一实施例之中:该固定部分设有后盖,该后盖和固定面盖密封固接且形成容置空间,该阀体固设在容置空间内。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
花洒出水面盖部分包括固定出水面盖和活动出水面盖,活动出水面盖传动连接水路切换部分并驱动水路切换部分活动实现水路切换,即,活动出水面盖起到驱动水路切换部分的作用,代替了背景技术的按钮,因此克服了背景技术所存在的不足:其一,无需按钮,减少花洒制造成本;其二,出水面积大;其三,活动出水面盖面积大,手感佳,容易触碰,淋浴时候可达到盲按效果(使用者无需抬头找到按钮,避免水进入眼睛)。
第一分水体和固定出水面盖密封固接形成有第一出水腔,活动出水面盖背面密封固接有第二分水体,活动出水面盖和第二分水体之间形成有第二出水腔,按压后在水力、水重和自身重力作用下能下滑复位,另,布局合理、结构紧凑、外观美观。
滑动件水平布置且能相对固定部分水平滑动,结构紧凑。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图6,能切换出水的花洒,如顶喷花洒,包括固定部分1、水路切换部分2和活动出水面盖3。
该固定部分1设有一固定出水面盖11、一进水路12和两分水路13,该水路切换部分2设在固定部分1内且配合进水路12和两分水路13以切换两分水路13接通进水路12。该花洒的出水面盖部分由固定出水面盖11和活动出水面盖3组成。该活动出水面盖3滑接在固定部分1,该活动出水面盖3传动连接水路切换部分2并驱动水路切换部分2活动实现上述的水路切换,一分水路13配合固定出水面盖11并通过固定出水面盖11出水,如图3,另一分水路13配合活动出水面盖3并通过活动出水面盖3出水,如图5。
该固定部分1设有第一分水体14,该第一分水体14和固定出水面盖11密封固接且形成有第一出水腔,该第一出水腔接通一分水路;该活动出水面盖3背面密封固接有第二分水体31,该活动出水面盖3和第二分水体31之间形成有第二出水腔,该第二出水腔接通另一分水路。本具体实施方式之中:该固定出水面盖11包括第一装饰盖和固接在第一装饰盖背面的第一出水盖,该第一装饰盖设有多个第一通孔,该第一出水盖设有多个第一出水嘴,多个第一出水嘴适配穿过多个第一通孔;该活动出水面盖3包括第二装饰盖和固接在第二装饰盖背面的第二出水盖,该第二装饰盖设有多个第二通孔,该第二出水盖设有多个 第二出水嘴,多个第二出水嘴适配穿过多个第二通孔。
该第一分水体14和固定出水面盖11都呈环形结构且它们密封固接时该环形构成的内孔配合形成正背面贯穿的贯穿孔,该贯穿孔构成安装滑槽15,该活动出水面盖3和第二分水体31的整体能上下滑动连接在该安装滑槽15。本具体实施方式之中,该固定出水面盖11环形的内孔周缘向背面方向延伸成第一周壁(如第一出水盖的内孔周缘向背面方向延伸形成),该第一分水体14和第一周壁密封固接,且第一分水体14的内孔周缘向背面方向延伸成第二周壁,该第一周壁和第二周壁对齐且形成上述的安装滑槽15。
该固定部分1还设有后盖16和阀体17。该后盖16外周缘和固定出水面盖11外周缘固接且形成容置空间,如后盖16外周缘和第一装饰盖外周缘固接在一起,该阀体17固设在容置空间内。而且,该固定部分1通过球形接头181、螺母182和衬套183装接在供水源,以将水流引入花洒,具体结构如:阀体17具有入口套体171,该入口套体171自内往外伸出后盖16;该球形接头181装入入口套体171内,该衬套183套接在球形接头181外且位于入口套体171内,该螺母182螺接在入口套体171外,以将球形接头181和固定部分1装接在一起。
该水路切换部分2包括一能滑动连接在阀体17的滑动件21、一能转动连接在固定部分1的转动座22和一固设在滑动件21的密封部25,该滑动件21如为滑轴。该转动座22下端(对应正面)设有W形结构221且该W形结构具有相互连接的二倾斜面,该二倾斜面左右对称布置;该活动出水面盖3背面固设有凸起33,该凸起33顶部内凹设有推 杆32,该推杆32伸出第二分水体31之外,该推杆32顶抵在W形结构221,该活动出水面盖3滑动能带动推杆32顶抵W形结构221,能使转动座22摆动。该转动座22凸设有凸销222,该滑动件21底面凹设有配合槽211,该凸销222位于配合槽211内,则转动座22摆动能带动凸销222跟随以沿弧形轨迹活动,该凸销222沿弧形轨迹活动能带动滑动件21滑动,带动密封部25滑动,该密封部25滑动配合进水路12和两分水路13以通过滑动件21滑动实现水路切换。本具体实施方式之中:该滑动件21水平布置且能相对固定部分1水平滑动。
该阀体17设有安装腔172、接通安装腔172的入口和位于安装腔172之外的供装部分173;该入口位于安装腔172的中部且该安装腔172具有位于入口两侧的第一配合腔和第二配合腔,该第一配合腔内密封固设有第一轴套174,该第二配合腔内密封固设有第二轴套175,该第一轴套174周壁上开设有分水口,该第二轴套175周壁上也开设有分水口;该滑动件21滑动穿过该第一轴套174、第二轴套175和阀体17,该密封部25介于第一轴套174和第二轴套175之间,通过滑动件21滑动控制该密封部25密封该第一轴套174入口或第二轴套175入口;该进水路12包括上述的入口、第一配合腔和第二配合腔,该分水路13包括上述的分水口。该滑动件21的一端伸出安装腔172之外并伸入供装部分173,该转动座22摆动连接在供装部分173;该阀体17还设有密封该安装腔172之一端的复位螺母176,该滑动件21的另一端和该复位螺母176之间设有复位弹性体24。
本发明还设有一推杆导向套34,导向套34下部套接固定在凸起 33外,推杆32适配限定在导向套34内,通过该导向套34实现导向。本实施例导向套34包括下套筒341和上框体342;下套筒341向上延伸四个支杆形成上框体342,转动座22限定在上框体342内摆动。上框体342两侧面(垂直于滑动件21方向)设有阶梯槽343,可用于支撑滑动件21;上框体342顶部设有固定用弹性卡344.

初始状态中,请查阅图3,该滑动件21位于图中的左侧,密封部25密封第二轴套175的入口,安装腔和第一轴套174接通,进水路12和第一分水路13接通,第一出水腔和第一分水路13接通,固定出水面盖11出水。请查阅图4,向上按压该活动出水面盖3,该推杆32顶抵转动座22的W形结构带动转动座22摆动,通过凸销222和配合槽211的配合带动滑动件21向右滑动,带动密封部25向右滑动,使密封部25密封第一轴套174入口,安装腔和第二轴套175接通,进水路12和第二分水路13接通,第二出水腔和第二分水路13接通,活动出水面盖3出水;请查阅图5,用户松开按压,在水力、复位弹簧和自身重力作用下,活动出水面盖3向下滑动复位。请查阅图6,向上按压该活动出水面盖3,该推杆32顶抵转动座22的W形结构带动转动座22摆动,通过凸销222和配合槽211的配合带动滑动件21向左滑动,带动密封部25向左滑动,使密封部25密封第二轴套175入口,安装腔和第一轴套174接通,进水路12和第一分水路13接通,第一出水腔和第一分水路13接通,固定出水面盖11出水;松释按压后,活动出水 面盖3向下滑动复位,如图3。上述切换到位后,通过水压作用使切换保持;另,关水后,在弹性体24弹力作用下,切换复位至初始状态。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明能切换出水的花洒,具有一活动出水面盖起到驱动水路切换部分的作用,且活动出水面盖的出水面积大,手感佳,容易触碰,淋浴时候可达到盲按效果。适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (15)

  1. 能切换出水的花洒,包括固定部分和水路切换部分,该固定部分设有一固定出水面盖、一进水路和至少两分水路,该水路切换部分设在固定部分内且配合进水路和至少两分水路;其特征在于:还包括活动出水面盖,该固定出水面盖和活动出水面盖构成该花洒的出水面盖;该活动出水面盖滑接在固定部分,该活动出水面盖传动连接水路切换部分并驱动水路切换部分活动实现水路切换,至少一分水路配合固定出水面盖并通过固定出水面盖出水,至少一分水路配合活动出水面盖并通过活动出水面盖出水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该固定部分设有第一分水体,该第一分水体和固定出水面盖密封固接形成有第一出水腔,该第一出水腔接通一分水路;该活动出水面盖背面密封固接有第二分水体,该活动出水面盖和第二分水体之间形成有第二出水腔,该第二出水腔接通另一分水路。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该固定出水面盖中心设有贯穿的安装滑槽,该活动出水面盖能上下滑动连接在该安装滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该第一分水体和固定出水面盖密封固接且形成正背面贯穿的贯穿孔,该贯穿孔构成安装滑槽,该活动出水面盖能上下滑动连接在该安装滑槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该水路切换部分包括一能滑动连接在固定部分的滑动件,该滑动件配合进 水路和至少两分水路以通过滑动件滑动实现水路切换;该活动出水面盖传动连接滑动件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该水路切换部分还包括一能转动连接在固定部分的转动座,该转动座传动连接滑动件且通过转动座摆动能带动滑动件滑动,该活动出水面盖传动连接转动座且通过活动出水面盖滑动能带动转动座摆动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该转动座一端设有W形结构且该W形结构具有相互连接的二倾斜面,该二倾斜面左右布置;另设有相对活动出水面盖固定的推杆,该推杆顶抵在W形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该转动座凸设有凸销,该滑动件设有配合槽,该凸销位于配合槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该滑动件水平布置且能相对固定部分水平滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该固定部分设有阀体,该阀体设有安装腔和接通安装腔的入口,该入口位于安装腔的中部且该安装腔具有位于入口两侧的第一配合腔和第二配合腔,该第一配合腔内密封固设有第一轴套,该第二配合腔内密封固设有第二轴套,该第一轴套周壁上开设有分水口,该第二轴套周壁上也开设有分水口;该滑动件固设有密封部,该密封部介于第一轴套和第二轴套之间,通过滑动件滑动控制该密封部密封该第一轴套入口或第二轴套入口;该进水路包括上述的入口、第一配合腔和第二配合 腔,该分水路包括上述的分水口。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该滑动件和固定部分之间设有复位弹性体。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该固定部分设有后盖,该后盖和固定面盖密封固接且形成容置空间,该阀体固设在容置空间内。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该活动出水面盖背面固设有凸起,该凸起顶部内凹设有推杆。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:还设有一导向套,导向套下部套接固定在凸起外,推杆适配限定在导向套内,通过该导向套实现导向。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的能切换出水的花洒,其特征在于:该导向套包括下套筒和上框体;下套筒向上延伸四个支杆形成上框体,转动座限定在上框体内摆动。
