本申请要求2018年04月19日申请的,申请号为201810355837.6,名称为“一种洗碗机”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
本申请涉及洗碗机技术领域,具体涉及一种洗碗机用高度调节机构及包含其的洗碗机。
洗碗机是自动清洗碗、筷、盘、碟、刀、叉等餐具的设备。洗碗机包括壳体,设置在壳体上的内胆,以及与内胆相连接的碗篮,使用的餐具如碗、盘等放置与碗篮上,实现餐具的清洗。
但是,当用户将非标准的大尺寸餐具放罩在上碗篮时,大尺寸餐具可能会碰触内胆的顶部,此时需要将碗篮向下移动。此时如果碗篮固定在内胆上,则难以实现大尺寸餐具的清洗工作。
为此,中国专利文献CN106691350A公开了一种洗碗机碗篮调节结构,在碗篮上设置把手,把手上设置有定位件,洗碗机腔室内壁上连接有定位丝杆,定位丝杆自身为“Z”字型。当需要碗篮处于洗碗机腔室较高的位置(高位)时,推动碗篮向上运动,定位丝杆首先推动定位件转动,直至定位丝杠转动至需要停止的高位时,把手会在弹簧的作用下带动定位件发生朝向定位件内部的转动,定位件运动至定位丝杆内部,此时定位件支撑定位丝杆,防止定位丝杆发生掉落;当需要放入大尺寸餐盘,即使得碗篮处于洗碗机腔室较低的位置(低位)时,使用者手动转动把手,此时把手会带动定位件转动至远离定位丝杆的位置,由于定位丝杆失去了限制,因此碗篮会在重力作用下发生下落动作,从而完成由高位到低位的运动。
但是,在上述文献中,为了实现定位丝杆的定位左右,需要将定位丝杆弯折呈“Z”字等形状,加工过程较为复杂。同时,在碗篮发生由低位到高位的运动过程中,定位件一直处在定位丝杆的向上推动和弹簧的向下挤压的双重作用下,此时定位件容易相对定位丝杆发生运动,一旦定位件与定位丝杆发生脱离,则将会导致碗篮无法运动至高位。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的碗篮高度调节机构加工复杂、且容易出现失效的缺陷。
为此,本申请提供一种洗碗机,包括:内胆,具有盛放碗篮的容纳腔;碗篮,可相对所述内胆发生在高位和低位之间的运动;调节片,固定在所述内胆上,所述调节片具有限位端;调节支架,固定在所述碗篮上,所述调节支架具有供限位端嵌入的滑动槽,所述滑动槽具有与碗篮高位相对应的第一限位点,及与碗篮低位相对应的第二限位点;触发件,可转动地设置在所述调节支架上,所述触发件具有当所述调节支架位于所述滑动槽的所述第一限位点时,顶靠在所述调节片限位端上方,使所述碗篮保持高位的第一状态;以及,转动并脱离所述限位端使所述调节支架向低位运动、以使所述限位端与第二限位点相接触的第二状态。
所述调节支架包括:本体;竖向安装槽,连接在所述本体上,所述支架安装槽用以嵌入所述碗篮内部,所述触发件安装在所述调节支架上时,所述本体和所述支架安装槽设置在所述触发件两侧。
所述本体上设置有用以容纳转轴的限位槽,所述触发件通过扭簧连接在所述转轴上,所述碗篮从低位运动至高位处时,所述扭簧用以提供使所述触发件转动至所述限位端上方的推动力。

所述水平安装槽和所述竖向安装槽上设置有倒扣,所述倒扣用以将所述支架安装槽夹紧在所述碗篮的铁丝上。

本申请技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本申请提供的洗碗机,通过触发件、调节片和调节支架三者之间的作用来完成碗篮在高位与低位之间的调节。调节支架与碗篮同步运动,调节支架与触发件相连接,触发件起到开关的作用,调节片自身固定,当碗篮处于高位时,触发件顶靠在调节片的限位端上,此时与调节支架从动的碗篮也相对调节片处于高位。当需要将碗篮从高位降低到低位时,只需要转动触发件,此时触发件与限位端脱离,由于碗篮相对处于较高的位置,此时碗篮会在自身重力作用下带动调节支架和触发件发生下落动作。
本申请中,调节片的限位端始终嵌入滑动槽中,可以使调节支架的上下运动保持稳定,提高了碗篮运动的稳定性。
同时,调节支架作为过渡件,其自身结构简单,便于进行制造,同时在其上设置有滑动槽,可以起到稳定调节片的作用。
2.本申请提供的洗碗机,由于触发件两侧均被限制,这样的设置方式可以大大提高触发件在转动过程中的稳定性,从而有效防止触发件相对调节片的限位端发生晃动,防止对调节片进行限制失效的情况发生。

本实施例提供一种洗碗机,如图1所示,内胆1中设置有盛放碗篮的容纳腔;碗篮2可相对所述内胆发生在高位和低位之间的运动。
如图3所示,调节片3固定在所述内胆上,在调节片设置有限位端;调节支架4固定在所述碗篮上,所述调节支架具有供限位端嵌入的滑动槽411,如图2所示,所述滑动槽具有与碗篮高位相对应的第一限位点A,及与碗篮低位相对应的第二限位点B。
触发件5可转动地设置在所述调节支架上,所述触发件5具有当所述调节支架位于所述滑动槽的所述第一限位点A时,顶靠在所述调节片限位端上方,使所述碗篮保持高位、即图4中所处的第一状态;以及在外力作用下转动并脱离所述限位端使所述调节支架向低位运动、以使所述限位端与第二限位点B相接触、及图5中的第二状态。
本实施例中,如图2所示,所述调节支架包括:本体;竖向安装槽42,连接在所述本体上,所述支架安装槽用以嵌入所述碗篮内部,所述触发件5安装在所述调节支架上时,所述本体和所述支架安装槽设置在所述触发件5两侧。以及设置在本体上的水平安装槽44,所述调节支架安装在所述碗篮上时,所述水平安装槽44嵌入所述碗篮的水平部位处。

Claims (9)
- 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括:内胆(1),具有容纳腔;碗篮(2),设置在所述容纳腔中并可相对所述内胆(1)发生在高位和低位之间的运动;调节片(3),固定在所述内胆(1)上,所述调节片(3)具有限位端(31);调节支架(4),固定在所述碗篮(2)上,所述调节支架(4)具有供限位端嵌入的滑动槽(411),所述滑动槽(411)具有与碗篮(2)高位相对应的第一限位点,及与碗篮(2)低位相对应的第二限位点;触发件(5),可转动地设置在所述调节支架(4)上,所述触发件(5)具有当所述调节支架(4)位于所述滑动槽(411)的所述第一限位点时,顶靠在所述调节片(3)限位端上方,使所述碗篮(2)保持高位的第一状态;以及,转动并脱离所述限位端(31)使所述调节支架(4)向低位运动、以使所述限位端与第二限位点相接触的第二状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述调节支架(4)包括:本体(41),所述滑动槽(411)设置在所述本体(41)上;竖向安装槽(42),连接在所述本体(41)上,所述竖向安装槽(42)用以嵌入所述碗篮(2)内部,所述触发件(5)安装在所述调节支架(4)上时,所述本体(41)和所述竖向安装槽(42)设置在所述触发件(5)两侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述本体(41)上设置有用以容纳转轴的限位槽(43),所述触发件(5)通过扭簧(6)连接在所述转轴上,所述碗篮(2)从低位运动至高位处时,所述扭簧(6)用以提供使所述触发件(5)转动至所述限位端(31)上方的推动力。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述调节支架(4)还包括:水平安装槽(44),设置在所述本体(41)上,所述调节支架(4)安装在所述碗篮(2)上时,所述水平安装槽(44)嵌入所述碗篮(2)的水平部位处。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述水平安装槽(44)和所述竖向安装槽(42)上设置有倒扣(10),所述倒扣(10)用以将所述支架安装槽夹紧在所述碗篮(2)的铁丝上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述触发件(5)为调节把手,所述调节把手包括与所述调节支架(4)的限位端相接触的顶靠部(51),以及供外力作用的按压 部(52)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述顶靠部(51)上设置有限位结构(511),所述触发件(5)在扭簧(6)作用下发生转动时,所述限位结构(511)能够与所述调节支架(4)的本体(41)相接触,用以防止所述顶靠部(51)过度转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述调节片(3)上远离所述限位端(31)的一面设置有若干个沿竖向分布的卡扣(32),通过所述卡扣(32)使所述调节片连接在碗篮上。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述调节片(3)远离所述碗篮(2)的一侧设置有若干个滚轮,所述滚轮沿竖直方向划分,包括设置在上方的第一滚轮组(8)和设置在下方的第二滚轮组(9);在所述内胆(1)上相对设置有两条水平梁(7),所述水平梁夹设在所述第一滚轮组和所述第二滚轮组之间,所述碗篮(2)能够在所述水平梁的限制下在所述容纳腔中发生水平运动。
