Abstract

ユーザ端末２０は、商品を購入したユーザの操作に従って、その商品を購入したときに店舗からユーザに渡されるレシートと、その商品の包装容器等に付された賞味期限又は消費期限とをそれぞれ撮像し、その撮像結果に応じたデータをサーバ装置１０に送信する。サーバ装置１０は、これらのデータを用いてユーザが上記期限の近い商品を購入したことを確認すると、そのユーザに対して特典を付与する。ユーザが上記期限の近い商品を購入すると特典が与えられるのでその種の商品を購入しようという動機を持つことになり、これにより、期限切れにより廃棄される商品、いわゆるフードロスを少なくすることができる。

Description

情報処理装置
　本発明は、例えば消費期限や賞味期限等の、消費に関する期限が近い商品の販売促進の技術に関する。
　特に先進国等では、例えば消費期限や賞味期限等の、消費に関する期限が経過した商品の廃棄量を少なくすることが課題となっている。例えば特許文献１には、ネットワーク上のスーパーマーケットにおいて上記のような期限切れが近い商品の販売を促進させるため仕組みが提案されている。

　特許文献１に記載の仕組みは、ネットワーク上での商品販売を前提としたものに過ぎず、現実の店舗において商品を販売するというような、世界的に広く普及している販売形態には適用することができない。このため、この仕組みを用いたとしても、期限切れが近い商品の販売促進の効果には一定の限度がある。本発明は、この点に着目し、現実の店舗で販売されている商品の期限切れを抑制することを目的とする。
　上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、ユーザによって購入された商品の購入時期を取得する購入時期取得部と、前記商品を撮像した画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の消費に関する期限を取得する期限取得部と、前記購入時期取得部により取得された購入時期と、前記期限取得部により取得された前記期限とが所定の関係にある場合に、前記ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行う特典処理部とを備えることを特徴とする情報処理装置を提供する。
　前記購入時期取得部は、前記ユーザにより購入された前記商品の識別情報と購入時期とを示す領収書情報を含む画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の購入時期を取得するようにしてもよい。

［構成］　図１は、本実施形態の情報処理システム１の一例を示す図である。情報処理システム１は、賞味期限又は消費期限が近づいた商品の販売促進を行うことで商品の期限切れを抑制する情報処理装置としてのサーバ装置１０と、ユーザによって利用されるユーザ端末２０と、商品を販売する現実の店舗に設置された店舗システム３０と、これらサーバ装置１０、ユーザ端末２０及び店舗システム３０を通信可能に接続するネットワーク９０とを備えている。サーバ装置１０及びユーザ端末２０はいずれもコンピュータ装置であり、詳しくは後述する。店舗システム３０は、店舗における販売状況を商品単位で管理し、その販売状況に基づいて売上及び在庫を管理するＰＯＳ（Point of Sales）システムを含んでいる。ネットワーク９０は、例えばＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）又はＷＡＮ（Wide Area Network）、若しくはこれらの組み合わせであり、有線区間又は無線区間を含んでいる。なお、図１には、サーバ装置１０、ユーザ端末２０及び店舗システム３０を１つずつ示しているが、これらはそれぞれ複数であってもよい。
　ユーザ端末２０は、商品を購入したユーザの操作に従って、その商品を購入したときに店舗からユーザに渡されるレシート（領収書）と、その商品の包装容器等に付された賞味期限又は消費期限（以下、単に期限という）とをそれぞれ撮像し、その撮像結果に応じたデータをサーバ装置１０に送信する。サーバ装置１０は、これらのデータを用いて、ユーザが期限の近い商品を購入したことを確認すると、そのユーザに対してなんらかの価値がある特典を付与する。ユーザは、期限の近い商品を購入すると特典が与えられるので、そのような商品を意図的に購入しようという動機を持つことになる。これにより、期限が近づいた商品の販売が促進され、期限切れにより廃棄される商品、いわゆるフードロスを少なくすることができる。
　図２は、ユーザ端末２０のハードウェア構成を例示する図である。ユーザ端末２０は、スマートフォン、タブレット又はカメラ型などの携帯型コンピュータのほか、例えばグラス型、ヘッドマウントディスプレイ型又はコンタクトレンズ型のウェアラブルコンピュータや、デスクトップ型又はノートブック型のパーソナルコンピュータであってもよい。ユーザ端末２０は、ＣＰＵ２０１（Central Processing Unit）、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）２０２、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）２０３、補助記憶装置２０４、通信ＩＦ２０５、撮像部２０６、表示部２０７及び操作部２０８を有する。

　補助記憶装置１０４は、図４～６に例示するような各種データベース（以下、データベースをＤＢと省略する）を記憶している。図４に例示する申請ＤＢにおいては、各ユーザを識別するためのユーザＩＤごとに、そのユーザからの特典付与申請行為を識別するための申請ＩＤと、商品が購入された購入時期と、そのユーザが特典付与を申請した申請時期と、そのユーザにより購入された商品を識別するための商品ＩＤと、各商品の期限とが対応付けられている。商品は、典型的には食品及び飲料などの製造時期から期限までが比較的短い商品であるが、消費に関する期限が定められたものであればどのような商品であってもよい。商品ＩＤは、商品の名称やその商品に割り当てられた文字列など、商品を識別するための識別情報であればどのようなものでもよい。なお、購入時期、申請時期及び各商品の期限といった時期を特定する情報の最小単位は、年単位、月単位、日単位、時単位、分単位、秒単位など、どのような単位であってもよい。申請ＤＢに含まれる情報は、ユーザ端末２０によって商品及びレシートが撮像された画像データに基づいて特定される。
　ここでいうレシートとは、ユーザにより購入された商品の商品ＩＤと購入時期とを少なくとも含むものである。
　図５に例示する商品ＤＢは、ユーザに対して販売され、特典の付与対象となる各商品の商品ＩＤと、各商品の画像を示す商品画像データと、商品を購入したユーザに特典を付与するときに満たされる特典付与条件と、その特典とを含む。商品画像データは、特に商品の包装容器等において期限が付された箇所周辺を撮像したデータである。特典は例えば金銭の代替として利用可能なポイントである。図５の例では、例えばユーザが商品ＩＤ「Ｐ０００１」の商品を購入した場合、購入日から７日以内に期限が到来する場合には、１００ポイントという特典がユーザに付与される。
　図６に例示するユーザＤＢには、各ユーザのユーザＩＤと、そのユーザに対して付与された特典（ここではポイントの累計）とを含む。
　図７は、サーバ装置１０の機能構成の一例を示すブロック図である。サーバ装置１０においては、ユーザによって購入された商品の購入時期を取得する購入時期取得部１１と、商品を撮像した画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の消費に関する期限を取得する期限取得部１２と、購入時期取得部１１により取得された購入時期と、期限取得部１２により取得された期限とが所定の関係にある場合に、ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行う特典処理部１３という機能が実現される。これらの機能は、ハードウェアとしてのＣＰＵ１０１がプログラムを実行することにより実現される。所定の関係とは、例えば、購入時点から期限までの残り時間が予め設定された期間よりも長いか短いか否かによって規定される関係である。購入したタイミングと期限とを用いて規定できるあらゆる関係性を含む。あるいは、購入日、期限日に加えて製造日などの他の時間的要素を用いて規定される関係であってもよい。
　各機能の具体的な内容は次のとおりである。購入時期取得部１１は、ユーザにより購入された商品の商品ＩＤと購入時期とを含むレシート（領収書）を撮像した画像データに基づいて特定される、その商品のその購入時期を取得する。

　サーバ装置１０の特典処理部１３は、店舗システム３０から受信した特典付与情報に基づいて商品ＤＢを更新する（ステップＳ３）。例えば、特典処理部１３は、商品ＩＤ「Ｐ０００１」、商品画像データ「・・・」、特典「１００ポイント」、特典付与条件「購入日から７日以内に期限が到来すること」を商品ＤＢに書き込む。
　次に、サーバ装置１０の特典処理部１３は、商品ＤＢに含まれる商品の購入をリコメンドするリコメンド情報を生成する（ステップＳ４）。このリコメンド情報には、特典付与の対象となる商品及びその特典に関する情報、具体的には商品の説明や付与される特典の内容、そして特典付与条件等が含まれている。このリコメンド情報は、サーバ装置１０から、本実施形態に係るサービス専用のアプリケーションプログラムがインストールされているユーザ端末２０に送信される（ステップＳ５）。ユーザ端末２０は、受信したリコメンド情報を表示部２０７に表示するなどの出力処理を行い、特典付与対象となる商品に関する情報をユーザに知らせる（ステップＳ６）。このように特典処理部１３により、生成されたリコメンド情報がユーザに通知されることになる。
　次に、ユーザが商品を購入してから特典が付与されるまでの動作例を説明する。ユーザは、リコメンド情報を見て特典付与対象となる商品の存在を知ると、店舗にてその商品を購入し、店舗からレシートを受け取る。一方、店舗システム３０は、ユーザが商品の購入代金の支払いを済ませると、その商品の商品ＩＤ、購入時期、購入数、購入代金等を含む販売情報を記録する。ユーザは、商品購入後に、ユーザ端末２０を操作して、撮像部２０６によりレシートを撮像し、次いで、商品の包装容器等に付された期限が記載された部分を少なくとも含む領域を撮像する（ステップＳ１１）。
　ユーザ端末２０は、撮像されたレシートの画像データに対して画像解析を行って、商品を購入した店舗を識別するための店舗ＩＤ、レシートの発行時期、レシートを識別するためのレシート番号、購入された商品の商品ＩＤを文字認識し、その認識結果を記憶する。
　さらに、ユーザ端末２０は、撮像された商品の画像データに対して画像解析を行って期限を文字認識して、その認識結果を記憶する。
これらの認識結果及び商品の画像データは、特典を付与するための処理を要求するためのユーザの申請操作に応じて（ステップＳ１２）、ユーザ端末２０からサーバ装置１０に送信される（ステップＳ１３）。なお、ユーザ端末２０が行っていたレシートの画像データ又は商品の画像データに対する画像解析は、ユーザ端末２０に代わって、サーバ装置１０が行ってもよい。この場合、これらの画像データが画像解析されることなく、ユーザ端末２０からサーバ装置１０に送信される。
　サーバ装置１０の購入時期取得部１１及び期限取得部１２は、ユーザ端末２０から上記の認識結果及び商品の画像データを受信すると、新規の申請ＩＤを発行して、これらを申請ＤＢに登録する（ステップＳ１４）。このとき、これらがサーバ装置１０において受信されたタイミングが申請時期として取得され、申請ＤＢに登録される。また、購入時期は、レシートの発行時期となる。ユーザ端末２０から受信された商品の画像データは、商品及びその包装容器等の形状、色又は大きさ等についての画像認識処理を経て、商品ＤＢ内の商品画像データと照合され、特典付与の申請対象となる商品が商品ＤＢ内のどの商品であるかが特定される。そして、商品ＤＢにおいて特定された商品の商品ＩＤが、特典付与の申請対象となる商品の商品ＩＤとして申請ＤＢに登録される。この申請ＤＢへの登録により、ユーザによって購入された商品の購入時期が購入時期取得部１１により取得されるとともに、商品を撮像した画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の消費に関する期限が期限取得部１２により取得されることになる。
　次に、サーバ装置１０の特典処理部１３は、申請ＤＢにおいて新たに登録された内容が、過去において既に申請ＤＢに登録されていないかどうか、つまり重複申請が無いかどうかを確認する（ステップＳ１５）。特典処理部１３は、重複申請があれば、上記の申請を否認する処理を行う。
　一方、重複申請がなければ、特典処理部１３は、申請ＤＢにおいて新たに登録した内容を含む問い合わせを、上記店舗ＩＤが示す店舗の店舗システム３０に送信する（ステップＳ１６）。これは、特典の付与対象となる商品がレシートに記された購入時期に購入されているか否かを当該商品の販売元に問い合わせるものである。
　店舗システム３０は、受信した問い合わせに含まれる情報をＰＯＳシステムにより記録している販売情報と照合し（ステップＳ１７）、この問い合わせに対する回答を行う（ステップＳ１８）。具体的には、店舗システム３０は、申請ＤＢにおいて新たに登録された内容（つまり或る購入時期に購入された商品の商品ＩＤ）と、ＰＯＳシステムにて登録されている販売情報（つまり、上記購入時期と同時期に販売された商品の商品ＩＤ）とを照合することで、特典の付与対象となる商品がレシートに記された購入時期に購入されているか否かを判断する。このとき、店舗システム３０は、問い合わせに含まれる購入時期と同じ時期に販売された商品と照合してもよいし、例えば問い合わせに含まれる購入時期を含む、或る幅を持つ期間に販売された商品と照合してもよい。この場合、もし同一期間及び同一商品について特典付与申請に係る購入商品数が店舗システム３０で把握している販売商品数を上回る場合、その期間に特典付与を申請したユーザ群に、不正行為を行ったユーザが含まれていることになる。このような不正行為が繰り返し疑われるようなユーザのユーザＩＤを検出することで、不正行為を行うユーザを特定することが可能となる。なお、サーバ装置１０の特典処理部１３が定期的に店舗システム３０に対して販売情報を問い合わせて取得、保存しておき、申請ＤＢにおいて新たに登録された内容をこの保存内容と照合するようにしてもよい。
　特典処理部１３は、特典の付与対象となる商品がレシートに記された購入時期に購入されていることが確認できれば、ユーザに特典を付与する処理を行う（ステップＳ１９）。
　つまり、特典処理部１３は、申請ＤＢ及び商品ＤＢを用いてユーザに付与する特典を特定し、その特典をユーザＤＢにおいて、上記ユーザのユーザＩＤに対応付けて書き込む。
　以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、現実の店舗で商品を販売する販売形態において、ユーザは、期限の近づいた商品を購入すると特典が与えられるので、そのような商品を購入しようという動機を持つことになり、これにより、期限切れにより廃棄される商品を少なくすることができる。また、店舗システム３０に記録された販売情報と照合してから特典を付与するので、例えばレシート等の偽造による不正防止を抑制することが可能となる。
［変形例]
　本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されない。上述した実施形態を以下のように変形してもよい。また、以下の２つ以上の変形例を組み合わせて実施してもよい。
［変形例１]
　ユーザによる特典付与申請のタイミングを所定期間（例えば２４時間とか３日間等）内に制限するようにしてもよい。具体的には、特典処理部１３は、購入時期取得部１１によって取得された購入時期から所定期間内に特典を付与するための処理が要求された場合に、ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行う。このように、ユーザによる特典付与申請のタイミングを制限することで、例えばユーザがこのような特典付与サービスに加入する以前に購入した商品の期限を用いて特典を申請するような不正行為を抑制することが可能となる。
　さらに、特典処理部１３は、期限取得部１２によって取得された期限から所定期間経過するまでに特典を付与するための処理が要求された場合には、ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行うようにしてもよい。このように期限経過から特典付与申請までの期間を制限することによっても、例えばユーザがこのような特典付与サービスに加入する以前に購入した商品の期限を用いて特典を申請するような不正行為を抑制することが可能となる。
［変形例２]
　特典処理部１３は、所定の条件に応じて価値が変動する特典を付与するための処理を行うようにしてもよい。例えば、特典処理部１３は、ユーザが商品を購入してから消費すると推定される推定消費期間と、当該商品について取得された購入時期から当該商品について取得された期限までの期間との関係に応じて価値が変動する特典を付与するための処理を行ってもよい。
　ここで、図９は、特典処理部１３が記憶している推定消費期間ＤＢを例示する図である。この推定消費期間ＤＢにおいては、ユーザごとに、そのユーザが購入した商品の商品ＩＤとその商品を購入してから消費し終わるまでの期間の推定値（推定消費期間）とが対応付けられている。推定消費期間の算出は次のようにして行う。各ユーザが商品を消費し終えると、ユーザ端末２０を用いてその旨をサーバ装置１０に通知する。この通知には、消費し終えた商品の商品ＩＤが含まれている。サーバ装置１０の特典処理部１３は、その通知時期と、同一商品についての申請ＤＢ内の購入時期との差を算出して、この差をその商品の推定消費期間とする。また、サーバ装置１０の特典処理部１３は、店舗システム３０が記録しているユーザの商品購入履歴を取得し、一のユーザが過去に同一商品を複数回購入しているときの各々の購入時期の差を求め、その差をその商品の推定消費期間としてもよい。そして、このようにユーザが同一の商品を購入又は消費するたびに、その商品についての推定消費期間が過去の算出分に対して平均化される。特典処理部１３は、このように或る商品について過去の購入又は消費行為から算出された推定消費期間と、当該商品について新たに取得された購入時期から当該商品の期限までの期間との差が閾値以内である場合には、当該差が当該閾値を超える場合に比べて大きな価値がある特典を付与するための処理を行う。このようにすれば、ユーザの過去の購入又は消費行為から推定される適度なペースで商品を購入する場合には特典が付与されるが、そのようなペースから逸脱するような購入行為に対しては特典が付与されない。これにより、例えば特典を得たいがために、消費しきれないような量の商品を無理に購入するようなユーザの行為を抑制することができる。
　また、特典処理部１３は、商品について取得された購入時期と当該商品について取得された期限との関係に応じて価値が変動する特典を付与するための処理を行うようにしてもよい。これにより、例えば、同一の商品について、期限により近い時期に購入したときほど、より大きな価値のある特典を付与することができる。例えば、ある商品について、期限の５日前までに購入した場合は１００ポイントが、期限の１日前までに購入した場合は３００ポイントが付与される、という情報が商品ＤＢに記憶される。この結果、期限がより近い商品の販売促進をより強く促すことが可能となる。
［変形例３]
　サーバ装置１０は、ユーザによって購入された商品が消費されたか否かを確認し、消費されていない場合には、当該商品の消費を促進するための処理を行う消費促進部を備えるようにしてもよい。この消費促進部は、ハードウェアとしてのＣＰＵ１０１がプログラムを実行することにより実現される。各ユーザが商品を消費し終えると、ユーザ端末２０を用いてその旨をサーバ装置１０に通知する。この通知には、消費し終えた商品の商品ＩＤが含まれている。サーバ装置１０の消費促進部は、その通知がその商品の期限よりも所定期間前の決められた時期、又はその期限が経過した後の決められた時期に、例えばその商品の消費の仕方（例えば商品が食品の場合にはその食品を使ったレシピ）をユーザ端末２０に送信する等の、消費を促進するための処理を行う。これにより、期限前後の商品の消費を促進することができ、フードロスを削減できる。
［変形例４]
　実施形態において、購入時期取得部１１は、レシートを撮像した画像データに基づいて商品の購入時期を取得していたが、ユーザによって購入された商品の購入時期を取得する方法は、実施形態の例示に限定されない。購入時期取得部１１は、例えば店舗の会員カード等に紐付けて記録された、ユーザごとの商品の購入履歴から購入時期を取得するようにしてもよい。この購入履歴には、ユーザを識別するユーザＩＤと、ユーザにより購入された商品の商品ＩＤと、その商品の購入時期とを少なくとも含む。また、レシートは、紙等の媒体に印字されてユーザに提供されるものに限らず、電子的な情報としてユーザに提供されるものであってもよい。このように電子的なレシート情報として提供されるレシートは、電子レシート又はスマートレシートなどと呼ばれており、例えば店舗システム３０からユーザ端末２０に送信され、ユーザ端末２０の表示部２０７に表示される。サーバ装置１０の購入時期取得部１１は、ユーザ端末２０からこの電子的なレシート情報を取得し、その内容に基づいて商品の購入時期を取得する。具体的には、電子的なレシート情報には、紙等のレシートと同様に、店舗ＩＤ、レシートの発行時期、レシートを識別するためのレシート番号、購入された商品の商品ＩＤが含まれているから、サーバ装置１０の購入時期取得部１１は、これらを受信すると、新規の申請ＩＤを発行して、これらを申請ＤＢに登録する。このように、紙等の媒体に印字されてユーザに提供されるレシートを撮像した画像データであっても、電子的なレシート情報であっても、これらはユーザにより購入された商品の識別情報と購入時期とを示す領収書情報を含む画像データである。つまり、領収書情報を含む画像データとは、領収書を撮像した画像データや電子的なレシート情報としてユーザに提供される画像データ等のように、商品の対価として金銭等を受領した者がその金銭受取りの事実を証明する情報を含む画像データである。購入時期取得部１１はこのような画像データに基づいて特定される、商品の購入時期を取得する。つまり、本発明によれば、紙等の媒体に印字されてユーザに提供されるレシートを撮像した画像データであっても、電子的なレシート情報であっても、これらの画像データに基づいて商品の購入時期を判断することができるという効果を奏する。
［変形例５]
　実施形態において、特典処理部１３は、期限取得部１２により取得された期限よりも所定期間前の時点以降に商品が購入された場合に、ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行っていたが、特典付与の条件はこれに限らない。特典処理部１３は、取得された購入時期と期限取得部１２により取得された期限との間に、時間的な所定の関係がある場合には、ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行えばよい。
［変形例６]
　本発明において、商品の消費に関する期限とは、例えば賞味期限又は消費期限といった、製造者が商品の品質を保証する日を示す情報であるが、これに限らず、商品の消費または使用において時期的な制限として定められたものであればどのようなものでもよい。また、期限が設定されている理由や期限の名称や種類はどのようなものでもよい。
［変形例７]
　実施形態では、専用アプリケーションプログラムがインストールされている全てのユーザ端末２０に対して任意の時期にリコメンド情報を配信していたが、レコメンド情報の配信先や配信時期はこの例に限定されない。リコメンド情報の配信先については、サーバ装置１０が、申請ＤＢにおけるユーザの過去の商品購入履歴やそのユーザのユーザ端末２０の位置情報に基づいて、店舗に来店する頻度が高いユーザを特定し、そのユーザのユーザ端末２０に対して上記店舗で購入可能な商品に関するリコメンド情報を送信してもよい。
　また、サーバ装置１０は、申請ＤＢにおけるユーザの過去の商品購入履歴に基づいて、或る商品を購入する頻度が高いユーザを特定し、そのユーザのユーザ端末２０に対してその商品に関するリコメンド情報を送信するようにしてもよい。また、リコメンド情報の配信時期については、上記変形例２でおいて記載した推定消費期間を考慮し、或るユーザによる次回の商品購入が予想される時期又はその時期の所定期間（例えば数日）前にそのユーザにリコメンド情報を配信するようにしてもよい。このように、サーバ装置１０は、商品の購入又は消費に関する行為に応じて特定されるユーザ又は時期にリコメンド情報を配信するようにしてもよい。
［そのほかの変形例]
　上記実施の形態の説明に用いたブロック図は、機能単位のブロックを示している。これらの機能ブロック（構成部）は、ハードウェア及び／又はソフトウェアの任意の組み合わせによって実現される。また、各機能ブロックの実現手段は特に限定されない。すなわち、各機能ブロックは、物理的及び／又は論理的に結合した１つの装置により実現されてもよいし、物理的及び／又は論理的に分離した２つ以上の装置を直接的及び／又は間接的に（例えば、有線及び／又は無線）で接続し、これら複数の装置により実現されてもよい。例えば、サーバ装置１０の機能の少なくとも一部がユーザ端末２０に実装されてもよい。サーバ装置１０の機能の全部がユーザ端末２０に実装された場合、ユーザ端末２０が本発明に係る情報処理装置として機能する。
　要するに、本発明においては、１以上のコンピュータを有する情報処理システムにおいて、ユーザによって購入された商品の購入時期を取得するステップと、前記商品を撮像した画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の消費に関する期限を取得するステップと、前記取得された購入時期と前記取得された期限とが所定の関係にある場合に、前記ユーザに対して特典を付与するステップとが実行されればよい。

  1. 　ユーザによって購入された商品の購入時期を取得する購入時期取得部と、
    　前記商品を撮像した画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の消費に関する期限を取得する期限取得部と、
    　前記購入時期取得部により取得された購入時期と、前記期限取得部により取得された前記期限とが所定の関係にある場合に、前記ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行う特典処理部と
    　を備えることを特徴とする情報処理装置。
  2. 　前記購入時期取得部は、前記ユーザにより購入された前記商品の識別情報と購入時期とを示す領収書情報を含む画像データに基づいて特定される、当該商品の購入時期を取得する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の情報処理装置。
  3. 　前記特典処理部は、前記特典の付与対象となる商品が前記購入時期取得部によって取得された購入時期に購入されているか否かを当該商品の販売元に問い合わせ、当該商品が前記購入時期に購入されている場合に、前記ユーザに対して特典を付与するための処理を行う

  9. 　前記特典処理部は、前記商品について取得された前記購入時期と当該商品について取得された前記期限との関係に応じて価値が変動する特典を付与するための処理を行う
    　ことを特徴とする請求項６に記載の情報処理装置。
  10. 　ユーザによって購入された前記商品が消費されたか否かを確認し、消費されていない場合には、当該商品の消費を促進するための処理を行う消費促進部を備える
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１～９のいずれか１項に記載の情報処理装置。
