本实用新型的有益效果:人工打开盖板,盖板带动固定机构向上移动,使固定机构相对基座打开,固定机构带动移动组件移动,移动组件带动连接组件转动,连接组件压缩阻尼机构,阻尼机构对连接组件进行缓冲,此时,缓冲机构的缓冲件伸展并抵触连接组件,缓冲机构经由连接组件为移动组件提供向上移动的力,便于打开盖板,起到省力的效果;当固定机构打开至一定的角度时,人手释放固定机构,阻尼机构复位并抵触连接组件,连接组件推动移动组件,移动组件推动固定机构自动顺势缓缓地打开至预定的打开角度;同理,当固定机构相对基座关闭时,连接组件压缩缓冲机构的缓冲件,缓冲件对连接组件进行缓冲,缓冲机构经由连接组件为移动组件向下移动提供缓冲力,对盖板的闭合起到缓冲的作用;当固定机构相对基座关闭至一定角度时,阻尼机构被压缩,人手释放固定机构,在阻尼机构的作用下, 固定机构被自动顺势缓缓地关闭;在缓冲机构和阻尼机构的作用下,固定机构相对于基座的启闭噪音小,甚至没有噪声,而且启闭盖板省力;另外,根据实际所需缓冲力的大小,可以通过缓冲调节件调节缓冲件的缓冲力大小,提高了本实用新型的实用性;本改良式省力装置及其带有改良式省力装置的家具的结构简单、紧凑且设计合理,操作轻便、快捷,降低了使用者的劳动强度,轻松地即可使得固定机构相对于基座启闭,达到省力的效果,且固定机构相对于基座的启闭稳定,减小噪声的产生,便于日常生活的使用,适用于柜子、台和箱子等家具用品。

实际工作时,人工打开盖板9,盖板9带动固定机构4向上移动,使固定机构4相对基座1打开,固定机构4带动移动组件3移动,移动组件3带动连接组件2转动,连接组件2压缩阻尼机构5,阻尼机构5对连接组件2进行缓冲,此时,缓冲机构10的缓冲件102伸展并抵触连接组件2,缓冲机构10经由连接组件2为移动组件3提供向上移动的力,便于打开盖板9,起到省力的效果;当固定机构4打开至一定的角度时,人手释放固定机构4,阻尼机构5复位并抵触连接组件2,连接组件2推动移动组件3,移动组件3推动固定机构4自动顺势缓缓地打开至预定的打开角度;同理,当固定机构4相对基座1关闭时,连接组件2压缩缓冲机构10的缓冲件102,缓冲件102对连接组件2进行缓冲,缓冲机构10经由连接组件2为移动组件3向下移动提供缓冲力,对盖板9的闭合起到缓冲的作用;当固定机构4相对基座1关闭至一定角度时,阻尼机构5被压缩,人手释放固定机构4,在阻尼机构5的作用下,固定机构4连带盖板9被自动顺势缓缓地关闭;在缓冲机构10和阻尼机构5的作用下,固定机构4相对于基座1的启闭噪音小,甚至没有噪声,而且启闭盖板9省力;另外,根据实际所需缓冲力的大小,可以通过缓冲调节件103调节缓冲件102的缓冲力大小,提高了本实用新型的实用性;本改良式省力装置的结构简单、紧凑且设计合理,操作轻便、快捷,降低了使用者的劳动强度,轻松地即可使得固定机构4相对于基座1启闭,达到省力的效果,且固定机构4相对于基座1的启闭稳定,减小噪声的产生,便于日常生活的使用,适用于柜子、台和箱子等家具用品。
本实施例中,所述固定机构4包括转动连接于移动组件3的壳体41、装设于壳体41的固定件42及用于将固定件42限位于壳体41的开合组件43,所述固定件42用于连接外界的盖板9;壳体41与固定件42可拆卸连接,组装时,开合组件43将固定件42限位于壳体41,从而实现了固定件42与壳体41进行装配;拆卸时,只需按压开合组件43,开合组件43释放固定件42,使得固定件42与壳体41松开,即可将固定件42从壳体41上拆卸;固定件42与壳体41的拆装便捷,提高了使用者拆装的效率,便于日常生活的使用;所述壳体41设置有卡接轴411,所述固定件42的一端设置有用于容置卡接轴411的卡接槽421;组装固定件42与壳体41时,卡接轴411容置于卡接槽421内,使得固定件42与壳体41卡接,其结构简单,设计巧妙,便于固定件42与壳体41进行拆装,提高了固定件42与壳体41拆装的效率及固定件42与壳体41装配的稳定性。

拆装固定件42时,按压开合件431的按压部4313,使转动部4311相对壳体41转动,转动部4311带动扣接部4312转动,按压部4313与操作部412压缩开合扭簧432,使得扣接部4312与固定件42的扣接槽422脱离或扣接,释放作用于按压部4313的按压力,开合扭簧432驱动开合件431复位,从而实现固定件42与壳体41打开或闭合,开合组件43的结构简单,动作反应灵敏,开合稳定,操作快捷,便于固定件42与壳体41进行拆装。其中,按压部4313和操作部412便于使用者进行操作,提高了使用者操作的舒适度。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改良式省力装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲件为缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲调节件包括装设于缓冲座的螺杆及螺纹连接于螺杆的调力件,所述缓冲弹簧套设于螺杆的外侧,所述缓冲弹簧的一端抵触调力件,缓冲弹簧的另一端抵触连接组件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种改良式省力装置,其特征在于:所述壳体转动设置有用于对固定件进行防护的防护组件,所述防护组件包括转动连接于壳体的转动件、用于驱动转动件复位的防护扭簧及转动连接于壳体的限位件,所述转动件的一端用于扣接壳体,转动件的另一端用于抵触限位件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种改良式省力装置,其特征在于:所述移动组件包括铰接于壳体和连接组件的移动臂、设置于移动臂的推移件及用于缓冲推移件的缓冲器,所述推移件的一端铰接于壳体,推移件的另一端铰接于连接组件,所述缓冲器装设于移动臂。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种改良式省力装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接件,所述第一连接件的一端铰接基座,第一连接件的中部铰接移动臂的中部,第一连接件的另一端铰接推移件的另一端,所述第二连接件的一端铰接基座,第二连接件的另一端铰接移动臂远离壳体的一端,所述第三连接件的一端铰接第二连接件的一端,第三连接件的另一端铰接第四连接件的一端,第四连接件的另一端 铰接基座,所述阻尼机构的一端与第四连接件连接,所述第二连接件靠近第三连接件的一端抵触缓冲件远离缓冲座的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种改良式省力装置,其特征在于:所述阻尼机构包括连接于第四连接件的第一固定座、装设于基座的第二固定座及装设于第一固定座与第二固定座之间的弹簧,所述弹簧的一端抵触第一固定座,弹簧的另一端抵触第二固定座。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种改良式省力装置,其特征在于:所述第四连接件装设有用于调节阻尼机构的调节组件,所述调节组件包括装设于第四连接件的调节座、装设于调节座的螺纹调节轴及螺纹连接于螺纹调节轴的螺纹调节件,所述螺纹调节件与第一固定座连接。
  10. 一种带有改良式省力装置的家具,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的改良式省力装置,还包括箱体及用于打开或闭合箱体的盖板,所述基座装设于箱体,所述盖板与固定机构连接。
