如图1-图10所示,根据本申请第一方面实施例的空调室内机100的壳体组件,包括:面框1、端盖2、第一辅助出风格栅3和导风件5。
具体而言,面框1的顶部形成有进风口,面框1的底部形成有主出风口11,进风口处可以设有进风格栅13,面框1的前侧设有前面板6,主出风口11位于前面板6的下方,主出风口11处设有导风板12,导风板12用于打开和关闭主出风口11。端盖2为两个且分别设在面框1的左端和右端,至少一个端盖2邻近主出风口11的部分形成有辅助出风口23, 端盖2与面框1之间限定出连通辅助出风口23的辅助出风通道24。
可选地,形成有辅助出风口23的端盖2包括彼此连接的主体部21和延伸部22,主体部21位于面框1的左侧和/或右侧,辅助出风口23形成在主体部21上,延伸部22位于所述面框1的前侧且位于出风口的左侧和/或右侧,延伸部22与面框1之间限定出辅助出风通道24。由此,方便了辅助出风通道24的形成,通过该辅助出风通道24方便将风引导至辅助出风口23后吹出。
其中,可以仅是位于面框1的左端的端盖2上设有辅助出风口23,辅助出风口23位于该端盖2的主体部21上,此时该端盖2的延伸部22与面框1之间限定出上述辅助出风通道24,该辅助出风通道24连通对应的辅助出风口23,在空调器工作时,风可以从主出风口11及位于左侧的辅助出风口23吹出;也可以仅是位于面框1的右端的端盖2上设有辅助出风口23,辅助出风口23位于该端盖2的主体部21上,此时该端盖2的延伸部22与面框1之间限定出上述辅助出风通道24,该辅助出风通道24连通对应的辅助出风口23,在空调器工作时,风可以从主出风口11及位于右侧的辅助出风口23吹出;或者,还可以是位于面框1的左端的端盖2和位于面框1的右端的端盖2上均设有辅助出风口23,此时辅助出风口23形成在两个端盖2的主体部21上,两个端盖2的延伸部22分别与面框1之间限定出上述辅助出风通道24,每个辅助出风通道24连通对应的辅助出风口23,在空调器工作时,风可以从主出风口11及位于左右两侧的辅助出风口23吹出。
第一辅助出风格栅3设在辅助出风口23上,导风件5设在端盖2的外表面上且围绕辅助出风口23的外周设置。由此,可以起到对辅助出风口23的引流和导风的作用,减少气流朝向机身的后侧流动,改善辅助出风口23的出风效果。可选地,第一辅助出风格栅3与端盖2一体成型。
根据本申请实施例的空调室内机100的壳体组件,通过在端盖2的辅助出风口23的外周设置导风件5,可以起到对辅助出风口23的引流和导风的作用,减少气流朝向机身的后侧流动,改善辅助出风口23的出风效果。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一辅助出风格栅3具有多个并排设置且呈弧形延伸的第一隔筋31,相邻两个第一隔筋31之间限定出第一出风通孔32,在邻近辅助出风通道24的方向上,第一出风通孔32的宽度逐渐增大。由此,可以使得第一出风通孔32面积较大的部分邻近辅助出风通道24,减小空气流动路径,从而可以减小空气流动阻力,使得出风顺畅,减少气流的能量损失。
根据本申请的一些实施例,导风件5与端盖2可拆卸地连接。由此,方便导风件5的拆装。
可选地,导风件5和端盖2中一个上设有卡扣且另一个上设有与卡扣配合的卡槽。由 此,通过卡扣与卡槽的配合,进一步地方便了导风件5的拆装。在导风件5上设置卡扣时,端盖2上可以设置卡槽;在导风件5上设置卡槽时,端盖2上设置卡扣。
例如,在图8和图10的示例中,端盖2上形成有限位槽27,限位槽27的侧壁上形成有卡槽271,导风件5上形成有卡扣51。在安装导风件5时,可以先将导风件5上的卡扣51伸入至限位槽27内,并将卡扣51扣入限位槽27的侧壁上的卡槽271内,通过卡槽271与限位槽27的共同限位作用,可以更好地将导风件5连接固定在端盖2上。
进一步地,参照图8和图10,导风件5上形成有与限位槽27配合的限位部52,限位部52沿导风件5的延伸方向延伸且与卡扣51间隔开设置。由此,方便安装导风件5时,通过导风件5上的限位部52与端盖2上的限位槽27的配合进行预定位,在导风件5预定位之后,再通过导风件5上的卡扣51扣入限位槽27的侧壁上的卡槽271内,此时通过卡扣51与卡槽271的配合,同时结合限位槽27与限位部52的配合,可以进一步地提高导风件5连接的可靠性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,导风件5的外轮廓形状与第一辅助出风格栅3的外轮廓形状相适配。由此,使得端盖2的外观更为协调美观,且使得导风件5可以起到更好地导风、引流作用。
可选地,参照图8和图10,第一辅助出风格栅3的外轮廓和导风件5的外轮廓均呈“S”形。由此,使得导风件5同时具有装饰功能,进一步地美化整机外观。
在本申请的进一步实施例中,参照图7-图9,壳体组件还包括第二辅助出风格栅4,第二辅助出风格栅4设在第一辅助出风格栅3的外侧,由此通过在端盖2的辅助出风口23上设置内外两层的出风格栅,使得机身的内部结构不易看到,从而提高整机的美观性。第二辅助出风格栅4可拆卸地连接在端盖2上,在空调室内机100长期工作过程中,辅助出风口23附近会积累大量的灰尘需要清理,此时只需将位于外侧的第二辅助出风格栅4拆下进行清洗即可,清洗完成之后再安装至端盖2上,由此使得辅助出风口23的格栅清洗更为方便。
例如,在图1-图10的示例中,壳体组件包括上述的面框1、前面板6、两个端盖2和导风板12,面框1的顶部形成有进风口且面框1的前侧底部形成有主出风口11,面框1的前侧设有前面板6,主出风口11位于前面板6的下方,主出风口11处设有导风板12,两个端盖2分别设在面框1的左端和右端,端盖2上形成有卡扣25,面框1上形成有卡槽,通过卡扣25与卡槽的配合可以将端盖2安装在面框1上。
位于面框1的左端的端盖2和位于面框1的右端的端盖2上均形成有辅助出风口23,每个辅助出风口23上均设有上述第一辅助出风格栅3和第二辅助出风格栅4。每个端盖2包括主体部21和延伸部22,每个端盖2的主体部21分别位于面框1的左侧及右侧,每个 主体部21上形成有辅助出风口23,辅助出风口23位于主体部21的下部及前部,延伸部22的一端与主体部21的底部连接且延伸部22的另一端朝向前并朝向上延伸,延伸部22呈弧形板状且朝向前弯曲,每个端盖2的延伸部22由面框1的底面延伸至面框1的前侧,导风板12关闭主出风口11时导风板12覆盖在延伸部22的外侧,此时延伸部22被导风板12遮盖住,保证整体的美观性。可选地,参照图3、图4和图7,延伸部22上可以设有加强结构221,从而可以提高延伸部22的强度,例如加强结构221可以包括形成在延伸部22的外表面上的多个沟槽。
位于左端的端盖2的延伸部22与面框1之间限定出辅助出风通道24,该辅助出风通道24与对应的主体部21上的辅助出风口23连通。位于左端的端盖2的延伸部22与面框1之间限定出辅助出风通道24,该辅助出风通道24与对应的主体部21上的辅助出风口23连通。
由此,在空调器工作时,导风板12打开主出风口11,一部分风从主出风口11吹出,另一部分风流经左右两侧的辅助出风通道24,并分别经端盖2上的辅助出风口23吹出。在风经端盖2上的辅助出风口23吹出的过程中依次通过第一辅助出风格栅3和第二辅助出风格栅4,由此通过设置的两层出风格栅还可以起到导风的作用。
可选地,参照图1和图2,导风板12上可以形成有多个通风孔121,多个通风孔121均匀分布在导风板12在。此时,空调器可以具有正常模式和无风感模式,在空调器处于正常模式时,导风板12打开主出风口11,一部分风从主出风口11吹出,另一部分风流经左右两侧的辅助出风通道24,并分别经端盖2上的辅助出风口23吹出;在空调器处于无风感模式时,导风板12关闭主出风口11,此时一部分风从导风板12上的多个通风孔121吹出,从而可以将气流分散,另一部分风流经左右两侧的辅助出风通道24,并分别经端盖2上的辅助出风口23吹出。由此,可以满足用户的不同使用需求。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,参照图7-图9,第二辅助出风格栅4上设有多个卡扣43,多个卡扣43沿第二辅助出风格栅4的延伸方向间隔设置,端盖2上设有多个与卡扣43配合的卡槽261。由此,可以将第二辅助出风格栅4可靠地连接固定在端盖2上。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,参照图7-图9,端盖2上设有安装槽26,第一辅助出风格栅3构成安装槽26的底壁,第二辅助出风格栅4设在安装槽26内。由此,方便了第二辅助出风格栅4的安装,且使得端盖2的外部结构更为紧凑且整体外观更为美观。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,参照图7-图9,第二辅助出风格栅4具有多个并排设置且呈弧形延伸的第二隔筋41,相邻两个第二隔筋41之间限定出第二出风通孔42,在出风方向上第二隔筋41的至少一部分与第一出风通孔32相对,第二隔筋41的宽度小于第一出风通孔32的宽度。由此,可以减小端盖2上由辅助出风口23产生的缝隙,从而可以进 一步地避免从该外观上看到机身的内部结构,进一步地提高整机的美观性,同时不会影响出风量,并且通过将第一辅助出风格栅3的第一隔筋31和第二辅助出风格栅4的第二隔筋41均呈弧形延伸,可以进一步提高端盖2的外表美观性。
进一步地,参照图9,在邻近辅助出风通道24的方向上,第二出风通孔42的宽度逐渐增大。由此,可以使得第二出风通孔42面积较大的部分邻近辅助出风通道24,减小空气流动路径,从而可以减小空气流动阻力,使得出风顺畅,减少气流的能量损失。
在壳体组件包括上述第二辅助出风格栅4时,导风件5的外轮廓形状与第一辅助出风格栅3及第二辅助出风格栅4的外轮廓形状相适配,由此使得端盖2的外观更为协调美观。例如,第一辅助出风格栅3的外轮廓、第一辅助出风格栅3的外轮廓和导风件5的外轮廓均呈“S”形,使得导风件5同时具有装饰功能,进一步地美化整机外观。
根据本申请第二方面实施例的空调室内机100,包括:根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的壳体组件。
根据本申请实施例的空调室内机100,通过设置上述的壳体组件,可以提高辅助出风口23的出风效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    面框,所述面框的顶部形成有进风口,所述面框的底部形成有主出风口;
    端盖,所述端盖为两个且分别设在所述面框的左端和右端,至少一个所述端盖邻近所述主出风口的部分形成有辅助出风口,所述端盖与所述面框之间限定出连通所述辅助出风口的辅助出风通道;
    第一辅助出风格栅,所述第一辅助出风格栅设在所述辅助出风口上;
    导风件,所述导风件设在所述端盖的外表面上且围绕所述辅助出风口的外周设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导风件的外轮廓形状与所述第一辅助出风格栅的外轮廓形状相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一辅助出风格栅的外轮廓和所述导风件的外轮廓均呈“S”形。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导风件与所述端盖可拆卸地连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导风件和所述端盖中一个上设有卡扣且另一个上设有与所述卡扣配合的卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述端盖上形成有限位槽,所述限位槽的侧壁上形成有所述卡槽,所述导风件上形成有所述卡扣。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导风件上形成有与所述限位槽配合的限位部,所述限位部沿所述导风件的延伸方向延伸且与所述卡扣间隔开设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一辅助出风格栅与所述端盖一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的空调室内机的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一辅助出风格栅具有多个并排设置且呈弧形延伸的第一隔筋,相邻两个所述第一隔筋之间限定出第一出风通孔,在邻近所述辅助出风通道的方向上,所述第一出风通孔的宽度逐渐增大。
  10. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的壳体组件。
