Claims (16)
- 폴리감마글루타믹산 및 아연공급체로부터 제조되는 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복합체는 폴리감마글루타믹산 100 중량부에 대하여 아연공급체 30 내지 150 중량부로부터 제조되는 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 히스티딘, 폴리감마글루타믹산 및 아연공급체로부터 제조되는 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 복합체는 히스티딘 200 중량부에 대하여 폴리감마글루타믹산 30 내지 70 중량부, 아연공급체 30 내지 150 중량부로부터 제조되는 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 아연공급체는 산화아연, 초산아연 및 탄산아연 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는, 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 복합체는 복합체 전체 중량에 대하여 아연 함량이 15중량% 이상인, 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 복합체는 물에 히스티딘, 폴리감마글루타믹산 및 아연 공급체를 첨가하고 환류한 후, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급 알코올을 이용하여 복합체를 석출하여 제조되는, 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체.
- 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 물에 히스티딘, 폴리감마글루타믹산 및 아연 공급체를 첨가하고 환류하는 단계;(b) 환류된 혼합물을 증류하는 단계; 및(c) 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급 알코올을 첨가하여 복합체를 석출하는 단계;를 포함하는 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계는 히스티딘 200 중량부에 대하여 폴리감마글루타믹산 30 내지 70 중량부 및 아연공급체 30 내지 150 중량부를 첨가하여 환류하는, 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 환류는 30 분 내지 4시간 동안 환류하며, 상기 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급 알코올은 이소프로판올, 부탄올 및 에탄올 중 어느 하나 이상인, 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체; 또는 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체;를 포함하는 아연 공급용 건강 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체; 또는 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체;를 포함하는 화분증 예방 또는 완화용 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체; 또는 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체;를 포함하는 항암 활성이 있는 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체; 또는 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체;를 포함하는 화분증 예방, 완화 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아연/폴리글루타믹산 복합체; 또는 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아연/히스티딘/폴리글루타믹산 복합체;를 포함하는 항암용 약학 조성물.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 암은 호치킨 악성림프종, 유방암, 교모세포종 및 폐암 중 어느 하나 이상인, 항암용 약학 조성물.
