Definitions
- the present invention is directed to a light beam controller that suppresses interference between light beams when irradiating a plurality of light beams to a measurement object, and optical coherence tomography (Optical Coherence) for scattered light from inside the object using the light beam controller.
- the present invention relates to an optical coherence tomography that performs tomographic imaging with OCTography (OCT).
- Optical coherence tomography technology that obtains three-dimensional structure data of a measurement object irradiated with light with high accuracy using light interference enables tomographic observation in the vicinity of the surface of the measurement object, medical diagnosis and industrial products
- the application to inspection is expanding.
- the position of the light scattering point in the optical axis direction, that is, the depth direction is specified by analyzing the result of interference of the reference light with the object light scattered and irradiated with light to the measurement target object, This obtains structural data spatially resolved in the depth direction.
- the object light is not reflected 100% only on the surface of the measurement object but is propagated to the inside to some extent and then backscattered. For this reason, it becomes possible to obtain structural data spatially resolved in the depth direction inside the object.
- TD-OCT Time Domain
- FD-OCT Fourier Domain
- the interference light spectrum in a wide wavelength band is measured and Fourier-transformed to obtain structure data in the depth direction.
- SD-OCT Spectral Domain
- SS-OCT Swept Source
- the object light beam is irradiated to different positions of the measurement object to obtain spatially resolved structural data in the in-plane direction perpendicular to the optical axis
- one object light beam is usually scanned using a galvano mirror or the like.
- the spatial resolution in the in-plane direction is determined by the light beam diameter, and the range is determined by the number of places to which the light beam is irradiated. Therefore, when measuring a wide range, there is a problem that measurement time becomes long.
- Patent Document 1 describes the following invention.
- the wide band light pulse 5 is input from the wide band light pulse generation unit 4 to the light pulse demultiplexing delay combination unit 18.
- the optical multiplexer / demultiplexer 32 of this unit 18 and the plurality of optical delay units 34 generate narrow time-delayed optical pulse trains 20 shown in FIG.
- the narrow band optical pulse train 20 is branched by the branching and joining unit 42, one is irradiated to the measurement object 46 for back scattering, the other is irradiated to the reference mirror 66, and the returned light is combined by the optical coupler 70.
- FIG. 1 of the document irradiation of a single object light beam to a measurement object 46 is assumed, and FIG. 6 of the document shows the wavelength of the single object light beam.
- the change over time is only illustrated. That is, when measuring the above-mentioned wide range, the problem that measurement time becomes long is not solved.
- Patent Document 2 a method of speeding up the measurement of a wide range by irradiating a plurality of object light beams simultaneously to different positions of the object to be measured is described, for example, in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 ing.
- An example of the SD-OCT method described in Patent Document 3 is shown in FIG.
- the light source 21 emits light in a wide wavelength range of about 100 nm.
- One of the lights passes through a collimator 13 and an irradiation optical system 12 including a scan mirror and a lens, and is irradiated to the measurement object 11.
- three object light beams 51a, 51b, 51c are simultaneously irradiated to different positions of the object to be measured, and the backscattered light (object light) returns to the branching and joining device.
- the other light passes through the collimator 14 and the reference light mirror 15, and the reflected light from the mirror is returned to the branching and joining device 42 and becomes the reference light.
- the object light scattered from the object to be measured and the reference light reflected by the mirror interfere at the branching and joining device 42.
- the area to be measured is divided, and one object light beam of one divided area is allocated and irradiated. Then, the object light overlaps at a location where the regions are adjacent, causing interference. Interference between object light beams makes it difficult to obtain structural data with high accuracy. In order to irradiate a plurality of object light beams to a measurement object, control for suppressing the influence of interference is necessary.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a light beam controller that irradiates a plurality of light beams while suppressing the influence of interference with each other, and optical coherence tomography imaging that makes it possible to measure a measurement object with high accuracy using this To provide the

And an optical frequency difference setting unit configured to be larger than a band of a light receiver for receiving the beam.
- the light beam controller branching means for dividing a plurality of light beams from the light beam controller into object light and reference light, and the plurality of object light beams And an interference unit that causes the object light scattered from the measurement object and the reference light to interfere with each other and to the light receiver.
- a plurality of light beams whose wavelengths are swept are generated, and the light frequency difference of any combination of the plurality of light beams is larger than the bandwidth of the light receiver for receiving the light beams. It is characterized by setting.

Abstract
