Description

灯具、灯具系统、及灯具系统的组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及发光装置,且特别涉及灯具、灯具系统、及灯具系统的组装方法。
背景技术
应市场的需求,灯具的变化越来越多元化。吊挂式的透明灯具可同时产生照明及美观的效果。
然而,一般的吊挂式灯具大多使用电缆作为电源连接,外露的电缆不但组装较复杂,且成本较高,更会导致空间产生凌乱的视觉效果。
特别是当需要多个透明灯具互相串接时,因为灯具本身外框的因素,会产生发光面不连续的问题,导致外观上较无一致性的美感,也容易出现部分暗区的现象。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种灯具,其框体设计可将电路组件、光源与导光板整合成结构简单且可快速组装的灯具。
根据本发明的上述目的,提出一种灯具。此灯具主要包含框体、导光板、至少一个光源以及电路组件。框体包含两个相对设置的侧盖、两个边条、第一整合件以及第二整合件。每一个侧盖包含承载部、以及相对的第一端与第二端。边条分别固定在侧盖上,其中边条将每一个侧盖区隔出上方通道与下方通道。第一整合件设置在侧盖的上方通道,且位于侧盖的第一端。第二整合件设置在侧盖的上方通道,且位于侧盖的第二端。导光板承载于侧盖的承载部上,且位于侧盖的下方通道中。导光板具有至少一个侧面、第一出光面以及第二出光面。其中,第一出光面与第二出光面分别连接于侧面的相对两侧,且第一出光面与第二出光面仅有靠近侧边的部分 被框体覆盖。光源设置在侧盖的承载部上,且邻设于导光板的侧面。电路组件设置在框体上,且与光源形成通电回路。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的每一个侧盖还具有侧壁以及挡板。其中,侧壁连接承载部的侧缘,挡板设置在承载部上且与侧壁形成安装空间,光源设置在挡板上。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的框体还包含第一饰盖,其覆盖第一整合件的侧面以及安装空间。其中,第一饰盖具有至少一个第一卡合部,其配置成卡合于安装空间中。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的框体还包含第二饰盖,其覆盖第二整合件的侧面以及安装空间。其中,第二饰盖具有至少一个第二卡合部,其配置成卡合于安装空间中。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的第一整合件的上方具有第一装配空间,且第二整合件的上方具有第二装配空间。电路组件包含第一连接器、第二连接器以及一组电线。第一连接器设置在第一装配空间中。第二连接器设置在第二装配空间中。电线电性连接第一连接器以及第二连接器。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的侧盖还具有侧壁以及挡板。侧壁连接承载部的侧缘,挡板设置在承载部上且与侧壁形成安装空间。光源设置在挡板上,且电线设置在至少一个侧盖的安装空间中。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的电路组件还包含驱动器。驱动器电性连接光源,其中驱动器设置在第一装配空间中。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的边条具有分别连通第一装配空间与第二装配空间的第一通孔与第二通孔。电线的一端穿过第一通孔而连接至第一连接器,另一端穿过第二通孔而连接至第二连接器。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的每一个边条具有折边。下方通道定义在折边与承载部所形成的空间,导光板设置在折边与承载部之间。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的框体还包含第一上盖以及第二上盖。第一上盖同时覆盖第一整合件与侧盖的第一端。第二上盖同时覆盖第二整合件与侧盖的第二端。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的每一个承载部的表面具有至少一个沟 槽。光源嵌设于沟槽中。
根据本发明的上述目的,另提出一种灯具系统。此灯具系统包含至少两个前述灯具以及至少两个支撑条。其中,支撑条设置在相邻的灯具的侧盖之间。其中,这些灯具的导光板互相连续接合。其中,每一个灯具的电路组件还包含驱动器,且驱动器电性连接光源。驱动器设置在第一装配空间中。其中,这些灯具中的最末端灯具的电路组件的第一连接器配置成连接外部交流电源。其中,这些灯具中的其余灯具的第一连接器接合到相邻灯具的第二连接器,以使其余灯具与最末端灯具形成串接。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的灯具系统还包含多个固定组件。这些固定组件分别穿过每一个侧盖上的穿孔,并固定在支撑条上。
根据本发明的上述目的,另提出一种灯具系统的组装方法。首先,提供至少两个前述灯具。其中,每一个灯具的侧盖具有安装空间,且每一个灯具的电路组件包含第一连接器、第二连接器以及一组电线。第一连接器设置在第一整合件中。第二连接器设置在第二整合件中。电线电性连接第一连接器以及第二连接器。接着,将至少两个支撑条分别设置在相邻的灯具的侧盖的安装空间之间。然后,将这些灯具中的一者的第一连接器接合到相邻的灯具的第二连接器,以使灯具形成串接。
依据本发明的实施例,上述的灯具的框体还包含第一饰盖以及第二饰盖。第一饰盖覆盖第一整合件的侧面以及安装空间,且第二饰盖覆盖第二整合件的侧面以及安装空间。在将支撑条设置在相邻的灯具的侧盖的安装空间之间前,前述方法还包含取下相邻的灯具的第一饰盖与第二饰盖。
依据本发明的实施例,在将上述的灯具形成串接之后,前述方法还包含使多个固定件穿过侧盖以固定支撑条。
由上述可知,本发明的灯具主要利用其框体设计将电路组件、光源与导光板整合成结构简单且可快速组装的灯具。此外,本发明的框体设计并不会遮盖到导光板的主要出光面,故当多个灯具串接形成灯具系统时,每个灯具的导光板可互相并合形成连续的平面,进而使得灯具系统具有较佳的外观。

具体实施方式
以下实施例中所提到的方向用语,例如「上方」、「下方」、「X方向」、「Y方向」等,仅是参考附图的方向。因此,使用的方向用语用来说明,而非用来限制本发明。
请同时参照图1及图2,图1是绘示依照本发明的实施方式的灯具系统的装置示意图,图2是绘示依照本发明的实施方式的灯具的分解示意图。本实施方式的灯具系统100主要由至少两组灯具(例如灯具200及300)互相串接所形成。灯具200主要包含框体210、导光板220、至少一个光源230以及电路组件240。框体210包含两个相对设置的侧盖211、两个边条212、第一整合件213、第二整合件214、第一饰盖215、第二饰盖216、第一上盖217以及第二上盖218。
请同时参照图2及图3,其中图3是绘示图2的A部分的放大示意图。在一实施例中,侧盖211沿着第一方向D1(例如X方向)设置,且侧盖211具有相对的第一端211a以及第二端211b。其中,侧盖211包含 承载部211c、侧壁211d以及挡板211e。侧壁211d连接于承载部211c的侧缘,挡板211e垂直地设置在承载部211c上,且与侧壁211d形成安装空间211f。光源230设置在挡板211e上,且嵌设于承载部211c上的沟槽211g中。在一实施例中,光源230为发光二极管灯条,且其两端设有卡合片231,其配置成卡合在沟槽211g上。
请一并参照图4,其是绘示沿着图1的A-A剖面线剖切的剖面图。边条212同样沿着第一方向D1设置,且固定在侧盖211上。而且,边条212可将侧盖211区隔出上方通道A1与下方通道A2。其中,上方通道A1定义在边条212的上表面与侧盖211的侧壁211d所围成的空间。在一些实施例中,边条212具有折边212a,下方通道A2定义在边条212的折边212a与侧盖211的承载部211c所围成的空间。
请再次参照图2及图4,导光板220设置在下方通道A2中,且位于折边212a与承载部211c之间。导光板220具有至少一个侧面221、第一出光面222以及第二出光面223,其中第一出光面222与第二出光面223分别连接于侧面221的相对两侧。在本实施例中,导光板220靠近侧面221的部分设置在边条212的折边212a与侧盖211的承载部211c之间。而且,侧面221为入光面,邻设于设置在承载部211c上的光源230。也就是说,导光板220的第一出光面222与第二出光面223仅有靠近侧边的部分设置在边条212与侧盖211之间(也就是仅有靠近侧边的部分被框体210覆盖)。
请同时参照图2、图3及图5,其中图5是绘示沿着图1的B-B剖面线剖切的剖面图。第一整合件213与第二整合件214沿着第二方向D2(例如Y方向)设置。第一整合件213设置在侧盖211的上方通道A1,且连接于侧盖211的第一端211a。第二整合件214设置在侧盖211的上方通道A1,且连接于侧盖211的第二端211b。在一实施例中,第一整合件213的上方具有第一装配空间213a,且第二整合件214的上方具有第二装配空间214a。第一装配空间213a与第二装配空间214a主要用来设置电路组件240中的部分组件。
在本实施例中,电路组件240设置在框体210上,且与光源230形成 通电回路。具体而言,电路组件240包含第一连接器241、第二连接器242、一组电线243、以及驱动器244。第一连接器241与驱动器244设置在第一整合件213的第一装配空间213a中,第二连接器242设置在第二整合件214的第二装配空间214a中。电线243设置在侧盖211的安装空间211f中,且电线243的一端穿过边条212的第一通孔212b而连接至第一连接器241,电线243的另一端穿过边条212的第二通孔212c而连接至第二连接器242。驱动器244配置成将交流电转成直流电,以供光源230使用。
请同时参照图2、图6A及图6B,其中图6A及图6B是分别绘示依照本发明的实施方式的灯具串接状态的方块示意图以及结构示意图。应清楚,灯具200与灯具300实质上为相同的结构,相同的符号代表相同的元件。在本实施例中,灯具200为第一盏灯具(最末端的灯具),当灯具200与灯具300互相串接时,灯具200的第二连接器242连接至灯具300的第一连接器241,且灯具200的第一连接器241连接外部交流电源P1。外部交流电源P1所提供的交流电可通过灯具200的第一连接器241分别分配至灯具200的驱动器244以及灯具200的第二连接器242。因此,传送至灯具200的驱动器244的交流电将被驱动器244转换成直流电,以供灯具200的两侧光源230使用。传至灯具200的第二连接器242的交流电则进一步传至灯具300中,以使灯具200与灯具300形成通电回路。同样地,灯具300的第一连接器241可将来自灯具200的交流电分配至灯具300的驱动器244,且灯具300的驱动器244进一步将交流电转换成直流电,以供灯具300的两侧光源230使用。在其他实施例中,若灯具300继续连接下一盏灯具的话,传送至灯具300的第一连接器241的交流电也可通过电线243传送至灯具300的第二连接器242中,以进一步传至下一盏灯具。
在一些实施例中,前述灯具200的第一连接器241可为三并快接头(3-WAY QUICK TERMINALS)(如图5所示),其可以设置于灯具200之中,并不显露于外,外部交流电源P1的电线穿伸到灯具200之中,再由三并快接头型第一连接器241将交流电分别分配至灯具200的驱动器 244以及灯具200的第二连接器242。另一方面,灯具300的第一连接器241可为一分二的快接头(connector splitter),其接头部分显露于外,以供前述灯具200的第二连接器242的同样显露于外的接头部分予以简易对接,从而将交流电则进一步传至灯具300中。
请再次参照图2,第一饰盖215用来覆盖第一整合件213的侧面以及安装空间211f,且第一饰盖215具有第一卡合部215a,其配置成卡合于安装空间211f中。第二饰盖216用来覆盖第二整合件214的侧面以及安装空间211f,且第二饰盖216具有第二卡合部216a,其配置成卡合于安装空间211f中。此外,第一上盖217同时覆盖第一整合件213与侧盖211的第一端211a,第二上盖218同时覆盖第二整合件214与侧盖211的第二端211b。
根据以上所述,本发明还提出一种灯具系统的组装方法。此方法主要包含以下步骤。请同时参照图2、图7及图8,其中图7是绘示依照本发明的实施方式的灯具拆除第二饰盖的示意图,图8是绘示依照本发明的实施方式的支撑条设置在灯具的安装空间之间的示意图。首先,提供至少两个前述灯具,例如灯具200及灯具300。接着,如图7所示,取下灯具200的第二饰盖216、以及取下灯具300的第一饰盖215。然后,如图8所示,将至少两个支撑条400分别设置在相邻的灯具200及300的侧盖211的安装空间211f之间。具体而言,支撑条400的一部分插入灯具200的侧盖211的安装空间211f中,另一部分位于灯具300的侧盖211的安装空间211f中,以增加灯具200与灯具300的结合稳定度。在一些例子中,可使多个固定件f1穿过侧盖211,以固定支撑条400。然后,如图6B所示,可将灯具300的第一连接器241接合到相邻的灯具200的第二连接器242,以使灯具200与灯具300形成串接,进而形成如图1所示的灯具系统100。
由于本发明采用交流电源作为供电手段,因此在灯具串接时,如图1所示,无论有几组灯具,都只会有单一条外部交流电源线从天花板向下延伸而连接到最末端的灯具,其余的灯具就都不需要再设置连接到天花板上的外部交流电源线,因此设计上会显得更为简单。
另外,在其他实施例中,也可以采用悬吊钢缆中包覆电源线的型式,如此一来,还可以省略最末端的灯具的外部交流电源线,直接通过其悬吊钢缆来将外部交流电传导至灯具之中,因此整体设计更加单纯、简洁。
应清楚,如图7及图8所示,第一整合件213与第二整合件214设置在侧盖211的上半部,导光板220设置在侧盖211的下半部,且当第一饰盖215与第二饰盖216被移除后,导光板220沿着第二方向D2的相对两个侧面与第一整合件213及第二整合件214的侧面切齐。藉此,当灯具200与灯具300串接在一起时,灯具200的导光板220与灯具300的导光板220互相连续接合。也就是说,灯具的导光板220的第二出光面223与灯具300的导光板220的第二出光面223可形成连续的表面。外观上较有一致性的美感,也不容易产生部分暗区的现象。
在一些实施例中,灯具的形状并不限于矩形。请参照图9所示,其是绘示依照本发明的另一实施方式的灯具系统的装置示意图。在本实施例中,灯具系统500由矩形灯具与L形灯具互相串接而成,且每一组灯具的导光板的出光面互相接合形成连续的表面。
由本发明的上述实施方式可知,本发明的灯具主要是利用其框体设计将电路组件、光源与导光板整合成结构简单且可快速组装的灯具。此外,本发明的框体设计并不会遮盖到导光板的主要出光面,故当多个灯具串接形成灯具系统时,每个灯具的导光板可互相并合形成连续的平面,进而使得灯具系统具有较佳的外观。
虽然本发明的实施例已揭露如上,然而其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,应当可以做出些许改动与润饰,故本发明的保护范围应当以所附的权利要求书为准。

  1. 一种灯具,包含:
    框体,其包含
    两个相对设置的侧盖,每一所述侧盖包含承载部、以及相对的第一端与第二端;
    两个边条,其分别固定在所述侧盖上,其中所述边条将每一所述侧盖区隔出上方通道与下方通道;
    第一整合件,其设置在所述侧盖的所述上方通道,且位于所述侧盖的所述第一端;以及
    第二整合件,其设置在所述侧盖的所述上方通道,且位于所述侧盖的所述第二端;
    导光板,其承载于所述侧盖的所述承载部上,且位于所述侧盖的所述下方通道中,其中所述导光板具有至少一个侧面、第一出光面以及一第二出光面,其中所述第一出光面与所述第二出光面分别连接于所述侧面的相对两侧,且所述第一出光面与所述第二出光面仅有靠近侧边的部分被所述框体覆盖;
    至少一个光源,其设置在至少一个所述侧盖的所述承载部上,且邻设于所述导光板的所述侧面;以及
    电路组件,其设置在所述框体上,且与所述光源形成通电回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中每一所述侧盖还具有侧壁以及挡板,其中所述侧壁连接所述承载部的侧缘,所述挡板设置在所述承载部上且与所述侧壁形成安装空间,所述光源设置在所述挡板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中所述框体还包含第一饰盖,其覆盖所述第一整合件的侧面以及所述安装空间,其中所述第一饰盖具有至少一个第一卡合部,其配置成卡合于所述安装空间中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中所述框体还包含第二饰盖,其覆盖所述第二整合件的侧面以及所述安装空间,其中所述第二饰盖具有至少一个第二卡合部,其配置成卡合于所述安装空间中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中所述第一整合件的上方具有第一装配空间,且所述第二整合件的上方具有第二装配空间;
    其中所述电路组件包含:
    第一连接器,其设置在所述第一装配空间中;
    第二连接器,其设置在所述第二装配空间中;以及
    一组电线,其电性连接所述第一连接器以及所述第二连接器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中每一所述侧盖还具有侧壁以及挡板,其中所述侧壁连接所述承载部的侧缘,所述挡板设置在所述承载部上且与所述侧壁形成安装空间,所述光源设置在所述挡板上,且所述一组电线设置在至少一个所述侧盖的所述安装空间中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中所述电路组件还包含驱动器,所述驱动器电性连接所述光源,其中所述驱动器设置在所述第一装配空间中。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中至少一个所述边条具有分别连通所述第一装配空间与所述第二装配空间的第一通孔与第二通孔,且所述一组电线的一端穿过所述第一通孔而连接至所述第一连接器,另一端穿过所述第二通孔而连接至所述第二连接器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中每一所述边条具有折边,所述下方通道定义在所述折边与所述承载部所形成的空间,所述导光板设置在所述折边与所述承载部之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中所述框体还包含第一上盖以及第二上盖,所述第一上盖同时覆盖所述第一整合件与所述侧盖的所述第一端,所述第二上盖同时覆盖所述第二整合件与所述侧盖的所述第二端。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中每一所述承载部的表面具有至少一个沟槽,所述光源嵌设于所述至少一个沟槽中。
  12. 一种灯具系统,包含:
    至少两个根据权利要求5、6、8中任一项所述的灯具;以及
    至少两个支撑条,设置在相邻的所述灯具的所述侧盖之间;
    其中,所述灯具的所述导光板互相连续接合;
    其中,每一所述灯具的所述电路组件还包含驱动器,且所述驱动器电性连接所述光源;
    其中,所述灯具中的最末端灯具的所述电路组件的所述第一连接器配置成连接外部交流电源;
    其中,所述灯具中的其余灯具的所述第一连接器接合到相邻灯具的所述第二连接器,以使其余灯具与最末端灯具形成串接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灯具系统,还包含多个固定组件,所述固定组件分别穿过每一所述侧盖上的至少一个穿孔,并固定在所述支撑条上。
  14. 一种灯具系统的组装方法,包含:
    提供至少两个根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中每一所述侧盖具有安装空间,且每一所述灯具的所述电路组件包含
    第一连接器,其设置在所述第一整合件中;
    第二连接器,其设置在所述第二整合件中;以及
    一组电线,其电性连接所述第一连接器以及所述第二连接器;
    将至少两个支撑条分别设置在相邻的所述灯具的所述侧盖的所述安装空间之间;以及
    将所述灯具中的一者的所述第一连接器接合到相邻灯具的所述第二连接器,以使所述灯具形成串接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中每一所述灯具的所述框体还包含第一饰盖以及第二饰盖,其中所述第一饰盖覆盖所述第一整合件的侧面以及所述安装空间,所述第二饰盖覆盖所述第二整合件的侧面以及所述安装空间;
    其中,将所述支撑条分别设置在相邻的所述灯具的所述侧盖的所述安装空间之间前,所述方法还包含取下相邻的所述灯具的所述第一饰盖与所述第二饰盖。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中将所述灯具形成串接之后,所述方法还包含使多个固定件穿过所述侧盖以固定所述支撑条。
