Description
Claims (15)
- 一种取件提醒方法,包括:获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知;响应于确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间,包括:预先设置多个时间点,将所述用户取件行为数据中的多个取件时间分别加入至对应的时间点;对多个所述时间点对应的取件次数进行统计,选择取件次数最大值对应的时间点作为预测取件时间;其中,在取件次数最大值对应的时间点有多个的情况下,从与所述取件次数最大值对应的时间点中随机选择一个作为预测取件时间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述选择取件次数值最大的时间点作为预测取件时间,包括:当取件次数最大值大于取件次数阈值时,确定选择的预测取件时间有效。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果,包括:在与所述目标快递柜所在区域匹配的门禁系统,和车牌监控系统中的至少之一对所述目标用户的监控结果。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果,包括:在标准取件等待时间内未取件之后,获取所述目标用户的预测取件时间,并获取与所述预测取件时间间隔目标等待时间的监测时间;在到达所述监测时间之前,监测到所述目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和车牌识别进入记录中至少之一的情况下,向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知;在到达所述监测时间之前,未监测到所述目标用户的门禁识别进入记录和 车牌识别进入记录的情况下,在监测时间向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述在到达所述监测时间之前,监测到所述目标用户的车牌识别进入记录的情况下,向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知,还包括:当监测到车牌识别进入记录时,通过车牌监控系统语音播报取件提醒通知。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知之后,还包括:在确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,且未存储与所述目标用户对应的预测取件时间的情况下,根据所述用户的当前取件场所类型,获取至少两个默认提醒时间点;在到达所述至少两个默认提醒时间点中的任一个默认提醒时间点之前的目标等待时间内,向用户发送取件提醒信息。
- 一种取件提醒装置,包括:预测取件时间生成模块,设置为获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;取件通知发送模块,设置为在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知;提醒通知发送模块,设置为响应于确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,预测取件时间生成模块还设置为:预先设置多个时间点,将用户取件行为数据中的多个取件时间分别加入至对应的时间点;对多个时间点对应的取件次数进行统计,选择取件次数最大值对应的时间点作为预测取件时间;其中,在取件次数最大值对应的时间点有多个的情况下,从与取件次数最大值对应的时间点中随机选择一个作为预测取件时间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,预测取件时间生成模块包括:有效性确定单元,设置为当取件次数最大值大于取件次数阈值时,确定选择的预测取件时间有效。
- 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其中,提醒通知发送模块还设置为通过以下操作根据在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果发送区间提醒通知:在与目标快递柜所在区域匹配的门禁系统,和车牌监控系统中的至少之一对目标用户的监控结果。
- 根据权利要求11任一项所述的装置,其中,提醒通知发送模块还设置为:在标准取件等待时间内未取件之后,获取目标用户的预测取件时间,并获取与预测取件时间间隔目标等待时间的监测时间;在到达监测时间之前,监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和车牌识别进入记录中至少之一的情况下,向目标用户发送取件提醒通知;在到达监测时间之前,未监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录和车牌识别进入记录的情况下,在监测时间向目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
- 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,提醒通知发送模块还包括:语音提醒单元,设置为当监测到车牌识别进入记录时,通过车牌监控系统语音播报取件提醒通知。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的取件提醒方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的取件提醒方法。
