在本实施方式中,所述后台监控服务40启动并且保持后台运行并且所述后台监控服务40不会被所述电视端30内的其他应用杀掉;当所述电视端30接入互联网时,所述电视端30与所述服务器20通过TCP/IP协议通信,此时所述电 视端30的设置应用接收来自所述服务器20发送的二维码或者数字编码,通过所述手机端10的APP扫描二维码或者输入数字编码与所述电视端30绑定,此时所述手机端10与所述服务器20通过TCP/IP协议通信,所述手机端10与所述电视端30绑定后,通过所述手机端10的APP向所述电视端30发送网络请求来控制所述电视端30,所述智能电视的监控系统能够实现所述手机端10远程控制所述电视端30,方便家长在外出时监控家里的智能电视,为儿童创造更好生长环境;所述电视端30开机后,所述后台监控服务40开始记录所述电视端30的开机总时间,当通过所述手机端10的APP向所述电视端30发送开机总时间查询网络请求时,开机总时间查询网络请求通过所述服务器20发送至所述后台监控服务40,所述后台监控服务40通过所述服务器20将开机总时间发送至所述手机端10,显示在所述手机端10的APP内。
进一步的,所述电视端30能够设置开机密码,当设置开机密码时,所述后台监控服务40向所述手机端10发送验证码,在所述电视端30输入验证码后开机密码激活生效。
在本实施方式中,所述手机端10与所述电视端30绑定后,需要给所述电视端30设置开机密码时,所述后台监控服务40向所述手机端10发送验证码,验证码显示在所述手机端10的APP内,在所述电视端30输入验证码后开机密码激活生效;取消开机密码时,所述后台监控服务40向所述手机端10发送验证码,验证码显示在所述手机端10的APP内,在所述电视端30输入验证码后开机密码取消。
进一步的,所述后台监控服务40能够记录在所述电视端30前台运行的应用的数据,数据包括应用名称和应用在前台运行的时间。
在本实施方式中,以Android智能电视为例,为了使所述后台监控服务40能够记录在所述电视端30前台运行的应用的数据,需要修改framework的代码,在ActivityManager中添加变量使所述后台监控服务40能够记录在所述电视端30前台运行的应用的数据,所述后台监控服务40能够将数据通过所述服务器20发送至所述手机端10。
进一步的,所述后台监控服务40能够记录所述电视端30通过ATV/DTV/AV/HDMI视频接口播放视频的时长和视频接口。
在本实施方式中,即使所述电视端30没有通过所述电视端30内的应用播放视频,所述后台监控服务40依旧能够记录所述电视端30通过ATV/DTV/AV/HDMI视频接口播放视频的时长和视频接口,所述后台监控服务40能够通过所述服务器20将这些数据发送至所述手机端10。
进一步的,所述电视端30能够截图,所述电视端30截图后将截图打包成bmp/jpeg/png格式的图片数据,通过所述后台监控服务40将图片数据发送至所述手机端10。
在本实施方式中,当通过所述手机端10的APP向所述电视端30发送截图网络请求时,所述电视端30截图后将截图打包成bmp/jpeg/png格式的图片数据,所述后台监控服务40通过所述服务器20将图片数据发送至所述手机端10的APP内。
进一步的,述电视端30能够录屏,所述电视端30将osd+video数据打包成TS流,所述电视端30与所述手机端10通过UDP协议通信,将TS流直接传输到所述手机端10。
在本实施方式中,当通过所述手机端10的APP向所述电视端30发送录屏网 络请求时,所述电视端30与所述手机端10通过UDP协议通信,所述电视端30将osd+video数据打包成TS流,所述后台监控服务40通过UDP协议通信直接将TS流发送至所述手机端10的APP内,所述后台监控服务40能够跟进所述手机端10和所述电视端30的网络情况调整TS流的分辨率,做到可以从480P/720P/1080P几种不同分辨率的切换。
进一步的,所述后台监控服务40能够根据所述服务器20的网络请求在所述电视端30前台绘制一个全屏的警告提示框,警告提示框内显示所述手机端10输入的内容。
在本实施方式中,当通过所述手机端10的APP向所述电视端30发送警告提示框网络请求时,用户能够在所述机端的APP内编辑好显示在警告提示框内的内容。
进一步的,所述后台监控服务40能够根据所述服务器20的网络请求限制所述电视端30内的某一个应用启动。
在本实施方式中,以Android智能电视为例,android软件中,修改framework的代码,在ActivityManager中添加对应用的启动限制;当所述后台监控服务40接收到所述服务器20发送的应用锁定网络请求时,所述后台监控服务40会更新ActivityMananger中维护的一个应用黑名单,在黑名单中的应用,电视上无法通过点击应用图标的方式启动应用。
进一步的,所述后台监控服务40能够根据所述服务器20的网络请求在所述电视端30前台绘制一个锁定框并向所述手机端10发射解锁密码,在正确输入解锁密码之前,所述后台监控服务40拦截除了所述电视端30的电源按键之外的全部按键动作。
在本实施方式中,在所述后台监控服务40根据所述服务器20的网络请求在所述电视端30前台绘制一个锁定框后,即使通过电源按键重新启动所述电视端30,所述后台监控服务40重启后依旧后恢复锁定框,直到用户在锁定框内输入正确的解锁密码。
进一步的,所述后台监控服务40能够根据所述服务器20的网络请求将所述电视端30直接关机或者设置一个关机定时器,当关机定时器计数到达预设值后,所述电视端30关机。
在本实施方式中,当通过所述手机端10的APP向所述电视端30发送直接关机网络请求时,所述后台监控服务40根据所述服务器20的网络请求将所述电视端30直接关机;以Android智能电视为例,当所述后台监控服务40收到来自所述服务器20的直接关机或定时关机网络请求后,所述后台监控服务40直接调用Powermanager的shutdown直接关机或者使用一个handler做关机定时器实现定时关机。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施方式,基于本实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出任何创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视的监控系统包括:手机端、服务器和电视端;所述手机端通过TCP/IP协议与所述服务器通信,所述电视端通过TCP/IP协议与所述服务器通信;所述手机端对所述电视端所有的操作都是通过所述服务器向所述电视端发送网络请求来完成,所述电视端设有后台监控服务,所述后台监控服务用于负责处理来自所述服务器的网络请求,当所述电视端开机启动时,所述后台监控服务启动并且保持后台运行,所述后台监控服务开始记录所述电视端的开机总时间;所述电视端提供一个二维码或者数字编码,所述手机端通过二维码或者数字编码与所述电视端绑定,只有所述手机端与所述电视端绑定之后才能通过所述手机端对所述电视端进行操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述电视端能够设置开机密码,当设置开机密码时,所述后台监控服务向所述手机端发送验证码,在所述电视端输入验证码后开机密码激活生效。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述后台监控服务能够记录在所述电视端前台运行的应用的数据,数据包括应用名称和应用在前台运行的时间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述后台监控服务能够记录所述电视端通过ATV/DTV/AV/HDMI视频接口播放视频的时长和视频接口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述电视端能够截图,所述电视端截图后将截图打包成bmp/jpeg/png格式的图片数据,通过所述后台监控服务将图片数据发送至所述手机端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,述电视端能 够录屏,所述电视端将osd+video数据打包成TS流,所述电视端与所述手机端通过UDP协议通信,将TS流直接传输到所述手机端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述后台监控服务能够根据所述服务器的网络请求在所述电视端前台绘制一个全屏的警告提示框,警告提示框内显示所述手机端输入的内容。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述后台监控服务能够根据所述服务器的网络请求限制所述电视端内的某一个应用启动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述后台监控服务能够根据所述服务器的网络请求在所述电视端前台绘制一个锁定框并向所述手机端发射解锁密码,在正确输入解锁密码之前,所述后台监控服务拦截除了所述电视端的电源按键之外的全部按键动作。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的监控系统,其特征在于,所述后台监控服务能够根据所述服务器的网络请求将所述电视端直接关机或者设置一个关机定时器,当关机定时器计数到达预设值后,所述电视端关机。
