Description

一种液氮罐 技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物样本储存装置,尤其涉及一种液氮罐。
背景技术
深低温生物样本库是目前医药领域和生物领域研究工作重要的基础设备,通过液氮的低温保存可以让血液、干细胞和免疫细胞等生物组织长期保持活性。现有技术中均是将提取的生物样本,存放在冻存管中,然后将冻存管存放在冻存盒或冻存管板架内;再将冻存盒或冻存管板架放入到液氮罐中存放。通常的液氮罐因设置问题,用于存储冻存盒或板架,但效果不佳,液氮的挥发效率较高,同时不能实现很好的存取功能,降低实验人员的存储效率,同时由于液氮罐的保冷效果不佳影响生物样本的存储活性。
技术问题
本实用新型目的是提供一种液氮罐,解决现有技术中,对冻存管或冻存和或板架的储存效果不佳,液氮的挥发效率较高,不能实现较好的存取功能,降低实验人员的存储效率,影响生物样本的存储活的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:一种液氮罐,包括罐体、储存架及驱动组件;
所述罐体包括罐盖、罐本体、真空腔层和隔温腔层;
所述罐盖盖设在所述罐本体上;且所述罐本体上开设有存取门;
所述罐本体内设有储存腔,所述储存腔外围设置有隔温腔层,所述隔温腔层外围设置有真空腔层;
所述储存架设置在所述储存腔内,且所述储存架可储存多个冻存管板架;
所述驱动组件可驱动所述储存架在所述储存腔内旋转且上下运动;且可带动多个冻存管板架运动到与所述存取门相对应的位置。
优选的,所述隔温腔层内设置有保温材料,所述保温材料为PIR、PUR、EPP、EPS或气凝胶。
优选的,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、拔叉件及控制丝杠;
所述驱动电机的电机轴与所述主动齿轮同轴连接,所述主动轮与所述从动齿轮啮合,所述从动齿轮的下端面设置有拔叉件;
所述拔叉件为内部中空的筒状,且所述拔叉件外围径向上向内开设有操作通道,所述操作通道将所述拔叉件分成了一侧端的第一子拔叉件,另一侧端的第二子拔叉件;
所述储存架中部开设有第一控制通道、第二控制通道及丝杠操作通道;
所述第一子拔叉件设置在所述第一控制通道内,且所述第一控制通道对所述第一拔叉件进行周向上的限制,所述第二子拔叉件设置在所述第二控制通道内,且所述第二控制通道对所述第二子拔叉件进行周向上的限制;
所述控制丝杠固定在所述储存腔内,且所述控制丝杠穿过拔叉件,进入丝杠操作通道,且延伸至丝杠操作通道外部;
所述丝杠操作通道内部上端设置有第一丝杠螺母,所述丝杠操作通道外部下端设置有第二丝杠螺母,所述控制丝分别与所述第一丝杠螺母及第二丝杠螺母螺纹连接。
优选的,所述储存架中部设置有控制槽,所述第一控制通道、第二控制通道及丝杠操作通道均设置在所述控制槽内,且所述丝杠操作通道设置在所述第一控制通道与所述第二控制通道之间;所述控制槽外部设有多个分割板,所述多个分割板周向上将储存架分割成多个储存区,所述储存区内轴向上设置有多个储存板,所述多个储存板将储存区分割成多个储存槽;冻存管板架可放置在所述储存槽内;
所述多个储存区上部和下部均开设有多个通氮孔。
优选的,所述罐体还包括保温板及固定板,所述固定板固定在所述罐本体内,所述保温板设置在所述固定板的上端面上,所述罐盖盖设在所述保温板上;
所述驱动电机设置在所述罐盖的上端面上,且所述驱动电机的电机轴延伸穿过所述保温板及固定板设置有从动齿轮。
优选的,所述储存板上均开设有通氮孔。
优选的,还包括固定座,所述控制丝杠上端固定在所述固定板上,所述控制丝杠的下端固定在所述固定座上。
有益效果
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:设置有罐本体、真空腔层及隔温腔层,储存架设置在所述罐本体内,所述隔温腔层为真空腔,隔冷保温;同时又设置隔温腔层,隔温腔层设置保温材料;这样形成了双腔层隔温,大大提高了液氮罐的保温隔冷效果;减少了液氮的挥发,能够较好的存取,提高实验人员的存储效率,保证生物样本的存储活性。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步阐述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种液氮罐,包括罐体1、储存架2及驱动组件3;所述罐体1包括罐盖4、罐本体5、真空腔层6和隔温腔层7;所述罐盖4盖设在所述罐本体5上;且所述罐本体5上开设有存取门8;所述罐本体5内设有储存腔9,所述储存腔9外围设置有隔温腔层7,所述隔温腔层7外围设置有真空腔层6;所述储存架2设置在所述储存腔9内,且所述储存架2可储存多个冻存管板架10;所述驱动组件3可驱动所述储存架2在所述储存腔9内旋转且上下运动;且可带动多个冻存管板架10运动到与所述存取门8相对应的位置。
当需要对存有生物样本的冻存管板架10进行提取时,利用驱动组件3驱动储存架2,使其储存架2上需要提取的冻存管(即冻存管板架10)转动上下运动到与存取门8相对应的位置后,打开存取门8对冻存管进行提取。因罐体1设置有真空腔层6及隔温腔层7,真空腔层6为真空的,起到了较好的隔冷保温的作用;隔温腔层7内设置保温材料,进一步的隔冷保温;这样设置,通过双腔层,液氮罐可以更好的起到了隔冷保温功能大大提高了液氮罐的保温隔冷效果;减少了液氮的挥发,能够较好的存取,提高实验人员的存储效率,保证生物样本的存储活性。
本实施例优选的进一步实施方式,所述隔温腔层7内设置有保温材料,所述保温材料为PIR、PUR、EPP、EPS或气凝胶。
现有技术中的液氮罐及驱动液氮罐提取的机构设计的局限性,液氮罐的开口设置在顶部,现有技术中均是利用驱动液氮罐提取的机构将整个液氮罐内储存架提升出来,然后再选出需要的冻存管;这种设置在提取或储存冻存管时,对整个冻存环境有较大的破坏性影响;因此本实用新型提出了进一步的一种驱动组件3;本实施例优选的进一步实施方式,所述驱动组件3包括驱动电机11、主动齿轮12、从动齿轮13、拔叉件14及控制丝杠15;所述驱动电机11的电机轴与所述主动齿轮12同轴连接,所述主动轮12与所述从动齿轮13啮合,所述从动齿轮13的下端面设置有拔叉件14;
所述拔叉件14为内部中空的筒状,且所述拔叉件14外围径向上向内开设有操作通道16,所述操作通道16将所述拔叉件14分成了一侧端的第一子拔叉件17,另一侧端的第二子拔叉件18;所述储存架2中部开设有第一控制通道19、第二控制通道20及丝杠操作通道21;
所述第一子拔叉件17设置在所述第一控制通道19内,且所述第一控制通道19对所述第一子拔叉件17进行周向上的限制,所述第二子拔叉件18设置在所述第二控制通道20内,且所述第二控制通道20对所述第二子拔叉件18进行周向上的限制;所述控制丝杠15固定在所述储存腔9内,且所述控制丝杠15穿过拔叉件14,进入丝杠操作通道21,且延伸至丝杠操作通道21外部; 所述丝杠操作通道21内部上端设置有第一丝杠螺母22,所述丝杠操作通道21外部下端设置有第二丝杠螺母23,所述控制丝杠15分别与所述第一丝杠螺母22及第二丝杠螺母23螺纹连接。
所述驱动电机11带动与其电机轴同轴连接的主动齿轮12转动,所述主动齿轮12带动从动齿轮13转动;所述拔叉件14设置在所述从动齿轮13下端面上,因此带动拔叉件14转动;因第一子拔叉件17和第二子拔叉件18分别设置在第一控制通道19及第二控制通道20内,第一控制通道19与第二控制通道20均分别对第一子拔叉件17及第二子拔叉件18在周向上限制,因此拔叉件14转动的同时,在第一控制通道19及第二控制通道20内对整个储存架进行周向转动的推动,从而带动储存架2转动;由设置有丝杠操作通道21,内部上端设置有第一丝杠螺母22,所述丝杠操作通道21外部下端设置有第二丝杠螺母23,控制丝杠15固定在储存腔9内,当储存架2旋转时,第一丝杠螺母22和第二丝杠螺母23在控制丝杠15上做旋转运动,从而第一丝杠螺母22和第二丝杠螺母23相对控制丝杠15做上下运动,因此实现了储存架2围成控制丝杠15一边旋转一边上述或下降的运动;从而达到将目标冻存管或冻存管板架运动到与存取门8相对的位置;这种设置可存取门8设置的只有冻存管或冻存管板架相应的大小,不需要对整个储存架2进行作用;充分保障了液氮罐内的储存环境,不会因为提取或存储动作对整个冻存环境进行影响,而不会对冻存管造成破坏性影响;大大提高了存储的安全性。
本实施例优选的进一步实施方式,所述储存架2中部设置有控制槽24,所述第一控制通道19、第二控制通道20及丝杠操作通道21均设置在所述控制槽24内;且所述丝杠操作通道21设置在所述第一控制通道19与所述第二控制通道20之间;所述控制槽24外部设有多个分割板25,所述多个分割板25周向上将储存架2分割成多个储存区26,所述储存区26内轴向上设置有多个储存板27,所述多个储存板27将储存区26分割成多个储存槽28;冻存管板架10可放置在所述储存槽28内;所述多个储存区26上部和下部均开设有多个通氮孔29。这种设置,在储存架2进行旋转上升或旋转下降运动时,保证了液氮罐底部的通氮装置输出的氮气能够充分的扩散到整个储存腔内,保证生物样本的存储安全性。
本实施例优选的进一步实施方式,所述罐体1还包括保温板30及固定板31,所述固定板31固定在所述罐本体5内,所述保温板30设置在所述固定板31的上端面上,所述罐盖4盖设在所述保温板30上;所述驱动电机11设置在所述罐盖1的上端面上,且所述驱动电机11的电机轴延伸穿过所述保温板30及固定板31设置有从动齿轮13。这样设置,保温板30,可有保温材料为PIR、PUR、EPP、EPS或气凝胶,进一步提高液氮罐的隔冷保温效果。
本实施例优选的进一步实施方式,所述储存板27上均开设有通氮孔29。进一步的保证整个液氮罐内的通氮效果。
本实施例优选的进一步实施方式,还包括固定座33,所述控制丝杠15上端固定在所述固定板31上,所述控制丝杠15的下端固定在所述固定座33上。这样设置保证结构的稳定性。

    所述罐本体内设有储存腔,所述储存腔外围设置有隔温腔层,所述隔温腔层外围设置有真空腔层;
    所述储存架设置在所述储存腔内,且所述储存架可储存多个冻存管板架;
    所述驱动组件可驱动所述储存架在所述储存腔内旋转且上下运动;且可带动多个冻存管板架运动到与所述存取门相对应的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液氮罐,其特征在于,所述隔温腔层内设置有保温材料,所述保温材料为PIR、PUR、EPP、EPS或气凝胶。
