- 一种网络设备,包括处理器和收发器,其中,所述处理器用于控制所述收发器执行如下过程:接收终端发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息包含下述信息中的至少一种:在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,终端的可用上下行配置信息;在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,在第一时间窗内,终端的可用上下行配置信息、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时间长度、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时隙数目、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行子帧数目、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行符号数目、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时间占比、终端可被调度或传输 的最大上行时隙占比、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行子帧占比以及终端可被调度或传输的最大上行符号占比中的至少一个;在网络设备当前的上下行配置下,在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,终端可配置的最大可用输出功率;终端在网络设备工作的第一工作频段上的第一功率等级信息;以及,在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,与不同上下行配置分别对应的终端可配置的最大可用输出功率。
- 根据权利要求88所述的网络设备,其中,第一时间窗包括:至少一个帧结构周期;或者,第一时间窗包括至少一个时隙;或者,第一时间窗包括至少一个子帧;或者,第一时间窗包括:至少一个符号;或者,第一时间窗包括:至少一毫秒。
- 根据权利要求88或89所述的网络设备,其中,第一时间窗为预先定义的评估周期;所述第一时间窗是终端评估是否符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的时间范围;或者,所述第一时间窗是终端评估符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值情况下,终端最大可用上行资源的时间范围;或者,所述第一时间窗是终端评估符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值情况下,终端可配置的最大可用输出功率的时间范围。
- 根据权利要求88所述的网络设备,其中,所述收发器还用于:在接收终端发送的第二指示信息之前,接收终端发送的终端在网络设备工作的第一工作频段的第二功率等级信息;其中,第二功率等级信息对应的发送功率高于第一功率等级信息对应的发射功率。
- 根据权利要求91所述的网络设备,其中,所述收发器还用于:在网络设备当前的上下行配置下,所述终端确定无法符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者无法符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,接收终端发送的终端在网络设备工作的第一工作频段的第二功率等级信息。
- 根据权利要求88所述的网络设备,其中,所述收发器还用于:接收终端上报的功率余量,所述功率余量是根据在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下终端可配置的最大可用输出功率确定的。
- 根据权利要求88所述的网络设备,其中,所述处理器还用于:对终端进行上行资源调度或上行传输;其中,调度或传输的资源的时间长度小于或者等于所述终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时间长度;或者,调度或传输的资源的时隙数目小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时隙数目;或者,调度或传输的资源的上行子帧数目小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行子帧数目;或者,调度或传输的资源的上行符号数目小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行符号数目;或者,调度或传输的资源的上行时间占比小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时间占比;或者,调度或传输的资源的上行时隙占比小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时隙占比;或者,调度或传输的资源的上行子帧占比小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行子帧占比;或者,调度或传输的资源的上行符号占比小于或者等于终端可被调度或传输的最大上行符号占比。
- 根据权利要求88所述的网络设备,其中,所述处理器还用于:向终端发送功率调整值;其中,所述功率调整值作用于终端时,终端的发射功率小于或者等于所述终端可配置的最大可用输出功率;或者,所述功率调整值作用于终端时,终端的发射功率小于或者等于所述终端在第一工作频段的第一功率等级对应的发射功率值;或者,所述功率调整值作用于终端时,终端的发射功率小于或者等于在网络设备当前的上下行配置时终端可配置的最大可用输出功率。
- 一种信息传输装置,应用于网络设备,包括:第二接收模块,用于接收终端发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息包含下述信息中的至少一种:在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,终端的可用上下行配置信息;在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,在第一时间窗内,终端的可用上下行配置信息、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时间长度、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时隙数目、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行子帧数目、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行符号数目、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时间占比、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行时隙占比、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行子帧占比、终端可被调度或传输的最大上行符号占比中的至少一个;在网络设备当前的上下行配置下,在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,终端可配置的最大可用输出功率;终端在网络设备工作的第一工作频段上的第一功率等级信息;以及,在确保符合电磁能量吸收要求限值或者在确保符合电磁辐射比吸收率要求限值的情况下,与不同上下行配置分别对应的终端可配置的最大可用输出功率。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-11任一项或者39-46任一项所述的应用于网络设备的信息传输方法中的步骤;或者,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求12-30任一项或者31-38任一项所述的应用于终端的信息传输方法中的步骤。
