Description
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,尤其涉及一种LED投光灯。
随着科学技术的发展,LED灯具应用日益广泛,将其作为照明光源和灯具也越来越多。投光灯是灯具的一种,现有的LED感应投光灯,其感应模块一般内置于灯具内,一般采用内部接线,感应模块不可作为一个独立的选配器件,且感应模块与供电模块不能完全分离,可靠性降低,且维修麻烦,任何一部分失效,需要整灯更换,使用成本高;还有的LED感应投光灯将感应模块外置于灯具外,二者分离,采用防水接头外部接线,来连接感应模块,这种LED感应投光灯外形突兀,安装使用不方便。
另外,现有的投光灯一般采用防水胶圈,加锁紧螺丝来实现面板的防水,生产组装费时,拆卸麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种便于安装、更换、维护,可选配独立的感应器,便于备货,备料的LED投光灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括灯体、安装支架,所述灯体内设有带LED的驱动光源板,所述LED投光灯还包括感应器模块,所述感应器模块通过防水连接器与所述灯体可拆卸连接,所述感应器模块与所述驱动光源板之间电连接,二者之间的电线穿过所述防水连接器,所述感应器模块 与所述灯体连接后外形整体呈矩形,所述感应器模块上接有电源线并通过防水螺栓密封防水。
所述灯体内于所述驱动光源板的出光处设有透光板、反射器。
所述LED投光灯还包括若干个弹性卡扣,所述灯体上设有若干个嵌合孔,若干个所述弹性卡扣穿过若干个所述嵌合孔后在背面卡固于所述灯体上,在正面将所述透光板紧密夹持固定于所述灯体上。
所述弹性卡扣上设有倒卡,以卡固于所述灯体的背面,防止滑脱。
所述透光板与所述灯体之间的接合处设有防水密封圈。
所述灯体的背面设有若干个散热鳍。
所述安装支架两侧的支脚通过两个螺栓与所述灯体相连接,并以所述螺栓为轴可转动定位。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明包括灯体、安装支架,所述灯体内设有带LED的驱动光源板,所述LED投光灯还包括感应器模块,所述感应器模块通过防水连接器与所述灯体可拆卸连接,所述感应器模块与所述驱动光源板之间电连接,二者之间的电线穿过所述防水连接器,所述感应器模块与所述灯体连接后外形整体呈矩形,所述感应器模块上接有电源线并通过防水螺栓密封防水;本发明通过设置防水连接器与所述灯体可拆卸连接,既解决了户外产品防水问题,也解决了感应器作为一个独立的选配模块,实现了在二者连接后是一个整体不突兀的情况下,可独立模块化生产,也便于组装,因此便于客户安装、更换、维护和选配,对应生产商也便于备货、备料,故本发明便于安装、更换、维护,可选配独立的感应器,便于备货,备料。

如图1~图5所示,本实施例的LED投光灯包括灯体1、安装支架2,所述安装支架2两侧的支脚通过两个螺栓13与所述灯体1相连接,并以所述螺栓13为轴可转动定位,以便于安装连接和调整出光方向,使用方便,所述灯体1内设有带LED4的驱动光源板5,所述LED投光灯还包括感应器模块3,所述感应器模块3通过防水连接器15与所述灯体1可拆卸连接,所述感应器模块3与所述驱动光源板5之间电连接,二者之间的电线穿过所述防水连接器15,所述感应器模块3与所述灯体1连接后外形整体呈矩形,所述感应器模块3上接有电源线10并通过防水螺栓9密封防水,所述灯体1内于所述驱动光源板5的出光处设有透光板6、反射器7,所述LED投光灯还包括四个弹性卡扣8,所述灯体1上设有四个嵌合孔12,四个所述弹性卡扣8穿过四个所述嵌合孔12后在背面卡固于所述灯体1上,在正面将所述透光板6紧密夹持固定于所述灯体1上,所述弹性卡扣8上设有倒卡81,以卡固于所述灯体1的背面,防止滑脱,所述透光板6与所述灯体1之间的接合处设有防水密封圈14,本发明采用了特有的弹簧卡扣设计,与所述灯体1的结构配合,可牢固压住所述透光板6和所述防水密封圈14,使其达到防水的目的,而且卡扣有防松脱功能,只有在借助工具的情况下才能被拆卸下来,降低产品物料成本,降低生产组装工时,所述灯体1的背面设有若干个散热鳍11,在保证产品体积小的情况下实现良好的散热。本发明通过多处防水设计,实现了IPX6级的户外灯具防水级别。
本发明通过设置防水连接器15与所述灯体1可拆卸连接,既解决了户外产品防水问题,也解决了感应器作为一个独立的选配模块,实现了在二者连 接后是一个整体不突兀的情况下,可独立模块化生产,也便于组装,因此便于客户安装、更换、维护和选配,对应生产商也便于备货、备料,本因此本发明的LED投光灯便于安装、更换、维护,可选配独立的感应器,便于备货,备料,能够降低生产和使用成本。
本发明可广泛应用于LED投光灯领域。
Claims (7)
- 一种LED投光灯,包括灯体(1)、安装支架(2),所述灯体(1)内设有带LED(4)的驱动光源板(5),其特征在于:所述LED投光灯还包括感应器模块(3),所述感应器模块(3)通过防水连接器(15)与所述灯体(1)可拆卸连接,所述感应器模块(3)与所述驱动光源板(5)之间电连接,二者之间的电线穿过所述防水连接器(15),所述感应器模块(3)与所述灯体(1)连接后外形整体呈矩形,所述感应器模块(3)上接有电源线(10)并通过防水螺栓(9)密封防水。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)内于所述驱动光源板(5)的出光处设有透光板(6)、反射器(7)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述LED投光灯还包括若干个弹性卡扣(8),所述灯体(1)上设有若干个嵌合孔(12),若干个所述弹性卡扣(8)穿过若干个所述嵌合孔(12)后在背面卡固于所述灯体(1)上,在正面将所述透光板(6)紧密夹持固定于所述灯体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述弹性卡扣(8)上设有倒卡(81),以卡固于所述灯体(1)的背面,防止滑脱。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述透光板(6)与所述灯体(1)之间的接合处设有防水密封圈(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)的背面设有若干个散热鳍(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述安装支架(2)两侧的支脚通过两个螺栓(13)与所述灯体(1)相连接,并以所述螺栓(13)为轴可转动定位。
