本实施例提供的车辆维修方法,通过将所述故障信息发送给服务器,以使服务器根据所述故障信息查找对应的专家的标识信息,并接收所述服务器发送的所述专家的标识信息,能够将专家标识信息等数据放在服务器端进行存储,减轻了设备的负担,降低了设备的成本。
在上述各实施例提供的技术方案的基础上,优选的是,可以根据故障信息和其它信息共同确定对应的专家的标识信息。所述其它信息可以包括下述至少一项:所述车辆的车型信息、所述车辆的地理位置信息、用户输入的筛选条件等。
可选的,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,可以包括:获取所述车辆的标识信息;根据所述标识信息,确定所述车辆的车型信息;根据所述车型信息和所述故障信息,查找对应的专家的标识信息。
所述车辆的标识信息可以包括下述任意一种:车牌号码、车辆识别码(Vehicle Identification Number,VIN)。
所述车牌号码可以通过下述任意一种方式获取:接收用户输入的车牌号码;通过对车辆的车牌进行扫描或拍摄获取车牌号码;通过对行驶证进行扫描或拍摄获取车牌号码。
所述车辆识别码由多位字符组成,包含了车辆的生产厂家、年代、车型、车身型式及代码、发动机代码及组装地点等信息,对车辆的正确地诊断和维修具有十分重要的意义。
所述车辆识别码可以通过下述任意一种方式获取:接收用户输入的车辆识别码;通过OBD接口获取车辆识别码;通过对车身进行扫描或拍摄获取车辆识别码;通过扫描驾驶证获取车辆识别码。
在获取到所述车辆的标识信息之后,可以根据所述标识信息确定所述车辆的车型信息。所述车型信息可以为所述车辆的型号信息。所述标识信息与所述车型信息的对应关系可以存储在车辆维修设备中,也可以存储在服务器中,通过与服务器的通信来获取车辆的标识信息对应的车型信息。
可选的,服务器中可以设置有车辆档案库,所述档案库中存储有车辆的标识信息和车型信息的对应关系。设备需要查询车辆的标识信息对应的车型信息时,可以向服务器发送所述车辆的标识信息,服务器可以在数据库中搜索所述车辆的标识信息对应的车型信息,若不存在所述车辆的标识信息对应的车型信息,则需要用户在设备中输入车型信息,并由设备将车辆的标识信息和车型信息的对应关系发送给服务器,供服务器进行存储,方便下次查询。
在获取车辆的车型信息后,可以根据所述车型信息和所述故障信息,查找对应的专家的标识信息。所述设备或服务器中可以存储有车型信息、故障信息与专家的标识信息的对应关系,通过该对应关系可以查找车辆的车型信息和故障信息对应的专家的标识信息。
可以理解的是,对于同一故障信息,若车型信息不同,那么对应的专家也可以是不同的。例如,奥迪Q5的发动机故障对应的专家为C,宝马的发动机故障对应的专家为D。
对于同一车型信息,不同的故障信息对应的专家也可以是不同的。例如,奥迪Q5的发动机故障对应的专家为C,奥迪Q5的制动系统故障对应的专家为E。
通过故障信息和车型信息能够更加精确地匹配相应的专家,提高了车辆维修的准确性。
可选的,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,可以包括:获取所述车辆的地理位置信息;根据所述地理位置信息和所述故障信息,查找对应的专家的标识信息。
所述设备或服务器中可以存储有地理位置信息、故障信息与专家的标识信息的对应关系,通过该对应关系可以查找车辆的地理位置信息和故障信息对应的专家的标识信息。
通过地理位置信息,可以匹配到本地的专家,本地专家对本地的气候、道路状况等各方面更加了解,可以提高车辆维修的效率和准确性。
可选的,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,可以包括:获取用户输入的筛选条件;根据所述筛选条件和所述故障信息,查找对应的专家的标识信息。
所述筛选条件可以包括下述至少一项:专家的从业年限、认证平台、评价等级、评价分数、毕业院校、荣誉证书等。
例如,用户输入的筛选条件为从业年限大于等于5年,则在查找对应的专家时,可以过滤掉从业年限小于5年的专家,仅在从业年限大于等于5年的专家里查找所述故障信息对应的专家。
当所述其它信息、故障信息与专家的标识信息的对应关系存储在服务器中时,设备可以将所述车辆的车型信息、所述车辆的地理位置信息、用户输入的筛选条件中的至少一项以及故障信息发送给服务器,由服务器来确定并返回对应的专家的标识信息。
在上述各实施例提供的技术方案的基础上,优选的是,在建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接之后,还可以获取所述专家终端发送的语音信息;播放所述语音信息,并对所述语音信息进行解析,判断所述语音信息是否包括操作指令信息;若包括,则执行所述操作指令信息对应的操作。
具体的,所述专家在语音通信过程中,可以通过麦克风输入语音信息,由专家终端将所述专家输入的语音信息发送给车辆维修设备。车辆维修设备在接收到所述语音信息后,可以对所述语音信息进行解析,获取其中的操作指令信息,并执行相应的操作。
可选的,所述操作指令信息可以预先存储在所述车辆维修设备中,在获取到语音信息时,所述车辆维修设备可以将语音信息通过语音识别技术转换成相应的文字信息,并判断所述文字信息中是否包含有所述操作指令信息,若所述文字信息中包含有操作指令信息,则说明所述语音信息中包含有操作指令信息。
例如,所述设备中预先存储有“读取故障码”、“清除故障码”等操作指令。专家在语音通信过程中,可以语音输入“读取故障码”,车辆维修设备在接收到专家终端发送的语音信息后,可以转换成文字信息并与预先存储的操作指令进行对比,在确定所述语音信息中包含有操作指令信息后,可以执行所述操作指令信息对应的操作,即执行读取故障码的操作。
或者,所述操作指令信息可以是跟随在关键词之后的信息,在获取到语音信息后,判断所述语音信息中是否出现关键词,若出现,则确定所述关键词后的信息为操作指令信息。
可选的,所述关键词可以“执行”或者“开始”等,当专家语音输入“开始读取故障码”后,车辆维修设备可以从专家终端获取该语音信息并执行关键词“开始”之后的信息对应的操作,即执行读取故障码的操作。
通过获取专家的语音信息,并对语音信息进行解析,获取其中的操作指令信息并执行相应的操作,能够方便专家远程控制设备进行诊断和维修,进一步提高了车辆维修的效率。
在上述各实施例提供的技术方案的基础上,优选的是,还可以将车辆的标识信息以及维修数据发送给服务器,以供所述服务器更新所述车辆的标识信息对应的历史维修数据。
所述维修数据可以包括执行的维修操作信息、专家给出的操作指令信息、维修结果等。
相应的,在每次与专家进行连线时,还可以将所述车辆的标识信息发送给服务器,以使所述服务器将所述车辆的标识信息对应的历史维修数据发送给所述专家终端,使得专家可以查阅所述车辆的历史维修数据,从而对车辆做出更准确的判断和维修。
在上述各实施例提供的技术方案的基础上,优选的是,建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,可以包括:
将所述故障信息发送给所述专家终端,以使所述专家终端根据所述故障信息确定对应的费用信息;接收所述专家终端返回的费用信息,将所述费用信息显示给用户;接收用户根据所述费用信息输入的确认信息;根据所述确认信息,建立与对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接。
例如,所述故障信息为发动机故障,专家根据所述故障信息确定需要收费500元,则可以通过所述专家终端输入或选择“500元”,专家终端将所述费用信息“500元”发送给车辆维修设备,车辆维修设备可以将所述费用信息显示给用户,供用户评估是否选择该专家,若用户确认选择该专家,则可以输入确认信息,从而与所述专家进行语音通信。若所述用户不想选择该专家,则可以重新匹配专家,或关闭专家服务,实现了费用透明,满足用户的消费需求。
在上述各实施例提供的技术方案的基础上,可选的,对车辆进行诊断,可以包括:通过OBD接口获取车辆的标识信息,根据所述车辆的标识信息查询所述车辆的车型信息,根据所述车型信息启动对应的诊断软件对车辆进行诊断。
不同的诊断软件适用于不同的车型。例如,车型A对应诊断软件1,车型B对应针对软件2,若检测到当前的车辆对应的车型信息为A,则启动诊断软件1对车辆进行诊断。通过获取车辆的标识信息可以自动启动相应的诊断软件,无需用户手动控制,提高了诊断的效率、准确性以及用户体验度。
可选的,对车辆进行诊断,可以包括:将所述车辆的标识信息发送给服务器,供所述服务器根据所述车辆的标识信息确定所述车辆的历史诊断信息,所述历史诊断信息中包括所述车辆曾经被诊断过、且诊断结果为正常的系统的标识信息;接收所述服务器发送的历史诊断信息,并根据所述历史诊断信息,对所述车辆没有被诊断过的系统进行诊断。
具体的,车辆中可以包括多个系统,如发动机系统、制动系统等,每个系统的标识信息可以是所述系统的名称、代码或型号等。在对车辆进行诊断时,可以跳过之前已经被诊断过、且经诊断不存在故障的系统,仅仅对没有被诊断过的系统以及被诊断过、但是经诊断存在故障的系统进行诊断,提高了诊断的效率。
在诊断完成后,可以将本次诊断结果发送给服务器,供所述服务器更新所述车辆的标识信息对应的历史诊断信息,实现服务器的自学习功能。
进一步地,还可以将每次用到的诊断设备的信息和诊断软件的信息发送给服务器,供服务器将本次用到的诊断设备的信息和诊断软件的信息存储在历史诊断信息中。所述诊断设备的信息可以包括诊断设备的名称、代码、型号等。所述诊断软件的信息可以包括诊断软件的名称、代码、型号等。
相应的,在每次对车辆进行诊断时,可以仅仅对没有被本次所用诊断设备或诊断软件诊断过的系统以及之前被诊断过、但是经诊断存在故障的系统进行诊断,提高了诊断的准确性。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本方案实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
实施例四
本方案实施例四提供一种车辆维修装置。图4为本方案实施例四提供的车辆维修装置的示意框图。为了便于说明,仅示出与本方案实施例相关的部分。该车辆维修装置可以是内置于车辆维修设备内的软件单元、硬件单元或者软硬结合的单元,也可以作为独立的挂件集成到所述车辆维修设备中。
如图4所示,本实施例中的车辆维修装置,可以包括:
获取模块401,用于对车辆进行诊断,获取所述车辆的故障信息;
查找模块402,用于查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息;
建立模块403,用于建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,以使用户与所述专家进行语音通信。
本实施例中的车辆维修装置可以用于执行上述任一实施例所述的车辆维修方法,其具体实现原理可以参见上述任一实施例,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供的车辆维修装置,通过对车辆进行诊断,获取所述车辆的故障信息,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,并建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,使得用户可以与所述专家进行语音通信,从而在专家的指导下完成车辆的维修,提高了车辆维修的效率和准确性。
可选的,所述查找模块401具体可以用于:
向用户推送所述故障信息对应的维修资料信息;
接收所述用户输入的专家连线请求;
根据所述专家连线请求,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息。

本方案实施例五提供一种车辆维修设备。图5为本方案实施例五提供的车辆维修设备的示意框图。如图5所示,该实施例的设备5包括:一个或多个处理器50、存储器51以及存储在所述存储器51中并可在所述处理器50上运行的计算机程序52。所述处理器50执行所述计算机程序52时实现上述各个车辆维修方法实施例中的步骤。
具体的,所述处理器50执行所述计算机程序52时可以实现如下步骤:
对车辆进行诊断,获取所述车辆的故障信息;
查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息;
建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,以使用户与所述专家进行语音通信。
可选的,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,可以包括:
向用户推送所述故障信息对应的维修资料信息;接收所述用户输入的专家连线请求;根据所述专家连线请求,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息。

优选的是,所述设备5可以为手机、平板设备、计算机等,也可以是诊断仪,例如元征公司的X431 PRO/PRO3S /PADIII 等诊断仪。
可选的,所述设备5还可以包括诊断模块,用于与车辆连接,诊断模块的接口可以为OBDII-16(OBD对外开放的标准16PIN的诊断接口),诊断模块可以包含与汽车通讯协议的物理层和链路层,链路层包含所有车辆诊断通讯协议。
可选的,所述设备5还可以包括网络通信装置,所述网络通信装置可以为3G模块/4G模块/5G模块/WiFi模块等,用于实现与服务器的通讯。
可选的,所述设备5还可以包括定位装置,所述定位装置可以包括下述至少一种:GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)模块、AGPS(Assisted Global Positioning System,辅助全球卫星定位系统)模块、BD(北斗定位系统)模块、GLONASS(格洛纳斯卫星导航系统)模块等,用于获取地理位置信息。
可选的,所述设备5还可以包括语音输入装置,所述语音输入装置可以为麦克风等,支持用户语音输入。
可选的,所述设备5还可以包括播放装置,所述播放装置可以为扬声器等,用于播放资料信息。
可选的,所述设备5还可以包括显示装置,所述显示装置可以为显示屏等,用于显示维修资料等信息。
本方案实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被一个或多个处理器执行时实现上述任一实施例所述车辆维修方法的步骤。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括是电载波信号和电信信号。
本方案实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序被一个或多个处理器执行时实现上述任一实施例所述车辆维修方法的步骤。

  1. 一种车辆维修方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对车辆进行诊断,获取所述车辆的故障信息;
    查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息;
    建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,以使用户与所述专家进行语音通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车辆维修方法,其特征在于,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,包括:
    向用户推送所述故障信息对应的维修资料信息;
    接收所述用户输入的专家连线请求;
    根据所述专家连线请求,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车辆维修方法,其特征在于,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,包括:
    将所述故障信息发送给服务器,以使服务器根据所述故障信息查找对应的专家的标识信息;
    接收所述服务器发送的所述专家的标识信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车辆维修方法,其特征在于,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,包括:
    获取所述车辆的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息,确定所述车辆的车型信息;
    根据所述车型信息和所述故障信息,查找对应的专家的标识信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的车辆维修方法,其特征在于,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息,包括:
    获取所述车辆的地理位置信息;
    根据所述地理位置信息和所述故障信息,查找对应的专家的标识信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的车辆维修方法,其特征在于,在建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接之后,还包括:
    获取所述专家终端发送的语音信息;
    播放所述语音信息,并对所述语音信息进行解析,判断所述语音信息中是否包括操作指令信息;
    若包括,则执行所述操作指令信息对应的操作。
  7. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的车辆维修方法,其特征在于,建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,包括:
    将所述故障信息发送给所述专家终端,以使所述专家终端根据所述故障信息确定对应的费用信息;
    接收所述专家终端返回的费用信息,将所述费用信息显示给用户;
    接收用户根据所述费用信息输入的确认信息;
    根据所述确认信息,建立与对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接。
  8. 一种车辆维修装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于对车辆进行诊断,获取所述车辆的故障信息;
    查找模块,用于查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息;
    建立模块,用于建立与所述标识信息对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接,以使用户与所述专家进行语音通信。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的车辆维修装置,其特征在于,所述查找模块具体用于:
    向用户推送所述故障信息对应的维修资料信息;
    接收所述用户输入的专家连线请求;
    根据所述专家连线请求,查找所述故障信息对应的专家的标识信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的车辆维修装置,其特征在于,所述查找模块具体用于:
    将所述故障信息发送给服务器,以使服务器根据所述故障信息查找对应的专家的标识信息;
    接收所述服务器发送的所述专家的标识信息。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的车辆维修装置,其特征在于,所述查找模块具体用于:
    获取所述车辆的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息,确定所述车辆的车型信息;

    获取所述车辆的地理位置信息;

    获取所述专家终端发送的语音信息;
    播放所述语音信息,并对所述语音信息进行解析,判断所述语音信息中是否包括操作指令信息;
    若包括,则执行所述操作指令信息对应的操作。
  14. 如权利要求8-12任一项所述的车辆维修装置,其特征在于,所述建立模块具体用于:
    将所述故障信息发送给所述专家终端,以使所述专家终端根据所述故障信息确定对应的费用信息;
    接收所述专家终端返回的费用信息,将所述费用信息显示给用户;
    接收用户根据所述费用信息输入的确认信息;
    根据所述确认信息,建立与对应的专家终端之间的语音通信连接。
  15. 一种车辆维修设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述方法的步骤。
