Description

控制上行发射功率的方法和装置、基站及用户设备 技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种控制上行发射功率的方法和装置、基站及用户设备。
背景技术
5G NR(New Radio)和LTE(Long Term Evoluttion,长期演进)部署时,UE(User Equipment,用户设备)的上行发射功率的大小是以power class进行分级的,例如power class 3为23dBm,为典型的UE上行发射功率。在一些应用场景中,例如UE工作在3.5GHz等较高频段时,为了确保上行覆盖的增加,需要UE具有更高的上行发射功率,例如26dBm即power class 2等,进入预设高功率power class模式进行发射的UE被叫做High Power UE(HPUE)。
由于UE在预设高发射功率模式下的发射功率较大,若基站在为HPUE模式下的UE配置资源时,配置的上下行资源配比不合适,将导致UE在HPUE模式下的无线信号辐射量超过比吸收率SAR衡量标准,对人体造成危害。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种控制上行发射功率的方法和装置、基站及用户设备,使得UE在HPUE模式下利用较高的上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,通过控制HPUE的上行发射功率规避SAR超标。

本公开提供的控制上行发射功率的方法,当基站为预设高功率模式下的UE配置的上行资源配比大于或等于预设上行占比阈值时,针对该上行资源占比确定相应的功率调整信息,使得户设备被配置为上述预设高功率发射模式后,按照上述超标上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,可以按照上述功率调整信息调低上行发射功率,有效规避SAR超标,确保UE在预设高功率发射模式下产生的辐射量不会影响终端用户的身体健康,同时提高UE在预设高功率发射模式下的上行信息传输能力。

具体实施方式
这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本发明相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本发明的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
本公开涉及的执行主体包括:基站和用户设备(User Equipment,UE),其中, 基站可以是设置有大规模天线阵列的基站、子基站等。用户设备UE可以是用户终端、用户节点、移动终端或平板电脑等。在具体实现过程中,基站和用户设备各自独立,同时又相互联系,共同实现本公开提供的技术方案。
本公开提供的控制上行发射功率的方法可以应用于LTE系统、5G NR系统,或者,LTE与NR系统同时部署的网络中,本公开对此不作限制。
在介绍本公开技术方案之前,首先介绍本公开相关的技术术语:
SAR(Specific Absorption Rate,比吸收率),表示多少能量被单位质量人体所吸收,单位为瓦特每千克(W/Kg),是UE设计中衡量用户设备发射无线信号时对人体辐射量的一个指标。以用户设备为手机为例,不同地理区域对手机SAR规定的衡量标准不同,例如,欧洲对手机SAR的衡量标准是1.6W/Kg;美国和中国对手机SAR的衡量标准是2.0W/Kg。当手机工作在上述地理区域时,需要满足该区域规定的SAR衡量标准。比如,工作在中国境内的手机,其工作在任何模式下的最大SAR值均不能超过预设SAR上限值即2.0W/Kg。
UE的SAR值与上行发射功率和资源配置中的上行占比相关,若UE被配置为HP(High Power,高发射功率)模式,即HPUE模式,当资源配置信息中的上行占比较大时,一个单位信息传输时间如子帧内的累积辐射量可能会超过SAR上限值。其中,上行占比是指基站在为UE进行资源配置时,上行传输资源对应的时长在一个单位信息传输时间中的比例,比如,50%。上述50%表示在一个单位信息传输时间内,有50%的时域资源被配置为上行传输资源。
关于高发射功率模式即HPUE模式,5G NR系统可以沿用LTE系统的方法,将UE的发射功率进行等级划分,用预设功率等级power class值表示UE的高发射功率模式。以LTE系统为例,发射功率23dBm对应的power class 3,表示一种常用功率发射模式,不属于高功率发射模式。而发射功率26dBm对应的power class 2,则表示一种高功率发射模式,power class 1、power class 0表示发射功率更大的两种高功率发射模式。在5G NR系统中,功率等级划分方式以及高发射功率模式对应的功率等级值可能有变化,不应理解为对本公开方案的限制。
本公开技术方案一应用场景可以为:针对UE的一个预设高功率模式HPUE如power class 2,发射功率26dBm,若按照SAR上限值如2.0W/Kg,为该UE配置上行资源占比,无法满足上行传输吞吐量要求,比如,存在上行传输时延较大的问题。为满足上行传输吞吐量要求,基站需要为HPUE模式下的上述UE配置较高的上行资源配比。例如,假设一个预设HPUE模式下,SAR上限值对应的最大上行资源占比为75%, 本公开中,为了满足上行传输吞吐量要求,需要将该HPUE模式的上行资源占比调高,比如,调整至80%或者更高。此种情况下,若上述UE被配置为预设HPUE模式后,仍然按照该HPUE模式对应的上行发射功率进行上行传输,将导致SAR超标。为了避免SAR超标,本公开采用调低HPUE模式下的上行发射功率的方式,确保上述场景下HPUE不会发生SAR超标。基于此,本公开提供了一种控制上行发射功率的方法。
参见图1根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤11中,确定用户设备在预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比;
假设用户设备为UE1,基站可以根据UE1的射频收发能力为该UE1的预设高功率模式如power class 2模式配置传输资源,该传输资源包括:上行信息的传输资源和下行信息的传输资源,从而确定一个基本信息传输单元中的上行资源配比。以LTE TDD系统为例,上述基本信息传输单元可以是一帧,上行数据和下行数据在同一帧内不同的子帧上传输。
本公开中,上行资源是指PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel,物理上行共享信道)资源,主要用于承载上行数据传输。
如上所述,基站在为HPUE配置上行资源占比时,需要考虑上述高功率模式下的上行发射功率数值和SAR上限值,确保UE被配置为预设HPUE模式后不会SAR超标。
假设UE1在power class 2模式下,SAR上限值对应的最大上行资源占比为75%。则,基站在进行资源配置时,配置的上述上行资源配比小于75%。另一种情况,对应本公开应用场景,例如,为了满足上行传输吞吐量要求,基站需要将UE1在power class2模式下的上行资源占比,配置为超过上述最大上行资源占比的数值,比如80%。此种情况下,基站还需要为UE1配置功率调整信息,使得UE1在被配置为预设高功率模式后,根据上述功率调整信息基于上行发射功率原值调低上行发射功率。
对于后一种情况能否顺利实施,取决于UE1是否支持在上行资源配比较大的情况下通过调低上行发射功率规避SAR超标这一功能。考虑到有些UE可能不支持上述功能,因此,基站在进行资源配置之前,可以首先确定UE1是否支持上述功能。参见图2根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,上述步骤11可以包括:
在步骤111中,确定所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,所述预设功率调整功能是指:当所述上行资源配比超过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈 值时,通过调低上行发射功率规避比吸收率SAR超标;
本公开中,在一实施例中,基站可以根据UE1的设备信息如UE1在接入网络时上报的设备标识或设备型号等信息,按照预设策略确定UE1是否支持上述预设功率调整功能。上述预设策略可以是:根据预先获知的设备厂商信息,确定一个相同型号UE支持上述功能。
在本公开另一实施例中,基站也可以通过UE1上报的预设功控能力信息确定UE1是否支持上述预设功率调整功能。
参见图3根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,上述步骤111可以包括:
在步骤1111中,获取所述用户设备的功控能力信息;
本公开中,UE1接入基站覆盖小区网络后,可以主动上报或者应基站要求上报自身的功控能力信息,所述功控能力信息包括:表示UE是否支持上述预设功率调整功能的指示信息。
在步骤1112中,根据所述功控能力信息确定所述用户设备是否支持所述预设功率调整功能。
在本公开一实施例中,UE1可以通过预设上行控制信令上报所述功控能力信息。比如,通过预设上行控制信令中的预设一个或多个bit的数值,确定UE1是否支持所述预设功率调整功能。
本公开中,上述功控能力信息可以包括:表示是否支持所述预设功率调整功能的能力指示值,和/或,所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值。
示例性的,可以采用一个预设bit承载上述指示值,例如,若该bit被置为0,代表UE1不支持上述预设功率调整功能。反之,若该bit被置为1,代表UE1支持上述预设功率调整功能。
在另一实施例中,基站也可以通过UE1是否上报上述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,来间接确定UE1是否支持上述预设功率调整功能。若UE1上报了上述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,比如,power class 2模式下的预设上行占比阈值70%,则基站可以确定UE1支持上述预设功率调整功能;反之,若UE1没有上报上述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,比如,预设上行控制信令中,用于承载HPUE模式对应的预设上行占比阈值的多个bit全部置为0,则可以确定该UE1不支持上述预设功率调整功能。
在本公开另一实施例中,若上述功控能力信息中的预设能力指示值明确表示 UE1支持上述预设功率调整功能,比如,上述预设能力指示值为1,则上述功控能力信息中还可以包括:预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值。即UE1可以通过上述功控能力信息告知基站其被配置为HPUE模式时,被配置的上行资源配比达到或超过多大门限值时,可以触发上述预设功率调整功能。
在步骤112中,若所述用户设备支持所述预设功率调整功能,根据所述预设高功率模式对应的第一上行占比阈值确定所述上行资源配比,所述第一上行占比阈值为SAR上限值对应的上行占比阈值。
如上示例,若基站确定UE1支持上述预设功率调整功能,则基站确定可以根据上行传输需求,在预设HPUE模式如power class 2模式下,为UE1配置的上行资源配比超过第一上行占比阈值即75%。
此处需要说明的是,根据上述预设上行占比阈值与第一上行占比阈值的关系不同,基站为UE1的power class 2模式配置的上行资源占比,不一定会超过75%。
关于基站如何为预设高功率模式下的UE,确定上行资源配比,针对上行资源配比超过所述第一上行占比阈值的情况,该上行资源配比的确定过程,可以参见图4根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,上述步骤112可以包括:
在步骤1121中,根据所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下的最大发射功率,确定功率余量;
一个UE在预设HPUE模式下的最小发射功率,与UE当前所在小区的运营商布网覆盖情况有关,一般是运营商预先获知的预设值。基站可以获取上述运营商预先获知的最小发射功率预设值,可以计算最大发射功率与上述最小发射功率预设值之间的差值,确定功率余量。
在步骤1122中,基于所述功率余量确定可配置的上行占比最大值;
本公开中,在基站为UE1确定上行资源配比R UL之前,可以事先根据上述功率余量大小,确定可以配置的R UL最大值。上述可配置的R UL最大值可以是100%,也可能是小于100%的数值。
在步骤1123中,将高于所述第一上行占比阈值的上行占比值,确定为所述上行资源配比,所述上行资源配比不超过所述上行占比最大值。
示例性的,假设基站确定UE1在power class 2模式下的功率余量为2dBm,按照预置规则确定可配置的R UL最大值为90%。则基站为UE1的power class 2模式配置的上行资源占比R UL的取值范围为:75%≤R UL≤90%。
在步骤12中,若所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,确定功率调整信息;
本公开中,基站可以按照预设策略确定触发HPUE调低上行发射功率的预设上行占比阈值。在一实施例中,可以如上所述,通过UE上报的功控能力信息获取上述预设上行占比阈值。
仍假设UE1的预设HPUE模式是power class 2模式,若基站为UE1配置的上行资源占大于或等于所述预设上行占比阈值,则基站为该HPUE模式确定相应的功率调整信息,该功率调整信息用于指示UE1在power class 2模式按照基站配置的上行资源配比传输上行信息时,调低上行发射功率。
在一实施例中,上述功率调整信息可以包括:目标上行发射功率P,该目标上行发射功率小于发射功率原值P0。所述发射功率原值P0是上行资源配比小于上述预设上行占比阈值时,基站为UE1确定的上行发射功率。假设上述预设上行占比阈值为70%,则发射功率原值P0与上行资源配比 RUL的对应关系,可以如表一所示:

在本公开另一实施例中,上述功率调整信息可以至少包括:功率调整值。其中,上述功率调整值是用于基于所述功率原值调低上行发射功率的数值,该数值可以是具体的功率减少量,也可以是用于调低所述上行发射功率的功率调整因子β,其中,β为小于1的数值,P=β*P0。
关于基站如何确定功率调整信息,参见图5根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,上述步骤12可以包括:
在步骤121中,按照预设策略调低所述上行资源配比对应的上行发射功率,获得功率调整结果;
本公开中,针对UE的预设高功率模式,基站在确定PUSCH上一个基本信息传输单元如子帧的发射功率时,参考最大发射功率、标称功率、路径补偿、MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme,调制与编码策略)调整值、PDCCH调整等因素。
以LTE系统为例,基站根据下述公式(1)确定上行物理共享信道PUSCH在一个或多个单位信息传输时间如子帧i的上行发送功率(单位dBm):

其中,P CMAX表示UE的最大发射功率;M PUSCH(i)表示子帧i中,PUSCH传输 所使用的RB(Resource Block,资源块)数目;
P O_PUSCH(j)=P O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)+P O_UE_PUSCH(j)是一个半静态设置的功率基准值。其中,P O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)为小区专用参数,P O_UE_PUSCH(j)为UE专用参数,两个参数均由高层信令指示,该参数可用于对不同的上行传输数据包设定不同的值。此外,参数j的取值与上行传输的数据包有关,当传输半持续性许可的数据包时,j=0;当传输动态调度许可的数据包时,j=1;当传输随机接入响应许可的数据包时,j=2。
α(j)*PL是基于UE对于下行链路的估计,所得到的开环路径损耗补偿量,α是小区特定的路损补偿系数。当j=0或1时,α={0,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1},是一个由高层信令3bit指示本小区所使用的数值,由高层信令控制;当j=2时,α(2)=1,即进行完全的路损补偿。
Δ TF(i)是MCS调整值。基于MCS调整值的功率调整,可以使得UE根据选定的MCS动态的调整相应的发射功率谱密度。UE的MCS是由基站eNodeB调度的,通过设置UE的发射MCS,可以较快地调整UE的发射功率谱密度,达到类似快速功率控制的效果。
f(i)是由UE闭环功率控制所形成的调整值,通过PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel,物理下行控制信道)发送,该参数依据PDCCH上的TPC(Transmission Power Control,传输功率控制)命令进行调整,具体调整方式可参见3GPPTS36.213。
若本公开系统使用LTE系统的功控策略,参照上述公式(1),本公开可以采用以下至少两种方式调低当前上行资源占比对应的上行发射功率。
第一种方式,本公开可以通过调整公式(1)中一个或多个物理量的方式来调低当前上行资源占比对应的上行发射功率。
具体的,本公开实施例可以采用以下至少一种方式调低PUSCH上一个或多个单位信息传输时间的上行发射功率:
方式一、减小所述预设高功率模式对应的最大发射功率;
即当基站为UE1配置的上行资源配比R UL大于或等于上述预设上行占比阈值时,通过减小UE的最大发射功率值P CMAX,调低上行发射功率P PUSCH(i)。
其中,本公开可以采用以下至少两种方式,减少UE的最大发射功率值P CMAX
实施方式一、将UE的原最大发射功率减去预设功率偏移量,获得修正后的最大发射功率
假设用P CMAX0表示原最大发射功率,则修正后的最大发射功率P CMAX可以采用以下公式(2)表示:

其中,Delta_P CMAX(R UL)表示上述预设修正量,也可称为功率偏移量。Delta_P CMAX(R UL)会随着上行资源配比R UL的增大而增加,即Delta_P CMAX(R UL)与R UL正相关。
在TDD(Time Division Duplexing,时分双工)系统中,如LTE TDD系统,上行资源配比R UL可以表示为:单位时间内的上行发射时间t_UL,其中,上述单位时间表示一个单位信息传输时间的时长,比如1ms。则上述公式(2)还可以用下述公式(3)表示:

此处需要说明的是,在LTE系统中,上述单位信息传输时间可以是一个子帧subframe,在5G NR(New Radio)系统中,上述单位信息传输时间可以是时隙slot、迷你时隙mini-slot、符号symbol等更小的资源单位,本公开对单位信息传输时间不作限制。
在本公开一实施例中,上述Delta_P CMAX(R UL)可以是根据预设MPR(maximum power reduction,最大功率回退量)确定的调整值。上述MPR可以包括:P-MPR(power management maximum power reduction,电源管理最大功率回退量)。例如,原P-MPR对应的调整值为2dBm。本公开在实施方式一时,可以将P-MPR对应的调整值修改为3dBm,使得修正后的P CMAX小于P CMAX0。当上述公式(1)确定的P PUSCH(i)等于P CMAX时,可以实现调低上行发射功率的目的。
实施方式二,将UE的原最大发射功率乘以预设修正因子,获得修正后的最大发射功率,可以采用以下公式(4)表示:

其中,alpha_P CMAX(R UL)表示上述预设修正因子,取值范围为(0,1)。alpha_P CMAX(R UL)会随着上行资源配比R UL的增大而减小。

同理,最大发射功率修正因子alpha_P CMAX(t_UL)的取值范围为(0,1)的自然数,且alpha_P CMAX(t_UL)的取值随着t_UL的增大而减小。
方式二、减小所述预设高功率模式对应的标称功率;
上述标称功率如上述公式(1)中的P O_PUSCH(j)。与上述方式一类似,本公开也 可以通过在原标称功率的基础上较少一个修正量,或者,乘以预设修正因子,获得调小后的标称功率,此处不再详述。
方式三、减小小区的路径补偿值;
上述小区的路径补偿值可以如上述公式(1)中的α(j)*PL。可以减小小区路损补偿系数α,和/或,减少小区特定的路损补偿量PL,从而调低UE的上行发射功率。与上述方式一、方式二类似,α和PL的具体减少方式也可以采用减少预设修正量或乘以预设修正因子的方式,此处不再赘述。
方式四、减小由调制编码方式和数据类型所确定的功率偏移量,即MCS调整值;
上述功率偏移量如上述公式(1)中的Δ TF(i),其调整方式与上述方式一类似。
方式五、减小由UE闭环功率控制所形成的调整值;
与上述方式一类似,本公开可以较少一个修正量,或者,乘以预设修正因子,实现减小由UE闭环功率控制所述形成的调整值,如上述公式(1)中的f(i)。
当上述公式(1)确定的P PUSCH(i)并非P CMAX时,通过上述方式二至方式五的调整方式,可以实现调低上行发射功率的目的。
第二种方式,在根据上述公式(1)计算出一个发射功率原值P0的基础上,确定一个用于调低上行发射功率的功率调整值。
参见图6根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,所述步骤121可以包括:
在步骤1211中,确定所述预设高功率模式对应的发射功率原值,所述发射功率原值为:所述上行资源占比小于所述预设上行占比阈值时确定的上行发射功率;
如上示例,基站可以确定UE1在R UL小于70%时,按照上述公式(1)为UE1配置的预设上行发射功率,即发射功率原值P0。
在步骤1212中,根据所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值,确定所述上行资源配比对应的功率调整值,所述功率调整值是用于基于所述发射功率原值调低上行发射功率的数值;
若将所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值记为ΔR,本公开实施例可以基于ΔR确定功率调整值。
其中,上述功率调整值可以是预设功率减少量ΔP,也可以是用于调低上行发射功率的功率调整因子β。相应的,上述目标上行发射功率可以表示为:P=P0-ΔP或P=β*P0。
上述步骤1212的实施也可以包括两种方式:
实施方式一、在上行资源配比超过预设上行占比阈值的情况下,配置固定的功率调整值。
基站在考虑功率余量许可的情况下,可以将上述调整值配置为固定值,比如,无论ΔR大小,均基于发射功率原值P0降低3dBm。
实施方式二、基站针对所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值大小,设置不同的功率调整值。
基站为UE1确定的功率减少量ΔP可以根据上行资源配比R UL的不同而变化。若上述功率调整值为功率减少量ΔP,则ΔP的值随着ΔR增大而增大。同理,若功率调整值为功率调整因子β,则β随ΔR的增大而减小。

在步骤1201中,确定所述上行资源配比是否大于所述第一上行占比阈值;
在步骤1202中,若所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述预设上行占比阈值且小于所述第一上行占比阈值,确定第一调整值;

本公开实施例中,鉴于R UL在超过75%之前,发生SAR超标的几率和危害,小于R UL超过75%之后发生SAR超标的几率和危害,故采用两种不同的功率调整值即第一调整值和第二调整值,对UE进行功控,既可以保障上行覆盖又可以规避SAR超标。
对应上述步骤1212的实施方式一,ΔP1、ΔP2可以是不随R UL变化的固定值,比如,ΔP1=1dBm,ΔP2=2dBm,参见图9-1根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制上行发射功率的示意图。
对应上述步骤1212的实施方式二,ΔP1、ΔP2也可以是随不同R UL发生变化的动态数值。针对上述ΔP1、ΔP2随不同R UL变化的情况,本公开可以根据上行资源配比趋近第一上行占比阈值的不同情况,确定不同的功率调整值。
如表四所示,对于70%<R UL<75%的情况,R UL越趋近75%,第一调整值对应的功率减少量ΔP1就越大。
同理,对于R UL≥75%的情况,R UL越远离75%,第二调整值对应的功率减少量ΔP2就越大。参见图9-2根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种控制上行发射功率的示意图,ΔP2的增长幅度还可以大于ΔP1的增长幅度,确保UE在满足上行传输要求的情况下,尽可能远离因器件性能波动,例如,射频发射元件性能的不一致性,导致的SAR超标。
在步骤122中,根据所述功率调整结果确定所述功率调整信息。
与上述步骤121的第一种方式相对应,基站可以根据第一种方式获得的目标上行发射功率,确定功率调整信息。
与上述步骤122的第二种方式相对应,基站可以基于上述发射功率原值和上述功率调整值,确定功率调整信息。
在步骤13中,将所述上行资源配比和所述功率调整信息发送给所述用户设备,以使所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,按照所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
本公开中,基站可以通过预设下行控制信令,将上述上行资源配比R UL和对应的功率调整信息同时下发给UE。
在另一实施例中,基站也可以事先将传输资源配置信息下发给UE,该传输资源配置信息包括:预设高功率模式与上行资源配比R UL的对应关系。之后,在UE被配置为上述预设高功率模式如Power Class 2模式时,通过功率配置信息将上述R UL对应的功率控制信息下发给UE。此处的R UL均是指大于预设上行占比阈值的上行资源配比。
此外,在本公开另一实施例中,若上述功率调整信息包括:发射功率原值和功率调整值。
基站也可以按照不同时间周期,向所述UE分别发送所述发射功率原值、上行资源配比对应的功率调整值。例如,在被配置为预设高功率上行资源配比超过预设上行占比阈值的情况下,基站针对每10个子帧向UE下发一次发射功率原值,针对每个子帧向UE下发一次功率调整值,避免针对每一帧都重复发送发射功率原值,实现节约信令开销的目的。
相应的,本公开还提供了一种控制上行发射功率的方法,应用于用户设备中。参见图10根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,所述方法 可以包括:
在步骤21中,接收基站发送的上行资源配比和功率调整信息,所述上行资源配比高于预设上行占比阈值;
对上述步骤13相对应,对于一个UE,例如UE1,可能会同时接收到针对预设高功率模式的R UL及其对应的功率调整信息。或者,UE在不同时刻接收到上述信息。
在步骤22中,在预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,根据所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
UE在被配置为预设高功率模式、并按照超过预设上行占比阈值的上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,根据所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率,使上行发射功率小于发射功率原值。该发射功率原值为上行资源配比小于预设上行占比阈值时确定的上行发射功率。
其中,根据功率调整信息包含信息的不同,UE可以采用以下几种方式控制上行发射功率:
方式一、若所述功率调整信息包括:所述上行资源配比对应目标上行发射功率P。则UE直接按照上述目标上行发射功率P进行上行信息传输。
方式二、若所述功率调整信息包括:发射功率原值P0和功率调整值。则UE会首先根据上述发射功率原值P0和功率调整值,确定目标上行发射功率P,然后再按照上述目标上行发射功率P进行上行信息传输。
其中,若所述功率调整值为:所述上行资源配比R UL对应的预设功率减少量ΔP,则UE按照公式P=P0-ΔP确定目标上行发射功率。
若所述功率调整值为:所述上行资源配比R UL对应的预设功率调整因子β,则UE按照公式P=β*P0确定目标上行发射功率。
综上,对于一个UE如UE1而言,若预设高功率模式为power class 2模式,其上行发射功率与上行资源配比关系,可以如表五所示:

从上述表五可知,若基站为UE1在power class 2模式下配置的R UL小于预设上行占比阈值70%,UE1按照预设发射功率原值P0进行上行信息传输;反之,若R UL大于或 等于预设上行占比阈值70%,依据功率调整信息,按照基于发射功率原值P0调低后的目标上行发射功率P进行上行信息传输,从而既能确保UE1的上行数据传输性能如上行吞吐量,又可以通过调整发射功率的方式有效规避SAR超标。
参见图11根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制上行发射功率的方法流程图,在上述步骤21之前,所述方法还可以包括:
在步骤20中,向所述基站上报功控能力信息,所述功控能力信息用于表示所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,所述预设功率调整功能是指:当所述上行资源配比超过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值时,通过调整上行发射功率规避比吸收率SAR超标。
与上述图3中的步骤1111相对应,UE可以在向基站上报的功控能力信息中,通过能力指示值告知基站其是否支持上述预设功率调整功能,或者,直接通过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,隐性告知基站其支持上述预设功率调整功能。或者,通过能力指示值结合所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,显性告知基站其支持上述预设功率调整功能。参见上述步骤1112的描述,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本公开中,基站可以通过广播信令、上层信令或物理层下行信令向UE下发资源配置信息和功率调整信息。其中,上层信令可以是RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)信令、MAC(Medium Access Control,媒介访问控制)CE(Control Element,控制单元)信令。

音频组件2610被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件2610包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置2600处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别 模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器2604或经由通信组件2616发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件2610还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口2612为处理组件2602和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件2614包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置2600提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件2614可以检测到设备2600的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如上述组件为装置2600的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件2614还可以检测装置2600或装置2600一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置2600接触的存在或不存在,装置2600方位或加速/减速和装置2600的温度变化。传感器组件2614可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件2614还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件2614还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件2616被配置为便于装置2600和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置2600可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,4G,LTE,5G或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件2616经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,上述通信组件2616还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置2600可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器2604,上述指令可由装置2600的处理器2620执行以完成上述图10和图11任一所述的控制上行发射功率的方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

Claims (42)

  1. 一种控制上行发射功率的方法,其特征在于,应用于基站中,所述方法包括:
    确定用户设备在预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比;
    若所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,确定功率调整信息;
    将所述上行资源配比和所述功率调整信息发送给所述用户设备,以使所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,按照所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定用户设备在预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比,包括:
    确定所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,所述预设功率调整功能是指:当所述上行资源配比超过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值时,通过调低上行发射功率规避比吸收率SAR超标;
    若所述用户设备支持所述预设功率调整功能,根据所述预设高功率模式对应的第一上行占比阈值确定所述上行资源配比,所述第一上行占比阈值为SAR上限值对应的上行占比阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,包括:
    获取所述用户设备的功控能力信息;
    根据所述功控能力信息确定所述用户设备是否支持所述预设功率调整功能。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述用户设备的功控能力信息,包括:接收所述用户设备上报的所述功控能力信息;
    其中,所述功控能力信息包括:表示是否支持所述预设功率调整功能的能力指示值,和/或,所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述预设高功率模式对应的第一上行占比阈值确定所述上行资源配比,包括:
    根据所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下的最大发射功率,确定功率余量;
    基于所述功率余量确定可配置的上行占比最大值;
    将高于所述第一上行占比阈值的上行占比值确定为所述上行资源配比,所述上行资源配比不超过所述上行占比最大值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定功率调整信息,包括:
    按照预设策略调低所述上行资源配比对应的上行发射功率,获得功率调整结果;
    根据所述功率调整结果确定所述功率调整信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设策略包括以下至少一项:
    减小所述预设高功率模式对应的最大发射功率;
    减小所述预设高功率模式对应的标称功率;
    减小小区的路径补偿值;
    减小由调制编码方式和数据类型所确定的调制与编码策略MCS调整值;
    减小由所述用户设备闭环功率控制所形成的调整值。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述减小所述预设高功率模式对应的最大发射功率,包括:
    根据预设最大功率回退量MPR确定的调整值,减小所述预设高功率模式对应的最大发射功率。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照预设策略调低所述上行资源配比对应的上行发射功率,获得功率调整结果,包括:
    确定所述预设高功率模式对应的发射功率原值,所述发射功率原值为:所述上行资源配比小于所述预设上行占比阈值时确定的预设上行发射功率;
    根据所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值,确定所述上行资源配比对应的功率调整值,所述功率调整值是用于基于所述发射功率原值调低上行发射功率的数值;
    所述根据所述功率调整结果确定所述功率调整信息,包括:
    基于所述发射功率原值和所述功率调整值,确定所述功率调整信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述功率调整值包括:
    目标上行发射功率相对于所述发射功率原值的功率减少量;或者,
    用于调低所述上行发射功率的功率调整因子。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值,确定所述上行资源配比对应的功率调整值,包括:
    确定所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值;
    根据所述差值查询预设功控列表,获得与所述差值对应的功率调整值,其中,所述预设功控列表包括:差值范围与功率调整值的对应关系。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述预设上行占比阈值小于第一上行占比阈值,所述第一上行占比阈值为SAR上限值对应的上行占比阈值;
    所述确定所述上行资源配比对应的功率调整值,包括:
    确定所述上行资源配比是否大于所述第一上行占比阈值;
    若所述上行资源配比小于所述第一上行占比阈值,确定第一调整值;
    若所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述第一上行占比阈值,确定第二调整值;其中,由所述第二调整值确定的功率减少量不小于由所述第一调整值确定的功率减少量。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述功率调整信息包括:发射功率原值和功率调整值;
    采用下述方式将所述功率调整信息发送给所述用户设备:
    按照不同时间周期,将所述发射功率原值和所述功率调整值发送给所述用户设备。
  14. 一种控制上行发射功率的方法,其特征在于,应用于用户设备中,所述方法包括:
    接收基站发送的、预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比和功率调整信息,所述上行资源配比高于预设上行占比阈值;
    在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,根据所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收基站发送的上行资源配比和功率调整信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述基站上报功控能力信息,所述功控能力信息用于表示所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,所述预设功率调整功能是指:当所述上行资源配比超过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值时,通过调整上行发射功率规避比吸收率SAR超标。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,所述功控能力信息包括:表示是否支持所述预设功率调整功能的能力指示值,和/或,所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述功率调整信息包括:发射功率原值和功率调整值;
    所述根据所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率,包括:
    根据所述发射功率原值和所述功率调整值,确定目标上行发射功率;
    按照所述目标上行发射功率进行上行信息传输。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述功率调整值为预设功率减少量;所述确定目标上行发射功率,包括:
    将所述发射功率原值减少所述预设功率减少量,获得所述目标上行发射功率。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述功率调整值为用于调低所述上行发射功率的预设功率调整因子;
    所述确定目标上行发射功率,包括:
    按照所述发射功率原值与所述预设功率调整因子的乘积,确定所述目标上行发射功率。
  20. 一种控制上行发射功率的装置,其特征在于,设置于基站中,所述装置包括:
    资源配置模块,被配置为确定用户设备在预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比;
    调整信息确定模块,被配置为在所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值的情况下,确定功率调整信息;
    信息发送模块,被配置为将所述上行资源配比和所述功率调整信息发送给所述用户设备,以使所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,按照所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述资源配置模块包括:
    功能确定子模块,被配置为确定所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,所述预设功率调整功能是指:当所述上行资源配比超过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值时,通过调低上行发射功率规避比吸收率SAR超标;
    资源配比确定子模块,被配置为在所述用户设备支持所述预设功率调整功能的情况下,根据所述预设高功率模式对应的第一上行占比阈值确定所述上行资源配比,所述第一上行占比阈值为SAR上限值对应的上行占比阈值。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功能确定子模块包括:
    能力信息获取单元,被配置为获取所述用户设备的功控能力信息;
    功能确定单元,被配置为根据所述功控能力信息确定所述用户设备是否支持所述预设功率调整功能。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述能力信息获取单元,被配置为接收所述用户设备上报的所述功控能力信息;
    其中,所述功控能力信息包括:表示是否支持所述预设功率调整功能的能力指示值,和/或,所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述资源配比确定子模块,包括:
    功率余量确定单元,被配置为根据所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下的最大发射功率,确定功率余量;
    估算单元,被配置为基于所述功率余量确定可配置的上行占比最大值;
    资源配比确定单元,被配置为将高于所述第一上行占比阈值的上行占比值确定为所述上行资源配比,所述上行资源配比不超过所述上行占比最大值。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调整信息确定模块包括:
    功率调整子模块,被配置为按照预设策略调低所述上行资源配比对应的上行发射功率,获得功率调整结果;
    调整信息确定子模块,被配置为根据所述功率调整结果确定所述功率调整信息。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功率调整子模块包括以下至少一个功率调整单元:
    第一调整单元,被配置为减小所述预设高功率模式对应的最大发射功率;
    第二调整单元,被配置为减小所述预设高功率模式对应的标称功率;
    第三调整单元,被配置为减小小区的路径补偿值;
    第四调整单元,被配置为减小由调制编码方式和数据类型所确定的调制与编码策略MCS调整值;
    第五调整单元,被配置为减小由所述用户设备闭环功率控制所形成的调整值。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一调整单元,被配置为根据预设最大功率回退量MPR确定的调整值,减小所述预设高功率模式对应的最大发射功率。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功率调整子模块,包括:
    功率原值确定单元,被配置为确定所述预设高功率模式对应的发射功率原值,所述发射功率原值为:所述上行资源配比小于所述预设上行占比阈值时确定的预设上行发射功率;
    调整值确定单元,被配置为根据所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差值,确定所述上行资源配比对应的功率调整值,所述功率调整值是用于基于所述发射功率原值调低上行发射功率的数值;
    所述调整信息确定子模块,被配置为基于所述发射功率原值和所述功率调整值,确定所述功率调整信息。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功率调整值包括:
    目标上行发射功率相对于所述发射功率原值的功率减少量;或者,
    用于调低所述上行发射功率的功率调整因子。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调整值确定单元,包括:
    计算子单元,被配置为确定所述上行资源配比与所述预设上行占比阈值之间的差 值;
    查询子单元,被配置为根据所述差值查询预设功控列表,获得与所述差值对应的功率调整值,其中,所述预设功控列表包括:差值范围与功率调整值的对应关系。
  31. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述预设上行占比阈值小于第一上行占比阈值,所述第一上行占比阈值为SAR上限值对应的上行占比阈值;
    所述调整值确定单元,包括:
    比较子单元,被配置为确定所述上行资源配比是否大于所述第一上行占比阈值;
    第一调整值确定子单元,被配置为在所述上行资源配比小于所述第一上行占比阈值的情况下,确定第一调整值;
    第二调整值确定子单元,被配置为在所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述第一上行占比阈值的情况下,确定第二调整值;其中,由所述第二调整值确定的功率减少量不小于由所述第一调整值确定的功率减少量。
  32. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功率调整信息包括:发射功率原值和功率调整值;
    所述信息发送模块,包括:资源配置发送子模块和调整信息发送子模块,其中,
    所述调整信息发送子模块,被配置为按照不同时间周期,将所述发射功率原值和所述功率调整值发送给所述用户设备。
  33. 一种控制上行发射功率的装置,其特征在于,设置于用户设备中,所述装置包括:
    信息接收模块,被配置为接收基站发送的、预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比和功率调整信息,所述上行资源配比高于预设上行占比阈值;
    功率控制模块,被配置为在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,根据所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    信息上报模块,被配置为向所述基站上报功控能力信息,所述功控能力信息用于表示所述用户设备是否支持预设功率调整功能,所述预设功率调整功能是指:当所述上行资源配比超过所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值时,通过调整上行发射功率规避比吸收率SAR超标。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的装置,所述功控能力信息包括:表示是否支持所述预设功率调整功能的能力指示值,和/或,所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值。
  36. 根据权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息接收模块接收的所述功 率调整信息包括:发射功率原值和功率调整值;
    所述功率控制模块包括:
    目标功率确定子模块,被配置为根据所述发射功率原值和所述功率调整值,确定目标上行发射功率;
    上行信息传输子模块,被配置为按照所述目标上行发射功率进行上行信息传输。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功率调整值为预设功率减少量;
    所述目标功率确定子模块,被配置为将所述发射功率原值减少所述预设功率减少量,获得所述目标上行发射功率。
  38. 根据权利要求36所述的装置,其特征在于,所述功率调整值为用于调低所述上行发射功率的预设功率调整因子;
    所述目标功率确定子模块,被配置为按照所述发射功率原值与所述预设功率调整因子的乘积,确定所述目标上行发射功率。
  39. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1~13任一所述方法的步骤。
  40. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求14~19任一所述方法的步骤。
  41. 一种基站,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    确定用户设备在预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比;
    若所述上行资源配比大于或等于所述预设高功率模式对应的预设上行占比阈值,确定功率调整信息;
    将所述上行资源配比和所述功率调整信息发送给所述用户设备,以使所述用户设备在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,按照所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
  42. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收基站发送的、预设高功率模式下的上行资源配比和功率调整信息,所述上行资源配比高于预设上行占比阈值;
    在所述预设高功率模式下按照所述上行资源配比进行上行信息传输时,根据所述功率调整信息控制上行发射功率。
