Claims (12)
- 一种排气管柔性节结构,包括从内向外依次同轴套设的波纹管(2)和编织网(3),其特征在于:所述编织网(3)包括至少两段,并且每段的两个端部通过固定件与所述内侧的波纹管(2)固定连接,并且每段编织网的长度≤200mm。
- 如权利要求1所述的排气管柔性结结构,其特征在于:所述固定件包括位于波纹管(2)的端部的第一固定件和位于波纹管(2)中间部位的第二固定件。
- 如权利要求2所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述编织网(3)为分体依次连接的多段,并且每段的端部都通过固定件与所述波纹管(2)固定连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述编织网(3)为一体结构,所述编织网(3)的端部通过第一固定件固定连接,所述编织网(3)的中间设有第二固定件与内侧的波纹管(2)固定连接进而形成多段。
- 如权利要求2所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述第一固定件和第二固定件的结构相同或者不同。
- 如权利要求2所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述第一固定件为封装套结构或者为环形卡箍结构;所述第二固定件为环形卡箍结构。
- 如权利要求6所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述第一固定件为封装套结构时,其一侧具有翻边,所述第二固定件的至少一侧具有翻边;或者所述第一固定件和/或第二固定件为环形卡箍结构,其端部相互重叠固定;或者所述第一固定件和/或第二固定件为环形卡箍结构,其包括至少两片相互拼接的连接片,每片连接片的端部设有向外翻转的固定片,相邻的连接片端部的固定片通过焊接或者紧固件固定;或者所述第一固定件和/或第二固定件为一整体的环形卡箍结构,其端部具有向外翻转的固定片,并且端部的固定片通过焊接固定或者紧固件固定;所述第一固定件和/或第二固定件通过内胀外压的方式和/或通过焊接的方式固定所述波纹管和编织网。
- 如权利要求3或4所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述波纹管包括平直段和波纹段,所述第二固定件设于平直段。
- 如权利要求1所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述每段编织网(3)的长度为60mm-150mm。
- 如权利要求9所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述每段编织 网(3)的长度为60mm-120mm。
- 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:还包括设于波纹管(2)内侧同轴设置的内管(1),所述内管(1)的端部与波纹管(2)的端部固定连接,所述内管(1)为搭扣软管或者编织网。
- 如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的排气管柔性节结构,其特征在于:所述波纹管分为多段,每段波纹管的两端设有小波纹段,所述小波纹段中波纹的高度低于中间波纹的高度。
