Abstract

本发明涉及一种电池温度控制装置和方法、控制器、存储介质和充换电站,所述装置包括控制模块和多个水冷模块,各个水冷模块之间通过管路连接,在其中一条或多条所述管路上分别设有一个或多个控制阀,所述控制模块通过控制所述控制阀的开启和关闭来控制各个管路的通断,从而控制接入对应电池的所述水冷模块的个数;所述水冷模块用于制冷或加热冷媒。本发明采用模块化的方式,实现对各个电池温度的单独控制,适应锂电池温度状态的多样性,保证水冷系统与各电池的换热效率。

Description

电池温度控制装置和方法、控制器、存储介质和充换电站 技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池温度控制装置和方法、控制器、存储介质和充换电站。
背景技术
随着电动车的快速发展,如何快速的实现电动车的能量补给,使电动车像传统燃油汽车一样便捷,是电动车行业面临的重要难题之一,充换电站的出现成功解决了这一难题。充换电站将车上需要补能的电池更换为电池仓内满电的电池,并将替换下的电池送入电池仓进行充电。锂离子电池是电动车的核心部件,决定了其在充换电站的充电时间、整车的续航里程、成本、使用寿命、安全性等关键指标。随着用户对电动车的要求提高,对电池系统的功率性能和快充性能的要求也越来越高,伴随而来的就是对电池冷却系统设计要求的提高。在大倍率充放电工况下,传统的自然冷却和强制风冷往往不能满足散热要求。因此散热效率更高的液冷方式越来越多的成为了锂电池的主流散热方式。
锂离子电池充电时的温度保持在20-35℃范围内为最佳。当锂离子电池低于此温度范围时,容易出现充电析锂或充放电降功率的现象;当锂离子电池温度超过此范围时,锂离子电池的循环寿命会急剧下降,而且还可能会出现热安全问题。目前充换电站的水冷系统通常采用一个水冷系统对应多块电池的温度控制,至少存在如下缺点:
(1)单一的水冷系统的制冷量和加热量都是有限的,当运送进来的电池温度过高或过低,导致其与流体的换热量大于水冷系统的制冷量或加热量时,会使水冷系统提供的流体的温度不能维持在设定值,从而影响到其他温度已在合理范围,正在充电的电池。
(2)由于各电池的温度状态不同,所以水冷系统的供水温度只能设定为一个综合考虑所有电池热性能的温度值,但会大大降低水冷系统与单个电池之间的换热量,增加电池的充电时间,降低电池充电时的安全性及电池的寿命,并会造成水冷系统性能的浪费。
(3)锂电池在电动车上时为低倍率放电状态,低倍率放电时,电池对温度的要求并不如充电严格,夏天时,车上的水冷系统提供的流体温度通常会比充换电站内高,而冬天又会出现车上冷却液比换电站内的冷却液温度低的情况。目前为防止流体在天气寒冷的区域发生结冰的问题,大多采用含有50%乙二醇的流体,但50%乙二醇的冷却液的密度受温度影响很大。 如果电动车上水冷系统冷却液的温度比充换电站内冷却液的温度高,会出现冷却液热膨胀的问题,导致充换电站内水冷系统的冷却液越来越少,而电动车内水冷系统的冷却液越来越多;反之则会导致换电站内液体越来越多,电动车内液体越来越少。
(4)50%乙二醇的粘度受温度影响也很大,如果按照现有充换电站一个水冷系统对应多个电池的方式,就可能会出现由于刚送进来充换电站的电池温度过低,水冷系统与电池的换热量大于水冷系统的加热量,从而导致水冷系统提供的水温过低,水泵的能力不足以提供足够的流量的情况,从而影响此水冷系统对应的所有的锂电池的散热。
因此如何实现合理、有效、安全地控制锂离子电池的温度,成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种电池温度控制装置和方法、控制器、存储介质和充换电站,采用模块化的方式,实现对各个电池温度的单独控制,适应锂电池温度状态的多样性,保证水冷系统与各电池的换热效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,根据本发明一方面,提供了一种用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,包括:控制模块和多个水冷模块,各个水冷模块之间通过管路连接,在其中一条或多条所述管路上分别设有一个或多个控制阀,
所述控制模块通过控制所述控制阀的开启和关闭来控制各个管路的通断,从而控制接入对应电池的所述水冷模块的个数;
所述水冷模块用于制冷或加热冷媒。
进一步的,所述控制模块还用于控制每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量。
进一步的,所述控制模块包括参数获取单元、配置单元和执行单元,其中,所述参数获取单元和所述配置单元相连接,所述配置单元和所述执行单元相连接;
所述参数获取单元用于获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态;
所述配置单元用于根据所述待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态,配置所需接入的水冷模块的数量以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量;
所述执行单元用于串联所需接入的水冷模块,对即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池进行加热或冷却,使其与待换电车辆上的电池的当前供水温度 一致。
进一步的,所述参数获取单元还用于,获取待换电车辆的驾驶工况,根据驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系,确定待换电车辆的所述电池温度状态。
进一步的,所述驾驶工况包括高温低速、高温常速、高温高速、低温低速低温常速和低温高速中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述控制模块包括温度获取单元和调整单元,所述温度获取单元和调整单元相连接,其中,
所述温度获取单元用于获取充电电池的温度状态,所述充电电池为所述电动车充换电站中处于充电状态的电池;
所述调整单元用于根据所述充电电池的温度状态,调整接入所述充电电池的水冷模块的数量,以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量。
进一步的,所述装置包括多个通过所述管路连接所述水冷模块的输出端,所述电动车充换电站的电池通过所述输出端接入所述电池温度控制装置。
进一步的,每条所述管路包括一条供水管路和与所述供水管路对应的回水管路,每条所述供水管路和回水管路上设有一个控制阀。
进一步的,所述控制阀为电磁阀。
进一步的,所述水冷模块包括压缩机、水冷板、水泵、电加热、水箱、温度传感器和膨胀阀。
根据本发明另一方面,提供一种用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,包括以下步骤:
将多个水冷模块通过管路连接,其中,所述水冷模块用于制冷或加热冷媒;
在其中一条或多条所述管路上分别设置一个或多个控制阀;
控制所述控制阀的开启和关闭来控制各个管路的通断,从而控制接入对应电池包的所述水冷模块的个数。
进一步的,所述方法用于电动车换电过程,包括以下步骤:
获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态;
根据所述待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态,配置所需接入的水冷模块的数量以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量;
串联所需接入的水冷模块,对即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池进行加热或冷却,使其与待换电车辆上的电池的当前供水温度一致。
进一步的,所述获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态包括以下步骤:
获取待换电车辆的驾驶工况,根据驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系,确定待换电车辆的电池温度状态。
进一步的,所述驾驶工况包括高温低速、高温常速、高温高速、低温低速低温常速和低温高速中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述方法用于电池充电过程,包括以下步骤:
获取充电电池的温度状态,所述充电电池为所述电动车充换电站中处于充电状态的电池;
根据所述充电电池的温度状态,调整接入所述充电电池的水冷模块的数量,以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量。
根据本发明又一方面,提供一种控制器,其包括存储器与处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述程序在被所述处理器执行时能够实现所述方法的步骤。
根据本发明又一方面,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储计算机程序,所述程序在一种充换电站,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置。由一计算机或处理器执行时实现所述方法的步骤。
根据本发明又一方面,提供一种充换电站,其包括上述电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本发明一种电池温度控制装置和方法、控制器、存储介质和充换电站可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:
(1)采用模块化的方式,当单个水冷模块的制冷量、加热量、流量不能满足锂电池要求时,可串联一个或多个水冷模块,增加制冷量、加热量及流量,实现对各个电池温度的单独控制,适应锂电池温度状态的多样性;
(2)保证水冷系统与各电池的换热效率,能够迅速有效的对电池的温度进行控制、不会造成水冷系统性能、能量的浪费;
(3)避免各个电池之间的温度相互影响;
(4)保证流至各电池的流量;
(5)防止充换电站和电动车内由于冷却液温度不同所导致冷却液的容积发生变化。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的一种电池温度控制装置和方法、控制器、存储介质和充换电站的具体实施方式及其功效,详细说明如后。
本发明实施例提供一种用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,如图1所示,包括:控制模块1和多个水冷模块2,各个水冷模块2之间通过管路3连接,在其中一条或多条所述管路3上分别设有一个或多个控制阀4,控制模块1通过控制所述控制阀4的开启和关闭来控制各个管路3的通断,从而控制接入对应电池的所述水冷模块2的个数;水冷模块2用于制冷或加热冷媒。
作为一种示例,控制模块1还可以控制每个所接入的水冷模块2的制冷量和加热量。管路3是指液压系统中传输工作流体的管道。控制阀4可以为电池阀,电池阀是用电磁控制的工业设备,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,属于执行器,并不限于液压、气动。
需要说明的是,每个水冷模块2可以配置相同的制冷量范围和加热量范围,即每个水冷模块2的最大制冷量、最小制冷量、最大加热量和最小加热量均一致,也可分别配置每个水冷模块2的最大制冷量、最小制冷量、最大加热量和最小加热量。电动车不仅限于纯电动车,也包括可以进行充换电的混动车。
实施例一、
控制模块1用于电动车换电过程中时,包括:参数获取单元、配置单 元和执行单元,其中,参数获取单元和所述配置单元相连接,配置单元和所述执行单元相连,参数获取单元用于获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态;配置单元用于根据所述待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态,配置所需接入的水冷模块2的数量以及每个所接入的水冷模块2的制冷量和加热量作为一种示例,假设送至充换电站的待换的电池的电芯温度为-20℃,即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的电芯温度为常温,则根据电池的性质和电池温度控制装置的性能,即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池与所述电池温度控制装置的换热量需达到9kw,设每个水冷模块可提供4.5kw热量,则即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池需接入至少两个水冷模块2才能满足换热及流量要求。执行单元用于串联所需接入的水冷模块2,对即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池进行加热或冷却,使其与待换电车辆上的电池的当前供水温度一致,以解决由于冷却液温度不同产生的电动车和充换电站内冷却液容积发生变化的问题。
作为一种示例,参数获取单元还用于获取待换电车辆的驾驶工况,根据驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系,确定待换电车辆的电池温度状态。待换电车辆可通过云端将驾驶工况或电池温度状态发送给参数获取单元。驾驶工况可包括高温低速、高温常速、高温高速、低温低速低温常速和低温高速中的一种或多种。驾驶工况的分类并不限于上述示例,使用中可进行适应性调整。其中,驾驶工况与温度状态的对应关系,可通过预先采集的大量电动车在不同驾驶工况下对应的温度范围,获取不同驾驶工况下对应的电池温度范围得到。此外,还可进一步根据电池温度范围设定合理的水冷模块2的最大制冷量、最小制冷量、最大加热量和最小加热量,使所述装置适用于多种车辆驾驶工况,适用范围更广泛。若待换电车辆在某个时间段内在多种驾驶工况中切换,则可以平均该多种驾驶工况下的温度,以平均温度作为到达充换电站换电时的温度,也可以将驾驶时间最长的驾驶工况对应的温度作为到达换电站换电时的温度,当然也不限于此。
电动车到达电动车充换电站后,进行电池的更换,将车上换下的亏电电池运送至电池存储装置,并进行充电。
实施例二、
控制模块1用于电池充电过程中时,还包括:温度获取单元和调整单元,温度获取单元和调整单元相连接,其中,温度获取单元用于获取充电电池的温度状态(例如可每隔一段时间采集温度数据),所述充电电池为所述电动车充换电站中处于充电状态的电池。其中所述充电电池在充电过程中,电池BMS(电池管理系统)可实时反馈充电电池的温度状态至温度获取单元;调整单元用于根据所述充电电池的温度状态,调整接入所述充电 电池的水冷模块2的数量,以及每个所接入的水冷模块2的制冷量和加热量,从而保证电池的热性能,提高水冷与电池的换热效率。电池充电完成后,可供作车辆换电使用。
作为一种示例,可预先获取充电电池温度与接入水冷模块2数量的对应关系,并将相关数据存储在所述调整单元中,供所述调整单元调用。
实施例一和实施例二所示示例中,所述装置均包括多个通过管路3连接水冷模块2的输出端5,电动车充换电站的电池通过输出端5接入电池温度控制装置,如图1所示。控制模块1通过控制控制阀4来控制水冷模块之间的连接以及水冷模块2和接入电池之间的连接。如图2所示示例,每块电池之间的管路3上也设有控制阀4,电池间的控制阀4关闭时即可将各电池隔离开,从而避免出现部分电池温度过高或过低时对其他温度正常的电池造成影响。
作为一种示例,每条管路3包括一条供水管路31和与供水管路31对应的回水管路32,每条供水管路31和回水管路32上设有一个控制阀4。
水冷模块2可配置为现有的任意一种水冷系统,作为一种示例,水冷模块2包括压缩机、水冷板、水泵、电加热、水箱、温度传感器和膨胀阀等。当电池温度过高时,所述装置开启制冷模式,接入的水冷模块2通过压缩机、水泵、膨胀阀等对电池进行冷却。当电池温度过低时,所述装置开启加热模式,接入的水冷模块2通过电加热和水泵对电池进行加热。通过加热和制冷两种模式将电池的温度控制在合理的范围内,从而保证电池的充电速度和电池的寿命。
如图2所示,作为一种示例,所述装置可设置在充换电站的电池存储装置6上,调整即将换至待换电车辆上的满电电池61的温度与待换电车辆电池的温度一致,或者,在电池存储装置6上的电池62在充电过程中,实时控制充电电池62的温度。但可以理解的是,所述装置也可单独设置,或者设置在充换电站的其他组成部分,例如电池充电装置上,来实现电池温度的控制。
本发明实施例所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置采用模块化的方式,当单个水冷模块2的制冷量、加热量、流量不能满足锂电池要求时,可串联一个或多个水冷模块2,增加制冷量、加热量及流量,实现对各个电池温度的单独控制,适应锂电池温度状态的多样性;所述装置还可保证水冷系统与各电池的换热效率,能够迅速有效的对电池的温度进行控制、不会造成水冷系统性能、能量的浪费;此外,所述装置还可避免各个电池之间的温度相互影响,保证流至各电池的流量,防止充换电站和电动车内由于冷却液温度不同所导致冷却液的容积发生变化。
基于上述实施例中的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,本发明实施例还提供一种用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、将多个水冷模块通过管路连接,其中,所述水冷模块用于制冷或加热冷媒;
步骤S2、在其中一条或多条所述管路上分别设置一个或多个控制阀;
步骤S3、控制所述控制阀的开启和关闭来控制各个管路的通断,从而控制接入对应电池包的所述水冷模块的个数。
以下通过两个具体实施例对上述步骤进行详细说明:
实施例三、
在所述方法用于电动车换电过程中,控制电池温度时,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S11、获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态;
步骤S11之前,所述方法还可包括以下步骤:
步骤S100、预先采集每种驾驶工况下的多个电池温度数据,从而获得每种驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系;
S101、根据所有驾驶工况下所对应的温度范围,设置每个水冷模块2的合理的制冷量范围和加热量范围,即每个水冷模块2的最大制冷量、最小制冷量、最大加热量和最小加热量,使所述方法适用于多种车辆驾驶工况,适用范围更广泛。
需要说明的是,每个水冷模块2可以配置相同,即每个水冷模块2的最大制冷量、最小制冷量、最大加热量和最小加热量均一致,也可分别配置每个水冷模块2的最大制冷量、最小制冷量、最大加热量和最小加热量。电动车不仅限于纯电动车,也包括可以进行充换电的混动汽车。
基于步骤S100,步骤S11包括以下步骤:
步骤S111、获取待换电车辆的驾驶工况,根据驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系,确定待换电车辆的电池温度状态。
作为一种示例,所述驾驶工况包括高温低速、高温常速、高温高速、低温低速低温常速和低温高速中的一种或多种。驾驶工况的分类并不限于上述示例,使用中可进行适应性调整。
步骤S12、根据所述待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态,配置所需接入的水冷模块2的数量以及每个所接入的水冷模块2的制冷量和加热量;
步骤S13、串联所需接入的水冷模块2,对即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池进行加热或冷却,使其与待换电车辆上的电池的当前供水温度一致, 以解决由于冷却液温度不同产生的电动车和充换电站内冷却液容积发生变化的问题。
电动车到达电动车充换电站后,进行电池的更换,将车上换下的亏电电池运送至电池存储装置,并进行充电。
实施例四、在所述方法用于电池充电过程中,控制电池温度时,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S21、获取充电电池的温度状态,所述充电电池为所述电动车充换电站中处于充电状态的电池;
其中,电池充电过程中,可通过电池BMS获取充电电池的温度状态。
步骤S22、根据所述充电电池的温度状态,调整接入所述充电电池的水冷模块2的数量,以及每个所接入的水冷模块2的制冷量和加热量,从而保证电池的热性能,提高水冷与电池的换热效率。电池充电完成后,可供作车辆换电使用。
作为一种示例,所述方法还包括:步骤S200、预先获取充电电池温度与接入水冷模块2数量的对应关系,并将相关数据进行存储。步骤S21中获取电池温度实时温度状态后,可调取相应数据,得到所需接入的水冷模块2的数量。
水冷模块2可配置为现有的任意一种水冷系统,作为一种示例,水冷模块2包括压缩机、水冷板、水泵、电加热、水箱、温度传感器和膨胀阀等。当电池温度过高时,所述装置开启制冷模式,接入的水冷模块2通过压缩机、水泵、膨胀阀等对电池进行冷却。当电池温度过低时,所述装置开启加热模式,接入的水冷模块2通过电加热和水泵对电池进行加热。通过加热和制冷两种模式将电池的温度控制在合理的范围内,从而保证电池的充电速度和电池的寿命。
本发明实施例所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法采用模块化的方式,当单个水冷模块2的制冷量、加热量、流量不能满足锂电池要求时,可串联一个或多个水冷模块2,增加制冷量、加热量及流量,实现对各个电池温度的单独控制,适应锂电池温度状态的多样性;所述方法还可保证水冷系统与各电池的换热效率,能够迅速有效的对电池的温度进行控制、不会造成水冷系统性能、能量的浪费;此外,所述方法还可避免各个电池之间的温度相互影响,保证流至各电池的流量,防止充换电站和电动车内由于冷却液温度不同所导致冷却液的容积发生变化。
本实施例还提供一种控制器,其包括存储器与处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述程序在被所述处理器执行时能够实现所述方法的步骤。
本实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储计算机程序,所 述程序在由一计算机或处理器执行时实现所述方法的步骤。
本发明实施例还提供一种充换电站,本发明实施例所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:包括控制模块和多个水冷模块,各个水冷模块之间通过管路连接,在其中一条或多条所述管路上分别设有一个或多个控制阀;
    所述控制模块通过控制所述控制阀的开启和关闭来控制各个管路的通断,从而控制接入对应电池的所述水冷模块的个数;
    所述水冷模块用于制冷或加热冷媒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制模块还用于控制每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制模块包括参数获取单元、配置单元和执行单元,其中,所述参数获取单元和所述配置单元相连接,所述配置单元和所述执行单元相连接;
    所述参数获取单元用于获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态;
    所述配置单元用于根据所述待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态,配置所需接入的水冷模块的数量以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量;
    所述执行单元用于串联所需接入的水冷模块,对即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池进行加热或冷却,使其与待换电车辆上的电池的当前供水温度一致。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述参数获取单元还用于,获取待换电车辆的驾驶工况,根据驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系,确定待换电车辆的所述电池温度状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述驾驶工况包括高温低速、高温常速、高温高速、低温低速低温常速和低温高速中的一种或多种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制模块包括温度获取单元和调整单元,所述温度获取单元和调整单元相连接,其中,
    所述温度获取单元用于获取充电电池的温度状态,所述充电电池为所述电动车充换电站中处于充电状态的电池;
    所述调整单元用于根据所述充电电池的温度状态,调整接入所述充电电池的水冷模块的数量,以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述装置包括多个通过所述管路连接所述水冷模块的输出端,所述电动车充换电站的电池通过所述输出端接入所述电池温度控制装置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    每条所述管路包括一条供水管路和与所述供水管路对应的回水管路,每条所述供水管路和回水管路上设有一个控制阀。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制阀为电磁阀。
  10. 一种用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    将多个水冷模块通过管路连接,其中,所述水冷模块用于制冷或加热冷媒;
    在其中一条或多条所述管路上分别设置一个或多个控制阀;
    控制所述控制阀的开启和关闭来控制各个管路的通断,从而控制接入对应电池的所述水冷模块的个数。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,其特征在于:所述方法用于电车换电过程时,包括以下步骤:
    获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态;
    根据所述待换电车辆的电池温度状态和即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池的温度状态,配置所需接入的水冷模块的数量以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量;
    串联所需接入的水冷模块,对即将换至所述待换电车辆的电池进行加热或冷却,使其与待换电车辆上的电池的当前供水温度一致。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述获取待换电车辆的电池温度状态包括以下步骤:
    获取待换电车辆的驾驶工况,根据驾驶工况与电池温度状态的对应关系,确定待换电车辆的电池温度状态。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述驾驶工况包括高温低速、高温常速、高温高速、低温低速低温常速和低温高速中的一种或多种。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制方法,其特征在于:所述方法用于电池充电过程时包括以下步骤:
    获取充电电池的温度状态,所述充电电池为所述电动车充换电站中处于充电状态的电池;
    根据所述充电电池的温度状态,调整接入所述充电电池的水冷模块的数量,以及每个所接入的水冷模块的制冷量和加热量。
  15. 一种控制器,其特征在于:包括存储器与处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述程序在被所述处理器执行时能够实现权利要求10至14中任意一项权利要求所述的方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于:用于存储计算机程序,所述程序在由一计算机或处理器执行时实现如权利要求10至14中任意一项权利要求所述的方法的步骤。
  17. 一种充换电站,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的用于电动车充换电站的电池温度控制装置。
