraction d'air, la plaque supérieure de coque de hotte est constituée d'une structure de matériau dur, et la plaque latérale de coque de hotte est constituée d'une structure de matériau souple ; et lorsque le dispositif de hotte sous vide se trouve sur la plaque de matrice de lame, la plaque latérale de coque de hotte est montée sur la plaque de matrice de lame de manière étanche.
