云台 技术领域
本发明涉及摄影用器材技术领域,具体涉及一种云台。
背景技术
云台是一种安装、固定拍摄设备(如摄像机或照相机等)的支撑设备,通常将云台安装在支架(一般为三脚架)上,然后将拍摄设备安装在云台上,从而可以调整拍摄设备的角度,达到所需要的工作姿态。
目前市面上大部分拍摄设备(如相机、镜头等)都是设计3/8UNC或1/4UNC螺母连接固定接口,与它们相配套的设备(如云台、三脚架)也要设计有3/8和1/4的螺丝与其匹配,现有技术中通常是把上述两个不同规格的螺丝作为附件供应给消费者,以使消费者根据自己相机或镜头的接口规格去拆装设备(如云台、三脚架)上的螺丝,这样在使用上很不方便,而且很容易遗失这两个不同规格的散装螺丝。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的云台与镜头连接的不同规格的螺丝在更换时需要拆装散装螺丝、更换不便且易丢失的缺陷,从而提供一种与镜头连接的不同规格的螺丝在更换时不需拆装散装螺丝、更换方便且不易丢失的云台。
本发明提供一种云台,包括:
座体,其上设有安装腔;
转换结构,并至少具有两个不同规格的连接端;所述转换结构可翻转地设于所述安装腔内,通过翻转所述转换结构使选定的所述连接端伸出所述安装腔外,适于与拍摄设备连接,且所述座体上具有在所述连接端上连接有拍摄设备后,阻止所述转换机构翻转的限位结构。
所述限位结构为所述座体上的限位端面,所述安装腔成型在所述限位端面上,通过所述限位端面与所述拍摄设备的底部相抵,阻止所述转换机构翻转。
所述连接端为螺丝端。
所述转换结构的两所述连接端分别为3/8UNC螺丝端,及1/4UNC螺丝端。
所述转换结构铰接于所述安装腔内。
所述安装腔的腔壁上具有相对设置的限位孔,所述转换结构还包括:
铰接轴,两端分别插装于对应的所述限位孔中;
转轴本体,其两侧分别固定有两连接端;所述转轴本体上设有可供所述铰接轴穿过并可使所述转轴本体绕所述铰接轴转动的铰接孔。
所述铰接轴的外径与所述限位孔的孔径过盈配合。
所述座体包括:
底座,适于与支架连接;
快装板组件,安装于所述底座上,且所述安装腔安装在远离所述底座的一端上。
所述快装板组件包括:
快装板,包括板状本体,及由所述板状本体向远离所述拍摄设备方向延伸而出的伸出臂;所述板状本体上设有第一容置腔,所述伸出臂与所述板状本体之间形成与所述第一容置腔连通的第二容置腔;
固定座,包括安装于所述第一容置腔中的嵌入部,并设有所述安装腔;
盖板,设于所述第二容置腔中,可拆卸连接于所述板状本体远离所述拍摄设备的一侧,并与所述嵌入部远离所述拍摄设备的一侧相抵以防止所述嵌入部由所述第一容置腔朝远离所述拍摄设备的方向脱出。
所述第一容置腔靠近所述拍摄设备一端的外径小于远离所述拍摄设备一端的外径,所述嵌入部的外周壁形状与所述第一容置腔的腔壁相匹配。
所述固定座还包括与所述嵌入部固定连接、伸置于所述第二容置腔中的伸出部,所述云台还包括连接于述伸出部上、可带动所述伸出部及所述转换结构绕伸出所述安装腔的所述连接端的轴心旋转的调节把手。
所述调节把手铰接于所述伸出部上,所述调节把手具有一个所在平面与所述连接端的轴向平行的展开状态,及一个所在平面与所述连接端的轴向垂直的收纳状态。
所述底座为多维调节座,用于调节所述拍摄设备在所述云台上的安装角度。
所述多维调节座至少包括两个转动座,所述转动座与所述转动座之间通过旋转轴可转动连接且所述旋转轴的数目大于1时,所述旋转轴之间不平行设置;
所述云台还包括第一锁止结构,设于相邻的两所述转动座之间,用于 将相邻的两所述转动座锁定在调好的角度。
所述第一锁止结构包括:
锁止组件,设置在相邻的两所述转动座的其中一所述转动座上,用于锁止所述旋转轴,防止相邻的两所述转动座之间发生转动;
锁止手柄,与所述锁止组件配合,用于控制所述锁止组件锁定所述旋转轴,或解除对所述旋转轴的锁定。
所述第一锁止结构可绕所述旋转轴转动地设置;
所述云台还包括对所述第一锁止结构绕所述旋转轴旋转到所述锁止手柄处于竖直状态时,以及绕所述旋转轴旋转到处于工作状态时分别进行锁定的第二锁止结构。
所述第二锁止结构包括:
弧形槽,设于设有所述锁止组件的所述转动座朝向所述锁止组件的端面上,并设有一个第一位置及一个第二位置;
定位孔,设于所述锁止组件朝向对应的所述弧形槽的端面上;
弹性件,安装于所述定位孔内;
调节件,与所述弹性件一端相抵、并可在所述弹性件的作用下卡入或脱出所述第一位置及所述第二位置,所述调节件在所述第一锁止结构处于竖直状态时卡入所述第一位置,在所述第一锁止结构处于工作状态时处于所述第二位置。
所述第一位置和所述第二位置分别为由所述弧形槽的槽底凹陷而成的锁定孔。
两配合的所述转动座中的其中一个所述转动座上成型有通孔,另一个 所述转动座上设有适合穿过所述通孔的所述旋转轴;所述锁止组件可转动连接在设有所述通孔的所述转动座上,且所述锁止组件上设有可套装于所述旋转轴上的安装孔。
所述锁止组件还包括套设于所述旋转轴上的开口轴套,设于所述安装孔内,所述开口轴套的开口两侧分别向外延伸出第一调口臂和第二调口臂;
所述第一锁止结构还包括连接所述锁止组件与所述锁止手柄的轴杆;所述锁止组件上设有螺纹连接孔,所述轴杆的对应端设有与所述螺纹连接孔配合的外螺纹结构;所述轴杆在旋入或旋出所述螺纹连接孔时推抵所述第一调口臂向所述第二调口臂靠近缩小所述开口或远离所述第一调口臂使开口逐渐变大。
还包括弹性轴套,设于所述旋转轴与所述开口轴套之间,所述弹性轴套在所述开口轴套的开口收缩时锁紧所述旋转轴。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本发明提供的云台,包括:座体,其上设有安装腔;转换结构,并至少具有两个不同规格的连接端;所述转换结构可翻转地设于所述安装腔内,通过翻转所述转换结构使选定的所述连接端伸出所述安装腔外,适于与拍摄设备连接,且所述座体上具有在所述连接端上连接有拍摄设备后,阻止所述转换机构翻转的限位结构。通过设置转换结构,当需要与不同接口的拍摄设备连接时,可以根据需求,将所需的连接端翻转至安装腔外与对应的拍摄设备连接。本发明只需翻转转换结构便可以实现不同连接端的转换,从而实现与不同接口拍摄设备的连接,操作简便快捷,且无需拆装连接端,不易造成连接端的丢失。
2.本发明提供的云台,所述安装腔的腔壁上具有相对设置的限位孔,所述转换结构还包括:铰接轴,两端分别插装于对应的所述限位孔中;转轴本体,其两侧分别固定有两连接端;所述转轴本体上设有可供所述铰接轴穿过并可使所述转轴本体绕所述铰接轴转动的铰接孔。通过将两连接端分别设于转轴本体两端,并在转轴本体上设置铰接孔,只需使转轴本体绕铰接轴转动,便可实现两连接端之间的转换,结构简单,操作方便。
3.本发明提供的云台,所述快装板组件包括:快装板,包括板状本体,及由所述板状本体向远离所述拍摄设备方向延伸而出的伸出臂;所述板状本体上设有第一容置腔,所述伸出臂与所述板状本体之间形成与所述第一容置腔连通的第二容置腔;固定座,包括安装于所述第一容置腔中的嵌入部,并设有所述安装腔,盖板,设于所述第二容置腔中,可拆卸连接于所述板状本体远离所述拍摄设备的一侧,并与所述嵌入部远离所述拍摄设备的一侧相抵以防止所述嵌入部由所述第一容置腔朝远离所述拍摄设备的方向脱出。通过将安装腔设于固定座中,并通过快装板与盖板的配合,可以稳固地将设有安装腔的固定座安装于快装板上,从而使安装腔中转换结构的安装更平稳。
4.本发明提供的云台,所述固定座还包括与所述嵌入部固定连接、伸置于所述第二容置腔中的伸出部,所述云台还包括连接于述伸出部上、可带动所述伸出部及所述转换结构绕伸出所述安装腔的所述连接端的轴心旋转的调节把手。在需要将连接端与拍摄设备进行连接时,可以通过旋转调节把手,来实现连接端与拍摄设备的接口之间的旋紧安装,使得云台与拍摄设备之间的连接操作更便捷。
5.本发明提供的云台,所述调节把手铰接于所述伸出部上,所述调节把手具有一个所在平面与所述连接端的轴向平行的展开状态,及一个所在平面与所述连接端的轴向垂直的收纳状态。这样当需要使用调节把手时,使调节把手处于展开状态,当不需要使用调节把手时,使调节把手处于收纳状态,从而便于收纳。
6.本发明提供的云台,所述第一锁止结构可绕所述旋转轴转动地设置;所述云台还包括对所述第一锁止结构绕所述旋转轴旋转到所述锁止手柄处于竖直状态时,以及绕所述旋转轴旋转到处于工作状态时分别进行锁定的第二锁止结构。通过第二锁止结构的设置,可以使锁止手柄在竖直状态和工作状态两个状态之间切换并锁定,从而便于锁止手柄的使用,及在不使用时便于收纳,减少云台的占用空间。
7.本发明提供的云台,所述第二锁止结构包括:弧形槽,设于所述转动座朝向所述锁止组件的端面上,并设有一个第一位置及一个第二位置;定位孔,设于所述锁止组件朝向所述转动座的端面上;弹性件,安装于所述定位孔内;调节件,与所述弹性件一端相抵、并可在所述弹性件的作用下卡入或脱出所述第一位置及所述第二位置,所述调节件在所述第一锁止结构处于竖直状态时卡入所述第一位置,在所述第一锁止结构处于工作状态时处于所述第二位置。通过使调节件在第一位置和第二位置之间切换,可以实现锁止手柄在竖直状态和工作状态之间的切换,这种实现锁止手柄状态切换的方式结构简单,操作方便。
8.本发明提供的云台,所述锁止组件还包括套设于所述旋转轴上的开口轴套,设于所述安装孔内,所述开口轴套的开口两侧分别向外延伸出第 一调口臂和第二调口臂;所述第一锁止结构还包括连接所述锁止组件与所述锁止手柄的轴杆;所述锁止组件上设有螺纹连接孔,所述轴杆的对应端设有与所述螺纹连接孔配合的外螺纹结构;所述轴杆在旋入或旋出所述螺纹连接孔时推抵所述第一调口臂向所述第二调口臂靠近缩小所述开口或远离所述第一调口臂使开口逐渐变大。通过旋转轴杆,可以调节开口轴套的开口,进而使开口轴套相对于旋转轴转动或抱紧旋转轴,从而可以在开口轴套相对于旋转轴转动时实现转动座之间的角度调节及锁止手柄的状态切换,并在开口轴套抱紧旋转轴时对所调的角度或状态进行锁定。

如图1-图4所示,本实施例提供一种云台,包括座体和转换结构。
座体上设有安装腔1。
转换结构具有两个不同规格的连接端21;转换结构可翻转地设于安装腔1内,通过翻转转换结构使选定的连接端21伸出安装腔1外,适于与拍摄设备(如相机、摄影机等)连接,且座体上具有在连接端21上连接有拍摄设备后,阻止转换机构翻转的限位结构。作为可变换的实施方式,转换结构也可以具有三个或四个等多种不同规格的连接端21。
限位结构为座体上的限位端面24,安装腔1成型在限位端面24上,通过限位端面24与拍摄设备的底部相抵,阻止转换机构翻转。
在本实施例中,连接端21为螺丝端,并分别为3/8UNC螺丝端,及1/4UNC螺丝端。
转换结构的具体安装方式可以有多种,在本实施例中,转换结构铰接于安装腔1内,安装腔1的腔壁上具有相对设置的限位孔11,转换结构还包括铰接轴22和转轴本体23。铰接轴22两端分别插装于对应的限位孔11中;转轴本体23两侧分别固定有两连接端21,转轴本体23上设有可供铰接轴22穿过并可使转轴本体23绕铰接轴22转动的铰接孔。通过将两连接端21分别设于转轴本体23两端,并在转轴本体23上设置铰接孔,只需使转轴本体23绕铰接轴22转动,便可实现两连接端21之间的转换,结构简单,操作方便。
为了防止铰接轴22在转轴本体23的带动下一起转动,本实施例中的铰接轴22的外径与限位孔11的孔径过盈配合。
座体包括底座和快装板组件4。
底座适于与支架连接。
如图4-图6所示,快装板组件4安装于底座上,且在远离底座的一端 上设有安装腔1。快装板组件4包括快装板41、固定座42及盖板43。
快装板41包括板状本体411,及由板状本体411向远离拍摄设备方向延伸而出的伸出臂412;板状本体411上设有第一容置腔413,伸出臂412与板状本体411之间形成与第一容置腔413连通的第二容置腔414;
固定座42包括安装于第一容置腔413中的嵌入部421,并设有安装腔1;
盖板43设于第二容置腔414中,可拆卸连接于板状本体411远离拍摄设备的一侧,并与嵌入部421远离拍摄设备的一侧相抵以防止嵌入部421由第一容置腔413朝远离拍摄设备的方向脱出。
通过将安装腔1设于固定座42中,并通过快装板41与盖板43的配合,可以稳固地将设有安装腔1的固定座42安装于快装板41上,从而使安装腔1中转换结构的安装更平稳。
第一容置腔413靠近拍摄设备一端的外径小于远离拍摄设备一端的外径,嵌入部421的外周壁形状与第一容置腔413的腔壁相匹配。
为了使云台与拍摄设备之间的连接操作更便捷,本实施例中的固定座42还包括与嵌入部421固定连接、伸置于第二容置腔414中的伸出部422,云台还包括连接于述伸出部422上、可带动伸出部422及转换结构绕伸出安装腔1的连接端21的轴心旋转的调节把手5。在需要将连接端21与拍摄设备进行连接时,可以通过旋转调节把手5,来实现连接端21与拍摄设备的接口之间的旋紧安装,从而使得云台与拍摄设备之间的连接操作更便捷。
在本实施例中,调节把手5铰接于伸出部422上,调节把手5具有一个所在平面与连接端21的轴向平行的展开状态,及一个所在平面与连接端 21的轴向垂直的收纳状态。这样当需要使用调节把手5时,使调节把手5处于展开状态,当不需要使用调节把手5时,使调节把手5处于收纳状态,从而便于收纳。实现调节把手5在两个状态之间切换的具体方式可以有多种,例如设置锁定结构,在本实施例中,是通过将调节把手5与伸出部422的铰接处设置为过盈配合,这样可以对调节把手5的状态进行实时锁定。
参阅图1,本实施例中的底座为多维调节座,用于调节拍摄设备在云台上的安装角度。多维调节座至少包括两个转动座31,转动座31与转动座31之间通过旋转轴32可转动连接且旋转轴32的数目大于1时,旋转轴32之间不平行设置。具体地,在本实施例中,多维调节座包括三个转动座31,转动座31与转动座31之间通过旋转轴32可转动连接,且旋转轴32之间不平行设置,其中靠近支架的一个底座与支架连接。作为可变换的实施方式,多维调节座也可以包括两个或四个等转动座31。
如图7-图9所示,本实施例中的云台还包括可绕旋转轴32转动地设置的第一锁止结构,第一锁止结构设于相邻的两转动座31之间,用于将相邻的两转动座31锁定在调好的角度。第一锁止结构包括锁止组件61和锁止手柄62。
锁止组件61设置在相邻的两转动座31的其中一转动座31上,用于锁止旋转轴32,防止相邻的两转动座31之间发生转动。
锁止手柄62与锁止组件61配合,用于控制锁止组件61锁定旋转轴32,或解除对旋转轴32的锁定。
配合参阅图10,本实施例中的云台还包括对第一锁止结构绕旋转轴32旋转到锁止手柄62处于竖直状态时,以及绕旋转轴32旋转到处于工作状 态时分别进行锁定的第二锁止结构。通过第二锁止结构的设置,可以使锁止手柄62在竖直状态和工作状态两个状态之间切换并锁定,从而便于锁止手柄62的使用,及在不使用时便于收纳,减少云台的占用空间。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以不设第二锁止结构。
第二锁止结构的具体结构形式可以有多种,在本实施例中,第二锁止结构包括弧形槽71、定位孔、弹性件72及调节件73。
弧形槽71设于设有锁止组件61的转动座31朝向锁止组件61的端面上,并设有一个第一位置711及一个第二位置712。
定位孔设于锁止组件61朝向对应的弧形槽71的端面上。
弹性件72安装于定位孔内。
调节件73与弹性件72一端相抵、并可在弹性件72的作用下卡入或脱出第一位置711及第二位置712,所述调节件73在所述第一锁止结构处于竖直状态时卡入所述第一位置711,在所述第一锁止结构处于工作状态时处于所述第二位置712。
通过使调节件73在第一位置711和第二位置712之间切换,可以实现锁止手柄62在竖直状态和工作状态之间的切换,这种实现锁止手柄62状态切换的方式结构简单,操作方便。
在本实施例中,第一位置711和第二位置712分别为由弧形槽71的槽底凹陷而成的锁定孔。
两配合的转动座31中的其中一个转动座31上成型有通孔,另一个转动座31上设有适合穿过通孔的旋转轴32;锁止组件61可转动连接在设有通孔的转动座31上,且锁止组件61上设有可套装于旋转轴32上的安装孔。
锁止组件61还包括套设于旋转轴32上的开口轴套611,设于安装孔内,开口轴套611的开口两侧分别向外延伸出第一调口臂612和第二调口臂613;
第一锁止结构还包括连接锁止组件61与锁止手柄62的轴杆63;锁止组件61上设有螺纹连接孔,轴杆63的对应端设有与螺纹连接孔配合的外螺纹结构;轴杆63在旋入或旋出螺纹连接孔时推抵第一调口臂612向第二调口臂613靠近缩小开口或远离第一调口臂612使开口逐渐变大。
通过旋转轴32杆,可以调节开口轴套611的开口,进而使开口轴套611相对于旋转轴32转动或抱紧旋转轴32,从而可以在开口轴套611相对于旋转轴32转动时实现转动座31之间的角度调节及锁止手柄62的状态切换,并在开口轴套611抱紧旋转轴32时对所调的角度或状态进行锁定。
本实施例的云台中,还进一步包括弹性轴套8,设于旋转轴32与开口轴套611之间,弹性轴套8在开口轴套611的开口收缩时锁紧旋转轴32。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以不设弹性轴套8。
本实施例中的云台,当需要安装的拍摄设备的接口是与3/8UNC螺丝端对应时,下压1/4UNC螺丝端,使转轴本体23绕铰接轴22在安装腔1中翻转,至1/4UNC螺丝端伸至安装腔1内,3/8UNC螺丝端翻出安装腔1外;当需要安装的拍摄设备的接口是与1/4UNC螺丝端对应时,同理,下压3/8UNC螺丝端,使转轴本体23绕铰接轴22在安装腔1中翻转,至3/8UNC螺丝端伸至安装腔1内,1/4UNC螺丝端翻出安装腔1外,这样便可以根据需求,将所需的连接端21翻转至安装腔1外与对应的拍摄设备连接。本发明只需翻转转换结构便可以实现不同连接端21的转换,从而实现与不同接口拍摄 设备的连接,操作简便快捷,且无需拆装连接端21,不易造成连接端21的丢失。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种云台,其特征在于,包括:
    座体,其上设有安装腔(1);
    转换结构,并至少具有两个不同规格的连接端(21);所述转换结构可翻转地设于所述安装腔(1)内,通过翻转所述转换结构使选定的所述连接端(21)伸出所述安装腔(1)外,适于与拍摄设备连接,且所述座体上具有在所述连接端(21)上连接有拍摄设备后,阻止所述转换机构翻转的限位结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云台,其特征在于,
    所述限位结构为所述座体上的限位端面(24),所述安装腔(1)成型在所述限位端面(24)上,通过所述限位端面(24)与所述拍摄设备的底部相抵,阻止所述转换机构翻转。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的云台,其特征在于,所述连接端(21)为螺丝端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的云台,其特征在于,所述转换结构的两所述连接端(21)分别为3/8UNC螺丝端,及1/4UNC螺丝端。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的云台,其特征在于,所述转换结构铰接于所述安装腔(1)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的云台,其特征在于,所述安装腔(1)的腔壁上具有相对设置的限位孔(11),所述转换结构还包括:
    铰接轴(22),两端分别插装于对应的所述限位孔(11)中;
    转轴本体(23),其两侧分别固定有两连接端(21);所述转轴本体(23) 上设有可供所述铰接轴(22)穿过并可使所述转轴本体(23)绕所述铰接轴(22)转动的铰接孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的云台,其特征在于,所述铰接轴(22)的外径与所述限位孔(11)的孔径过盈配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的云台,其特征在于,所述座体包括:
    底座,适于与支架连接;
    快装板组件(4),安装于所述底座上,且所述安装腔(1)安装在远离所述底座的一端上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的云台,其特征在于,所述快装板组件(4)包括:
    快装板(41),包括板状本体(411),及由所述板状本体(411)向远离所述拍摄设备方向延伸而出的伸出臂(412);所述板状本体(411)上设有第一容置腔(413),所述伸出臂(412)与所述板状本体(411)之间形成与所述第一容置腔(413)连通的第二容置腔(414);
    固定座(42),包括安装于所述第一容置腔(413)中的嵌入部(421),并设有所述安装腔(1);
    盖板(43),设于所述第二容置腔(414)中,可拆卸连接于所述板状本体(411)远离所述拍摄设备的一侧,并与所述嵌入部(421)远离所述拍摄设备的一侧相抵以防止所述嵌入部(421)由所述第一容置腔(413)朝远离所述拍摄设备的方向脱出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第一容置腔(413) 靠近所述拍摄设备一端的外径小于远离所述拍摄设备一端的外径,所述嵌入部(421)的外周壁形状与所述第一容置腔(413)的腔壁相匹配。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的云台,其特征在于,所述固定座(42)还包括与所述嵌入部(421)固定连接、伸置于所述第二容置腔(414)中的伸出部(422),所述云台还包括连接于述伸出部(422)上、可带动所述伸出部(422)及所述转换结构绕伸出所述安装腔(1)的所述连接端(21)的轴心旋转的调节把手(5)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的云台,其特征在于,所述调节把手(5)铰接于所述伸出部(422)上,所述调节把手(5)具有一个所在平面与所述连接端(21)的轴向平行的展开状态,及一个所在平面与所述连接端(21)的轴向垂直的收纳状态。
  13. 根据权利要求8-12中任一项所述的云台,其特征在于,所述底座为多维调节座,用于调节所述拍摄设备在所述云台上的安装角度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的云台,其特征在于,
    所述多维调节座至少包括两个转动座(31),所述转动座(31)与所述转动座(31)之间通过旋转轴(32)可转动连接且所述旋转轴(32)的数目大于1时,所述旋转轴(32)之间不平行设置;
    所述云台还包括第一锁止结构,设于相邻的两所述转动座(31)之间,用于将相邻的两所述转动座(31)锁定在调好的角度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第一锁止结构包括:
    锁止组件(61),设置在相邻的两所述转动座(31)的其中一所述转动 座(31)上,用于锁止所述旋转轴(32),防止相邻的两所述转动座(31)之间发生转动;
    锁止手柄(62),与所述锁止组件(61)配合,用于控制所述锁止组件(61)锁定所述旋转轴(32),或解除对所述旋转轴(32)的锁定。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的云台,其特征在于,
    所述第一锁止结构可绕所述旋转轴(32)转动地设置;
    所述云台还包括对所述第一锁止结构绕所述旋转轴(32)旋转到所述锁止手柄(62)处于竖直状态时,以及绕所述旋转轴(32)旋转到处于工作状态时分别进行锁定的第二锁止结构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第二锁止结构包括:
    弧形槽(71),设于设有所述锁止组件(61)的所述转动座(31)朝向所述锁止组件(61)的端面上,并设有一个第一位置(711)及一个第二位置(712);
    定位孔,设于所述锁止组件(61)朝向对应的所述弧形槽(71)的端面上;
    弹性件(72),安装于所述定位孔内;
    调节件(73),与所述弹性件(72)一端相抵、并可在所述弹性件(72)的作用下卡入或脱出所述第一位置(711)及所述第二位置(712),所述调节件(73)在所述第一锁止结构处于竖直状态时卡入所述第一位置(711),在所述第一锁止结构处于工作状态时处于所述第二位置(712)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第一位置(711) 和所述第二位置(712)分别为由所述弧形槽(71)的槽底凹陷而成的锁定孔。
  19. 根据权利要求14-18中任一项所述的云台,其特征在于,两配合的所述转动座(31)中的其中一个所述转动座(31)上成型有通孔,另一个所述转动座(31)上设有适合穿过所述通孔的所述旋转轴(32);所述锁止组件(61)可转动连接在设有所述通孔的所述转动座(31)上,且所述锁止组件(61)上设有可套装于所述旋转轴(32)上的安装孔。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的云台,其特征在于,
    所述锁止组件(61)还包括套设于所述旋转轴(32)上的开口轴套(611),设于所述安装孔内,所述开口轴套(611)的开口两侧分别向外延伸出第一调口臂(612)和第二调口臂(613);
    所述第一锁止结构还包括连接所述锁止组件(61)与所述锁止手柄(62)的轴杆(63);所述锁止组件(61)上设有螺纹连接孔,所述轴杆(63)的对应端设有与所述螺纹连接孔配合的外螺纹结构;所述轴杆(63)在旋入或旋出所述螺纹连接孔时推抵所述第一调口臂(612)向所述第二调口臂(613)靠近缩小所述开口或远离所述第一调口臂(612)使开口逐渐变大。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的云台,其特征在于,还包括弹性轴套(8),设于所述旋转轴(32)与所述开口轴套(611)之间,所述弹性轴套(8)在所述开口轴套(611)的开口收缩时锁紧所述旋转轴(32)。
