Claims (11)
- 一种闭门器,包括铰链板、设置于所述铰链板上的铰链轴以及绕所述铰链轴转动设置的转接件,其特征在于,所述闭门器还包括设置于所述铰链轴上的凸轮,所述凸轮周边一侧朝所述凸轮内部方向收缩形成第一凹陷区,所述转接件内设置有弹性机构,所述弹性机构具有弹性抵接至所述凸轮周边的抵接端;于所述转接件转动过程中,所述抵接端相对所述凸轮周边移动,且当所述转接件转至所述凸轮的第一凹陷区一侧时,所述抵接端进入所述第一凹陷区内以锁定所述转接件与所述铰链板的位置关系。
- 根据权利要求1所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述转接件为一壳体,所述壳体包括上下相对设置的顶板与底板,所述顶板与所述底板之间形成有安置所述弹性机构的安置腔,且所述顶板与所述底板朝所述铰链轴方向延伸形成有分别位于所述凸轮上、下两侧的顶板延伸部与底板延伸部,所述顶板延伸部与所述底板延伸部均设置有供所述转接件绕所述铰链轴转动的转动孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述弹性机构包括弹簧及弹力释放部,所述弹簧沿所述铰链轴径向方向挤压的设置于所述安置腔内,且其远离所述铰链轴的一端相对所述壳体固定设置;所述弹力释放部位于所述弹簧与所述凸轮之间以将所述弹簧的弹力施加于所述凸轮周边,所述抵接端形成于所述弹力释放部靠近所述铰链轴的一端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述弹力释放部包括支架与滚柱,所述支架与所述弹簧抵接设置,且所述支架于所述弹簧一侧形成有延伸至所述弹簧内部的支架尾,所述滚柱转动的设置于所述支架远离所述弹簧的一端并构成所述抵接端,所述滚柱转动的轴心线平行于所述转接件转动的轴心线。
- 根据权利要求4所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述顶板与所述底板沿所述铰链轴径向方向形成有长条形导向孔,所述滚柱两端分别具有延伸至所述导向孔内以限定所述滚柱沿所述铰链轴径向方向移动的导向配合部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述凸轮上、下两侧分别设置有套设于所述铰链轴外的上衬套及下衬套,所述顶板延伸部与所述底板延伸部通过所述转动孔分别 配合于所述上衬套及下衬套外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述凸轮周边与所述第一凹陷区相背的一侧还凹陷形成有第二凹陷区,当所述转接件转至所述凸轮的第二凹陷区一侧时,所述抵接端进入所述第二凹陷区内以锁定所述转接件与所述铰链板的位置关系。
- 根据权利要求7所述的闭门器,其特征在于,在所述第一凹陷区与所述第二凹陷区之间,所述凸轮周边于所述抵接端移动的表面还凹陷形成有至少一个第三凹陷区,当所述转接件转至所述凸轮的第三凹陷区位置时,所述抵接端进入所述第三凹陷区内以锁定所述转接件与所述铰链板的位置关系。
- 根据权利要求1所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述铰链轴包括第一轴体及第二轴体,所述第一轴体固定于所述铰链板上且其内部于高度方向上形成有装配孔,所述第二轴体呈杆状且下端不可转动的装配于所述装配孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的闭门器,其特征在于,所述装配孔上下贯通,所述装配孔内螺纹连接有一高度可调的螺杆,所述第二轴体的下端抵接至所述螺杆的顶部。
- 一种冰箱,包括具有容置间室的箱体以及盖合所述容置间室的门体,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括权利要求1所述的闭门器,所述闭门器的所述铰链板固定于所述箱体上,所述门体固定于所述转接件上,当所述门体关闭时,所述转接件转至所述凸轮的所述第一凹陷区一侧以保持所述门体处于关闭状态。
