在本实施例中,限位件4还包括卡接部9,卡接部9与安装件5卡接,能够固定底座2及限位件4。
在本实施例中,卡接部9设置在电控盒组件3与限位部6相邻的底壁。
在本实施例中,卡接部9包括相互连接并呈L型的第一卡接段10及第二卡接段11,第一卡接段10的一端与电控盒组件3连接,另一端与第二卡接段11连接。
在本实施例中,第二卡接段11穿过安装件5,第一卡接段10及第二卡接段11相对安装件5移动,使第一卡接段10及第二卡持段抵持,以固定底座2及电控盒组件3。
在本实施例中,电控盒组件3包括电控盒23及防护板24,防护板24设置在电控盒23的外侧,在本实施例中,限位部6设置在防护板24上。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,电控盒组件3包括电控盒23及防护板24,但是不限于此,在本实用新型的其他实施例中,电控盒组件3可以只包 括电控盒23,限位部6设置在电控盒23上。与本实施例等同的方案,能够达到本实施例的效果对的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。
请参阅图3及图4,在本实施例中,安装件5上设置有抵持部12,限位部6与抵持部12抵持。抵持部12具有抵持面13,限位部6可相对于抵持部12滑动到位后,限位面7与抵持面13抵持,以限制电控盒组件3相对于底座2的位移。
在本实施例中,抵持部12具有第二导向面14,第一导向面8可相对于第二导向面14滑动到位后,限位面7与抵持面13抵持。
在本实施例中,当第二卡接段11穿过安装件5,并相对于安装件5移动时,第一导向面8与第二导向面14抵持,并相对于第二导向面14滑动,当第一导向面8相对于第二导向面14滑动到位后,抵持面13与限位面7抵持,以限制电控盒组件3相对于底座2的位移。
在本实施例中,第一导向面8与第二导向面14抵持,并相对于第二导向面14滑动,当第一导向面8相对于第二导向面14滑动至与第二导向面14脱离时,表示第一导向面8相对于第二导向面14滑动到位。
在本实施例中,限位部6包括导向段15及限位段16,导向段15与安装件5连接,限位段16与导向段15远离安装件5一端连接并呈锐角设置,导向面设置在导向段15远离限位段16的一侧,限位面7设置在限位段16远离导向段15的一侧。
在本实施例中,限位部6还包括复位段17,复位段17的一端与限位段16远离导向段15的一端连接,复位段17可带动限位段16及导向段15转动,使限位面7及抵持面13脱离抵持。
在本实施例中,当电控盒组件3需要与底座2固定时,第一导向面8相对于第二导向面14滑动到位后,限位面7与抵持面13抵持,以限制电控盒组件3相对于底座2的位移。当要拆卸时,按下复位段17,复位段17带动限位段16及导向段15相对于底座2向靠近电控盒组件3的方向转动,使抵持面13及限位面7脱离抵持,电控盒组件3与底座2脱离限位,便可取下电控盒组件3。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,安装件5还设置有卡持部18,卡接部9 与卡持部18卡接。
在本实施例中,卡持部18为卡持孔,卡持孔包括第一段19、过渡段20及第二段21,第一段19通过过渡段20与第二段21连接,第一段19的宽度大于第二段21的宽度。
在本实施例中,过渡段20过渡连接第一段19及第二段21,第一段19的宽度大于第二段21的宽度,第一段19作为导向段15,第二段21为固定段。第二卡接段11通过第一段19导向经过过渡段20进入到第二段21后,第二卡接段11与安装件5的侧壁抵持,限制了电控盒组件3在与安装件5垂直的方向上的位移,第一卡接段10与第二段21的侧壁抵持,与第二段21配合,限制了电控盒组件3在于安装件5的平行的平面内的三个方向的位移。除了第二段21与第一段19连通的方向之外,其余方向的位移均限制。
在本实施例中,第一段19的宽度大于第二段21的宽度,第二卡接段11穿过第一段19,第一卡接段10及第二卡接段11向靠近第二段21的方向运动,当第一卡接段10及第二卡接段11运动至第二段21后,第一卡接段10与第二段21抵持,固定电控盒组件3。
在本实施例中,抵持面13与第一段19及第二段21相对的侧壁平行。抵持面13与限位面7相互抵持,能够限制第一段19与第二段21连通的方向上的位移,以固定电控盒组件3。
本实施例提供的电控组件1的工作原理:在本实施例中,第二卡接段11通过第一段19穿过安装件5,向靠近第二段21的方向运动时,第一导向面8与第二导向面14相互抵持,并且第一导向面8相对于第二导向面14滑动,当第一导向面8相对于第二导向面14滑动到位后,抵持面13与限位面7相对抵持。并且第一卡接段10滑动至第二段21的区域内。
当需要拆卸电控盒组件3时,按下复位段17,复位段17带动导向段15及抵持段相对于底座2向靠近电控盒组件3的方向运动,使抵持面13及限位面7脱离抵持。抵持面13与限位面7脱离抵持后,电控盒组件3向远离第二段21的方向上运动,第二卡接段11从第一段19中取出,便可拆下电控盒组件3。
综上所述,本实施例提供的电控组件1,能够限制电控盒组件3相对于 底座2的位移,以固定电控盒组件3,在本实施例中,电控盒组件3与底座2方便拆卸,降低了电控组件1的成本。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种空调(图未示),本实施例提供的空调方便拆卸,能够减低空调的成本。
为了简要描述,本实施例未提及之处可参照实施例一。
在本实施例中,空调包括实施例提供的电控组件1及壳体(空调),底座2与壳体连接。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电控组件,其特征在于,所述电控组件(1)包括底座(2)及电控盒组件(3),所述电控盒组件(3)上设置有限位件(4),所述底座(2)上设置有安装件(5),所述限位件(4)与所述安装件(5)配合,以限制所述电控盒组件(3)相对于所述底座(2)移动,并固定所述电控盒组件(3)及所述底座(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述限位件(4)包括限位部(6),所述限位部(6)设置在所述电控盒组件(3)的一侧,所述安装件(5)上设置有抵持部(12),所述限位部(6)与所述抵持部(12)抵持。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述抵持部(12)具有抵持面(13),所述限位部(6)具有限位面(7),所述限位部(6)可相对于所述抵持部(12)滑动到位后,所述限位面(7)与所述抵持面(13)抵持,以限制所述电控盒组件(3)相对于所述底座(2)的位移。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述限位部(6)具有第一导向面(8),所述抵持部(12)具有第二导向面(14),所述第一导向面(8)可相对于所述第二导向面(14)滑动到位后,所述限位面(7)与所述抵持面(13)抵持。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述限位部(6)包括导向段(15)及限位段(16),所述导向段(15)与所述安装件(5)连接,所述限位段(16)与所述导向段(15)的一端连接并呈锐角设置,所述第二导向面(14)设置在所述导向段(15)远离所述限位段(16)的一侧,所述限位面(7)设置在所述限位段(16)远离所述导向段(15)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电控组件(1),其特征在于,所述限位部(6)还包括复位段(17),所述复位段(17)的一端与所述限位段(16)远离所述导向段(15)的一端连接,所述复位段(17)可带动所述限位段(16)及所述导向段(15)转动,使所述限位面(7)及所述抵持面(13)脱离抵持。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电控组件(1),其特征在于,所述限位件(4)包括卡接部(9),所述安装件(5)还设置有卡持部(18),所述卡接部(9) 与所述卡持部(18)卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电控组件(1),其特征在于,所述卡接部(9)包括相互连接并呈L型的第一卡接段(10)及第二卡接段(11),所述第一卡接段(10)的一端与所述电控盒组件(3)连接,另一端与所述第二卡接段(11)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电控组件(1),其特征在于,所述卡持部(18)为卡持孔,所述卡持孔包括第一段(19)、过渡段(20)及第二段(21),所述第一段(19)通过所述过渡段(20)与所述第二段(21)连接,所述第一段(19)的宽度大于所述第二段(21)的宽度。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的电控组件(1)。
