Description

樹脂被覆超電導線、超電導コイルおよびシールドコイル
 本開示は、樹脂被覆超電導線、超電導コイルおよびシールドコイルに関する。
 従来より、核磁気共鳴(NMR)装置や磁気共鳴画像(MRI)検査用の装置などの用途などにおいて、外部から内部への磁場を遮断して適切な分析結果を得るとともに、内部から外部への磁場を遮断して人体や電子機器等への影響を抑制するためのシールドコイルとして、超電導材料が用いられている。
 このような超電導材料としては、例えば図6に示すように、NbTi線などの超電導線22を、銅チャンネルと呼ばれる安定化銅21で被覆し、さらにその周囲をポリエステル23などの樹脂の編組で被覆してなる樹脂被覆超電導線2がある。このような樹脂被覆超電導線2では、超電導線22の周囲を安定化銅21で被覆することにより、超電導線22から生じる熱を外部へと放熱し、例えば液体ヘリウムなどに浸漬して冷却することでその温度上昇を抑制している。
 また、超電導材料の発熱効率を高めるために、特許文献1には、複数の超電導線を安定化銅に埋め込み、その周囲に樹脂を被覆し、さらに安定化銅に埋め込んでなる超電導線が提案されている。

 しかしながら、以上に述べた従来の超電導材料はいずれも、超電導線の周囲に安定化銅など高純度の金属を用いることから、比較的高価でかつ重量が大きくなり、また、曲げ癖がつきやすいためハンドリング性も悪い。
 本開示は、以上の実情に鑑みてなされたものであり、従来に比べて、軽量で柔軟性に優れ、かつ安価な樹脂被覆超電導線を提供することを目的とする。
[1] 合成樹脂材料からなるマトリックス樹脂と、前記マトリックス樹脂中に延在する超電導線とを有する樹脂被覆超電導線であって、前記樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面で見て、前記マトリックス樹脂の断面積が、前記超電導線の断面積以上であることを特徴とする、樹脂被覆超電導線。

 本開示によれば、従来に比べて、軽量で柔軟性に優れ、かつ低価格な樹脂被覆超電導線を提供することができる。

 以下、本開示の好ましい実施形態について詳細に説明するが、本開示は以下の実施形態に限定されない。
 本発明者らは、樹脂被覆超電導線が、合成樹脂材料からなるマトリックス樹脂と、マトリックス樹脂中に延在する超電導線とを有し、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面で見て、マトリックス樹脂の断面積が、超電導線の断面積以上であることにより、従来に比べて、軽量で柔軟性に優れ、かつ安価な樹脂被覆超電導線を提供することができることを見出し、本開示を完成するに至った。
1.樹脂被覆超電導線
 本開示に係る樹脂被覆超電導線は、合成樹脂材料からなるマトリックス樹脂と、マトリックス樹脂中に延在する超電導線とを有する。そして、樹脂被覆超電導線において、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面で見て、マトリックス樹脂の断面積が、超電導線の断面積以上である。
 図1は、一実施形態の樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面図であり、図2は、一実施形態の樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面図である。図1~2に示すように、樹脂被覆超電導線1は、合成樹脂材料からなるマトリックス樹脂11と、マトリックス樹脂11中に延在する超電導線12とを有する。そして、本実施形態では、樹脂被覆超電導線1の横断面で見て、マトリックス樹脂11の断面積が、超電導線12の断面積以上である。なお、図1は、横断面形状が平角形状の樹脂被覆超電導線1であり、図2は、横断面形状が円形状の樹脂被覆超電導線1である。また、図1~2に示す樹脂被覆超電導線1は、単層のマトリックス樹脂層から構成されるマトリックス樹脂11が超電導線12の外周を覆う、単層被覆線である。
 シールドコイルの用途においては、樹脂被覆超電導線1を構成する超電導線12の内部を流れる電流は比較的小さい。したがって、このような用途に用いる超電導線12は、クエンチを生じにくく、仮にクエンチしたとしても電流が小さいため、多量の安定化銅を複合化する必要がない。一方で、シールドコイルの磁場の遮断性を担保するためには、樹脂被覆超電導線1をコイルとして巻いたときに隣接する超電導線12、12同士を一定の距離を隔てて配置する必要がある。そこで、超電導線12を、その横断面の断面積が同等かまたはより大きいマトリックス樹脂11中に延在(好適には埋設)させる。これにより、樹脂被覆超電導線では、マトリックス樹脂11が、いわゆるスペーサーの役割を果たし、隣接する超電導線12、12同士を、一定の距離を隔てて配置することができる。
[マトリックス樹脂]
 マトリックス樹脂11は、合成樹脂材料からなるものである。マトリックス樹脂11は、超電導線12間の絶縁性を担保するとともに、上述したとおりいわゆるスペーサーの役割を果たし、隣接する超電導線12同士を、一定の距離を隔てて配置するものである。なお、マトリックス樹脂は、固形状であり、糸を編組したものを除くものとする。
 マトリックス樹脂11としては、樹脂被覆超電導線1の横断面で見て、マトリックス樹脂11の断面積を超電導線12の断面積以上にするための厚肉被覆成形をする上で有効な方法である押出成形が可能な熱可塑性樹脂であることが好ましく、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンであることがより好ましい。ポリアミドはナイロンであることが好ましい。上記の熱可塑性樹脂は、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン610、ナイロンMXD6(メタキシリレンジアミンとアジピン酸の重縮合体)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、四フッ化エチレン・六フッ化プロピレン共重合樹脂(FEP)、四フッ化エチレン・エチレン共重合樹脂(ETFE)、ポリカーボネート、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルスルホン等が好適であり、これら樹脂は、単体、又は二種類以上の樹脂の混合物でもよい。
 なお、マトリックス樹脂11を構成する合成樹脂材料とは、合成樹脂のみからなるものの他、合成樹脂を主とする樹脂組成物を含むものである。この樹脂組成物中には、各種フィラーや酸化防止剤などのように、機械的または化学的な耐久性を向上させる添加剤など、通常の樹脂組成物に含まれる各種添加剤を含み得る。例えば、マトリックス樹脂11にフィラーを添加することにより、マトリックス樹脂11の熱収縮率をより小さくして超電導線12の熱収縮率に近づけることができ、樹脂被覆超電導線1のヒートサイクル性を高めることができる。
 また、マトリックス樹脂11が結晶性樹脂である場合、マトリックス樹脂11の融点が、例えば290℃以下であることが好ましく、280℃以下であることがより好ましく、270℃以下であることがさらに好ましい。マトリックス樹脂11の原料を加熱成形して製造する場合には、その原料となる樹脂の融点が低いほど、低温で成形をすることができ、したがって、成形時の加熱に起因する超電導線12の性能劣化を抑制できる。
 マトリックス樹脂11を構成する上記の結晶性樹脂は、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン610、ナイロンMXD6、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、四フッ化エチレン・六フッ化プロピレン共重合樹脂(FEP)、四フッ化エチレン・エチレン共重合樹脂(ETFE)等が好適である。
 上記のような成形時の加熱による超電導線12の性能劣化をさらに抑制する観点から、マトリックス樹脂11の融点が、210℃以下であることが好ましく、200℃以下であることがより好ましく、190℃以下であることがさらに好ましい。マトリックス樹脂11を構成する上記の結晶性樹脂のなかでも、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロン11、ナイロン12が好ましい。
 マトリックス樹脂11としては、ナイロンやポリオレフィンであることが好ましく、その中でも、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン610、ナイロンMXD6、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンがより好ましく、特に低い融点、低い熱収縮率、優れた耐吸水性(低い吸水率)と柔軟性、機械特性を有することから、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンがさらに好ましい。
 また、マトリックス樹脂11が非晶性樹脂である場合、マトリックス樹脂11を構成する合成樹脂材料のガラス転移点が、例えば250℃以下であることが好ましく、240℃以下であることがより好ましく、230℃以下であることがさらに好ましい。例えばマトリックス樹脂11の原料を加熱成形して製造する場合には、その原料のガラス転移点が低いほど、低温で樹脂被覆成形加工をすることができ、したがって、成形加工時の加熱に起因する超電導線12の性能変化を抑制できる。
 マトリックス樹脂11を構成する上記の非晶性樹脂は、例えば、ポリカーボネート、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルスルホン等が好適である。
 図3は、樹脂被覆超電導線(平角形状)の他の例の横断面図であり、図4は、樹脂被覆超電導線(円形状)の他の例の横断面図である。図3~4に示す樹脂被覆超電導線1は、多層のマトリックス樹脂層から構成されるマトリックス樹脂11が超電導線12の外周を覆う、多層被覆線である。具体的には、図3~4では、図1~2と異なり、マトリックス樹脂11は、超電導線12の外周を覆う環状の内側マトリックス樹脂層11aと、内側マトリックス樹脂層11aを外側から覆う1つ以上の外側マトリックス樹脂層11bとから構成される。なお、図3~4では、マトリックス樹脂11が内側マトリックス樹脂層11aと1つの外側マトリックス樹脂層11bとから構成される2層構造を示している。
 図3~4に示すように、樹脂被覆超電導線1は、内側マトリックス樹脂層11aおよび外側マトリックス樹脂層11bのように、2層以上のマトリックス樹脂層を有する多層被覆線であることが好ましく、マトリックス樹脂層が2層以上4層以下の多層被覆線であることがより好ましい。樹脂被覆超電導線1を多層被覆線にすることで、一回押出被覆時の樹脂量を減らすことによって、押出被覆線の寸法精度を高めることが期待できる。更に、各マトリックス樹脂層に異なる樹脂を用いることで、樹脂被覆超電導線1の機能性をより高めることができる。
 具体的には、超電導線12と密着性の低いポリエチレン、ポロプロピレン等のポリオレフィン樹脂の場合、導体側の一層目である内側マトリックス樹脂層11aがエポキシ基、オキサゾリル基、アミノ基及び無水マレイン酸残基からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類の官能基を含有するオレフィン系樹脂、又その共重合体(共重合体(A)ともいう)である多層被覆線にすることで、超電導線12と外側ポリオレフィン樹脂11bとの密着性を高めることができる。また、内側マトリックス樹脂層11aがカルボン酸の金属塩を含有するオレフィン系共重合体(オレフィン系共重合体(B)ともいう)である多層被覆線にすることでも、上記と同様な密着性向上が期待できる。
 共重合体(A)を構成するオレフィン成分としては、エチレン、プロピレン、ブテン―1、ペンテン―1、4―メチルペンテン―1、イソブチレン、ヘキセン―1、デセン―1、オクテン―1、1,4―ヘキサジエン、ジシクロペンタジエン等が好適であり、その中でも、好ましくはエチレン、プロピレン、ブテン―1である。またこれらの成分は単独、あるいは2種以上を使用してもよい。
 共重合体(A)を構成するオレフィン以外の共重合体成分としては、アクリル成分およびビニル成分の少なくとも一方の成分であってもよい。
 アクリル成分としては、アクリル酸、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸n―プロピル、アクリル酸イソプロピル、アクリル酸n―ブチル、アクリル酸t―ブチル、アクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸ブチルなどが好適である。ビニル成分としては、酢酸ビニル、プロピオン酸ビニル、酪酸ビニル、塩化ビニル、ビニルアルコール、スチレンなどが好適である。中でも、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メチルがより好ましい。またこれら成分は単独あるいは2種以上を使用してもよい。共重合体(A)の代表的な好適例としては、無水マレイン酸をグラフトさせたポリエチレン、又はポリプロピレン、及びエチレン/グリシジルメタアクリレート共重合体等が挙げられ、市版の樹脂としては、アドマー(三井化学社製、商品名)、ボンドファースト(住友化学工業社製、商品名)、ロタダー(アトフィナ社製、商品名)がある。
 オレフィン系共重合体(B)を構成するカルボン酸としては、好適には、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸のような不飽和モノカルボン酸や、マレイン酸、フマル酸、フタル酸のような不飽和ジカルボン酸を挙げることができ、これらの金属塩としては、Zn、Na、K、Mgなどの塩を挙げることができる。このようなオレフィン系共重合体(B)としては、好適には、エチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体のカルボン酸の一部を金属塩にし、一般にアイオノマーと呼ばれる樹脂(例えば、ハイミラン;商品名、三井ポリケミカル(株)製)を挙げることができる。
 マトリックス樹脂11としては、以下の方法によって算出する熱収縮率が、5%以下であることが好ましく、2%以下であることがより好ましく、1%以下であることがさらに好ましい。これにより、マトリックス樹脂11を液体ヘリウムなどの冷媒に浸漬させた際にマトリックス樹脂11が損傷や劣化することを抑制できる。
 (熱収縮率の算出方法)
 樹脂被覆超電導線1の長手方向に切り出した0.2gの樹脂被覆超電導線1を、500mL、液体ヘリウムに数分間浸漬して、樹脂被覆超電導線1の寸法を測定し、以下の式(1)により、熱収縮率を算出する。

 マトリックス樹脂11としては、以下の方法によって算出する吸水率が、1.0%以下であることがより好ましく、0.7%以下であることがさらに好ましい。吸水率が低いほど、マトリックス樹脂11の表面の膨張が少ない。そのため、マトリックス樹脂11の吸水による損傷や劣化、マトリックス樹脂11の吸水による変質やクラックの発生に起因する機械的強度の低下を抑制することができる。なお、以下に示す算出方法は、JIS K7209に定められているプラスチックの吸水率の求め方のうちの一つである。
 (吸水率の算出方法)
 樹脂被覆超電導線1の長手方向に切り出した1.0gの樹脂被覆超電導線1を、500mL、23℃の水に24時間浸漬した後、表面の水を拭き取り、樹脂被覆超電導線1の質量を測定し、以下の式(2)により吸水率を算出する。

 超電導線12は、上述したマトリックス樹脂11中に延在する線材であり、超電導性を有するものである。
 超電導線12の横断面のサイズとしては、例えば、円形状であれば0.05~2.00mmφであることが好ましく、0.07~1.50mmφであることがより好ましく、0.1~1.0mmφであることがさらに好ましい、また、超電導線12の横断面が平角形状であれば、その長辺としては、0.8mm~2.5mmであることが好ましく、1.5mm~2.0mmであることがより好ましく、短辺としては、0.5mm~1.5mmであることが好ましく、0.9mm~1.2mmであることがより好ましい。
 超電導線12としては、例えば金属/ニオブチタン、金属/ニオブ三スズ、金属/二ホウ化マグネシウム、希土類系およびビスマス系の超電導材料からなる群から選択される1種以上の超電導性材料で構成されることが好ましい。なお、「金属/ニオブチタン」、「金属/ニオブ三スズ」または「金属/二ホウ化マグネシウム」とは、ニオブチタン、ニオブ三スズまたはニホウ化マグネシウムの周囲に銅や鉄などの金属を被覆するなどして複合化したものである。
 具体的に、希土類系材料としては、YBaCu7-δ、GdBaCu7-δなどが挙げられる。ビスマス系材料としては、BiSrCaCu10+δ、BiSrCaCu8+δなどが挙げられる。
 超電導線12としては、単線、または複数の素線を撚り合わせた撚線のいずれを用いることもできる。
[マトリックス樹脂と超電導線の関係]
 上述したとおり、樹脂被覆超電導線1においては、その横断面で見て、マトリックス樹脂11の断面積は、超電導線12の断面積以上である。
 また、樹脂被覆超電導線1の横断面で見て、超電導線12の断面積に対するマトリックス樹脂11の断面積の比(マトリックス樹脂11の断面積/超電導線12の断面積の比)が、2倍以上であることが好ましく、5倍以上であることがより好ましく、10倍以上であることがさらに好ましく、20倍以上であることが特に好ましく、40倍以上であることが最も好ましい。前記断面積の比の上限は、例えば、コイル素材としての適正や巻線作業のハンドリング性などの実用上の観点から、1000倍とすることが好ましい。
 また、樹脂被覆超電導線1を横断面で見た場合において、超電導線12は、図1~2では、マトリックス樹脂11の中心(重心)に位置している場合を示しているが、樹脂被覆超電導線1の表面から露出しない限りにおいて(樹脂被覆超電導線の表面にマトリックス樹脂11の樹脂成分が僅かでも存在する限りにおいて)、マトリックス樹脂11中のいずれの位置に存在していてもよい。例えば、図5(a)~(f)は、マトリックス樹脂11A~11Fの異なる断面位置にそれぞれ超電導線12A~12Fを配置した、横断面形状が平角形状の樹脂被覆超電導線1A~1Fの横断面の変形例を示したものである。
 樹脂被覆超電導線においては、一つのマトリックス樹脂11に対して、一つの超電導線12が単線または撚線として配置される。
 樹脂被覆超電導線は、その横断面形状が、楕円形状を含む円形状、三角形状、正方形状、平角形状などいかなる形状を用いることもできるが、コイルの形成の容易性から、平角形状であることが好ましい。なお、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面形状が平角形状である場合には、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面形状には、角部に1mm以下のR値を有するものも含まれる。
 樹脂被覆超電導線が平角形状である場合、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面の長辺としては、例えば0.5mm~10mmであることが好ましく、1mm~7mmであることがより好ましい。また、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面の短辺としては、例えば0.1mm~5mmであることが好ましく、0.5mm~3mmであることがより好ましい。
 樹脂被覆超電導線の幅および厚さの寸法精度が、±0.10mm以下であることが好ましく、±0.05mm以下であることが好ましい。なお、「寸法精度」とは、一つの樹脂被覆超電導線において、その寸法の最大値と最小値の差異の範囲をいう。このような寸法精度を有することにより、樹脂被覆超電導線はより高い電磁シールド性能を実現することができる。なお、このような寸法精度を達成するため、樹脂押出加工後に外面を削る方法が挙げられる。また、上述したマトリックス樹脂の表面に、さらに例えばUV硬化性樹脂材などをコートする方法も挙げられる。
 以上のような樹脂被覆超電導線は、超電導コイル、特に、NMR装置やMRI検査用の装置などに使用するシールドコイルに応用することができる。
 以上のような樹脂被覆超電導線に印加できる電圧としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、0~50Vであることが好ましく、0~20Vであることがより好ましく、0~10Vであることがさらに好ましい。
 また、樹脂被覆超電導線は、安定化銅を備える従来の超電導線に比べて、軽量および安価であり、さらには、曲げ癖がつきにくく撓り性が向上し、可撓性などの柔軟性にも優れるため、ハンドリング性が良く、コイル化するときに巻きやすい。
2.樹脂被覆超電導線の製造方法
 以上のような実施形態の樹脂被覆超電導線は、例えば、マトリックス樹脂を構成する合成樹脂原料中に超電導線を挿入して、通常の樹脂材料の押出成形体の製造方法と同様に、押出成形することにより製造することができる。加熱温度や押出速度などは、合成樹脂原料の種類、成形する成形体の大きさや形状などにより、適宜調整すればよい。
 また、従来技術では、予め素線である超電導線に樹脂被覆した後で、銅チャンネルに埋め込む2段階の工程を経ていた。一方で、実施形態の樹脂被覆超電導線では、マトリックス樹脂が銅チャンネルと同一の形状を成形できるようになったため、従来の2段階の工程を1段階の工程で仕上げることができる。
 次に、本開示の効果をさらに明確にするために、実施例について説明するが、本開示はこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない。
 (実施例1~40)
 合成樹脂材料の原料としてナイロン11(ARKEMA製、BESN Noir TL)、ナイロン12(宇部興産製、UBESTA3030LUX)、ナイロン6(宇部興産製、UBESTA1024JI)、ナイロン66(旭化成製、レオナ(登録商標)1300S)、高密度ポリエチレン(旭化成製、サンテック(登録商標)-HD B891)を用い、0.3mmφの銅/ニオブチタン超電導線を、合成樹脂材料の原料中に挿入して、平角状(実施例1~20)または丸状(実施例21~40)でかつ下記表2と3に示す寸法となるような金型を用い、各樹脂材料の融点+20℃以上融点+80℃以下の温度条件下で押出加工した。なお、超電導線の配置は、図1と図2に示すように、合成樹脂材料の中心となるように配置した。実施例1~20では、横断面形状が平角形状である樹脂被覆超電導線を製造した。実施例21~40では、横断面形状が円形状である樹脂被覆超電導線を製造した。
 (実施例41)
 合成樹脂材料の原料として高密度ポリエチレン(旭化成製、サンテック(登録商標)-HD B891)を用い、無水マレイン酸をグラフト共重合させた変性低密度ポリエチレン(三井化学製、アドマーNB508)を厚さ20μmで被覆した0.3mmφの銅/ニオブチタン超電導線を、合成樹脂材料の原料中に挿入して、平角状でかつ下記表4に示す寸法となるような金型を用い、各樹脂材料の融点+20℃以上融点+80℃以下の温度条件下で押出加工した。なお、超電導線の配置は、図3に示すように、合成樹脂材料の中心となるように配置した。
 (実施例42)
 カルボン酸の一部を金属塩にしたエチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体(三井ポリケミカル製、ハイミラン1855)を厚さ20μmで被覆した0.3mmφの銅/ニオブチタン超電導線を使用した以外は実施例41と同様にして樹脂被覆超電導線を得た。
 (実施例43)
 合成樹脂材料の原料として高密度ポリエチレン(旭化成製、サンテック(登録商標)-HD B891)を用い、無水マレイン酸をグラフト共重合させた変性低密度ポリエチレン(三井化学製、アドマーNB508)を厚さ20μmで被覆した0.3mmφの銅/ニオブチタン超電導線を、合成樹脂材料の原料中に挿入して、丸状でかつ下記表5に示す寸法となるような金型を用い、各樹脂材料の融点+20℃以上融点+80℃以下の温度条件下で押出加工した。なお、超電導線の配置は、図4に示すように、合成樹脂材料の中心となるように配置した。
 マトリックス樹脂の断面積は、樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面で見て、樹脂被覆超電導線の外形寸法から外形の断面積を求め、その断面積と超電導線の断面積との差から算出した。このマトリックス樹脂の断面積から、樹脂被覆超電導線の長さ1000mあたりの樹脂の質量および費用、ならびにそれらの銅換算値を算出した。下記表2~表5にその結果を示す。なお、表2~5中、括弧内は同体積での銅換算量を示す。
 また、実施例1~43で用いたそれぞれの合成樹脂材料について、融点、ガラス転移点、熱収縮率および吸水率をそれぞれ表1に示す。なお、熱収縮率および吸水率は、上述した方法により求めた。

 実施例1~43の樹脂被覆超電導線について、従来の銅チャンネルを用いた超電導線と同等の寸法で得られ、また、それにより従来の銅チャンネルを用いた超電導線と同等の磁気シールド特性を達成できることが確認された。
 さらに、実施例1~43の樹脂被覆超電導線では、上記表2~5に示すとおり、銅被覆超電導線と比較して、大幅な質量の低下と原料費用の削減を達成できることが分かった。

Claims (20)

  1.  合成樹脂材料からなるマトリックス樹脂と、
     前記マトリックス樹脂中に延在する超電導線と
    を有する樹脂被覆超電導線であって、
     前記樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面で見て、前記マトリックス樹脂の断面積が、前記超電導線の断面積以上であることを特徴とする、樹脂被覆超電導線。
  2.  前記超電導線が、金属/ニオブチタン、金属/ニオブ三スズ、金属/二ホウ化マグネシウム、希土類系およびビスマス系の超電導材料からなる群から選択される1種以上からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  3.  前記合成樹脂材料が、熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  4.  前記熱可塑性樹脂の融点が290℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  5.  前記熱可塑性樹脂の融点が210℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  6.  前記合成樹脂材料が、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  7.  前記ポリアミドがナイロンであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  8.  前記合成樹脂材料が、ナイロン11、ナイロン12またはポリエチレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  9.  前記合成樹脂材料が、250℃以下のガラス転移点を有する非晶性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  10.  前記樹脂被覆超電導線は、前記マトリックス樹脂が前記超電導線の外周を覆う内側マトリックス樹脂層と前記内側マトリックス樹脂層の外側を覆う1つ以上の外側マトリックス樹脂層とから構成される2層以上のマトリックス樹脂層から構成される、多層被覆線であることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  11.  前記内側マトリックス樹脂層は、エポキシ基、オキサゾリル基、アミノ基及び無水マレイン酸残基からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類の官能基を含有するオレフィン系樹脂、又その共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  12.  前記内側マトリックス樹脂層は、カルボン酸の金属塩を含有するオレフィン系共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  13.  前記超電導線が単線であることを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  14.  前記超電導線が撚線であることを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  15.  前記樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面形状が、平角形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  16.  前記樹脂被覆超電導線の横断面形状が、円形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  17.  前記樹脂被覆超電導線の幅および厚さの寸法精度が±0.10mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  18.  前記樹脂被覆超電導線の幅および厚さの寸法精度が±0.05mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線。
  19.  請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線を用いた超電導コイル。
  20.  請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂被覆超電導線を用いたシールドコイル。
