Definitions
- the present invention relates to a self-supporting container.
- the present application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-123825 filed in Japan on July 2, 2019, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- Patent Document 1 an annular body-side end joint formed by bending inward is formed at both upper and lower ends of the body member, and the outer peripheral portions of the upper and lower closing members are joined to the upper and lower body-side end joints, respectively. Then, a pouch container in which the upper and lower ends of the body member are closed by the upper and lower closing members is described.
- flexible packaging containers mainly made of laminated film are lightweight and have excellent disposability, but the loading efficiency of containers filled with contents is poor, and the container strength such as drop strength and bag breaking strength is low.
- containers such as paper cartons and brick packs (registered trademarks), which are often seen today, have stable shapes, excellent loading efficiency, and are lightweight, but they are used for the strength of containers, especially for paper containers. Since the interlayer strength of the base material is inferior, it is a problem that it is vulnerable to impact such as dropping depending on the shape of the container. Further, the paper container is inferior in piercing resistance and the appearance design such as gloss is inferior to that of the film container.
- molded containers such as blow bottles and aluminum cans have high strength, but become bulky when discarded.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a self-supporting packaging container that can achieve both strength and disposability even with a wide mouth.
- the container according to one aspect of the present invention includes a container body having an opening at the upper end of the tubular member, an annular member joined to the upper end of the tubular member, and the opening.
- the container main body has a bottom surface member joined to the tubular member at the bottom surface portion of the tubular member, and the tubular member has a sealant layer. It is composed of a flexible laminate having three or more layers including the lid member, and the lid member is openably and closably connected to the annular member by either a hinge, a fitting, or a screw.
- the structure for connecting the lid member to the annular member may be a hinge.
- the container may be a jar container.
- the tubular member is made of a first laminated body having a total thickness of 100 to 500 ⁇ m, and the outer diameter of the tubular member may be 30 to 150 mm.
- the bottom surface member is composed of a second laminated body having a total thickness of 70 to 350 ⁇ m, and the second laminated body has at least one resin layer on each side of an aluminum foil having a thickness of 40 ⁇ m or more in the thickness direction. It may be a laminated body having more than one layer. The peripheral edge portion of the bottom surface member may be bent with respect to the bottom surface portion and joined to the lower end portion of the tubular member.
- the bottom surface member may be made of a resin or aluminum molded product.
- the lid member may be made of a resin or aluminum molded product.
- the annular member is joined between the flexible tubular member and the lid member and the container is opened and closed between the lid member and the annular member, the strength and disposal even if the mouth is wide. It is possible to achieve both sex.
- the container of the first embodiment is illustrated by a perspective view.
- the container of the first embodiment is illustrated by an exploded perspective view.
- the container of the second embodiment is illustrated by a perspective view.
- the container of the second embodiment is illustrated by an exploded perspective view.
- the container of the third embodiment is illustrated by a perspective view.
- the container of the third embodiment is illustrated by an exploded perspective view. It is sectional drawing which illustrates the joint part of the tubular member and the bottom surface member. It is sectional drawing which illustrates the joint part of the tubular member and the bottom surface member. It is sectional drawing which illustrates the joint part of the tubular member and the bottom surface member.
