Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a welding method and a welding device.
  • Laser welding is known as one of the techniques for welding a workpiece made of a metal material.
  • Laser welding is a welding method in which laser light is applied to a portion to be welded of a processing target, and the portion is melted by the energy of the laser light.
  • a liquid pool of a molten metal material called a molten pool is formed in a portion irradiated with the laser beam, and thereafter, the molten pool is solidified to perform welding.
  • a profile of the laser light may be formed depending on the purpose.
  • a technique for shaping a profile of the laser beam is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
  • spatter scattered matter
  • This spatter is caused by scattering of the molten metal, and it is important to reduce the occurrence of the spatter to prevent processing defects. Since the spatter is a spatter of the molten metal, when spatter occurs, the amount of the metal material at the welding location is reduced. In other words, when the generation of spatters increases, the metal material at the welding location becomes insufficient, which may cause poor strength and the like. Further, the generated spatter adheres to the periphery of the welded portion, but if the spatter subsequently separates and adheres to an electric circuit or the like, the electric circuit becomes abnormal. Therefore, it may be difficult to perform welding on components for electric circuits.

Description

 また、加工対象に対するレーザ光の掃引速度は、0.5m/min、1m/min、2m/min、5m/min、10m/min、20m/min、または30m/minとした。
