取件提醒方法以及装置、设备及存储介质
本申请要求在2019年01月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910036046.1的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及快递技术领域,例如涉及一种取件提醒方法以及装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着电子商务的快速发展以及人们生活节奏的加快,快递的数量日益增加,目前,快递员将包裹投递入柜后即给用户发送取件通知,如果用户未取件,则在此通知时间基础上加上24小时后,再次发送取件提醒,如果仍未取件,则在此通知时间基础上加上48小时后,再次发送取件提醒。
相关的这种以快递员投递入柜时间为基准,加上24小时和48小时发送取件提醒的方法,不够人性化,如果取件提醒推送的太早,用户需要反复查看翻阅取件通知信息,甚至会遗忘取件;如果取件提醒推送太晚,用户可能已经到家(或者公司等场所),还需要重新前往柜机端取件,甚至有时候会在次日取件,造成快递在柜机端滞留时间过长,降低格口使用效率。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种取件提醒方法以及装置、设备及存储介质,以有效地提醒用户及时取件,提高格口的利用率。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种取件提醒方法,包括:
获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;
在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知;
响应于确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种取件提醒装置,包括:
预测取件时间生成模块,设置为获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;
取件通知发送模块,设置为在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知;
提醒通知发送模块,设置为响应于确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如本申请任意实施例提供的取件提醒方法。
第四方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如本申请任意实施例提供取件提醒方法。
本发明实施例根据用户的取件行为数据生成多个用户的预测取件时间,并且当用户在标准等待时间内未取件时,根据用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对用户的监控结果,向用户发送对应的取件提醒通知,解决了相关技术中根据快递投递入柜时间发送取件提醒通知,造成快递在快递柜端滞留时间过长,快递柜格口的利用率较低的问题,有效地提醒用户及时取件,提高了格口的使用效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此 处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。
实施例一
图1为本发明实施例一提供的一种取件提醒方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于提醒用户取件的情况,该方法可以由取件提醒装置来执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件的方式实现,并一般可以集成在各种提供用户取件提醒服务的服务器中。具体的,参考图1,该方法可以包括如下步骤110、步骤120和步骤130。
在步骤110中,获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间。
为了避免取件提醒通知发送时间不合理,导致用户忘记或者错过取件的问题,本发明实施例通过对用户取件行为数据进行分析,得到用户的常用取件时间,并在此常用取件时间之前的较短时间内向用户发送取件提醒通知,以使用户能够及时的取件。
在一实施例中,服务器获取多个用户的日常取件行为数据,并对该取件行为数据进行分析,得到多个用户的预测取件时间,该预测取件时间一般指用户空闲方便的时间,例如早晨上班之前、中午午休时间以及晚上下班后,用户在预测取件时间去取件的概率比较大,因此,将预测取件时间作为参考时间发送取件提醒通知可以减少快递滞留在快递柜的可能性。
在一实施例中,获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间,可以包括:预先设置多个预测取件时间的备选时间点,从用户取件行为数据中提取用户的多个取件时间,并将多个取件时间分别加入至对应的备选时间点;对多个备选时间点对应的取件次数进行加和统计,进而从多个备选时间点中选择取件次数最大值所对应的备选时间点作为预测取件时间;其中,若取件次数最大值所对应的备选时间点有多个,则从与取件次数最大值对应的时间点中随机选择一个作为预测取件时间。
示例性的,预先设置7点至22点共16个备选时间点,获取用户A的取件行为数据中共55个取件时间,给每个取件时间匹配与之最接近的备选时间点,并将该最接近的备选时间点的取件次数加1,例如,用户取件时间为13点05分,则与之匹配的备选时间点为13点,因此将取件时间13点05分加入备选时间点13点所对应的取件时间集合,待该用户的所有取件时间都匹配到备选时间点后, 统计多个备选时间点对应的取件时间集合中的取件时间数量,选择取件次数最大值所对应的备选时间点作为该用户的预测取件时间。
在一实施例中,选出的预测取件时间需要进行有效性检测,即将预测取件时间对应的取件次数最大值与取件次数阈值进行比较,若取件次数最大值大于取件次数阈值,则可以确定选择的预测取件时间是有效的。其中,取件次数阈值可以是30、35,或者是其他数值,取件次数阈值可以根据需要进行人工调整。
在一实施例中,用户的预测取件时间不是固定不变的,因为取件次数越多分析得到的用户预测取件时间越准确,因此,用户取件行为数据一般为用户近一年的取件日志,所以用户的预测取件时间随着用户的取件次数的增加而不断进行更新。
在步骤120中,在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知。
在本发明实施例中,快递员将目标用户的快递投入快递柜后,会向服务器发送已将目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知,服务器接收到该通知后,获取该目标用户的联系方式,并立即向该目标用户发送对应的取件通知,以告知目标用户存放其快递的目标快递柜的位置、快递所属快递公司以及取件码等信息,提醒用户及时前往目标快递柜进行取件。
在步骤130中,若确定目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,则根据目标用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果,向目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知。
在服务器向目标用户发送取件通知之后,若目标用户未在标准取件等待时间内取件,则需要向用户发送取件提醒通知,以提醒用户及时取出目标快递柜中的快递,减少快递滞留目标快递柜的时间,提高目标快递柜的格口利用率。其中,标准取件等待时间一般可以设置为半个小时,也可以设置为其他的时间长度。为了能够起到有效的提醒作用,本发明实施例根据目标用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果,向目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知。
在一实施例中,在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果,包括:在与目标快递柜所在区域匹配的门禁系统监控目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和/或在与目标快递柜所在区域匹配的车牌监控系统监控目标用户的车牌识别进入记录。
在一实施例中,也可以通过监控摄像头确定目标用户进入了快递柜所在区域。
在一实施例中,根据目标用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果,向目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知,可以包括:在目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件之后,服务器获取目标用户的预测取件时间,并获取在预测取件时间之前且与预测取件时间间隔目标等待时间的监测时间。其中,目标等待时间的时间长度一般较短,设置该时间的目的是为了在用户常用的取件时间之前的较短时间内对用户进行取件提醒,以加强用户取件的记忆,因此,目标等待时间可以设置为15分钟,或者其他的较短的时间长度。监测时间是指在到达预测取件时间之前,服务器向目标用户发送取件提醒通知的截止时间,即若在到达监测时间之前,门禁系统监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和/或车牌监控系统监测到车牌识别进入记录,则在监测到识别记录之时向目标用户发送取件提醒通知;若在到达监测时间之前,门禁系统未监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录和车牌监控系统未监测到车牌识别进入记录,则在监测时间向目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
在一实施例中,当车牌监控系统监测到车牌识别进入记录时,服务器控制车牌监控系统向目标用户语音播报取件提醒通知,同时将监测到车牌识别进入记录的消息发送给服务器,使服务器以微信推送或者短信的形式向目标用户发送取件提醒通知;当门禁系统监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录时,门禁系统会通知服务器目标用户已经通过门禁识别进入目标快递柜所在区域,服务器收到该通知后向目标用户发送取件提醒通知,以在用户尚未回家之前及时提醒去取快递。
本发明实施例的技术方案,根据用户的取件行为数据生成多个用户的预测取件时间,并且当用户在标准等待时间内未取件时,根据用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对用户的监控结果,向用户发送对应的取件提醒通知,解决了相关技术中根据快递投递入柜时间发送取件提醒通知,造成快递在快递柜端滞留时间过长,快递柜格口的利用率较低的问题,有效地提醒用户及时取件,提高了格口的使用效率。
实施例二
图2a是本发明实施例二提供的一种取件提醒方法的流程图,本发明实施例 可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中各个可选方案结合。如图2a所示,该方法包括:步骤210至步骤260。
在步骤210中,服务器向目标用户发送取件通知。
如图2b所示,本发明实施例中,在服务器接收到快递员发送的已将目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知之后,服务器获取目标用户的联系方式,并向目标用户发送对应的取件通知。
在步骤220中,判断目标用户是否在标准取件等待时间内取件,若目标用户在标准取件等待时间内取件,则取件过程完成,算法结束;若目标用户未在标准取件等待时间内取件,执行步骤230。
在服务器向目标用户发送取件通知之后,等待目标取件等待时间后,服务器需要判断目标用户是否已经取件,若目标用户已经完成取件,则算法结束,若目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,则执行步骤230作进一步的判断。
在步骤230中,判断是否到达监测时间,若到达监测时间,则执行步骤240;若未到达监测时间,则执行步骤250。
在确定目标用户未在标准取件等待时间内取件后,需要继续判断是否到达向目标用户发送取件提醒通知的截止时间,即监测时间,若已经到达监测时间,则执行步骤240,否则执行步骤250。
在一实施例中,若确定目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,且未存储与目标用户对应的预测取件时间,即获取不到监测时间,则服务器根据目标用户的当前取件场所类型,获取至少两个默认提醒时间点。
在一实施例中,不同的快递柜可能位于不同的取件场所类型,针对每个取件场所类型,服务器预先设置了至少两个默认提醒时间点,即通用的预测取件时间。示例性的,对于写字楼等办公场所,设置的默认提醒时间点可以是周一至周五上午8点,或者周一至周五下午17点,这样设置的原因是利用工作日上班前及下班前提醒取件,空出快递柜格口,增加周一早派件高峰格口利用率以及周末格口利用率;对于住宅区或者商住混合区等住宅场所,设置的默认提醒时间点可以是周一至周日下午19点,这样设置的原因是晚间提醒,提高第二日可派件格口利用率。
若服务器根据默认提醒时间点向目标用户发送取件提醒通知,则在每个默认提醒时间点之前的目标等待时间向用户发送取件提醒信息。
在步骤240中,服务器向目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
服务器向目标用户发送取件提醒通知之后,执行步骤260进行下一步判断。
在步骤250中,判断是否监测到门禁识别进入记录,和/或车牌识别进入记录,若监测到门禁识别进入记录,和/或车牌识别进入记录,执行步骤240;若未监测到门禁识别进入记录和车牌识别进入记录,执行步骤230。
如图2b所示,当目标用户未在标准取件等待时间内取件,且未到达监测时间时,服务器控制门禁系统监测是否有目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,以及控制车牌监控系统监测是否有目标用户的车牌识别进入记录。若门禁系统监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,或者车牌监控系统监测到目标用户的车牌识别进入记录,则立刻通知服务器目标用户已经进入目标快递柜所在区域,服务器收到该通知后,立刻执行步骤240。同时,当车牌监控系统监测到车牌识别进入记录时,服务器控制车牌监控系统向目标用户语音播报取件提醒通知,以避免用户没有看到取件提醒通知错过取件。
在步骤260中,判断目标用户是否在循环等待时间内未取件,若目标用户在循环等待时间内未取件,则执行步骤240,若目标用户在循环等待时间内取件,取件完成,算法结束。
在服务器向目标用户发送取件提醒通知之后,服务器需要判断目标用户是否在循环等待时间内未取件,若是,则执行步骤240,重新给目标用户发送取件提醒通知,若否,则目标用户已经完成取件,算法结束。其中,循环等待时间是指两次发送取件提醒通知之间的时间间隔,例如,循环等待时间可以设置为24小时,或者其他时间长度。
本发明实施例的技术方案,根据用户的取件行为数据生成多个用户的预测取件时间,并且当用户在标准等待时间内未取件时,根据用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对用户的监控结果,向用户发送对应的取件提醒通知,解决了相关技术中根据快递投递入柜时间发送取件提醒通知,造成快递在快递柜端滞留时间过长,快递柜格口的利用率较低的问题,有效地提醒用户及时取件,提高了格口的使用效率。
实施例三
图3是本发明实施例三提供的一种取件提醒装置的结构示意图。如图3所示,该取件提醒装置包括:预测取件时间生成模块310、取件通知发送模块320和提醒通知发送模块330。
预测取件时间生成模块310,设置为获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间。
取件通知发送模块320,设置为在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向目标用户发送取件通知。
提醒通知发送模块330,设置为若确定目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,则根据目标用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果,向目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知。

在一实施例中,预测取件时间生成模块310还设置为:预先设置多个时间点,将用户取件行为数据中的多个取件时间分别加入至对应的时间点;对多个时间点对应的取件次数进行统计,选择取件次数最大值对应的时间点作为预测取件时间;其中,若取件次数最大值对应的时间点有多个,则从与取件次数最大值对应的时间点中随机选择一个作为预测取件时间。
在一实施例中,预测取件时间生成模块310可以包括:有效性确定单元,设置为当取件次数最大值大于取件次数阈值时,确定选择的预测取件时间有效。
在一实施例中,提醒通知发送模块330还设置为通过以下操作根据在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果发送区间提醒通知:在与目标快递柜所在区域匹配的门禁系统,和/或车牌监控系统对目标用户的监控结果。
在一实施例中,提醒通知发送模块330还设置为:在标准取件等待时间内未取件之后,获取目标用户的预测取件时间,并获取与预测取件时间间隔目标等待时间的监测时间;若在到达监测时间之前,监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和/或车牌识别进入记录,则在监测到识别记录之时向目标用户发送取件提醒通知;若在到达监测时间之前,未监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和/或车牌识别进入记录,则在监测时间向目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
在一实施例中,提醒通知发送模块330还包括:语音提醒单元,设置为当监测到车牌识别进入记录时,通过车牌监控系统语音播报取件提醒通知。
在一实施例中,取件通知发送模块320还包括:默认提醒时间获取单元,设置为若确定目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,且未存储与目标用户对应的预测取件时间,则根据用户的当前取件场所类型,获取至少两个默认提醒时间点;提醒信息发送单元,设置为在每个默认提醒时间点之前的目标等待时间向用户发送取件提醒信息。
本发明实施例所提供的取件提醒装置可执行本申请任意实施例所提供的取件提醒方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
实施例四
参照图4,图4是本发明实施例四提供的一种计算机设备的结构示意图,如图4所示,该设备包括处理器410、存储器420、输入装置430和输出装置440;设备中处理器410的数量可以是一个或多个,图4中以一个处理器410为例;设备中的处理器410、存储器420、输入装置430和输出装置440可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器420作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可设置为存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的取件提醒方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,取件提醒装置中的预测取件时间生成模块310、取件通知发送模块320和提醒通知发送模块330)。处理器410通过运行存储在存储器420中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的取件提醒方法。
存储器420可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器420可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实例中,存储器420可进一步包括相对于处理器410远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至设备。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置430可设置为接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置440可包括显示屏等显示设备。
实施例五
本发明实施例五提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,该计算机指令被处理器执行时实现一种取件提醒方法,一种取件提醒方法包括:
获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;
在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向目标用户发送取件通知;
若确定目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,则根据目标用户的预测取件时间,和/或在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果,向目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知。
当然,本发明实施例所提供的一种计算机可读存储介质,其计算机指令可执行不限于如上的方法操作,还可以执行本申请任意实施例所提供的取件提醒方法中的相关操作。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种取件提醒方法,包括:
    获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;
    在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知;
    响应于确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间,包括:
    预先设置多个时间点,将所述用户取件行为数据中的多个取件时间分别加入至对应的时间点;
    对多个所述时间点对应的取件次数进行统计,选择取件次数最大值对应的时间点作为预测取件时间;
    其中,在取件次数最大值对应的时间点有多个的情况下,从与所述取件次数最大值对应的时间点中随机选择一个作为预测取件时间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述选择取件次数值最大的时间点作为预测取件时间,包括:
    当取件次数最大值大于取件次数阈值时,确定选择的预测取件时间有效。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果,包括:

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果,包括:
    在标准取件等待时间内未取件之后,获取所述目标用户的预测取件时间,并获取与所述预测取件时间间隔目标等待时间的监测时间;
    在到达所述监测时间之前,监测到所述目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和车牌识别进入记录中至少之一的情况下,向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知;
    在到达所述监测时间之前,未监测到所述目标用户的门禁识别进入记录和 车牌识别进入记录的情况下,在监测时间向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述在到达所述监测时间之前,监测到所述目标用户的车牌识别进入记录的情况下,向所述目标用户发送取件提醒通知,还包括:
    当监测到车牌识别进入记录时,通过车牌监控系统语音播报取件提醒通知。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知之后,还包括:
    在确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,且未存储与所述目标用户对应的预测取件时间的情况下,根据所述用户的当前取件场所类型,获取至少两个默认提醒时间点;
    在到达所述至少两个默认提醒时间点中的任一个默认提醒时间点之前的目标等待时间内,向用户发送取件提醒信息。
  8. 一种取件提醒装置,包括:
    预测取件时间生成模块,设置为获取多个用户的取件行为数据,并根据所述取件行为数据,生成多个用户的预测取件时间;
    取件通知发送模块,设置为在接收到目标用户的快递投递入目标快递柜的通知后,向所述目标用户发送取件通知;
    提醒通知发送模块,设置为响应于确定所述目标用户在标准取件等待时间内未取件,根据以下至少之一向所述目标用户发送对应的取件提醒通知:所述目标用户的所述预测取件时间,和在目标快递柜所在区域对所述目标用户的监控结果。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,预测取件时间生成模块还设置为:
    预先设置多个时间点,将用户取件行为数据中的多个取件时间分别加入至对应的时间点;
    对多个时间点对应的取件次数进行统计,选择取件次数最大值对应的时间点作为预测取件时间;
    其中,在取件次数最大值对应的时间点有多个的情况下,从与取件次数最大值对应的时间点中随机选择一个作为预测取件时间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,预测取件时间生成模块包括:
    有效性确定单元,设置为当取件次数最大值大于取件次数阈值时,确定选择的预测取件时间有效。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其中,提醒通知发送模块还设置为通过以下操作根据在目标快递柜所在区域对目标用户的监控结果发送区间提醒通知:
    在与目标快递柜所在区域匹配的门禁系统,和车牌监控系统中的至少之一对目标用户的监控结果。
  12. 根据权利要求11任一项所述的装置,其中,提醒通知发送模块还设置为:
    在标准取件等待时间内未取件之后,获取目标用户的预测取件时间,并获取与预测取件时间间隔目标等待时间的监测时间;在到达监测时间之前,监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录,和车牌识别进入记录中至少之一的情况下,向目标用户发送取件提醒通知;在到达监测时间之前,未监测到目标用户的门禁识别进入记录和车牌识别进入记录的情况下,在监测时间向目标用户发送取件提醒通知。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,提醒通知发送模块还包括:
    语音提醒单元,设置为当监测到车牌识别进入记录时,通过车牌监控系统语音播报取件提醒通知。
  14. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的取件提醒方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的取件提醒方法。
