本申请涉及空调制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种空调室内挂机和具有其的空调器。
相关技术中,空调室内挂机在保证其制冷能力的前提下、实现了无风感出风,提升了用户使用的舒适性。然而,空调室内挂机的成型效率及外观仍存在一定的改进空间。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种空调室内挂机,所述空调室内挂机在保证其进风量和换热效率的前提下,提高了成型效率、提升了美观性。
本申请还提出一种具有上述空调室内挂机的空调器。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的空调室内挂机,包括:机体,所述机体的顶部形成有进风口且下部前侧形成有出风口,所述机体的前侧设有前面板,所述前面板的顶部设有挡板,所述挡板位于所述进风口的前方,所述挡板的一端与所述前面板的顶部相连、且另一端相对于所述前面板朝向远离所述进风口的方向延伸,所述挡板与所述前面板为一体成型件;导风板,所述导风板设在所述出风口处以打开和关闭所述出风口,当所述导风板相对于所述前面板向上打开所述出风口时从所述出风口吹出的风在所述导风板的作用下适于向上吹出;换热器,所述换热器设在所述机体内;风轮,所述风轮设在所述机体内且位于所述换热器的远离所述进风口的一侧。
根据本申请实施例的空调室内挂机,通过在前面板的顶部、进风口的前方设置挡板,并使得挡板的上述另一端相对于前面板朝向远离进风口的方向延伸,从而挡板可以遮挡机体内部结构,提升了空调室内挂机的整体美观性,同时挡板可以对从出风口处向上吹出的气流进行阻挡,避免气流回流、避免形成短循环,保证了空调室内挂机的换热效率, 而且挡板可以对进风口处的气流进行引导,以保证空调室内挂机的进风量;通过将挡板与前面板设置为一体成型件,提高了空调室内挂机的成型效率和组装效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述前面板顶部向上的延伸方向与所述挡板的所述另一端向上的延伸方向之间的夹角为β,其中所述β满足:30°≤β≤100°。

下面参考图1-图8描述根据本申请第一方面实施例的空调室内挂机100。
如图1-图8所示,根据本申请实施例的空调室内挂机100,包括机体1、导风板2、换热器3和风轮4。
机体1的顶部形成有进风口10a且机体1的下部前侧形成有出风口10b,机体1的前侧设有前面板11,前面板11的顶部设有挡板10,挡板10位于进风口10a的前方,挡板10的一端(例如,图1和图3中的下端)与前面板11的顶部相连、且挡板10的另一端(例如,图1和图3中的上端)相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸,挡板10与前面板11为一体成型件。这里,需要说明的是,“机体1的前侧”是指空调室内挂机100安装在墙壁上时背离墙壁的一侧。
导风板2设在出风口10b处以打开和关闭出风口10b,当导风板2相对于前面板11向上打开出风口10b时、从出风口10b吹出的风在导风板2的作用下适于向上吹出。换热器3设在机体1内,风轮4设在机体1内且风轮4位于换热器3的远离进风口10a的一侧。
例如,如图1-图8所示,机体1内限定出与进风口10a和出风口10b分别连通的换热风道,换热器3和风轮4可以均位于换热风道内。空调室内挂机100运行,风轮4运转以在进风口10a处形成负压,空气通过进风口10a流入换热风道内,并在风轮4的驱动作用下与换热器3进行换热,换热后的空气通过出风口10b流出以调节室内温度。
挡板10可以位于进风口10a的前侧边缘处,挡板10可以沿左右方向延伸,从而挡板10在一定程度上可以起到遮挡作用,避免机体1内部外露,提升了空调室内挂机100的整体美观性,同时挡板10可以起到一定的装饰作用;挡板10的下端可以与前面板11的顶部固定相连,挡板10的上端相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸,使得挡板10上端的延伸方向与前面板11顶部的延伸方向之间的夹角大于0°,此时挡板10的上端相对于挡板10的下端可以朝前延伸、朝后延伸或竖直延伸,只需保证挡板10的上端相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸以防止沿前面板11的前表面流动的气流回流至进风口10a即可。这里,需要说明的是,“左右方向”是指空调室内挂机100安装在墙壁上且用户面对空调室内挂机100时、用户的左右方向(例如,图5和图6中的左右方向)。
其中,挡板10与前面板11可以整体加工制造,挡板10为前面板11的一部分,从而减少了空调室内挂机100的零部件,提高了成型效率和组装效率。例如,挡板10与前面板11可以一次加工成型,可选地,挡板10与前面板11可以一体铸造成型。当然,本申请不限于此,还可以在前面板11加工成型的基础上再加工出挡板10,此时前面板11与挡板10可以经过两次加工工序后成型。可以理解的是,无论挡板10与前面板11的具体加工顺序如何,只要满足空调室内挂机100在整体加工完毕后挡板10与前面板11为一体化结构即可。
导风板2可以与机体1可枢转地相连,使得导风板2转动以打开和关闭出风口10b。当导风板2关闭出风口10b时,导风板2与前面板11之间光滑过渡,保证了空调室内挂机100的美观性,同时避免了空气中的灰尘等通过出风口10b进入机体1内而影响空调室内挂机100的换热效率。当导风板2相对于前面板11向上打开出风口10b时,出风口10b处的风在导风板2的作用下向上流动,此时导风板2的出口端可以自下向上倾斜延伸,空调室内挂机100可以处于防直吹模式、柔风感模式或无风感模式,保证了用户使用的舒适性;由于流体的附壁效应,至少一部分气流沿着前面板11的前表面向上流动,当气流流至前面板11的顶部时,由于挡板10的上端相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸,挡板10可以对气流起到阻挡作用,使得气流在前面板11的顶部处朝向远离进风口10a的方向流动,避免气流沿前面板11流向挡板10的后侧而直接回流至进风口10a、导致进风口10a的温度与室内环境温度相差较大,从而保证了空调室内挂机100的换热效率。
此外,空调室内挂机100在运行过程中,由于挡板10位于进风口10a的前方且挡板10的上端相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸,使得挡板10可以更好地引导空调室内挂机100上方的空气进入进风口10a,从而提高了空调室内挂机100的进风量。
根据本申请实施例的空调室内挂机100,通过在前面板11的顶部、进风口10a的前方设置挡板10,并使得挡板10的上述另一端相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸,使得挡板10可以遮挡机体1内部结构,且挡板10可以起到一定的装饰作用,从而提升了空调室内挂机100的整体美观性,同时挡板10可以对从出风口10b处向上吹出的气流进行阻挡,避免气流回流、避免形成短循环,保证了空调室内挂机100的换热效率,而且挡板10可以对进风口10a处的气流进行引导,以保证空调室内挂机100的进风量;通过将挡板10与前面板11设置为一体成型件,提高了空调室内挂机100的成型效率和组装效率。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图3所示,前面板11顶部向上的延伸方向与挡板10的上述另一端(例如,图1和图3中的上端)向上的延伸方向之间的夹角为β,其中β满足:30°≤β≤100°,从而避免了前面板11与挡板10之间夹角β过小而无法阻挡从出风口10b处向上吹出的至少部分气流,同时避免了夹角β过小而减小了进风口10a的面积、影响进风量,还避免了夹角β过大使得挡板10与气流发生碰撞、并产生振动等,由此,挡板10可以更好地引导对从出风口10b处向上吹出的气流,进一步保证进风量。
这里,需要说明的是,“夹角β”还可以理解为挡板10上述另一端的向上的延伸方向与前面板11在其顶部处的切线方向之间的夹角,且该切线方向大致朝向进风口10a的方向。
可选地,如图1-图7所示,前面板11形成为向前凸出的弧形结构,此时前面板11可以大致形成为弧形板,从而进一步保证了空调室内挂机100的美观性。
当然,前面板11还可以形成为平板结构。例如,在图8的示例中,前面板11可以沿上下方向竖直延伸,挡板10的上端可以相对于前面板11向前曲线延伸,挡板10上端的延伸方向与竖直方向之间的夹角α可以大于0°,夹角α的具体数值可以根据实际需求具体设置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-图3所示,挡板10自下向上、向后倾斜延伸,此时在前后方向上,挡板10的上端位于挡板10下端的后侧、挡板10的上端可以位于至少部分前面板11的后侧,也就是说,在前后方向上、空调室内挂机100的最前位置处位于前面板11上,从而在一定程度上可以起到保护挡板10的作用,避免空调室内挂机100在移动、检修、安装等过程中,碰撞挡板10而损坏挡板10。
当然,挡板10还可以自下向上、竖直延伸;或者,挡板10自下向上、向前倾斜延伸。
具体地,从挡板10的一端(例如,图1和图3中的下端)朝向挡板10的另一端(例如,图1和图3中的上端)的方向、挡板10的厚度逐渐减小,而挡板10的上述一端与前面板11的顶部相连,保证了挡板10与前面板11之间的连接可靠性,同时减少了挡板10的用材量,降低成本。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,如图1-图7所示,挡板10为平板结构,结构简单、便于实现,此时前面板11可以形成为向前凸出的弧形结构、也可以形成为平板结构,但不限于此。
在本申请的另一些可选实施例中,挡板10形成为向前弯曲的弧形结构。例如,在图8的示例中,挡板10的上端相对于前面板11向前延伸,使得挡板10可以较好地引导进风口10a处的气流、引导从出风口10b向上吹出的气流。此时,前面板11可以形成为平板结构、也可以形成为向前凸出的弧形结构,但不限于此。
可选地,挡板10的顶面低于机体1的顶面,从而在保证空调室内挂机100美观性的前提下、在一定程度上可以起到保护挡板10的作用,避免空调室内挂机100在移动、检修、安装等过程中,碰撞挡板10而损坏挡板10。
可以理解的是,挡板10的顶面还可以与机体1的顶面平齐,同样可以保证空调室 内挂机100的美观,同时保护挡板10。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,在左右方向上、挡板10的长度大于等于进风口10a的长度。例如,在图1和图4-图6的示例中,在左右方向上、挡板10的长度等于进风口10a的长度,从而进一步保证了挡板10的遮挡作用,使得挡板10可以更好地遮挡机体1的内部结构以避免机体1内部外露,保证空调室内挂机100的美观性。当然,在左右方向上、挡板10的长度还可以大于进风口10a的长度,同样可以保证挡板10的遮挡作用,保证空调室内挂机100的美观性。
可选地,挡板10的颜色与前面板11的颜色相同或不同,从而可以根据设计需要来设置挡板10的颜色和前面板11的颜色,进一步提升空调室内挂机100的美观性,同时满足不同用户的使用需求。例如,挡板10可以采用喷涂等工艺使得挡板10的颜色与前面板11的颜色不同,从而挡板10的颜色可以更好地搭配前面板11的颜色,提升了挡板10的装饰作用。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,前面板11顶部的左端和右端分别设有向后延伸的延伸板111,每个延伸板111的后表面上设有与机体1可枢转地相连的前面板枢转结构112,其中挡板10位于两个延伸板111之间且挡板10分别与两个延伸板111光滑过渡。例如,如图4-图7所示,两个延伸板111可以左右对称布置,挡板10的左右两端可以分别与延伸板111相连且挡板10的左右两端分别与延伸板111光滑过渡,从而保证了空调室内挂机100的美观性。每个前面板枢转结构112上可以具有枢转轴,两个枢转轴可以沿左右方向、朝向靠近彼此的方向水平延伸,每个枢转轴均穿设在机体1上以与机体1可枢转地相连,使得前面板11可以绕枢转轴的中心轴线转动,从而当空调室内挂机100需要检修时,可以直接打开前面板11即可查看机体1内部结构,方便了空调室内挂机100的检修。
根据本申请第二方面实施例的空调器,包括根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的空调室内挂机100。
根据本申请实施例的空调器,通过采用上述的空调室内挂机100,保证了空调器的换热效率,提升了空调器的美观性,同时提高了空调器的成型效率和组装效率。
根据本申请实施例的空调器的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
下面参考图1-图8以两个具体的实施例详细描述根据本申请实施例的空调室内挂机100。值得理解的是,下述描述仅是示例性说明,而不是对申请的具体限制。
实施例一
在本实施例中,如图1-图7所示,空调室内挂机100包括机体1、导风板2、换热器3和风轮4。
机体1的顶部形成有进风口10a,进风口10a处设有进风框12,空气可以通过进风口10a流入机体1内以与机体1内的换热器3进行换热;机体1的下部前侧形成有出风口10b,出风口10b处设有出风框13,换热后的空气可以通过出风口10b流出以调节室内温度;机体1内设有面框14以起到支撑作用;机体1内限定出与进风口10a和出风口10b分别连通的换热风道,换热器3和风轮4可以均位于换热风道内。机体1的后侧设有后面板,后面板形成为竖直平板以便于空调室内挂机100的放置,机体1的前侧设有前面板11,前面板11形成为向前凸出的弧形结构,前面板11的顶部设有挡板10,挡板10与前面板11为一体成型件,挡板10位于进风口10a的前方且挡板10可以限定出进风口10a的前侧边缘,在左右方向上、挡板10的长度等于进风口10a的长度,从而挡板10可以更好地引导进风口10a处的气流,保证进风量,同时挡板10可以更好地遮挡机体1的内部结构;挡板10大致形成为平板结构,挡板10的下端与前面板11的顶部固定相连、挡板10的上端相对于前面板11朝向远离进风口10a的方向延伸,使得挡板10自下向上、向后倾斜设置且挡板10的厚度逐渐减小,此时挡板10上端向上的延伸方向与前面板11顶部向上的延伸方向之间的夹角β满足30°≤β≤100°,也就是说,挡板10上端向上的延伸方向与前面板11在其顶部处的朝向进风口10a方向的切线方向之间的夹角为β,挡板10的顶面低于机体1的顶面。
如图4-图7所示,前面板11顶部的左端和右端分别设有向后延伸的延伸板111,每个延伸板111形成为弧形板,两个延伸板111可以左右对称布置,左侧延伸板111的右侧边缘可以限定出进风口10a的左侧边缘、右侧延伸板111的左侧边缘可以限定出进风口10a的右侧边缘;挡板10位于两个延伸板111之间使得挡板10的左右两端分别与延伸板111相连,挡板10的左右两端分别沿对应延伸板111的延伸方向圆滑弯折使得挡板10的左右两端分别与延伸板111光滑过渡;每个延伸板111的后表面上设有前面板枢转结构112,每个前面板枢转结构112上具有枢转轴,两个枢转轴沿左右方向、朝向靠近彼此的方向水平延伸,每个枢转轴均穿设在机体1上以与机体1可枢转地相连,使得前面板11可以绕枢转轴的中心轴线转动;前面板11的下部与机体1之间通过卡扣相连,便于前面板11的下部与机体1分离以转动前面板11,同时方便了前面板11的安装。
导风板2设在出风口10b处且导风板可以与机体1可枢转地相连使得导风板2可以 相对于机体1转动;换热器3的横截面形状可以大致为V形,风轮4设在机体1内且风轮4位于换热器3的下侧,从而在保证换热效率的前提下、减小了空调室内挂机100的占用空间。
如图1-图3所示,导风板2包括第一导风板21和第二导风板22,第一导风板21和第二导风板22可以均形成为弧形板,第一导风板21转动以打开和关闭出风口10b、同时引导出风口10b处的气流,第二导风板22位于第一导风板21的内侧且第二导风板22转动以引导出风口10b处的气流。当第一导风板21关闭出风口10b时,第一导风板21向外凸出且第一导风板21与前面板11之间光滑过渡;当空调室内挂机100处于防直吹模式、柔风感模式或无风感模式时,第一导风板21可以向下转动,第一导风板21相对于前面板11向上打开出风口10b,第二导风板22转动适当角度,出风口10b处的风例如换热后的冷风在第一导风板21和第二导风板22的作用下向上流动,此时第一导风板21的第一出口端21a可以自下向上延伸,由于流体的附壁效应,至少一部分气流沿着前面板11的前表面向上流动至前面板11的顶部,挡板10可以对该部分气流起到阻挡作用,使得该部分气流在前面板11的顶部处朝向远离进风口10a的方向流动,避免气流沿前面板11直接回流至进风口10a而形成回流,避免换热后的冷风降低进风口10a处的温度,从而避免了对进风口10a处用于判定室内温度的温度传感器形成误导,同时保证了空调室内挂机100的换热效率。
这里,需要说明的是,方向“内”是指靠近空调室内挂机100的中心的方向,其相反方向被定义为“外”。其中,可以根据实际应用来具体设置空调室内挂机100不同模式(包括防直吹模式、柔风感模式和无风感模式)下第一导风板21和第二导风板22的转动角度等参数,以更好地满足用户需求。
实施例二
如图8所示,本实施例与实施例一的结构大致相同,其中相同的部件采用相同的附图标记,不同之处在于:前面板11形成为平板结构,挡板10形成为弧形结构。具体而言,如图8所示,前面板11沿上下方向竖直延伸,挡板10的上端相对于前面板11向前延伸使得挡板10形成为向后凸出的弧形结构。

Claims (10)
- 一种空调室内挂机,其特征在于,包括:机体,所述机体的顶部形成有进风口且下部前侧形成有出风口,所述机体的前侧设有前面板,所述前面板的顶部设有挡板,所述挡板位于所述进风口的前方,所述挡板的一端与所述前面板的顶部相连、且另一端相对于所述前面板朝向远离所述进风口的方向延伸,所述挡板与所述前面板为一体成型件;导风板,所述导风板设在所述出风口处以打开和关闭所述出风口,当所述导风板相对于所述前面板向上打开所述出风口时从所述出风口吹出的风在所述导风板的作用下适于向上吹出;换热器,所述换热器设在所述机体内;风轮,所述风轮设在所述机体内且位于所述换热器的远离所述进风口的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,所述前面板顶部向上的延伸方向与所述挡板的所述另一端向上的延伸方向之间的夹角为β,其中所述β满足:30°≤β≤100°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,所述前面板形成为向前凸出的弧形结构。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,所述挡板自下向上、向后倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,从所述挡板的所述一端朝向所述挡板的所述另一端的方向、所述挡板的厚度逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,所述挡板为平板结构;或所述挡板形成为向前弯曲的弧形结构。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,所述挡板的顶面低于所述机体的顶面。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,在左右方向上、所述挡板的长度大于等于所述进风口的长度。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的空调室内挂机,其特征在于,所述前面板顶部的左端和右端分别设有向后延伸的延伸板,每个所述延伸板的后表面上设有与所述机体可枢转地相连的前面板枢转结构,其中所述挡板位于两个所述延伸板之间且分别与两 个所述延伸板光滑过渡。
- 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的空调室内挂机。
