- the storage chamber 11R1 in which the display element 12 is stored is waterproofed. This is to prevent the display element 12 from malfunctioning and failing due to the entry of moisture into the storage room 11R1.
- the thickness of the portion of the band portion 11A where the display element 12 is housed is as thin as possible. Since the thickness of the band-type electronic device 10 is less likely to give the user a sense of presence (discomfort) by reducing the thickness of the portion that is easily viewed by the user, the design of the band-type electronic device 10 is improved. Because.
- the short-range wireless communication element 13 is a first communication unit that performs short-range wireless communication. As shown in FIG. 4, the short-range wireless communication element 13 is stored in a storage room 11R2 different from the storage room 11R1 in which the display element 12 is stored. That is, the short-range wireless communication element 13 is not arranged on the side closer to the area S1 than the display element 12, but is arranged on the side closer to the area S2 than the display element 12. - the bending mechanism 15 is provided in the winding direction H as necessary to keep the band-shaped casing 11 in close contact with the user's arm even when the inner diameter of the opening 11P is changed using the adjustment mechanism 16.
- This is a bent portion (hinge mechanism) that bends the housing 11.
- the bending mechanism 15 includes, for example, two rotating shafts 151, and the two rotating shafts 151 are used to bend the band-type housing 11 using the rotating operation of the bending mechanism 15. Are the two rotating shafts for bending.
- Each rotating shaft 151 extends, for example, in a direction intersecting the winding direction H, and the two rotating shafts 151 are arranged, for example, in the winding direction H.
- the band-type housing 11 can be bent at two places close to each other by using the bending mechanism 15 (biaxial hinge mechanism).
- the position of the bending mechanism 15 is not particularly limited. Above all, it is preferable that the bending mechanism 15 is arranged between the display element 12 and the short-range wireless communication element 13 as shown in FIG. This is because the bending mechanism 15, that is, the bending portion of the band-type casing 11 becomes difficult to be seen by the user.
- the bending mechanism 15 is rotatably connected to the band portion 11A via one rotation shaft 151 and rotates with the band portion 11B via the other rotation shaft 151. It is connected as possible. For this reason, the bending mechanism 15 is arranged, for example, between the band portions 11A and 11B.
- the bending mechanism 15 does not have to be waterproofed.
- the adjusting mechanism 16 is an adjusting unit that adjusts the inner diameter of the opening 11P by adjusting the dimension (length) of the band-shaped casing 11 in the winding direction H.
- the adjustment mechanism 16 is arranged, for example, between the band sections 11A and 11B, and more specifically, is arranged between the mobile phone communication element 21 and the wireless LAN element 23.
- the outer diameter of the user's arm varies depending on the gender and age of the user.
- the length of the band-type housing 11, that is, the inner diameter of the opening 11P can be adjusted to correspond to the outer diameter of the arm of the user. Therefore, the band-type casing 11 is in close contact with the user's arm without depending on the outer diameter of the user's arm, so that the band-type electronic device 10 is easily mounted on the user's arm.
- the adjusting mechanism 16 includes a fixed plate 17 and a fixed plate 18 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5, for example.
- the fixed plate 17 is, for example, a fixed portion having a plurality of insertion openings 171 arranged in the winding direction H. More specifically, the fixed plate 17 includes, for example, two movable plates 173 (left movable plate 173L and right movable plate 173R) therein, and is inserted inside the two movable plates 173. And a space 172.
- the plurality of insertion ports 171 are openings into which one or more insertion pins 181 described later provided in the fixing plate 18 are inserted.
- the fixed plate 17 has, for example, five insertion ports 171 (171A, 171B, 171C, 171D, 171E), and the insertion ports 171A, 171B, 171C, 171D, 171E are, for example,
- the fixed plates 17 are arranged in this order from the tip to the rear.
- the inner diameter of each insertion opening 171 is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the insertion pin 181, for example.
- the insertion space 172 is provided inside the two movable plates 173, and is a space into which the distal end portion of the insertion pin 181 passing through the insertion port 171 is inserted.
- the insertion space 172 communicates with, for example, each of the insertion ports 171A to 171E.
- the two movable plates 173 fix (lock) or release (unlock) the insertion pin 181 inserted into the insertion port 171 so that the insertion pin 181 can be moved relative to the insertion port 171.
- This is a pair of movable members that make the insertion pin 181 detachable.
- Each of the left movable plate 173L and the right movable plate 173R is, for example, partially overlapped with each other and has the same planar shape except that the left and right are inverted. In each of FIGS.
- the left movable plate 173L arranged on the upper side is lightly shaded, and the right movable plate 173R arranged on the lower side is darkly shaded.
- portions of the fixed plate 17 other than the two movable plates 173 are indicated by broken lines, and the insertion pins 181 are also included. Are indicated by broken lines.
- the left movable plate 173L includes, for example, the movable plate L1 and the protruding plate L2.
- the movable plate L1 has, for example, an opening LK extending in the winding direction H and a recess LU provided inside the opening LK so as to be partially recessed in a direction intersecting the winding direction H. I have. Since the number of the recesses LU corresponds to the number of the insertion ports 171, the movable plate L ⁇ b> 1 has, for example, five recesses LU.
- the protruding plate L2 is connected to the movable plate L1 so as to partially protrude in a direction intersecting with the winding direction H, it is led out of the insertion space 172.
- the left movable plate 173L is movable, for example, in a direction intersecting the winding direction H and is urged outward (toward the left in FIG. 6) via a spring 174. That is, the left movable plate 173L is urged in a direction to move away from the right movable plate 173R by using the urging force of the spring 174, for example. Therefore, the user can move the movable plate L1 inward by pushing the protruding plate L2 inward (in a direction toward the right side in FIG. 6). Of course, when the user stops pressing the protruding plate L2, the movable plate L1 moves outward using the restoring force of the spring 174, and the movable plate L1 returns to the original position.
- the number of the springs 174 is not particularly limited. Further, the type of the spring 174 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a coil spring and a leaf spring. 6 and 7 show a case where two coil springs are used as the spring 174, for example.
- the right movable plate 173R has, for example, a configuration in which the left and right sides are reversed from the left movable plate 173L, as described above. That is, the right movable plate 173R includes, for example, the movable plate R1 and the protruding plate R2.
- the movable plate R1 has, for example, an opening RK and a depression RU. Since the number of the recesses RU corresponds to the number of the insertion ports 171, the movable plate R1 has, for example, five recesses RU.
- the protruding plate R2 Since the protruding plate R2 is connected to the movable plate R1 so as to partially protrude in a direction intersecting with the winding direction H, the protruding plate R2 is led out of the insertion space 172.
- the right movable plate 173R is movable in a direction intersecting the winding direction H, for example, similarly to the left movable plate 173L described above, and is moved outward (toward the right side in FIG. 6) via a spring 175. Being energized. That is, the right movable plate 173R is urged in a direction to move away from the left movable plate 173L by using, for example, the urging force of the spring 175. Therefore, the user can move the movable plate R1 inward by pushing the protruding plate R2 inward (in a direction toward the left side in FIG. 6).
- the movable plate R1 when the user stops pressing the protruding plate R2, the movable plate R1 returns to the original position by using the restoring force of the spring 175 described above. Details regarding the number and type of the springs 175 are the same as, for example, those of the springs 174.
- the left movable plate 173L and the right movable plate 173R are partially overlapped with each other.
- the left movable plate 173L and the right movable plate 173R are urged in the direction of moving away from each other. Therefore, an opening 173K is formed by the recess LU provided in the left movable plate 173L and the recess RU provided in the right movable plate 173R.
- the width W (dimension in the X-axis direction) of the opening 173K is smaller than the maximum outer diameter D of the insertion pin 181 due to the depressions LU and RU approaching each other.
- the insertion pin 181 cannot be pulled out from the insertion port 171. Therefore, the fixed plate 18 is fixed (locked) to the fixed plate 17.
- the fixing plate 18 is, for example, a fixing portion having one or more insertion pins 181 arranged in the winding direction H, and the insertion pin 181 can be inserted into a part of the plurality of insertion ports 171. Are a plurality of protrusions. For this reason, the number of the insertion pins 181 is smaller than the number of the insertion ports 171, for example.
- the fixing plate 18 may include, for example, two or more insertion pins 181, more specifically, two insertion pins 181. 181. This is because the fixing plate 18 is easily fixed to the fixed plate 17 and the fixed plate 18 is hard to rotate in a state where the fixing plate 18 is fixed to the fixed plate 17.
- the outer diameter of the insertion pin 181 is larger at the front than at the rear in the insertion direction with respect to the insertion port 171, for example.
- FIG. 4 shows a case where, for example, two insertion pins 181 are inserted into the insertion openings 171A and 171B.
- the two insertion pins 181 are not limited to, for example, the insertion ports 171A and 171B, and may be inserted into the insertion ports 171B and 171C, or may be inserted into the insertion ports 171C and 171D. It may be inserted in the mouths 171D and 171E.
- the fixing plate 18 can shield all the remaining of the plurality of insertion ports 171. That is, for example, when the number of the insertion pins 181 is two, even if the two insertion pins 181 are inserted into any two of the plurality of insertion ports 171, the fixing plate 18 The remaining one or two or more insertion ports 171 into which the two insertion pins 181 are not inserted can be shielded without exposing them.
- the length L of the distal end of the fixed plate 18, that is, the distance between the distal end of the fixed plate 18 and the insert pin 181 closest to the distal end is determined by the two insert pins 181 described above. Is a length that can shield the remaining one or two or more insertion openings 171 that are not inserted.
- the distal end length L of the fixing plate 18 is a length that can shield the insertion openings 171C to 171E.
- the displacement mechanism 19 is a first displacement unit that displaces the fixed plate 17 in the winding direction H.
- the displacement mechanism 19 includes, for example, one rotation shaft 191, and the one rotation shaft 191 is used to displace the fixed plate 17 using the rotation operation of the displacement mechanism 19.
- the rotation shaft 191 extends, for example, in a direction intersecting the winding direction H. Even when the length of the band-type casing 11 is changed by using the adjustment mechanism 16, the fixed plate 17 is displaced by using the displacement mechanism 19 (uniaxial hinge mechanism), so that the fixed plate 17 is displaced by the user's arm. The extending direction of the fixed plate 17 can be adjusted so that the fixed plate 17 is in close contact.
- the rotation shaft 191 is, for example, a detachable spring bar.
- the fixed plate 17 is detachable in accordance with, for example, attachment and detachment of the rotation shaft 191, and thus can be replaced with another fixed plate 17.
- the configuration of the other fixed plate 19 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, another fixed plate 17 having a different number of insertion ports 171. That is, for example, by detaching the fixed plate 17 having five insertion ports 171, another fixed plate 17 having a number of insertion ports 171 other than five can be mounted.
- the displacement mechanism 20 is a second displacement unit that displaces the fixed plate 18 in the winding direction H.
- the displacement mechanism 20 includes, for example, one rotation shaft 201, and the one rotation shaft 201 is used to displace the fixed plate 18 using the rotation operation of the displacement mechanism 20.
- the rotation shaft 201 extends, for example, in a direction intersecting the winding direction H. Even when the length of the band-type housing 11 is changed using the adjustment mechanism 16, the band is fixed to the fixed plate 17 by displacing the fixing plate 18 using the displacement mechanism 20 (uniaxial hinge mechanism). The extending direction of the fixing plate 18 can be adjusted so that the plate 18 is in close contact.
- the rotation shaft 201 is a detachable spring bar, for example, like the rotation shaft 191 described above.
- the fixing plate 18 is detachable in accordance with, for example, attachment and detachment of the rotation shaft 201, it can be replaced with another fixing plate 18.
- the configuration of the other fixed plate 20 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, another fixed plate 18 having a different number of insertion pins 181. That is, for example, by detaching the fixing plate 18 having two insertion pins 181, it is possible to mount another fixing plate 18 having a number of insertion pins 181 other than two.
- the mobile phone communication element 21 is a second communication unit that performs mobile phone communication, and is housed in the housing room 11R3, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the type of the mobile phone communication element 21 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, a communication element that performs high-speed data communication based on the LTE (Long Term Evolution) standard.
- the mobile phone communication element 21 includes, for example, a flat LTE antenna 211, and the LTE antenna 211 is curved, for example, along the band-shaped housing 11 that is curved in the winding direction H. ing.
- the position of the mobile phone communication element 21 is not particularly limited as long as it is inside the storage room 11R3, for example. In particular, it is preferable that the mobile phone communication element 21 be disposed at a position away from the user's arm when the band-type casing 11 is mounted on the user's arm. If the LTE antenna 211 is too close to the human body (the user's arm), the sensitivity of the LTE antenna 211 may be reduced.
- the distance between the mobile phone communication element 21 and the human body is not particularly limited, but is, for example, about 10 mm.
- the mobile phone communication element 21 (LTE antenna 211) has, for example, a structure in which a conductor is hardly exposed. Therefore, unlike the storage room 11R1 in which the display element 12 is stored, the storage room 11R3 in which the LTE antenna 211 is stored does not need to be waterproofed.
- the vibration element 22 is an element that vibrates as needed, and is housed in the housing room 11R1, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the vibration element 22 includes, for example, a vibration motor 221, and the vibration motor 221 vibrates, for example, when the mobile phone communication element 21 receives a call.
- the wireless LAN element 23 is an element for performing wireless LAN communication, and is housed in the housing room 11R2, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the type of the wireless LAN element 23 is not particularly limited.
- the wireless LAN element 23 is a communication element that performs wireless LAN communication of Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) standard (registered trademark).
- Wi-Fi Wireless Fidelity
- the wireless LAN element 23 includes, for example, a flat Wi-Fi antenna 231, and the Wi-Fi antenna 231, for example, extends along the band-shaped casing 11 that is curved in the winding direction H. It is curved.

- the type of the power supply 24 is not particularly limited.
- the power supply 24 includes a battery.
- the type and number of batteries are not particularly limited.
- the battery is, for example, a coin-type secondary battery, and the number of batteries is, for example, two.
- This power supply 24 is housed in the housing room 11R2, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the power supply 24 includes a coin-type secondary battery
- the size of the coin-type secondary battery is small, so that a plurality of coin-type secondary batteries are placed inside the curved storage chamber 11R2. Batteries are easily stored (arranged).
- the storage room 11R2 in which the power supply 24 is stored is preferably waterproofed. This is to prevent the characteristics of the power supply 24 from deteriorating due to the ingress of moisture into the storage room 11R2.
- electronic components such as the Wi-Fi antenna 231 are stored in the storage room 11R2, it is to prevent a problem from occurring in the electronic components.
- the failures include, for example, failures and performance degradation due to short circuits and corrosion.
- the display element 12 and the like stored in the storage room 11R1 are connected to a power supply 24 stored in the storage room 11R2 via, for example, a flexible substrate (not shown). Therefore, the band-type housing 11 can be freely bent using the bending mechanism 15 while supplying power from the power supply 24 to the display element 12 and the like using the flexible substrate.
- the speaker 25 is an element that generates sound, music, and the like as needed, and is housed in the housing room 11R1, for example, as shown in FIG.

- the various circuit boards 30 include, for example, a main circuit board 301 that controls the entire band-type electronic device 10 and a fingerprint authentication circuit board 302 that controls the fingerprint authentication element 14.
- the main circuit board 301 and the fingerprint authentication circuit board 302 are housed in the housing room 11R1, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the main circuit board 31 for controlling the NFC antenna 131 is stored in a storage room 11R1 different from the storage room 11R2.
- the NFC antenna 131 and the main circuit board 31 are dispersedly arranged in the storage rooms 11R1 and 11R2. Therefore, compared to the case where the NFC antenna 131 and the main circuit board 31 are housed together in the housing room 11R2, the thickness of the band-type electronic device 10 is reduced.
- This advantage is also attributable to the fact that the main circuit board 301 for controlling the LTE antenna 211 is stored in a storage room 11R1 different from the storage room 11R3, while the LTE antenna 211 is arranged in the storage room 11R3. And similarly obtained.
- the band-type electronic device 10 may further include, for example, any one or two or more components other than the above-described series of components.
- the types of other components are not particularly limited.
- the other component is, for example, a microphone used at the time of telephone communication using the mobile phone communication element 21.
- the area S1 is used to ensure the convenience (sound collection) at the time of using the microphone and to prevent the speaker 25 from howling due to the presence of the microphone. It is preferable to arrange the microphone and arrange the speaker 25 at a position away from the microphone.
- the position of the speaker 25 in this case is not particularly limited, but is, for example, the region S2, and more specifically, near the bending mechanism 15 and near the power supply 24.
- Another component is, for example, a cradle terminal used for charging the power supply 24 and transferring data.
- another component is, for example, a light source that emits light as needed.
- the band-type electronic device 10 operates, for example, as follows. In the following, FIGS. 1 to 7 which have already been described are referred to as needed.
- the band-type electronic device 10 performs various functions described below using the above-described series of components. In this case, the operation of the band-type electronic device 10 that executes various functions is controlled by the various circuit boards 30 (the main circuit board 301 and the fingerprint authentication circuit board 302).
- the band-type electronic device 10 displays information using the display element 12 such as an organic EL display element.
- the band-type electronic device 10 performs short-range wireless communication using the short-range wireless communication element 13 including the NFC antenna 131.

- the band-type electronic device 10 performs mobile phone communication using the mobile phone communication element 21 including the LTE antenna 211.
- the band-type electronic device 10 uses the vibration element 22 including the vibration motor 221 to vibrate when the mobile phone communication element 21 receives a call.
- the band-type electronic device 10 performs wireless LAN communication using the wireless LAN element 23 including the Wi-Fi antenna 231.
- the band-type electronic device 10 uses the speaker 25 to generate a ringtone when the mobile phone communication element 21 receives a call.
- the user moves the left movable plate 173L (projection plate L2) and the right movable plate 173R (projection plate).
- the insertion pin 181 is inserted into the insertion opening 171 while pushing each of R2) inward.
- the fixing plate 18 is fixed (locked) to the fixed plate 17 after the insertion pin 181 is inserted into the insertion opening 171, the insertion pin 181 is inserted from the insertion opening 171 as shown in FIG. Can not be pulled out.
- the band-type casing 11 comes into close contact with the user's arm, and the band-type electronic device 10 is mounted on the user's arm.
- the inner diameter of the opening 11P changes by changing the insertion port 171 into which the insertion pin 181 is inserted, the inner diameter of the opening 11P can be adjusted according to the outer diameter of the user's arm. It is. Specifically, if the two insertion pins 181 are inserted into the insertion openings 171A and 171B, the inner diameter of the opening 11P increases, whereas the two insertion pins 181 are inserted into the insertion openings 171D and 171E. By doing so, the inner diameter of the opening 11P becomes smaller. Thereby, the band-type casing 11 is in close contact with the user's arm without depending on the outer diameter of the user's arm, so that the band-type electronic device 10 is easily mounted on the user's arm.
- the procedure (removal procedure) opposite to the mounting procedure of the band-type electronic device 10 described above is performed, so that the band-type electronic device is removed from the user's arm. 10 can also be removed.
- the display element 12 is arranged so as to display information toward the user in a state where the band-type housing 11 is mounted on the arm of the user.

- the short-range wireless communication element 13 when using the short-range wireless communication element 13 as a public transportation common boarding card such as Suica and PASMO, the user does not need to change the direction of the arm, and the display is performed by the display element 12. The user can use the short-range wireless communication element 13 while visually recognizing the information.
- a public transportation common boarding card such as Suica and PASMO
- the user uses the short-range wireless communication element 13 to use the short-range wireless communication element 13 as a public transportation common boarding card.
- the arm must be turned so that the element 13 faces the reader of the public transport boarding card.
- the display element 12 also faces the reader.
- the user can use the short-range wireless communication element 13 but cannot visually recognize the information displayed by the display element 12.
- the short-range wireless communication element 13 when the short-range wireless communication element 13 is located in the area S2, the user changes the direction of the arm because the short-range wireless communication element 13 is already facing the reader. Even without this, the short-range wireless communication element 13 can be used. In this case, in particular, when the short-range wireless communication element 13 is arranged in the area S1, the user has to turn the wrist to a point where it is difficult to rotate the wrist in order to use the short-range wireless communication element 13. When the short-range wireless communication element 13 is arranged in the area S2, the user can use the short-range wireless communication element 13 without turning the wrist to a position where it is difficult to rotate. In addition, while the short-range wireless communication element 13 faces the reader, the display element 12 displays information to the user, so that the user is using the short-range wireless communication element 13. Also, the information displayed by the display element 12 can be visually recognized.
- the user wearing the band-type electronic device 10 can visually recognize the information displayed on the display element 12 without performing an operation of changing the direction of the arm, and can use the short-range wireless communication element 13. Can be used. Therefore, since both the display element 12 and the short-range wireless communication element 13 can be used simultaneously, excellent convenience can be obtained.
- both the display element 12 and the short-range wireless communication element 13 are housed in the band-type housing 11. Therefore, it is possible to realize a small-sized band-type electronic device 10 having a simple appearance while securing various functions using the display element 12 and the short-range wireless communication element 13.
- the band-type electronic device 10 can be used safely while ensuring the security of information management using fingerprint authentication. Obtainable.
- the band-type electronic device 10 has the bending mechanism 15 (biaxial hinge mechanism), the band-type housing 11 can be bent at various angles using the bending mechanism 15. Accordingly, the band-type electronic device 10 is easily mounted so that the band-type housing 11 is in close contact with the user's arm, regardless of the outer diameter of the user's arm. Therefore, the user can easily wear the band-type electronic device 10 without receiving a wearing load and a feeling of strangeness at the time of wearing, so that a higher effect can be obtained.
- the bending mechanism 15 biaxial hinge mechanism
- the bending mechanism 15 is disposed between the display element 12 and the short-range wireless communication element 13, the bending mechanism 15 is disposed closer to the region S2 than the display element 12. In this case, even if the band-shaped housing 11 is bent using the bending mechanism 15, the bent portion of the band-shaped housing 11 becomes difficult to be seen by the user. Therefore, the presence of the bending mechanism 15 is less likely to affect the overall design of the band-type electronic device 10, so that a higher effect can be obtained.
- the band-type electronic device 10 includes the adjustment mechanism 16 (the fixed plate 17 and the fixed plate 18), the fixed plate 18 is fixed to the fixed plate 17 using the insertion of the insertion pin 181 into the insertion opening 171. Therefore, the band-type electronic device 10 is easily fixed to the user's arm.
- the length of the band-shaped casing 11 (the inner diameter of the opening 11P) is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism 16 so as to correspond to the outer diameter of the user's arm, so that the band-shaped casing 11 does not depend on gender or age.
- the electronic device 10 can be easily worn on the user's arm. Therefore, a higher effect can be obtained.
- the fixed plate 17 includes a left movable plate 173L and a right movable plate 173R, and the fixed plate 18 is fixed to the fixed plate 17 using the biasing state of the left movable plate 173L and the right movable plate 173R.
- the fixed plate 18 is released from the fixed plate 17 using the pressing operation of the left movable plate 173L and the right movable plate 173R by the user, the fixed operation is performed using the simple operation of the user.
- the state (fixed or open) of the fixed plate 18 with respect to the plate 17 is switched. Therefore, the user can easily attach and detach the band-type electronic device 10, so that a higher effect can be obtained.
- the fixed plate 17 can be replaced. Therefore, by replacing the fixed plate 17 with another appropriate fixed plate 17 (another fixed plate 17 in which the number of insertion openings 171 and the like are changed) according to the outer diameter of the user's arm, Since the band-type electronic device 10 is easily mounted so that the band-type housing 11 is in close contact with the user's arm, higher effects can be obtained.
- the fixing plate 20 can be replaced. Therefore, by replacing the fixing plate 18 with another appropriate fixing plate 18 (another fixing plate 18 in which the number of the projections 181 and the like is changed) according to the outer diameter of the user's arm, the user's arm is replaced. Since the band-type electronic device 10 is easily mounted so that the band-type housing 11 is in close contact with the arm, higher effects can be obtained.
- the band-type electronic device 10 includes the mobile phone communication element 21 (LTE antenna 211), and the mobile phone communication element 21 is moved from the user's arm in a state where the band-type housing 11 is mounted on the user's arm. If the mobile phone communication element 21 is arranged at a position away from the camera, the sensitivity of the mobile phone communication element 21 is ensured, so that a higher effect can be obtained.
- LTE antenna 211 LTE antenna 211
- the place where the fingerprint authentication element 14 is mounted on the band-type electronic device 10 is not limited to the place (storage room 11R1) shown in FIG. 4 and can be arbitrarily changed. That is, the fingerprint authentication element 14 may be arranged, for example, at a position that does not overlap with the display element 12.
- the fact that the mounting location can be changed arbitrarily is the same for the bending mechanism 15, the mobile phone communication element 21, the vibration element 22, the wireless LAN element 23, the power supply 24, the speaker 25, and the various circuit boards 30. In these cases, similar effects can be obtained.
- the bending mechanism 15 is preferably disposed between the display element 12 and the short-range wireless communication element 13 for the above-described reason.
- the number of bending mechanisms 15 is not limited to one, and may be two or more.
- the use of the two or more bending mechanisms 15 makes it easier for the band-type casing 11 to be in close contact with the user's arm, so that a higher effect can be obtained.
- the bending mechanisms 15 are more likely to be visually recognized by a user, and thus the presence of the bending mechanisms 15 may affect the design of the entire band-type electronic device 10.
- the mobile phone communication element 21 (LTE antenna 211) is stored in the storage room 11R3, and the LTE antenna 211 is arranged so as to be away from the human body.
- a surplus space exists inside the storage room 11R3, but the use of the surplus space is not particularly limited. Specifically, for example, nothing needs to be stored in the surplus space.
- any member that does not affect the sensitivity of the LTE antenna 211 may be stored in the surplus space. This member is, for example, a reinforcing material for reinforcing the band-type housing 11.
- a surplus space may be used as a resonance space of the speaker 25. In these cases, similar effects can be obtained.
- the band-type electronic device 10 may include any one or more types of components other than the above-described series of components, and more specifically, the above-described series of elements.
- a device other than the above may be mounted, or a mechanism other than the above-described series of mechanisms may be mounted.
- Other elements include, for example, an activity meter that measures heart rate and blood flow, an acceleration sensor that detects movement and gestures of living things such as humans, an ultraviolet sensor used for applications such as beauty and health, and an altitude measurement.

Abstract
