一种自复位调节机构(20),包括:安装座(21);可转动地安装于安装座(21)的调节件(22);安装于调节件(22)和安装座(21)之间的第一复位件;可转动地安装于安装座(21)的限位件,限位件上对应调节件(22)设有位于不同高度多个卡台,通过调节件(22)卡设于限位件对应的卡台上实现调节件(22)的位置调节;以及安装于限位件和安装座(21)之间的第二复位件,在限位件转动至极限位置时,第二复位件发生形变而产生与限位件转动方向相同的作用力而令限位件处于极限位置,此时第一复位件令调节件(22)下复位,并对限位件施加复位的作用力,使得第二复位件复原且限位件复位。该自复位调节机构在保证头枕强度的同时精简头枕核心机构,结构简单,占用空间小,调节范围大,耐冲击强度高。
Description
本发明涉及汽车座椅结构领域,特指一种自复位调节机构。
汽车前排座椅通常设有头枕,为提供更加舒适的乘车体验,该头枕为可调节结构,以适应不同高度的乘客使用。现有市面上的可调节头枕,设计的结构复杂,成本较高。且解锁机构需要按钮进行解锁,按钮解锁是一套比较复杂的力传递过程,解锁过程中力的折损比较大,解锁力难控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种自复位调节机构,解决现有的可调节头枕的结构复杂,成本较高以及按钮解锁存在的力传递复杂、折损大且难控制等的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种自复位调节机构,包括:
安装座;
可转动地安装于所述安装座的调节件;
安装于所述调节件和所述安装座之间的第一复位件,所述第一复位件在所述调节件转动时产生与所述调节件转动方向相反的作用力以供复位所述调节件;
可转动地安装于所述安装座的限位件,所述限位件上对应所述调节件的一侧设有位于不同高度、且供限位所述调节件的多个卡台,通过所述调节件卡设于所述限位件对应的卡台上,实现所述调节件的位置调节,且在转动所述调节件时可通过卡台带动所述限位件一起转动;以及
安装于所述限位件和所述安装座之间的第二复位件,所述第二复位件在所述限位件转动时产生与所述限位件转动方向相反的作用力以供复位所述限位件,在所述限位件转动至极限位置时,所述第二复位件发生形变而产生与所述限位件转动方向相同的作用力而令所述限位件处于极限位 置,此时所述调节件在所述第一复位件的作用力下复位,从而对所述限位件施加复位的作用力,使得所述第二复位件复原且所述限位件复位。
本发明的自复位调节机构在保证头枕强度的同时精简头枕核心机构,结构简单,占用空间小,装配简单,调节范围大,耐冲击强度高。本发明的自复位调节机构采用了自动解锁的方式,能够节约成本,解锁过程简单可控。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述限位件于位于最低位的卡台处设有一凸缘;
所述限位件处于极限位置时,所述调节件在复位的过程中通过抵靠于所述凸缘而对所述限位件施加复位的作用力,从而完成所述调节件和所述限位件的复位。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述调节件通过第一转轴可转动地安装于所述安装座;
所述限位件靠近所述第一转轴的一侧形成有一抵靠面,转动所述限位件至所述抵靠面抵靠于所述第一转轴时,而使得所述限位件处于极限位置。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述第一复位件为扭簧,所述扭簧的一端固定于所述调节件上,另一端固定于所述安装座上。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述第二复位件为异形扭簧,包括第一连接段、与所述第一连接段连接的弧形段以及与连接于所述弧形段的第二连接段,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段位于所述弧形段的两侧且平行设置,所述弧形段呈圆弧状;
所述第一连接段固定于所述限位件上,所述第二连接段固定于所述安装座上。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述限位件上开设有异形口;
所述调节件上设有穿过所述异形口的定位凸条;
当所述调节件卡设于所述限位件上位于最高位的卡台上时,所述定位凸条与所述异形口的内壁相贴合从而限位所述调节件的转动。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述安装座包括有底板;所述限位件上靠近底板的一侧设有与所述底板相贴的贴合面。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述调节件的底部形成有 供卡设于对应的卡台上的卡接面。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,所述调节件上远离所述安装座的一端设有连接轴,所述连接轴的两端部均连接有一耳板。
本发明自复位调节机构的进一步改进在于,还包括置于两个耳板之间并与所述调节件相对设置的传动件,所述传动件的顶部与两个耳板固定连接,底部可转动地安装于所述安装座,通过所述传动件带动所述调节件进行转动。
本发明可以应用于汽车领域的头枕、扶手、腿托、脚踏。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1,本发明提供了一种自复位调节机构,为一种保证头枕强度的同时精简头枕的核心机构,该自复位调节机构应用于汽车座椅头枕,能够实现头枕的调节和自动复位,简单的操作方法,所占空间小,装配简单,调节范围大,耐冲击强度高的经济型头枕核心件。本发明的自复位调节机构不限于应用在头枕上,还可以应用于汽车领域的扶手、腿托以及脚踏等可调节的部位。本发明自复位调节机构采用金属材料支架代替传统的头枕核心支架的塑料材料,使得结构简单小巧,满足强度要求,重量轻,节省材料节约成本。本发明采用自动解锁的方式,实现了节约成本的目的,并保持了外观的完整性,使得简单,美观及高效可控。下面结合附图对本发明自复位调节机构进行说明。
参阅图1,显示了本发明自复位调节机构的结构示意图。参阅图2,显示了图1所示结构的爆炸分解结构示意图。下面结合图1和图2,对本发明自复位调节机构进行说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的自复位调节机构20包括安装座21、调节件22、第一复位件23、限位件24以及第二复位件25,安装座21为各个部件提供安装基础;调节件22可转动地安装于安装座21上,第一复位件23安装于调节件22和安装座21之间,该第一复位件23在调节件22转动时产生与调节件22转动方向相反的作用力以供复位该调节件22;限位件24可转动地安装于安装座21上,结合图5所示,该限位件24上对应调节件22的一侧设有位于不同高度且供限位调节件22的多个卡台241,通过调节件22卡设于限位件24对应的的卡台241上,实现调节件22的位置调节,且在转动调节件22时可通过不同高度的多个卡台241带动限位件24一起转动;第二复位件25安装于限位件24和安装座21之间,该第二复位件25在限位件24转动时产生与限位件24转动方向相反的作用力以供限位件24复位;在限位件24转动至极限位置时,该第二复位件25发生形变而产生与限位件24转动方向相同的作用力而令限位件24处于极限位置,此时调节件22在第一复位件23的作用力下复位,从而对限位件24施加复位的作用力,使得该第二复位件25复原且限位件24复位。
具体地,如图1和图3所示,本发明的自复位调节机构20安装于汽车座椅头枕上,其中调节件22与头枕固定连接,安装座21与汽车座椅连接,通过调节件22的转动实现了头枕的位置调节。安装座21具有前侧211和后侧212,调节件22的转动调节方向为从后侧212向前侧211转动,复位方向为从前侧211向后侧212转动复位。
下面对自复位调节机构20的转动调节过程进行说明。如图6所示,初始时调节件22位于限位件24的最低位的卡台241上,限位件24上的卡台241呈阶梯状设置,转动调节件22使其绕着安装座21进行转动,结合图8所示,调节件22从最低位的卡台241向第一档位的卡台241转动,调节件22推动限位件24也一同旋转,限位件24旋转时,第二复位件25产生与其转动方向相反的作用力,结合图9所示,当调节件22转动至第一档位的卡台241处时,结合图11所示,限位件24在第二复位件25的作用下复位,而使得调节件22卡入到第一档位的卡台241上;调节件22转动可依上述方式调节到所需的档位处,虽然第一复位件23一直都产生了与调节件22转动方向相反的作用力,由于调节件22与限位件24的卡台241相互卡合,使得调节件22在调节档位时无法复位。结合图12、图13和图18所示,当调节件22调节到最高位的卡台241后,继续转动调节件22,推动限位件24至极限位置,结合图18所示,此时第二复位件25发生形变而产生与限位件24转动方向相同的作用力,而使得该限位件24处于极限位置,在极限位置处的限位件24上的卡台241与调节件22件有一定的间隙,使得卡台241不会限位调节件22,此时松开施加于调节件22上的转动力,该调节件22会在第一复位件23的作用力下回落至原位,结合图20所示,在调节件22复位过程中会触碰到限位件24从而对限位件24施加复位的作用力,使得该第二复位件25复原且限位件24复位,从而使得自复位调节机构复位至图6所示状态。
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,如图5和图6所示,限位件24于位于最低位的卡台241处设有一凸缘242,该凸缘242位于限位件24上对应调节件22的一侧向外凸伸,结合图19所示,在图19所示的限位件24的状态下,凸缘242的顶端面凸伸出卡台241外端面,结合图20和图21所示,在限位件24处于极限位置时,调节件22在复位的过程中通过抵靠于凸缘242而对限位件24施加复位的作用力,从而完成调节件22和限位件24的复位。凸缘242的设置位置,用于阻挡调节件22的回落,从而通 过凸缘242的限位使得调节件22能够卡入到最低位的卡台241上。
作为本发明的另一较佳实施方式,如图1至图4所示,调节件22通过第一转轴31可转动地安装于安装座21上,第一转轴31穿设调节件22和安装座21,从而使得该调节件22可通过第一转轴31实现转动调节;结合图6所示,限位件24靠近该第一转轴31的一侧形成有抵靠面243,结合图18所示,转动限位件24至抵靠面243抵靠于第一转轴31时,而使得限位件24处于极限位置。
限位件24通过第二转轴33可转动地安装于安装座21上,该第二转轴33穿设限位件24和安装座21,从而使得该限位件24可通过第二转轴33实现转动调节。在安装时,限位件24安装于靠近安装座21的后侧212处,调节件22安装于安装座21的中部处,使得调节件22位于限位件24的前侧,这样限位件24在转动时,通过第一转轴31起到限位作用,当限位件24转动到抵靠第一转轴31时,由于第一转轴31的限制,使得该限位件24处于极限位置。
作为本发明的又一较佳实施方式,如图2至图4所示,第一复位件23为扭簧,该扭簧具有第一安装端231和第二安装端232,第一安装端231固定于调节件22上,第二安装端232固定于安装座21上。从而在转动调节件22时,扭簧产生了与调节件22转动方向相反的弹力。较佳地,在调节件22的侧部设有安装孔223,扭簧的第一安装端231插入到安装孔223内并固定,在安装座21的前侧211处设置有卡口216,扭簧的第二安装端232卡入该卡口216内并固定。
作为本发明的再一较佳实施方式,如图2和图5所示,第二复位件25为异形扭簧,包括第一连接段251、与第一连接段251连接的弧形段252以及连接于弧形段252的第二连接段253,该第一连接段251和第二连接段253位于弧形段252的两侧且平行设置,该弧形段252呈圆弧状,在安装该异形扭簧时,将第一连接段251固定于限位件24上,第二连接段253固定于安装座21上。较佳地,结合图7所示,在限位件24上开设有通孔246,将第一连接段251插入该通孔246内并固定;在安装座21的后侧212处设有竖板215,该竖板215上也开设有通孔,将第二连接段253插入该竖板215的通孔内并固定,固定好异形扭簧的第一连接段251和第二连接段253后,使得弧形段252贴设在限位件24的表面。
具体地,异形扭簧的工作原理为:如图7所示,在初始状态时,即调 节件22卡入到最低位的卡台241上,第一连接段251和第二连接段253之间相距较远,此时异形扭簧处于自然状态;如图10所示,在调节件22转动而带动限位件24转动时,限位件24绕着第二转轴33转动,转动方向为图10中的逆时针方向,第一连接段251向着第二连接段253靠近,弧形段252变形产生恢复原状的弹力,在调节件22旋转到第一档位的卡台241处时,在弧形段252的弹力作用下使得限位件24旋转恢复原位,从而第一档位的卡台241和调节件22相卡合。结合图12至15所示,在调节件22位于最高位的卡台241上并继续逆时针旋转时,使得限位件24也进一步旋转,结合图19所示,第一连接段251进一步靠近第二连接段253,该第一连接段251和第二连接段253处于近似相贴时,弧形段252被撑起,形成圆形状,该弧形段252发生形变至其极限位置而产生了支撑住限位件24的作用力,也即弧形段252产生了与限位件24逆时针旋转方向相同的作用力,使得限位件24的抵靠面243抵靠于第一转轴31上,从而多个卡台241不会对调节件22产生限位,此时在调节件22接触施加的转动力后,会在扭簧的作用下顺时针旋转,当调节件22的底部触碰到限位件24的凸缘242时,对限位件24时间顺时针旋转的作用力,使得限位件24顺时针旋转,第一连接段251向远离第二连接段253的方向移动,从而弧形段252恢复形变,进而产生了对限位件24施加顺时针方向的作用力,使得限位件24复位,从而调节件22和限位件24恢复至图6所示状态。
作为本发明的再又一较佳实施方式,如图6、图16和图17所示,为防止调节件22旋转过大而从限位件24的一侧脱出,本发明的限位件24上开设有异形口244,在调节件22上设有穿过该异形口244的定位凸条221,如图12所示,在调节件22位于最高位的卡台241上时,该定位凸条221与异形口244的内壁相贴合从而限位调节件22的转动,即限位调节件22与限位件24间的相对转动。结合图13所示,在调节件22继续逆时针转动时,该定位凸条221与异形口244的内壁相配合而带动限位件24一起转动,通过设置定位凸条221和异形口244,使得调节件22和限位件24能够彼此不脱离。
进一步地,如图2所示,安装座21包括有底板213,结合图6所示,限位件24上靠近底板213的一侧设有与底板213相贴的贴合面245,在初始状态时,即调节件22卡入在最低位的卡台241上,贴合面245与安 装座21的底板213相贴合,从而使得自复位调节机构20具有高的稳定性。结合图8所示,在调节件22调节档位时,调节件22抵靠限位件24使得限位件24逆时针转动,贴合面245远离底板213,结合图9和图10所示,在调节件22的底部从最低位的卡台241和第一档位的卡台241的连接侧部的顶端移动至第一档位的卡台241之上时,结合图11所示,第二复位件24令限位件24复位,贴合面245贴合于底板213上。从而完成了一次档位调节。
本发明的安装座21在底板213上设置有一对翼板214,通过一对翼板214来安装调节件22和限位件24,利用相对设置的一对翼板214,来提高调节件22和限位件24安装的结构稳定性。较佳地,该安装座21呈U型结构,当然本发明的安装座21还可以为其他形状,比如方框型。
作为本发明的再又一较佳实施方式,如图2所示,调节件22的底部形成有供卡设于对应的卡台241上的卡接面222,结合图6所示,调节件22的卡接面222卡设于限位件24的卡台241上,通过卡台241承托该卡接面222来限位调节件22的位置。卡接面222设置于调节件22的底部,较佳地,调节件22包括底部形成卡接面222的调节板,在调节板的两侧连接有供连接的连接翼板,连接翼板的底部和顶部均凸伸出调节板的底部和顶部形成连接端部,第一转轴31穿过底部的连接端部和安装座21实现调节件22可转动地安装在安装座21上。在调节件22顶部的连接端部设有连接轴32,在连接轴32的两端部均连接有一耳板26,结合图1所示,通过连接轴32将调节件22和两个耳板26连接,两个耳板26设于调节件22顶部的两侧,通过耳板26将本发明自复位调节机构20与头枕连接。本发明自复位调节机构20的安装座21用于将头枕安装于汽车座椅上。
如图2和图3所示,该自复位调节机构20还包括置于两个耳板26之间并与调节件22相对设置的传动件27,该传动件27的顶部与两个耳板26固定连接,较佳地,通过铆钉35紧固连接耳板26和传动件27的顶部,传动件27的底部可转动地安装于安装座21,通过传动件27带动调节件22进行转动。该传动件27作为主动臂,将对头枕的作用力传递给调节件22。较佳地,该传动件27的底部通过第三转轴34可转动地安装在安装座21上。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节 不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种自复位调节机构,其特征在于,包括:安装座;可转动地安装于所述安装座的调节件;安装于所述调节件和所述安装座之间的第一复位件,所述第一复位件在所述调节件转动时产生与所述调节件转动方向相反的作用力以供复位所述调节件;可转动地安装于所述安装座的限位件,所述限位件上对应所述调节件的一侧设有位于不同高度、且供限位所述调节件的多个卡台,通过所述调节件卡设于所述限位件对应的卡台上,实现所述调节件的位置调节,且在转动所述调节件时可通过卡台带动所述限位件一起转动;以及安装于所述限位件和所述安装座之间的第二复位件,所述第二复位件在所述限位件转动时产生与所述限位件转动方向相反的作用力以供复位所述限位件,在所述限位件转动至极限位置时,所述第二复位件发生形变而产生与所述限位件转动方向相同的作用力而令所述限位件处于极限位置,此时所述调节件在所述第一复位件的作用力下复位,从而对所述限位件施加复位的作用力,使得所述第二复位件复原且所述限位件复位。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述限位件于位于最低位的卡台处设有一凸缘;所述限位件处于极限位置时,所述调节件在复位的过程中通过抵靠于所述凸缘而对所述限位件施加复位的作用力,从而完成所述调节件和所述限位件的复位。
- 如权利要求2所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节件通过第一转轴可转动地安装于所述安装座;所述限位件靠近所述第一转轴的一侧形成有一抵靠面,转动所述限位件至所述抵靠面抵靠于所述第一转轴时,而使得所述限位件处于极限位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述第一复位件为扭簧,所述扭簧的一端固定于所述调节件上,另一端固定于所述安装座上。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述第二复 位件为异形扭簧,包括第一连接段、与所述第一连接段连接的弧形段以及与连接于所述弧形段的第二连接段,所述第一连接段和所述第二连接段位于所述弧形段的两侧且平行设置,所述弧形段呈圆弧状;所述第一连接段固定于所述限位件上,所述第二连接段固定于所述安装座上。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述限位件上开设有异形口;所述调节件上设有穿过所述异形口的定位凸条;当所述调节件卡设于所述限位件上位于最高位的卡台上时,所述定位凸条与所述异形口的内壁相贴合从而限位所述调节件的转动。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述安装座包括有底板;所述限位件上靠近底板的一侧设有与所述底板相贴的贴合面。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节件的底部形成有供卡设于对应的卡台上的卡接面。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节件上远离所述安装座的一端设有连接轴,所述连接轴的两端部均连接有一耳板。
- 如权利要求9所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,还包括置于两个耳板之间并与所述调节件相对设置的传动件,所述传动件的顶部与两个耳板固定连接,底部可转动地安装于所述安装座,通过所述传动件带动所述调节件进行转动。
- 如权利要求1所述的自复位调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节件通过第一转轴可转动地安装于所述安装座;所述限位件靠近所述第一转轴的一侧形成有一抵靠面,转动所述限位件至所述抵靠面抵靠于所述第一转轴时,而使得所述限位件处于极限位置。
