目前市面上流行的与皮肤贴合度高的薄款面膜,其膜布很薄,一旦浸入精华液中,吸收精华之后的膜布会粘连在一起,较难分离。即使分离,膜布也很容易在分离过程中被拉扯变形,影响面膜的使用。
为了支撑承托膜布,便于膜布的分离,相关技术中将蓝膜、珠光膜等作为薄款面膜的内衬。
发明人发现,现有技术中至少存在下述问题:蓝膜、珠光膜等很容易存在重金属超标、荧光剂渗出、色素迁移等问题,对人体有潜在的危害。
发明内容
依据本公开的一些实施例的一个方面,本公开实施例提供了一种面膜片材,包括:
本体,设有眼孔以及嘴孔,所述眼孔和所述嘴孔相对于所述本体的竖直中心线对称布置;以及

在一些实施例中,所述面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的眼孔的水平中心线由上往下折叠一次得到第二折叠体;将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的嘴孔的下沿所在的水平线由下往上折叠得到折叠面膜。
在一些实施例中,所述面膜组件是无隔离膜的。
本公开另一些实施例提供一种面膜制造方法,包括以下步骤:
将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜,或者,将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次得到所述折叠面膜;或者,将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次,沿着眼孔的水平中心线和嘴孔下 沿所在的水平线各水平折叠一次的得到折叠面膜;其中,所述面膜片材包括本公开任一技术方案所提供的面膜片材;
将所述折叠面膜放入包装袋中。
在一些实施例中,所述将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的竖直中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;
将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
在一些实施例中,所述将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;
将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的竖直中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
在一些实施例中,所述将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次得到所述折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;
将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
在一些实施例中,所述将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次,沿着眼孔的水平中心线和嘴孔下沿各水平折叠一次的得到所述折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
将所述第一折叠体沿着所述眼孔的水平中心线由上往下折叠一次得到第二折叠体;
将所述第二折叠体沿着所述嘴孔下沿所在的水平线由下往上折叠一次得到折叠面膜。
在一些实施例中,面膜制造方法还包括以下步骤:
在所述包装袋中灌入流体;
封装所述包装袋。
上述技术方案提供的面膜片材,其设有凸部,且凸部沿着本体的竖直中心线非对称布置。制造面膜时,面膜片材折叠为折叠面膜放入在包装袋中。上述结构的面膜片 材使得折叠后,凸部凸出于本体的轮廓,使得消费者在使用时轻松打开面膜,减少甚至避免面膜被拉扯变形。即便面膜片材采用现有的薄款膜,在无须设置隔离膜的情况下,面膜片材也方便展开,提高了使用的便利性。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1~图3e对本公开提供的技术方案进行更为详细的阐述。
本文所用到的方位解释。以面膜片材平铺为例,眼孔11中点和嘴孔12中点的连线A所在的方向为竖直方向。竖直中心线A为本体1的竖直中心线,也为面膜片材的竖直中心线。在面膜片材的平面内,垂直于A线的B线所在的方向为水平方向。
参见图1,本公开实施例提供了一种面膜片材,包括本体1和凸部2。本体1设有眼孔11以及嘴孔12。眼孔11和嘴孔12相对于本体1的竖直中心线A对称布置。凸部2沿着本体1的边缘布置有多个凸部2。多个凸部2相对于竖直中心线A非对称布置。
所谓非对称布置是指将本体1沿着竖直中心线A对折后,凸起2是全部或者部分错开的。此处的部分错开是指部分凸起2之间相互错开,或者一个凸起2的其中一部分区域与另外一个凸起2的其中一部分错开。
凸部2的数量为两个或者两个以上,在一些实施例中以两个为例。
参见图1,在一些实施例中,存在两个凸部2均设于本体1的边缘且位置高于眼孔11的位置,该两个凸部2分别设于眼孔11的两侧。其中,当面膜片材处于沿着本体1的竖直中心线A对折的状态,该两个凸部2是错开的。面膜片材的竖直中心线A是两个眼孔11内缘的中点M和嘴孔12的中点N的连线。面膜片材的竖直中心线和本体1的竖直中心线是重合的。
凸部2的尺寸大小以便于拇指、食指捏住为宜。
参见图1所示,以图1所示的左右方向为例,位于一侧的凸部2的位置完全高于或部分高于另一侧的凸部2的位置。具体来说,比如位于左侧的凸部2位置高,位于 右侧的凸部2位置低。或者位于左侧的凸部2位置低,位于右侧的凸部2位置高。
参见图1,在一些实施例中,凸部2和本体1是一体的。比如一体裁剪形成凸部2和本体1。
参见图1,在一些实施例中,凸部2与本体1光滑过渡。该光滑过渡的结构使得面膜片材不易在凸部2与本体1的连接处撕裂,保证了产品的可靠性。
参见图1,在一些实施例中,凸部2的形状是半圆形的,该结构便于成型。
本公开另一些实施例提供一种面膜组件,包括包装袋以及本公开任一技术方案所提供的面膜片材,面膜片材位于包装袋内部;其中,面膜片材处于折叠状态,即,面膜片材被折叠为折叠面膜后放置在包装袋内。
下面介绍如何折叠形成折叠面膜。
在一些实施例中,面膜片材被构造为沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次,或者,面膜片材被构造为沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次。其中,竖直方向是指面膜片材平铺时,两个眼孔11的内缘的中点M和嘴孔12中点N的连线所在的方向,即A线所在的方向或者在面膜片材平面内平行A线的方向。水平方向是指位于面膜片材所在的平面内且垂直于竖直方向,即B线所在的方向或者在面膜片材平面内平行B线的方向。
此处,对折是指基本沿着中线折叠。竖直对折是指沿着待折体的竖直中线折叠。水平对折是指沿着待折体的水平中线折叠。
在一些实施例中,面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:先沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体。再将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的竖直中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体。最后将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。得到的折叠面膜被放置在包装袋内部。
在一些实施例中,面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:先沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体,再将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体,最后将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的竖直中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。得到的折叠面膜被放置在包装袋内部。
在一些实施例中,面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:先沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体,再将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体,最后将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。得到的折叠面膜被放置在包装袋内部。
在一些实施例中,所述面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体。将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的眼孔11的水平中心线C由上往下折叠一次得到第二折叠体。将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的嘴孔12的下沿所在的水平线D由下往上折叠得到折叠面膜。得到的折叠面膜被放置在包装袋内部。
在一些实施例中,面膜组件是无隔离膜的,避免了重金属、荧光剂、色素等潜在有害物质迁移到膜布上,导致使用面膜时造成其对皮肤的伤害。
本公开实施例又提供一种面膜制造方法,其用于得到上述实施例所介绍的面膜组件。该面膜制造方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10、将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜。或者,将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次得到折叠面膜。或者,将面膜片材沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线A对折一次,沿着眼孔11的水平中心线C和嘴孔12下沿所在的水平线D各水平折叠一次得到折叠面膜。
其中,面膜片材比如采用上述任一实施例所提供的结构。
步骤S20、将折叠面膜放入包装袋中。
在一些实施例中,面膜制造方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤S30、在包装袋中灌入流体。流体比如为精华液等液体化妆品。
步骤S40、封装包装袋。
需要说明的是,步骤S30和步骤S10、步骤S20的顺序不加以限定。在一些实施例中,以先折叠面膜片材得到折叠面膜、将折叠面膜放置到包装袋中,然后将流体灌入包装袋为例。可以理解的是,也可以先在包装袋中灌入流体,然后再放入折叠面膜。
下面介绍将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜的两种方式。
第一种折叠方法如下,参见图3a至图3e:
首先,沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线A对折一次得到第一折叠体,如图3a、图3b所示。
其次,将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的竖直中心线F对折一次得到第二折叠体,如图3c所示。
最后,将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的水平中心线E折叠得到折叠面膜。此处,若从下往上折叠第二折叠体,则还需要将折叠得到的折叠面膜反过来,以使得凸部2 位于上方。此方式如图3d和图3e所示。当然,若直接从上往下折叠第二折叠体,则可以直接从图3c所示的状态得到图3e的状态。
第二种折叠方法如下:
首先,沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线A对折一次得到第一折叠体。
其次,将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体。
最后,将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的竖直中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
下面介绍将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次得到折叠面膜的具体方式。
首先、沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体。
其次、将第一折叠体沿着第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体。
最后、将第二折叠体沿着第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
下面介绍将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次,沿着眼孔的水平中心线和嘴孔下沿各水平折叠一次得到折叠面膜的两种具体方式;
第一种折叠方法如下:
首先、沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线A对折一次得到第一折叠体。
其次、将第一折叠体沿着眼孔11的水平中心线C由上往下折叠一次得到第二折叠体。
最后、将第二折叠体沿着嘴孔12下沿所在的水平线D由下往上折叠一次得到折叠面膜。
第二种折叠方法如下:
首先、沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线A对折一次得到第一折叠体。
其次、将第一折叠体沿着嘴孔12下沿所在的水平线D由下往上折叠一次得到第二折叠体。
最后、将第二折叠体沿着眼孔11的水平中心线C由上往下折叠一次得到折叠面膜。
需要说明的是,放入到包装袋内的折叠面膜,较佳地,都将凸部2靠近包装袋的正面,以便于使用。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公 开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开保护范围的限制。
最后应当说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案而非对其限制;尽管参照较佳实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:依然可以对本公开的具体实施方式进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换;而不脱离本公开技术方案的精神,其均应涵盖在本公开请求保护的技术方案范围当中。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种面膜片材,包括:
    本体(1),设有眼孔(11)以及嘴孔(12);所述眼孔(11)和所述嘴孔(12)相对于竖直中心线对称布置;以及
    凸部(2),沿着所述本体(1)的边缘布置有多个所述凸部(2);多个所述凸部(2)相对于所述竖直中心线非对称布置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面膜片材,其中,所述凸部(2)和所述本体(1)是一体的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的面膜片材,其中,所述凸部(2)与所述本体(1)光滑过渡。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的面膜片材,其中,所述凸部(2)的形状是半圆形的。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的面膜片材,其中,所述凸部(2)的数量至少为两个,存在两个所述凸部(2)均设于所述本体(1)的边缘且位置高于所述眼孔(11)的位置,该两个所述凸部(2)分别设于所述眼孔(11)的两侧;其中,当所述面膜片材处于沿着本体(1)的竖直中心线对折的状态,两个所述凸部(2)是错开的。
  6. 一种面膜组件,包括包装袋以及权利要求1~5任一所述的面膜片材,所述面膜片材位于所述包装袋内部;其中,所述面膜片材被折叠为折叠面膜。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的面膜组件,其中,所述面膜片材被构造为沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次,或者,所述面膜片材被构造为沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次;或者,将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次,沿着所述眼孔(11)的水平中心线和所述嘴孔(12)下沿所在的水平线各水平折叠一次;
    其中,所述竖直方向与所述本体(1)的竖直中心线平行或重合;所述水平方向位于所述面膜片材所在的平面内且垂直于所述竖直方向。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的面膜组件,其中,所述面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的竖直中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的面膜组件,其中,所述面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的竖直中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的面膜组件,其中,所述面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的面膜组件,其中,所述面膜片材被构造为按照以下顺序折叠:沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的眼孔的水平中心线由上往下折叠一次得到第二折叠体;将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的嘴孔的下沿所在的水平线由下往上折叠得到折叠面膜。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的面膜组件,其中,所述面膜组件是无隔离膜的。
  13. 一种面膜制造方法,包括以下步骤:
    将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜,或者,将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次得到所述折叠面膜;或者,将所述面膜片材沿着所述面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次,沿着眼孔的水平中心线和嘴孔下沿所在的水平线各水平折叠一次的得到折叠面膜;其中,所述面膜片材包括权利要求1~5任一所述的面膜片材;
    将所述折叠面膜放入包装袋中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的面膜制造方法,其中,所述将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
    沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
    将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的竖直中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;
    将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的面膜制造方法,其中,所述将面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折两次且沿着水平方向对折一次得到折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
    沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
    将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;
    将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的竖直中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的面膜制造方法,其中,所述将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次且沿着水平方向对折两次得到所述折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
    沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
    将所述第一折叠体沿着所述第一折叠体的水平中心线对折一次得到第二折叠体;
    将所述第二折叠体沿着所述第二折叠体的水平中心线折叠得到折叠面膜。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的面膜制造方法,其中,所述将所述面膜片材沿着竖直方向对折一次,沿着眼孔的水平中心线和嘴孔下沿所在的水平线各水平折叠一次的得到所述折叠面膜包括以下步骤:
    沿着面膜片材的竖直中心线对折一次得到第一折叠体;
    将所述第一折叠体沿着所述眼孔的水平中心线由上往下折叠一次得到第二折叠体;
    将所述第二折叠体沿着所述嘴孔下沿所在的水平线由下往上折叠一次得到折叠面膜。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的面膜制造方法,其中,还包括以下步骤:
    在所述包装袋中灌入流体;
    封装所述包装袋。
