스마트 공장에서 사용되는 기술들 중 하나는 가상 공장을 구축하는 것이다. 가상 공장은 실제 공장이 모델링되어 가상 환경에서 구현된 것이다. 실제 공장에서 수행되는 공정도 모델링되어 가상 환경에서 구현된 공장 모델에 표현된다. 따라서, 가상 공장이 이용되면, 실제 공장에서 실제로 제품이 생산되지 않더라도, 제품을 생산하는 과정들이 가상 환경에서 시뮬레이션을 통하여 가상으로 재연되거나 모사될 수 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 실제 공장의 상황을 반영하는 가상 공장을 구축하고, 실제 공장의 상황을 분석하는 컴퓨팅 시스템 및 그 컴퓨팅 시스템을 이용하여 실제 공장을 관리하는 방법을 제공하는 데에 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 컴퓨팅 시스템은 데이터 베이스 및 가상 공장 구축 모듈을 포함할 수 있다. 데이터 베이스는 모델링 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 가상 공장 구축 모듈은 실제 공장에서 이용되는 하나 이상의 설비의 외부에 있는 제 1 위치로부터 감시되는 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 1 부분에 제품이 위치하는 경우 출력되는 제 1 신호, 및 하나 이상의 설비의 외부에 있는 제 2 위치로부터 감시되는 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 2 부분에 제품이 위치하는 경우 출력되는 제 2 신호에 기초하여 계산되는 제 1 신호가 출력된 시각과 제 2 신호가 출력된 시각 사이의 시간 차이, 및 모델링 데이터에 기초하여 제 1 부분으로부터 제 2 부분까지 수행되는 작업의 진행 상황이 표시되는 가상 공장을 구축할 수 있다. 제 1 위치는 제 2 위치와 이격되고, 제 1 부분은 제 2 부분과 이격될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 컴퓨팅 시스템을 이용하는 방법은 실제 공장에서 제품을 생산하기 위해 이용되는 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 1 부분에 제품이 위치하는 경우 하나 이상의 설비의 외부에 있는 제 1 위치로부터 제 1 부분을 감시하는 제 1 모니터링 장치에 의해 제 1 신호를 출력하는 단계; 제 1 제품이 제 1 부분과 상이한 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 2 부분에 제품이 위치하는 경우 하나 이상의 설비의 외부에 있는 제 2 위치로부터 제 2 부분을 감시하는 제 2 모니터링 장치에 의해 제 2 신호를 출력하는 단계; 데이터 처리 모듈에 의해 제 1 신호 및 제 2 신호에 기초하여 제품이 제 1 부분에 위치한 시각과 제품이 제 2 부분에 위치한 시각 사이의 시간 차이를 계산하는 단계; 및 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 시간 차이에 기초하여 제 1 부분으로부터 제 2 부분까지 수행되는 제 1 작업의 진행 상황을 분석하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명은 실제 공장과 관련된 데이터를 실제 공장으로부터 수집할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 모니터링 장치는 설비 상에 설치되어 설비와 관련된 데이터를 수집할 수 있다. 또한, 모니터링 장치는 설비와 인접한 주변 영역에 설치되어 설비 뿐만 아니라 공정과 관련된 데이터도 수집할 수 있다.
본 발명은 실제 공장으로부터 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 실제 공장의 상황을 실시간으로 분석하고, 예측할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 실제 공장의 상황이 실시간으로 분석하고 예측되므로, 사용자는 분석 결과 및 예측 결과를 참조하여 공장의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 생산 계획을 실시간으로 수립할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자는 분석 결과 및 예측 결과를 참조하여 공장에서 수행되는 작업 및 공장에서 생산되는 제품을 최적의 상태로 관리할 수 있다.
본 발명은 실제 공장으로부터 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 실제 공장의 상황을 실시간으로 반영하는 가상 공장을 구축할 수 있다. 따라서, 실제 공장의 상황이 실시간으로 한눈에 표시될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 클라우드(cloud) 상에 가상 공장을 구축하고, 실제 공장의 상황을 분석할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 사용자들은 복수의 서버를 통해 가상 공장에 접근하고, 실제 공장의 상황을 분석한 결과를 확인할 수 있다.

본 발명은 실제 공장(1000)으로부터 실제 공장(1000)과 관련되는 데이터를 수집하고, 실제 공장(1000)과 관련되는 데이터를 이용하여 실제 공장(1000)의 상황이 반영된 가상 공장을 구축할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 실제 공장(1000)과 관련되는 데이터를 이용하여 실제 공장(1000)의 상황을 분석할 수 있다.
본 발명은 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 실제 공장(1000)의 상황을 분석한 분석 결과(2200) 및 가상 공장(2100)을 2차원 영상 및/또는 3차원 영상으로 표시할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 표시된 가상 공장(2100) 및 분석 결과(2200)를 참조하여 실제 공장(1000)을 관리할 수 있다. 사용자는 가상 공장(2100) 및 분석 결과(2200)를 참조하여 실제 공장(1000)의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 생산 계획을 수립할 수 있다.

데이터 수집 장치(100)는 설비 데이터 수집 장치(110), 수송 장치 데이터 수집 장치(120), 수송 용기 데이터 수집 장치(130), 작업자 데이터 수집 장치(140), 및 공장 데이터 수집 장치(150)를 포함할 수 있다. 데이터 수집 장치들(110, 120, 130, 140)은 실제 공장(1000)으로부터 실제 공장(1000)과 관련된 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)를 수집할 수 있다. 데이터 수집 장치들(110, 120, 130, 140, 150) 및 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)는 도 4 내지 도 6을 참조하여 자세하게 설명될 것이다.
데이터 수집 장치들(110, 120, 130, 140, 150)은 각각 인터페이스들(111, 121, 131, 141, 151)을 통해 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)를 미들웨어 시스템(middleware system, 200)으로 출력할 수 있다. 이하에서 장치들 및 모듈들이 데이터를 출력 및/또는 수신하는 것으로 표현되나, 이는 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 것으로 실제 장치들 및 모듈들은 데이터를 포함하는 신호를 출력 및/또는 수신할 수 있다.

데이터(d1)는 실제 공장(1000)을 분석하기 위한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 예로서, 데이터(d01)는 설비 데이터 수집 장치(110)에 의해 촬영된 영상에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 데이터 처리 모듈(220)은 데이터(d01)를 이용하여, 실제 공장(1000)에서 작업을 수행하는데 소요되는 작업 시간을 계산할 수 있다. 데이터(d1)는 작업 시간에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05) 및 데이터(d1)에 관하여는 도 3 내지 도 6을 참조하여 자세하게 설명될 것이다.
데이터 처리 모듈(220)에서 데이터를 처리함으로써, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)으로 전달되는 데이터의 양이 줄어들 수 있고, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)에서 처리되는 데이터의 양이 감소할 수 있다. 또한, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)에서 처리되는 데이터의 양이 감소함으로써 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)이 데이터를 처리하는 속도가 빨라질 수 있다.
데이터 처리 모듈(220)은 데이터(d1)를 인터페이스(230)로 출력할 수 있다. 미들웨어 시스템(200)은 인터페이스(230)를 통해 데이터(d1)를 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)으로 출력할 수 있다.
컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 인터페이스(310), 데이터베이스(320), 모델링 모듈(330), 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340), 디스플레이 장치(350) 및 데이터 분석 모듈(360)을 포함할 수 있다. 몇몇 실시 예에서, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 소프트웨어로 구현된 일부 동작들 및 기능들의 프로그램 코드의 명령어 집합을 실행하도록 구성되는 연산 처리 장치 및 연산 처리 장치에 의해 이용되는 데이터를 저장하기 위한 메모리를 더 포함할 수 있다. 아래에서 설명되는 몇몇 모듈들은 프로그램 코드로 구현될 수 있고, 연산 처리 장치에 의해 실행될 수 있다.

예로서, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 근거리 네트워크 또는 원거리 네트워크를 통해 데이터 수집 장치(100)로 연결될 수 있다. 미들웨어 시스템(200)은 네트워크 상에서 데이터 수집 장치(100)와 컴퓨팅 시스템(300) 사이의 통신을 중재할 수 있고, 데이터 처리 모듈(220)을 이용하여 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)을 위한 적절한 데이터 처리를 수행할 수 있다.

예로서, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 클라우드(cloud) 환경에서 구동되는 가상 공장(2100)을 구축하고, 실제 공장(1000)의 상황을 분석할 수 있다. 예로서, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 AWS(Amazon Web Service), Microsoft Azure 등을 이용할 수 있으며, 자체적으로 클라우드 서버 또는 웹 서버를 구축하여 이용할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자들은 하나 이상의 서버를 통해 가상 공장(2100)에 접근하고, 가상 공장(2100)에 접근함으로써 실제 공장(1000)의 상황을 분석한 결과를 확인할 수 있다.
디스플레이 장치(350)는 도 1에 도시된 것처럼 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 실제 공장(1000)의 상황을 분석한 분석 결과(2200) 및 가상 공장(2100)을 2차원 영상 및/또는 3차원 영상으로 표시할 수 있다.
데이터베이스(320)는 설비들 각각의 위치 및 크기, 작업자들의 수, 및 공장에서 수행되는 공정들의 종류 등과 같은 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 데이터베이스(320)는 사전에 사용자에 의해 입력되는 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 예로서, 사용자는 가상 공장을 구축하기 위해 컴퓨팅 시스템을 동작시키기 전에 데이터베이스(320)에 데이터를 입력할 수 있다. 다른 예로서, 사용자는 데이터 수집 장치(100)가 실제 공장(1000)으로부터 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)를 수집하기 전에 데이터베이스(320)에 데이터를 입력할 수 있다.

모델링 모듈(330)은 데이터베이스(320)에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 모델링 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 예로서, 모델링 모듈(330)은 오토캐드(Auto CAD), 쓰리디 맥스(3D MAX), 프로이(Pro-E)등과 같은 2D, 3D 모델링 프로그램 및 퀘스트(QUEST), 이엠플랜트(eM-Plant), 아레나(ARENA)등과 같은 시뮬레이션 프로그램 등을 포함할 수 있다.
모델링 모듈(330)은 설비들, 수송 장치들, 수송 용기들, 제품들 및 작업자들의 3D 캐드(Computer Aided Design, CAD) 정보를 이용하여 설비들, 수송 장치들, 제품들, 작업자들, 공정들 및 공장들 각각에 대한 모델링 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 모델링 데이터는 모델링 데이터에 대응하는 구성을 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 2차원 및/또는 3차원 형태의 모델로 표시하기 위한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 예로서, 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 설비 모델링 데이터를 이용하여 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 2차원 및/또는 3차원 형태의 설비 모델을 표시할 수 있다. 데이터베이스(320)는 생성된 모델링 데이터를 저장할 수 있다.
가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 인터페이스(310)로부터 데이터(d2)를 수신할 수 있다. 데이터(d2)는 데이터(d1)에 포함된 정보 중 일부를 포함할 수 있다. 예로서, 데이터(d2)는 설비들 각각의 크기 및 위치, 수송 장치들의 속도, 수송 용기들의 속도, 및 작업자들의 수 및 공정의 종류와 수 등에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2)를 이용하여 실제 공장(1000)의 상황이 반영된 가상 공장(2100)을 구축할 수 있다. 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2)에 대응하는 모델링 데이터를 데이터베이스(320)에서 검출할 수 있다. 데이터베이스(320)가 데이터(d2)를 이용하여 실시간으로 모델링 데이터를 생성하는 경우는 도 13을 참조하여 자세하게 설명될 것이다.
가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2) 및 모델링 데이터를 이용하여 데이터(d3)를 생성할 수 있다. 데이터(d3)는 실제 공장(1000)의 상황이 반영된 가상 공장(2100)에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d3)를 디스플레이 장치(350)로 출력할 수 있다.
디스플레이 장치(350)는 데이터(d3)를 수신할 수 있다. 디스플레이 장치(350)는 데이터(d3)를 이용하여, 도 1에 도시된 것처럼, 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 가상 공장(2100)을 2차원 영상 및/또는 3차원 영상으로 표시할 수 있다.
데이터 분석 모듈(360)은 인터페이스(310)로부터 데이터(d4)를 수신할 수 있다. 데이터(d4)는 데이터(d1)에 포함된 정보 중 일부를 포함할 수 있다. 예로서, 데이터(d4)는 작업 시간(Processing Time), MTTR(Mean Time To Repair), 및 MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) 등에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
데이터 분석 모듈(360)은 데이터(d4)를 이용하여 데이터(d5)를 생성할 수 있다. 데이터(d5)는 실제 공장(1000)의 현재 상황을 분석한 결과 및/또는 실제 공장(1000)의 미래 상황을 예측한 결과에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 데이터 분석 모듈(360)은 데이터(d5)를 디스플레이 장치(350)로 출력할 수 있다.
디스플레이 장치(350)는 데이터(d5)를 수신할 수 있다. 디스플레이 장치(350)는 데이터(d5)를 이용하여, 도 1에 도시된 것처럼, 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 실제 공장(1000)의 현재 상황 및/또는 실제 공장(1000)의 미래 상황에 대해 분석 및 예측한 분석 결과(2200)를 표시할 수 있다.

데이터 처리 모듈(220)은 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)를 이용하여 데이터(d1)를 생성할 수 있다. 데이터 처리 모듈(220)은 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)에 포함된 일부 정보를 처리하여 데이터(d0)를 생성할 수 있다. 따라서, 데이터(d0)는 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)에 포함된 정보의 일부와 동일한 정보를 포함할 수 있고, 데이터(d01, d02, d03, d04, d05)에 포함된 정보의 일부를 변환하여 얻어지는 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 도 3은 도 4 내지 도 6과 함께 설명될 것이다.

S440 동작에서, 미들웨어 시스템(200)은 데이터(d1)를 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)으로 전송할 수 있다. 컴퓨팅 시스템(300)은 데이터(d1)를 수신할 수 있다.
S450 동작에서, 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2)를 수신할 수 있다. 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2)를 이용하여 데이터(d3)를 생성할 수 있다. 데이터(d3)는 가상 공장에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d3)를 디스플레이 장치(350)로 출력할 수 있다. S450 동작은 도 13을 참조하여 자세하게 설명될 것이다.
S460 동작에서, 데이터 분석 모듈(360)은 데이터(d4)를 수신할 수 있다. 데이터 분석 모듈(360)은 데이터(d4)를 이용하여 데이터(d5)를 생성할 수 있다. 데이터(d5)는 실제 공장의 상황을 분석한 분석 결과에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 데이터 분석 모듈(360)은 데이터(d5)를 디스플레이 장치(350)로 출력할 수 있다.
S470 동작에서, 디스플레이 장치(470)는 데이터(d3, d5)를 수신할 수 있다. 디스플레이 장치(350)는 데이터(d3, d5)를 이용하여 디스플레이 패널(2000)에 가상 공장(2100) 및 실제 공장(1000)의 상황을 분석한 분석 결과(2200)를 2차원 영상 및/또는 3차원 영상으로 표시할 수 있다.
도 13은 도 2의 가상 공장 구축 모듈에서 가상 공장을 구축하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다. 도 13에 도시된 동작들(S515~S560)은 도 12를 참조하여 설명된 S450 동작에 해당한다.
S510 동작에서, 인터페이스(310)는 미들웨어 시스템(200)으로부터 데이터(d1)를 수신할 수 있다.
S515 동작에서, 인터페이스(310)는 수신된 데이터(d1)에 기초하여 데이터(d2)를 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)로 전송할 수 있다.
S520 동작에서, 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2)를 데이터베이스(320)로 전송할 수 있다.
S525 동작에서, 데이터베이스(320)는 데이터(d2)를 저장할 수 있다.
S530 동작에서, 데이터베이스(320)는 데이터(d2)를 모델링 모듈(330)로 전송할 수 있다.
S535 동작에서, 모델링 모듈(330)은 데이터(d2)를 이용하여 데이터(d2)에 대응하는 모델링 데이터를 생성할 수 있다.
S540 동작에서, 모델링 모듈(330)은 모델링 데이터를 데이터베이스(320)로 전송할 수 있다.
S545 동작에서, 데이터베이스(320)는 모델링 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 데이터베이스(320)는 모델링 데이터와 데이터(d2) 사이의 대응 관계에 대한 정보를 저장할 수 있다. S525 동작 내지 S545 동작을 통해, 데이터베이스(320)는 모델링 데이터, 데이터(d2), 및 모델링 데이터와 데이터(d2) 사이의 대응 관계에 대한 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 데이터베이스(320)에 모델링 데이터, 데이터(d2), 및 모델링 데이터와 데이터(d2) 사이의 대응 관계에 대한 정보가 저장된 경우, 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터베이스(320)에서 데이터(d2)에 대응하는 모델링 데이터를 검출할 수 있다.
S550 동작에서, 데이터베이스(320)는 모델링 데이터를 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)로 전송할 수 있다.
S555 동작에서, 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d2) 및 모델링 데이터를 이용하여 데이터(d3)를 생성할 수 있다. 데이터(d3)는 실제 공장(1000)의 상황이 반영된 가상 공장(2100)에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
S560 동작에서, 가상 공장 구축 모듈(340)은 데이터(d3)를 디스플레이 장치(350)로 전송할 수 있다.
S565 동작에서, 디스플레이 장치(350)는 데이터(d3)에 기초하여 디스플레이 패널(2000)을 통해 가상 공장(2100)의 시각화된 형상을 출력할 수 있다.
상술된 내용은 본 발명을 실시하기 위한 구체적인 실시 예들이다. 본 발명은 상술된 실시 예들뿐만 아니라, 단순하게 설계 변경되거나 용이하게 변경할 수 있는 실시 예들 또한 포함할 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 실시 예들을 이용하여 용이하게 변형하여 실시할 수 있는 기술들도 포함될 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 범위는 상술된 실시 예들에 국한되어 정해져서는 안되며 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 발명의 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 가상 공장을 구축하기 위한 컴퓨팅 시스템에 있어서,
    모델링 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 베이스; 및
    실제 공장에서 이용되는 하나 이상의 설비의 외부에 있는 제 1 위치로부터 감시되는 상기 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 1 부분에 상기 제품이 위치하는 경우 출력되는 제 1 신호, 및 상기 하나 이상의 설비의 상기 외부에 있는 제 2 위치로부터 감시되는 상기 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 2 부분에 상기 제품이 위치하는 경우 출력되는 제 2 신호에 기초하여 계산되는 상기 제 1 신호가 출력된 시각과 상기 제 2 신호가 출력된 시각 사이의 시간 차이, 및 상기 모델링 데이터에 기초하여 상기 제 1 부분으로부터 상기 제 2 부분까지 수행되는 작업의 진행 상황이 표시되는 상기 가상 공장을 구축하는 가상 공장 구축 모듈을 포함하되,
    상기 제 1 위치는 상기 제 2 위치와 이격되고,
    상기 제 1 부분은 상기 제 2 부분과 이격되는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 신호는 상기 제품이 상기 제 1 부분에 위치하는 경우 상기 제 1 위치로부터 상기 제 1 부분이 촬영된 영상에 대한 정보를 포함하고,
    상기 제 2 신호는 상기 제품이 상기 제 2 부분에 위치하는 경우 상기 제 2 위치로부터 상기 제 2 부분이 촬영된 영상에 대한 정보를 포함하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가상 공장 구축 모듈은 상기 실제 공장으로부터 수집되는 데이터 및 상기 모델링 데이터에 기초하여 상기 실제 공장의 상황이 반영된 상기 가상 공장을 구축하도록 구성되는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 시간 차이에 기초하여 상기 작업의 상기 진행 상황을 분석하는 데이터 분석 모듈을 더 포함하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  5. 실제 공장의 상황을 분석하기 위해 컴퓨팅 시스템을 이용하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 실제 공장에서 제품을 생산하기 위해 이용되는 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 1 부분에 상기 제품이 위치하는 경우 상기 하나 이상의 설비의 외부에 있는 제 1 위치로부터 상기 제 1 부분을 감시하는 제 1 모니터링 장치에 의해 제 1 신호를 출력하는 단계;
    상기 제 1 제품이 상기 제 1 부분과 상이한 상기 하나 이상의 설비 상의 제 2 부분에 상기 제품이 위치하는 경우 상기 하나 이상의 설비의 상기 외부에 있는 제 2 위치로부터 상기 제 2 부분을 감시하는 제 2 모니터링 장치에 의해 제 2 신호를 출력하는 단계;
    데이터 처리 모듈에 의해 상기 제 1 신호 및 상기 제 2 신호에 기초하여 상기 제품이 상기 제 1 부분에 위치한 시각과 상기 제품이 상기 제 2 부분에 위치한 시각 사이의 시간 차이를 계산하는 단계; 및
    상기 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 상기 시간 차이에 기초하여 상기 제 1 부분으로부터 상기 제 2 부분까지 수행되는 제 1 작업의 진행 상황을 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 작업의 진행 상황을 분석한 분석 결과를 디스플레이 패널에 시각화된 형상으로 표시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 상기 시간 차이에 기초하여 제 2 작업의 진행 상황을 예측하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
    상기 제 2 작업은 상기 제 1 작업이 수행된 이후에 상기 제 1 부분으로부터 상기 제 2 부분까지 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 부분 및 상기 제 2 부분이 상기 하나 이상의 설비 중 하나의 설비에 위치하는 경우, 상기 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 상기 시간 차이에 기초하여 상기 하나의 설비의 동작 상태에 대해 분석하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 시간 차이는 상기 하나의 설비의 작업 시간(Processing Time)이고,
    상기 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 상기 작업 시간에 기초하여 상기 하나의 설비의 평균 고장 수리 시간(Mean Time To Repair, MTTR), 및 평균 고장 간격(Mean Time Between Failures, MTBF)을 계산하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
    상기 하나의 설비의 상기 동작 상태에 대해 분석하는 단계는 상기 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 상기 작업 시간, 상기 평균 고장 수리 시간 및 상기 평균 고장 간격에 기초하여 상기 하나의 설비의 상기 동작 상태를 분석하는 방법.
  10. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 제품이 상기 하나 이상의 설비 중 제 1 설비에서 시작되어 상기 하나 이상의 설비 중 제 2 설비에서 완료되는 공정을 통해 생산되고 상기 제 1 부분이 상기 제 1 설비 상에 위치하고 상기 제 2 부분이 상기 제 2 설비 상에 위치하는 경우, 상기 컴퓨팅 시스템에 의해 상기 시간 차이에 기초하여 상기 공정의 진행 상황에 대해 분석하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
