技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器组件及电子设备。
背景技术
扬声器组件是具有音频播放功能的电子设备(如音箱、手机、耳机等)中重要的声电转换元器件。电子设备中相关技术的扬声器组件,是将扬声器单元组装到密闭的壳体中组成BOX组件。该壳体的内部被隔离部件和扬声器单元,分割成壳体前腔和壳体后腔。壳体侧壁在壳体后腔的位置开设有平衡孔。壳体后腔的内部气流需要通过该平衡孔与电子设备内部气流进行交换,再通过电子设备缝隙与电子设备外部大气进行交换,以实现壳体后腔气压平衡以及散热。但由于现在的电子设备的密封性越来越好,出现电子设备内部气流与电子设备外部大气交换受阻,间接导致壳体后腔的气流与电子设备外部大气交换受阻,从而导致壳体后腔通气差,出现壳体后腔的气压不平衡以及散热差,影响扬声器组件工作性能的问题。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种扬声器组件及电子设备,以解决相关技术中由于壳体后腔通气性差,导致壳体后腔气压不平衡以及散热差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开是这样实现的:
依据本公开实施例的一个方面,提供了一种扬声器组件,应用于电子设备,包括:
具有一内部腔体的壳体;
内置于所述内部腔体中的扬声器单元,所述扬声器单元包括有扬声器膜 片;
设置于所述内部腔体中的隔离件,所述内部腔体被所述隔离件和所述扬声器单元分割为:第一腔体和第二腔体;
其中,所述壳体上具有一将所述第一腔体与所述壳体外部连通的开孔,所述扬声器膜片位于第一腔体内;所述隔离件上设置有与所述第一腔体相连通的平衡孔,所述第二腔体通过所述平衡孔与所述第一腔体相连通。
进一步地,所述隔离件包括:第一隔离部件和第二隔离部件;所述平衡孔设置于所述第一隔离部件和/或所述第二隔离部件上;
其中,所述第一隔离部件的第一端与与所述扬声器膜片相背的壳体内侧壁连接,第二端与所述扬声器单元连接;
所述第二隔离部件的第一端与与所述扬声器膜片相对的壳体内侧壁连接,第二端与所述扬声器单元连接。
进一步地,当所述平衡孔设置于所述第一隔离部件上时,所述扬声器单元将所述第二腔体分割为:第一子腔体和第二子腔体;所述第一子腔体通过一连通通道与所述第二子腔体相连通。
进一步地,所述第一隔离部件和所述第二隔离部件为注塑结构。
进一步地,设置有平衡孔的第一隔离部件和/或第二隔离部件呈L型。
进一步地,所述平衡孔上铺设有防水膜。
进一步地,所述扬声器组件为侧出音扬声器组件。
依据本公开实施例的另一个方面,提供了一种电子设备,包括如上所述的扬声器组件;
其中,所述电子设备的外壳上开设有出音孔,所述扬声器组件的壳体上的开孔与所述出音孔相对设置。
本公开实施例中的扬声器组件,通过在壳体内部的隔离件上开设平衡孔,从而使壳体后腔(即第二腔体)能够通过壳体前腔(即第一腔体)与电子设备的外部进行连通,实现气体交换,保证壳体后腔的气压平衡和散热,保证扬声器组件的工作性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
依据本公开实施例的一个方面,提供了一种扬声器组件,尤其是侧出音的扬声器组件。
如图1至图3所示,该扬声器组件包括:壳体1和设置于壳体1内的扬声器单元2。
其中,该壳体1内部形成一内部腔体,扬声器单元2内置于该内部腔体中。在该内部腔体中还设置有隔离件3。该内部腔体被隔离件3和扬声器单元2分割为:第一腔体101(相当于壳体1前腔)和第二腔体102(相当于壳体1后腔)。
其中,扬声器单元2中的扬声器膜片位于第一腔体101内,壳体1上具有一将第一腔体101与壳体1外部连通的开孔103。该第一腔体101形成出音通道,扬声器单元2发出的声音通过第一腔体101从壳体1上的开孔103传播到电子设备外部。一般壳体1上的开孔103与电子设备上的出音孔5相对设置,以使声音更好的传播出去。其中,为了防止灰尘从出音孔5进入电子设备的内部,在出音孔5的内侧还设置有防尘网6。
其中,本公开实施例中,为了保证第二腔体102的气压平衡以及散热性,在隔离件3上开设有与第一腔体101相连通的平衡孔4。第二腔体102通过 该平衡孔4与第一腔体101相连通。
由于第一腔体101能够通过壳体1上的开孔103与电子设备外部相连通,因此第二腔体102也能够间接通过第一腔体101与电子设备外部相连通,这样能够更好的保证第二腔体102的气压平衡和散热,而不必先通过平衡孔4与电子设备内部的气流进行交换,再通过电子设备缝隙与电子设备外部大气进行交换。
优选地,平衡孔4上铺设有防水膜7,这样既能够防止外界的水进入第二腔体102,又能够控制第二腔体102的进气量。
具体地,如图1至图3所示,隔离件3包括:第一隔离部件301和第二隔离部件302。
其中,第一隔离部件301的第一端与与扬声器膜片相背的壳体1内侧壁连接,第二端与扬声器单元2连接;第二隔离部件302的第一端与与扬声器单膜片相对的壳体1内侧壁连接,第二端与扬声器单元2连接,这样,第一隔离部件301、第二隔离部件302和扬声器单元2将壳体1的内部腔体分割为第一腔体101和第二腔体102。
其中,平衡孔4设置于第一隔离部件301和/或第二隔离部件302上,具体情况可根据实际需求设计。
具体地,图1为平衡孔4仅开设于第二隔离部件302上时的示意图,其中,第二隔离部件302的结构形状可保留原有结构形状,也可优选采用图2中类似第一隔离部件301的L型结构面,还可根据实际需求设计,本公开实施例对此不进行限制。
具体地,图2为平衡孔4仅开设第一隔离部件301上时的示意图。此时,扬声器单元2将第二腔体102分割为:第一子腔体1021和第二子腔体1022。
由图1可看出,扬声器单元2的下端面与壳体1内侧壁的距离较近,为了保证第一隔离部件301上具有足够的空间来开设平衡孔4,使第一隔离部件301、壳体1内侧壁与扬声器单元2之间形成第一子腔体1021,扬声器单元2、第二隔离部件302与壳体1内侧壁之间形成第二子腔体1022,第一子腔体1021通过一连通通道1023与第二子腔体1022相连通。
其中,第一隔离件的结构、形状优选采用图中所述的L型结构,平衡孔 4可以设置在第一隔离部件301的水平面上,也可以设置在第一隔离部件301的垂直面上。当然可以理解的是,第一隔离部件301的结构、形状也可根据实际需求设计,并非仅限于图中所示的结构、形状。
具体地,图3为第一隔离部件301和第二隔离部件302均开设有平衡孔4时的示意图,其中,第一隔离部件301和第二隔离部件302的结构、形状可根据实际需求设计,并非仅限于图中所示的结构、形状,本公开实施例对此不进行限制。当然,第一隔离部件301的结构、形状可优选采用图中所示的L型结构。
进一步地,第一隔离部件301和第二隔离部件302为注塑结构,成型工艺简单,成本较低。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的扬声器组件,通过在壳体1内部的隔离件上开设平衡孔4,从而使壳体1后腔(即第二腔体102)能够通过壳体1前腔(即第一腔体101)与电子设备的外部进行连通,实现气体交换,保证壳体1后腔的气压平衡和散热,保证扬声器组件的工作性能。
依据本公开实施例的另一个方面,提供了一种电子设备,包括如上所述的扬声器组件。
其中,电子设备的外壳上开设有出音孔5,扬声器组件的壳体1上的开孔103与所述出音孔5相对设置。
其中,本公开实施例所述的电子设备包括但不限于:手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理器、音箱、耳机等。
本公开实施例提供的电子设备中的扬声器组件,通过在壳体1内部的隔离件上开设平衡孔4,从而使壳体1后腔(即第二腔体102)能够通过壳体1前腔(即第一腔体101)与电子设备的外部进行连通,实现气体交换,保证壳体1后腔的气压平衡和散热,保证扬声器组件的工作性能。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器组件,应用于电子设备,包括:
    具有一内部腔体的壳体;
    内置于所述内部腔体中的扬声器单元,所述扬声器单元包括有扬声器膜片;
    设置于所述内部腔体中的隔离件,所述内部腔体被所述隔离件、和所述扬声器单元分割为:第一腔体和第二腔体;
    其中,所述壳体上具有一将所述第一腔体与所述壳体外部连通的开孔,所述扬声器膜片位于第一腔体内;所述隔离件上设置有与所述第一腔体相连通的平衡孔,所述第二腔体通过所述平衡孔与所述第一腔体相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述隔离件包括:第一隔离部件和第二隔离部件;所述平衡孔设置于所述第一隔离部件和/或所述第二隔离部件上;
    其中,所述第一隔离部件的第一端与与所述扬声器膜片相背的壳体内侧壁连接,第二端与所述扬声器单元连接;
    所述第二隔离部件的第一端与与所述扬声器膜片相对的壳体内侧壁连接,第二端与所述扬声器单元连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其中,当所述平衡孔设置于所述第一隔离部件上时,所述扬声器单元将所述第二腔体分割为:第一子腔体和第二子腔体;所述第一子腔体通过一连通通道与所述第二子腔体相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述第一隔离部件和所述第二隔离部件为注塑结构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其中,设置有平衡孔的第一隔离部件和/或第二隔离部件呈L型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述平衡孔上铺设有防水膜。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述扬声器组件为侧出音扬声器组件。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的扬声器组件;
    其中,所述电子设备的外壳上开设有出音孔,所述扬声器组件的壳体上的开孔与所述出音孔相对设置。
