现有技术中有一种典型的低温烘烤烟具,其包括供电装置和加热组件,现有的低温烘烤烟具的加热组件和供电装置均设置为一体,无法拆卸。因此,无法单独更换加热组件,亦不容易对加热组件内部进行清洁。

实施本发明的烘烤烟具,具有以下有益效果:滑钮滑动到不同的位置,可分别将烟体、加热组件推出,可以方便更换烟体,也可以方便的实现加热组件与本体的的电源等供电组件之间的拆卸,便于更换加热组件以及对加热组件内部进行清洁。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一个优选实施例中的烘烤烟具包括本体1、加热组件2、滑钮3、以及电源4、控制板5等。
本体1包括壳体等,本体1上设有容腔11,加热组件2插装在容腔11内;加热组件2上形成有供烟体6插入的插孔221。
滑钮3安装在本体1上,与加热组件2相配合,并具有将加热组件2内的烟体6推出插孔221的第一行程和将加热组件2推出容腔11的第二行程。
滑钮3滑动到不同的位置,可分别将烟体6、加热组件2推出,可以方便更换烟体6,也可以方便的实现加热组件2与本体1的的电源4等供电组件之间的拆卸,便于更换加热组件2以及对加热组件2内部进行清洁。
本体1的侧壁上设有供滑钮3来回滑动的安装孔12,滑钮3包括分别位于本体1的侧壁内外两侧的内滑件31、外滑件32,外滑件32穿过安装孔12与内滑件31相互卡合固定,本体1内设有供滑钮3滑动的滑轨13。在其他实施例中,滑钮3也可为能在本体1上滑动的一体结构。
结合图2至图9所示,在一些实施例中,加热组件2包括套管21、推管22、复位件23、加热元件24、保护套25、卡座26、隔热座27、支撑组件28以及锁套29。
推管22的内孔形成供烟体6插入的插孔221,套管21套设在推管22外,滑钮3与推管22相抵,滑钮3能够带动推管22及烟体6一同在第一行程由靠近插孔221内端的第一位置A向靠近插孔221外端的第二位置B移动。
套管21和推管22之间设有复位件23,提供让推管22向第一位置A复位的作用力。优选地,复位件23为套设在推管22外的弹簧,两端分别与套管21和推管22相抵,向推管22提供向容腔11内端的作用力,在将烟体6推出后,松开滑钮3,推管22则自动向第一位置A移动。在其他实施例中,也可手动将推管22推至第一位置A。
为了便于控制行程范围,套管21上设有对推管22移动到第二位置B后进行限位的第一限位部211,并能让滑钮3继续向靠近容腔11外的第三位置C移动时,带动加热组件2同时向容腔11外移动,完成加热组件2的第二行程。
优选地,第一行程、第二行程为连续的两段行程。当只需要将烟体6推出时,推管22移动至第二位置B后即可,当需要将加热组件2整体推出时,则由第二位置B继续向外推至第三位置C,让加热组件2相容腔11外移动,便于将加热组件2取出后维护。
在一些实施例中,推管22上设有侧向向外伸出的抵挡部222,套管21的侧壁上沿轴向设有滑槽212。抵挡部222卡入到滑槽212内,让抵挡部222能在滑槽212内移动。滑钮3与抵挡部222相抵,向抵挡部222施力,带动推管22向容腔11外移动。滑钮3也可与推管22的端部或推管22侧壁上的定位孔等结构抵挡,对推管22施力向外推动。
优选地,滑槽212靠近容腔11外的一边形成第一限位部211,在其他实施例中,第一限位部211也可在套管21上单独设置。
进一步地,本体1上设有第二限位部14,在滑钮3带动加热组件2向容腔11外移动到第三位置C后,对滑钮3进行限位。第二位置B到第三位置C之间的距离不做限定,只需要将加热组件2向外推动一段,够用户将加热组件2拔出容腔11即可。当然,滑钮3也可靠安装孔12来限定滑钮3的移动范围,在移动到安装孔12的一边边界时,刚好将加热组件2移动至第三位置C。
加热元件24安装在隔热座27上,加热元件24由插孔221的底部向插孔221的外端口延伸,保护套25可拆卸地套设在加热元件24上。在加热组件2从容腔11拆除后,可以将保护套25拆除后更换或清洁。
隔热座27的导热系数低于加热元件24的导热系数,可以防止加热元件24上的热量向支撑组件28、电路板、导向等传递,降低安全风险。
保护套25与插孔221的外端相对的端部为封闭的尖头结构,在烟体6插入插孔221后,利于保护套25插入到烟体6内,还可防止在烘烤烟体6时产生的物质进入到保护套25内。
通常,加热元件24为柱状,也可为片状。保护套25的内表面与加热元件24可以紧配,也可留有一定间隙,能保证热量传递到保护套25,对烟体6烘烤即可。
结合图3、图4所示,在一些实施例中,支撑组件28包括第一夹持件281、第二夹持件282、支撑套283。第一夹持件281、第二夹持件282将隔热座27夹持,且第一夹持件281、第二夹持件282的两相对的侧面上分别设有供隔热座27卡合的定位槽2811,方便定位。
加热元件24由隔热座27向外伸出到插孔221内,优选地,插孔221的底部设有挡壁223,挡壁223可对烟体6内端进行抵挡定位,挡壁223上设有供加热元件24穿过的穿孔224。挡壁223与推管22为一体结构,挡壁223也可与推管22为位置相对固定的两个部件。
支撑套283套设在第一夹持件281、第二夹持件282外,支撑套283靠近插孔221的一端内圈设有定位环2831,对第一夹持件281、第二夹持件282抵挡限定轴向位置。在其他实施例中,定位环2831也可位于支撑套283远离插孔221的一端内圈。
优选地,滑槽212远离容腔11的一端贯穿至套管21的端部,支撑组件28由套管21的滑槽212所在端安装到套管21内,同时,抵挡部222由滑槽212的开口端安装到滑槽212内。锁套29与套管21的滑槽212所在端连接,将支撑组件28锁合在套管21内。
优选地,卡座26位于穿孔224与插孔221相背的一侧,卡座26供保护套25卡合固定,在一些实施例中,卡座26为环形,套设到加热元件24上。
再结合图5所示,卡座26的内圈侧壁上设有内卡槽261,保护套25的内端外圈设有卡合到内卡槽261的挡圈251。另外,卡座26的外圈设有与支撑套283的定位环2831卡合的外卡槽262,使卡座26的内外圈均得到定位固定。在其他实施例中,也可只让保护套25与卡座26的内圈或外圈卡合。
优选地,卡座26为软质材质形成的座体,便于保护套25挤压卡座26后卡入到内卡槽261内,也便于卡座26的拆装。在保护套25拆除时,也可将卡座26同时拆除后清洁。
穿孔224的外形尺寸小于卡座26的内圈尺寸,便于对卡座26抵挡,也防止保护套25从穿孔224拔出。
优选地,挡圈251的外圈设有向插孔221的外端口方向延伸设置的围板252,围板252和挡圈251在保护套25外形成一个容器,可在使用过程中供保护套25外的杂质掉落后盛放,防止污染到其他零部件。优选地,穿孔224的内圈与保护套25的外壁面之间留有间隙,使保护套25上的杂质能从穿孔224和保护套25之间掉落到围板252和挡圈251形成的容器内。
再如图2、7、8所示,进一步地,本体1上设有对插入的加热组件2进行定位固定的锁合结构15,可保持加热组件2的安装位置固定,不会在使用过程中晃动松脱。
在一些实施例中,锁合结构15包括锁头151,锁头151可回缩的由容腔11的侧壁面伸出到容腔11内,加热组件2的外壁面上设有供锁头151卡入的锁槽213。锁头151卡入到锁槽213防止加热组件2脱出容腔11。
优选地,锁头151与容腔11相对的端部为锥形或圆头形,锁槽213的侧壁面为斜面或弧面,可以在滑钮3的推动下,加热组件2克服锁头151的锁紧力,让锁头151回缩,使加热组件2从容腔11脱出。在其他实施例中,在需要将加热组件2从容腔11脱出时,也可手动将锁头151回缩,解除锁头151的锁合。
通常,锁合结构15还包括提供弹力保持锁头151伸出到容腔11内的弹性件152,弹性件152为弹簧。进一步地,本实施例中,锁槽213在套管21的外表面沿周圈设置,可以不用在意加热组件2安装到容腔11内时的转向位置。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种烘烤烟具,其特征在于,包括本体(1)、加热组件(2)、以及滑钮(3);
    所述本体(1)上设有容腔(11),所述加热组件(2)安装在所述容腔(11)内;
    所述加热组件(2)上形成有供烟体(6)插入的插孔(221);
    所述滑钮(3)安装在所述本体(1)上,与所述加热组件(2)相配合,并具有将所述加热组件(2)推出所述容腔(11)的第二行程。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述滑钮(3)还具有将所述加热组件(2)内的烟体(6)推出所述插孔(221)的第一行程。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述第一行程、第二行程为连续的两段行程。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述加热组件(2)包括套管(21)、推管(22);
    所述推管(22)的内孔形成供所述烟体(6)插入的插孔(221),所述套管(21)套设在所述推管(22)外,所述滑钮(3)与所述推管(22)相抵,所述滑钮(3)能够带动所述推管(22)及烟体(6)一同在所述第一行程由靠近所述插孔(221)内端的第一位置(A)向靠近所述插孔(221)外端的第二位置(B)移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述套管(21)和所述推管(22)之间设有复位件(23),提供让所述推管(22)向所述第一位置(A)复位的作用力。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述套管(21)上设有对所述推管(22)移动到所述第二位置(B)后进行限位的第一限位部(211),并能让所述滑钮(3)继续向靠近所述容腔(11)外的第三位置(C)移动时,带动所述加热组件(2)同时向所述容腔(11)外移动,完成所述加热组件(2)的所述第二行程。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述推管(22)上设有侧向向外伸出的抵挡部(222),所述套管(21)的侧壁上沿轴向设有滑槽(212);
    所述抵挡部(222)卡入到所述滑槽(212)内,所述滑钮(3)与所述抵挡部(222)相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述滑槽(212)靠近所述容腔(11)外的一边形成所述第一限位部(211)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述本体(1)上设有第二限位部(14),在所述滑钮(3)带动所述加热组件(2)向所述容腔(11)外移动到所述第三位置(C)后,对所述滑钮(3)进行限位。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述本体(1)的侧壁上设有供所述滑钮(3)来回滑动的安装孔(12),所述滑钮(3)包括分别位于所述本体(1)的侧壁内外两侧的内滑件(31)、外滑件(32),所述外滑件(32)穿过所述安装孔(12)与所述内滑件(31)相互卡合固定,所述本体(1)内设有供所述滑钮(3)滑动的滑轨(13)。
  11. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述本体(1)上设有对插入的所述加热组件(2)进行定位固定的锁合结构(15)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述锁合结构(15)包括锁头(151),所述锁头(151)可回缩的由所述容腔(11)的侧壁面伸出到所述容腔(11)内,所述加热组件(2)的外壁面上设有供所述锁头(151)卡入的锁槽(213),所述锁头(151)与所述容腔(11)相对的端部为锥形或圆头形,所述锁槽(213)的侧壁面为斜面或弧面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烘烤烟具,其特征在于,所述锁槽(213)在所述加热组件(2)的外表面沿周圈设置,所述锁合结构(15)还包括提供弹力保持所述锁头(151)伸出到所述容腔(11)内的弹性件(152)。
