Abstract
Description
ウイルスは、構造的にエンベロープの有無から大きく2種類に分類され、インフルエンザウイルスは、エンベロープを持つエンベロープ型ウイルスであり、ノロウイルスは、エンベロープを持たない非エンベロープ型ウイルスである。
従来、ウイルスを不活化するために、一般的には、加熱処理、エタノール等の有機溶媒を用いた処理、界面活性剤を用いた処理等によって、ウイルスを死滅させる方法が知られている。これらの方法は、エンベロープ型ウイルスに対して特に有効な不活化処理として知られている。しかしながら、非エンベロープ型ウイルスは、上記の処理に対して抵抗性を有しており、エンベロープ型ウイルスに対するほどの効果が期待できない。
特許文献1には、[M2+ 1-xM3+ x(OH)2][An- x/n・mH2O](式中、M2+は2価の金属イオンを、M3+は3価の金属イオンを表し、An- x/nは層間陰イオンを表し、0<x<1であり、nはAの価数、0≦m<1である)で表されるハイドロタルサイトと繊維とを含む複合体及びその製造方法が開示されており、複合体では抗ウイルス性が低いため、銅のチオスルファト溶液で処理した場合に性能が向上することが記載されている。
特許文献2には、ケイ素含有化合物(シロキサン化合物等)を含有し、膜面pHが6以下の抗ウイルス膜が開示されている。
特許文献3には、銀と、特定構造を有するポリアルキレンビグアナイド化合物及び/又はその塩とを含む抗ウイルス性組成物が開示されている。
1.(A)Al元素と、Mg元素と、O元素とを含む化合物、(B)アルカリ金属元素又はアルカリ土類金属元素と、Si元素と、O元素とを含む化合物、及び、(C)2価の金属元素を含む水酸化物から選ばれた少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とする非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。
2.上記化合物(A)が、下記式(1)で表される化合物である上記項1に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。

(式中、x及びyは整数である。)
3.上記化合物(B)が、ケイ酸塩である上記項1又は2に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。
4.上記水酸化物(C)がアルカリ土類金属元素を含む化合物である上記項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。
5.上記項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス製品。
6.上記項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤と、接着剤樹脂とを含有することを特徴とするコーティング剤組成物。
7.上記項6に記載のコーティング剤組成物と、基材とを用いて、該基材の表面に塗膜を形成させる工程と、上記塗膜を乾燥する工程とを備えることを特徴とする抗ウイルス製品の製造方法。
本発明に係る実施形態の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤は、化合物(A)、化合物(B)及び水酸化物(C)のいずれか1種であってよいし、これらのうちの2種の組み合わせ又は3種の組み合わせであってもよい。

上記一般式(1)において、x及びyの関係は、好ましくはx>yである。
[M2+ 1-pM3+ p(OH)2]q+[An- p/n・mH2O]q- (2)
(式中、M2+は2価の金属イオンであり、M3+は3価の金属イオンであり、An- p/nは層間陰イオンであり、0<p≦0.33であり、nはAの価数であり、0≦m<1である。)
上記一般式(2)において、M2+としては、Mg2+イオン、Ca2+イオン、Ba2+イオン等が挙げられる。また、M3+としては、Fe3+イオン、Al3+イオン、La3+イオン等が挙げられる。
上記一般式(2)で表される化合物としては、M2+がMg2+イオンであり、M3+がAl3+イオンである化合物が好ましい。
上記化合物(B)は、好ましくはケイ酸塩であり、より好ましくはケイ酸ナトリウムである。ケイ酸ナトリウムとしては、Na2SiO3、Na4SiO4、Na2Si2O5、Na2Si4O9等で表される化合物が知られているが、これらのうち、Na2Si2O5が好ましい。
上記水酸化物(C)は、好ましくは水酸化カルシウムである。
また、本発明に係る実施形態の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤は、樹脂又はその前駆体とともに含まれる成形加工用の樹脂組成物に適用することができる。その後、所定形状とするための成形加工を行い、非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤を含む成形品を得ることができる。このような成形品は、後述される抗ウイルス製品の一例である。
上記接着剤樹脂は、媒体の種類により、適宜、選択されるが、媒体が、水、又は、水と水溶性有機溶剤との混合物である場合、水溶性樹脂及び水不溶性樹脂のいずれでもよい。 上記接着剤樹脂としては、アクリル樹脂、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体又はその変性物(酸変性物等)、エチレン・塩化ビニル共重合体、塩化ビニル・酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニル、変性オレフィン樹脂(塩素化ポリオレフィン等)、ポリエステル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、スチレン・ブタジエン共重合体、スチレン・イソプレン共重合体、スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン・エチレン・ブチレン・スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン・エチレン・プロピレン・スチレンブロック共重合体、水素添加スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレンブロック共重合体、水素添加スチレン・エチレン・ブチレン・スチレンブロック共重合体、水素添加スチレン・エチレン・プロピレン・スチレンブロック共重合体等が挙げられる。これらのうち、アクリル樹脂が好ましい。
このような抗ウイルス製品を製造するための製造方法は、コーティング剤組成物を基材に塗布し、塗膜を形成する工程(以下、「塗布工程」という)と、形成された塗膜を乾燥する工程(以下、「乾燥工程」という)とを備える。
上記のように、コーティング剤組成物を用いて得られたもの、及び、非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤と、樹脂又はその前駆体とを含有する樹脂組成物を、従来、公知の成形加工法に供して得られた成形品は、非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス製品の好適な例である。後者の樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物及び硬化性樹脂組成物のいずれでもよい。また、得られる樹脂成形品において、非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤の一部が表出している場合は、非エンベロープ型ウイルスの不活化効果に優れる。
下記の各成分からなる抗ウイルス剤V1~V6を用いた。
(1)V1
レーザー回折式粒度分布計による粒子径が0.1~30μmの焼成ハイドロタルサイト(化学式:Mg7Al3O11.5で表される複合酸化物)粉末である。
(2)V2
レーザー回折式粒度分布計による粒子径が0.1~30μmのケイ酸ナトリウム(化学式:Na2Si2O5で表されるケイ酸塩)粉末である。
(3)V3
レーザー回折式粒度分布計による粒子径が0.1~30μmの水酸化カルシウム粉末である。
(4)V4
レーザー回折式粒度分布計による粒子径が0.1~30μmの雲母粉末である。
(5)V5
レーザー回折式粒度分布計による粒子径が0.1~30μmのMFI型ゼオライト(Na型)粉末である。
(6)V6
レーザー回折式粒度分布計による粒子径が0.1~30μmのMFI型ゼオライト(H型)粉末である。
実施例1~3及び比較例1~3
上記の各抗ウイルス剤の性能評価を、JIS L 1922(繊維製品の抗ウイルス性試験方法)に示された方法を応用して行い、得られた抗ウイルス活性値(Mv)により、抗ウイルス性を判定した。尚、JIS L 1922によれば、3>Mv≧2.0で効果が発揮され、Mv≧3.0で十分な効果があると評価分類されている。
抗ウイルス剤に、その濃度が0.1質量%となるように精製水を加えた。次いで、この液体900μLに対して、ウイルス感染価が1~5×107PFU/mLのネコカリシウイルス液100μLを加え、混合液を25℃で2時間静置した。その後、混合液を回収し、プラック数測定法に供し、ウイルス感染価を計測した。また、対照試料として、試験試料に代えてリン酸緩衝生理食塩水(PBS)900μLを用いる以外は、試験試料と同様にしてウイルス感染価を計測した。
抗ウイルス剤の性能を、下記式で得られる抗ウイルス活性値(Mv)で評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

実施例4
抗ウイルス剤V1と、接着剤樹脂としてアクリル樹脂を含み、媒体として水を含むバインダーとを、抗ウイルス剤及び接着剤樹脂の質量比が1:1となるように混合し、コーティング組成物を製造した。次いで、このコーティング組成物に、目付が25g/m2のポリエステル製生地を浸漬した。その後、130℃で乾燥して、抗ウイルス剤V1の添着量が3g/m2である抗ウイルス加工生地を製造した。
抗ウイルス剤V1に代えて、抗ウイルス剤V2を用いた以外は、実施例4と同様にして、抗ウイルス加工生地を製造した。
抗ウイルス剤V1に代えて、抗ウイルス剤V3を用いた以外は、実施例4と同様にして、抗ウイルス加工生地を製造した。
非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤は、非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス製品の製造用原料として用いるだけでなく、物品に既に付着しているウイルスに接触させることにより、不活化させることができる。
Claims (7)
- (A)Al元素と、Mg元素と、O元素とを含む化合物、(B)アルカリ金属元素又はアルカリ土類金属元素と、Si元素と、O元素とを含む化合物、及び、(C)2価の金属元素を含む水酸化物から選ばれた少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とする非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。
- 前記化合物(A)が、下記式(1)で表される化合物である請求項1に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。

(式中、x及びyは整数である。) - 前記化合物(B)が、ケイ酸塩である請求項1又は2に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。
- 前記水酸化物(C)がアルカリ土類金属元素を含む化合物である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤を含有することを特徴とする抗ウイルス製品。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の非エンベロープ型抗ウイルス剤と、接着剤樹脂とを含有することを特徴とするコーティング剤組成物。
- 請求項6に記載のコーティング剤組成物と、基材とを用いて、該基材の表面に塗膜を形成させる工程と、前記塗膜を乾燥する工程とを備えることを特徴とする抗ウイルス製品の製造方法。
