背景技术
目前市场上电连接器输出端都采用直出线方式,壳体上设有出线口结构,电缆直接通过壳体的出线口结构并密封处理后直接连接到整车控制器。此方案要求电缆与出线口结构精密配合以保证壳体内的密封性,使得壳体制造精度提高,生产工艺难度加大,成本相应提高。同时,电连接器输出端采用直出线方式无法对电缆型号和长短做出调整,无法满足不同车型的电缆长度、型号不同的使用,造成使用不便,更不利于标准化、平台化应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有电连接器输出端采用直出线方式,使得壳体制造精度提高,生产工艺难度加大,成本相应提高,无法满足不同车型的电缆长度、型号不同的使用,造成使用不便等缺陷,而提供一种电连接器。

较佳地,所述安装板包括有板本体和若干个加厚部,所述接插本体穿过且连接于所述板本体,所述板本体的一面连接于所述壳体,若干个所述加厚部均位于所述板本体的另一面,所述加厚部的一端连接于所述板本体,所述加厚部的另一端向外延伸凸起,所述安装板上开设有若干个安装孔,若干个所述安装孔与若干个所述加厚部一一对应,所述安装孔贯穿于所述加厚部和所述板本体,且所述安装孔通过紧固件连接于所述壳体。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过在加厚部上设置安装孔并连接于壳体,有效加强了标准接插件与壳体之间的连接强度,提高了电连接器的稳定性,且节省了壳体的内部空间资源。
较佳地,所述安装板还包括有若干个加强筋,所述加强筋的两端分别连接于所述板本体和所述加厚部。

在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过防呆件与定位孔实现精确定位,且便于壳体与标准接插件的安装连接,提高了电连接器的稳定性。
较佳地,所述防呆件、所述安装板与所述接插本体之间一体成型。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,有效加强了标准接插件的结构强度,提高了电连接器的稳定性。同时,加工制作方便,且便于安装连接。
较佳地,所述安装板与所述壳体之间压设有密封圈,且所述密封圈连接不间断地环绕于所述出线口,所述安装板朝向所述壳体的一面设有凹槽,所述密封圈插入所述凹槽 内。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过密封圈有效加强了壳体内部的密封性,保证了电连接器的稳定可靠性,延长了电连接器的使用寿命。

较佳地,所述标准接插件的外周面上设有至少一个导向槽,所述导向槽沿所述匹配件的插入方向延伸设置,所述匹配件设有至少一个导向部,所述导向槽与所述导向部一一对应,且所述导向部能够在所述导向槽内滑移;
或者,所述标准接插件的外周面上设有至少一个导向部,所述导向部沿所述匹配件的插入方向延伸设置,所述匹配件设有至少一个导向槽,所述导向槽与所述导向部一一对应,且所述导向部能够在所述导向槽内滑移。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过导向部与导向槽起到导向定位的作用,提高了匹配件与标准接插件的插接精度,提高了电连接器的稳定性。

本发明的积极进步效果在于:
本发明的电连接器,把壳体与标准接插件的连接方式,壳体造型简单化,加工简易化,成本节约化,制造安装难度,提高生产效率。同时,通过标准接插件和匹配件可实现电连接器的标准化,且可根据需求调整,达到不同使用场景。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在的实施例范围之中。
如图1至图9所示,本发明实施例的电连接器包括壳体1和若干个接插组件2,壳体1上开设有若干个出线口11,若干个接插组件2与若干个出线口11一一对应,接插组件2包括标准接插件21和匹配件22,标准接插件21连接于壳体1,且标准接插件21穿过出线口11,匹配件22的一端可拆卸地连接于标准接插件21,匹配件22的另一端用于连接于外部的线束。
电连接器在连接前,标准接插件21穿过出线口11与壳体1内部的线束相连接,使得标准接插件21与壳体1可作为标准件,实现标准接插件21与壳体1的标准化,使得壳体1造型简单化,加工简易化,成本节约化,制造安装难度,提高了电连接器的生产效率。同时,匹配件22可以根据不同车型可作为选择型件,匹配件22可根据线束的长短不同以及连接规格不同来作需求调整,最后将匹配件22连接于标准接插件21实现电连接器的连接使用,达到不同使用场景。
标准接插件21可以为高压插座,匹配件22可以为高压插头,高压插座与高压插头相配合,高压插头可拆卸地插接于高压插座,线束连接于高压插头并通过高压插头与壳体1内部电连接。或者,标准接插件21也可以为高压插头,匹配件22为高压插座,高压插座与高压插头相配合,高压插头可拆卸地插接于高压插座,线束连接于高压插座并通过高压插座与壳体1内部电连接。当然,标准接插件21还可以为低压插座,匹配件22为低压插头,低压插座与低压插头相配合,低压插头可拆卸地插接于低压插座,线束连接于低压插头并通过低压插头与壳体1内部电连接。或者,标准接插件21为低压插头,匹配件22为低压插座,低压插座与低压插头相配合,低压插头可拆卸地插接于低压插座,线束连接于低压插座并通过低压插座与壳体1内部电连接。在本发明实施例中,附图4和附图5的标准接插件21为高压插座,附图6的匹配件22为高压插头,附图7和附图8的标准接插件21为低压插座,附图9的匹配件22为低压插头。
标准接插件21包括有安装板211和接插本体212,安装板211连接于壳体1,接插本体212穿过安装板211和出线口11并连接于安装板211,匹配件22插接于接插本体 212。接插本体212的一端与壳体1内部的线束相连接,并通过安装板211与壳体1连接固定,通过接插本体212的另一端与匹配件22之间可拆卸连接,结构简单,且使用方便。
安装板211包括有板本体2111和若干个加厚部2112,接插本体212穿过且连接于板本体2111,板本体2111的一面连接于壳体1,若干个加厚部2112均位于板本体2111的另一面,加厚部2112的一端连接于板本体2111,加厚部2112的另一端向外延伸凸起,安装板211上开设有若干个安装孔2113,若干个安装孔2113与若干个加厚部2112一一对应,安装孔2113贯穿于加厚部2112和板本体2111,且安装孔2113通过紧固件连接于壳体1。通过在加厚部2112上设置安装孔2113,并通过安装孔2113连接于壳体1,有效加强了标准接插件21与壳体1之间的连接强度,提高了电连接器的稳定性,且节省了壳体1的内部空间资源。
安装板211还包括有若干个加强筋2114,加强筋2114的两端分别连接于板本体2111和加厚部2112。通过加强筋2114有效加强了标准接插件21的结构强度,提高了电连接器的稳定性。
标准接插件21还包括有至少一个防呆件213,防呆件213可以连接于安装板211,壳体1上设有至少一个匹配部,匹配部与防呆件213一一对应并相适配;防呆件213也可以连接于接插本体212,且该防呆件213与匹配部一一对应并相适配。通过防呆件213便于标准接插件21安装连接于壳体1上。
在本发明实施例中,高压插座上的防呆件213连接在安装板211上,低压插座的防呆件213连接在接插本体212上。在本发明实施例的高压插座上,防呆件213的一端连接于安装板211朝向壳体1的一面,防呆件213的另一端向外延伸凸起,壳体1的匹配部为定位孔12,防呆件213插入定位孔12内。通过防呆件213与定位孔12实现精确定位,且便于壳体1与标准接插件21的安装连接,提高了电连接器的稳定性。在本发明实施例的低压插座上,防呆件213的一端连接于接插本体212的外周面,防呆件213的另一端沿接插本体212的径向方向向外延伸凸起,壳体1的匹配部为缺口13,防呆件213通过缺口13。
防呆件213、安装板211与接插本体212之间可以一体成型。有效加强了标准接插件21的结构强度,提高了电连接器的稳定性。同时,加工制作方便,且便于安装连接。
安装板211与壳体1之间压设有密封圈2116,且密封圈2116连接不间断地环绕于出线口11,安装板211朝向壳体1的一面设有凹槽2115,密封圈2116插入凹槽2115内。通过密封圈2116有效对出线口11实现密封效果,有效加强了壳体1内部的密封性,保证了电连接器的稳定可靠性,延长了电连接器的使用寿命。同时,通过凹槽2115便于密 封圈2116的安装连接,且凹槽2115可为密封圈2116的形变预留有空间,有效防止密封圈2116产生损坏。
在本发明实施例的高压插座和高压插头中,标准接插件21的外周面上设有至少一个导向槽214,导向槽214沿匹配件22的插入方向延伸设置,匹配件22设有至少一个导向部221,导向槽214与导向部221一一对应,且导向部221能够在导向槽214内滑移。匹配件22在插接于标准接插件21时,导向部221在导向槽214内滑移,通过导向部221与导向槽214起到导向定位的作用,提高了匹配件22与标准接插件21的插接精度,提高了电连接器的稳定性。
在本发明实施例的低压插座和低压插头中,标准接插件21的外周面上设有至少一个导向部221,导向部221沿匹配件22的插入方向延伸设置,匹配件22设有至少一个导向槽214,导向槽214与导向部221一一对应,且导向部221能够在导向槽214内滑移。通过导向部221与导向槽214起到导向定位的作用,提高了匹配件22与标准接插件21的插接精度,提高了电连接器的稳定性。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明的保护范围由所附权利要求书限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电连接器,其特征在于,其包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上开设有若干个出线口;
    若干个接插组件,若干个所述接插组件与若干个所述出线口一一对应,所述接插组件包括标准接插件和匹配件,所述标准接插件连接于所述壳体,且所述标准接插件穿过所述出线口,所述匹配件的一端可拆卸地连接于所述标准接插件,所述匹配件的另一端用于连接于外部的线束。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述标准接插件包括有安装板和接插本体,所述安装板连接于所述壳体,所述接插本体穿过所述安装板和所述出线口并连接于所述安装板,所述匹配件插接于所述接插本体。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述安装板包括有板本体和若干个加厚部,所述接插本体穿过且连接于所述板本体,所述板本体的一面连接于所述壳体,若干个所述加厚部均位于所述板本体的另一面,所述加厚部的一端连接于所述板本体,所述加厚部的另一端向外延伸凸起,所述安装板上开设有若干个安装孔,若干个所述安装孔与若干个所述加厚部一一对应,所述安装孔贯穿于所述加厚部和所述板本体,且所述安装孔通过紧固件连接于所述壳体。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述安装板还包括有若干个加强筋,所述加强筋的两端分别连接于所述板本体和所述加厚部。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述标准接插件还包括有至少一个防呆件,所述防呆件连接于所述安装板和/或所述接插本体,所述壳体上设有至少一个匹配部,所述匹配部与所述防呆件一一对应并相适配。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述防呆件的一端连接于所述安装板朝向所述壳体的一面,所述防呆件的另一端向外延伸凸起,所述匹配部为定位孔,所述防呆件插入所述定位孔内;
    和/或,所述防呆件的一端连接于所述接插本体的外周面,所述防呆件的另一端沿所述接插本体的径向方向向外延伸凸起,所述匹配部为缺口,所述防呆件通过所述缺口。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述防呆件、所述安装板与所述接插本体之间一体成型。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述安装板与所述壳体之间压设有密封圈,且所述密封圈连接不间断地环绕于所述出线口,所述安装板朝向所述壳体的一 面设有凹槽,所述密封圈插入所述凹槽内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述标准接插件为高压插座,所述匹配件为高压插头,或者,所述标准接插件为高压插头,所述匹配件为高压插座,所述高压插座与所述高压插头相配合;
    或者,所述标准接插件为低压插座,所述匹配件为低压插头,或者,所述标准接插件为低压插头,所述匹配件为低压插座,所述低压插座与所述低压插头相配合。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述标准接插件的外周面上设有至少一个导向槽,所述导向槽沿所述匹配件的插入方向延伸设置,所述匹配件设有至少一个导向部,所述导向槽与所述导向部一一对应,且所述导向部能够在所述导向槽内滑移;
    或者,所述标准接插件的外周面上设有至少一个导向部,所述导向部沿所述匹配件的插入方向延伸设置,所述匹配件设有至少一个导向槽,所述导向槽与所述导向部一一对应,且所述导向部能够在所述导向槽内滑移。
