与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:将封堵件通过配接座绕枢轴转动地连接在支撑座上,当需要向饮品供应装置上安装饮品容器时,使封堵件转动至初始配装位置,此时饮品容器以其容器口高于饮品液面的状态安装到封堵件上,之后再将封堵件绕所述轴线转动至完全配装位置,使饮品容器倒立以待使用者取用饮品,这样,不仅饮品可在重力作用下流出饮品容器,无需配置驱动泵,避免了驱动泵带来的噪音污染和高能耗问题,而且通过封堵件和容器口的配合,避免饮品容器内的饮品倾泻出来,用户体验佳。
本发明的目的还在于研发一种饮品供应装置,以及研发一种采用所述饮品供应装置的冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的之一,一实施方式提供了一种饮品供应装置,包括:
支架,其包括支撑座、配接座以及导向座,所述配接座和所述导向座均活动配接于所述支撑座;
被控地导通或闭合的出液机构,其包括出液管路以及对接于所述出液管路上游的注液嘴,所述注液嘴设于所述导向座;
封堵件,具有供所述注液嘴沿第一方向插接的通道,所述封堵件设于所述配接座上,并随所述配接座沿第二方向同步运动以从初始配装位置至完全配装位置;
当所述封堵件位于所述初始配装位置时,所述封堵件与饮品容器的容器口进行配接或脱开;

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:不仅提供了一种能够可靠地供应饮品的饮品供应装置,而且本申请的饮品供应装置,通过设置所述导向座活动配接支撑座,并将注液嘴连接所述导向座,以使得在封堵件由初始配装位置向完全配装位置运动时,通过所述导向座的带动,注液嘴以进一步深入到封堵件的通道内,从而增强注液嘴与封堵件的配接牢固性和紧密性,保证饮品供应装置输出饮品的可靠性。

以下将结合附图所示的具体实施例对本发明的实施方式进行详细描述。但这些实施例并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
参图1至图10,一实施例提供了一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括箱体、门体10、饮品需求装置以及饮品供应装置100。
其中,所述箱体围出储物间室,所述储物间室包括冷藏室、冷冻室、变温室等的任意一个或任意数目的组合。门体10活动组装于所述箱体的前部以用于开闭所述储物间室。饮品供应装置100设置于门体10的背部(也即后部),并连接所述饮品需求装置以可控地向所述饮品需求装置输送饮品。优选地,所述储物间室至少包括冷藏室,门体10配置为开闭所述冷藏室,相应的,也即饮品供应装置100可自门体10背部向后暴露于所述冷藏室内以使饮品被冷藏而非冻结。
所述饮品需求装置具体可包括制冰机、分配器的任意一种或两种,在本实施例中,所述饮品需求装置为分配器20,饮品供应装置100与分配器20相连接并可控地向分配器20输送饮品,所述饮品可设置为饮料、酒水、饮用水或其他液态饮品。在替代的实施例中,所述饮品需求装置还可以设置为制冰机,饮品供应装置100配置为可控地向所述制冰机输送饮用水;或者,所述饮品需求装置还可以设置为包括制冰机和分配器20,饮品供应装置100配置为可控地向所述制冰机和分配器20输送饮用水。
饮品供应装置100具体包括支架、出液机构、进气管70以及封堵件40。
所述支架用于支撑所述出液机构、进气管70和封堵件40的至少一种或任意组合,并用于可拆卸地固定连接于门体10。具体地,所述支架包括与门体10背部相适配的组装架31,组装架31的中部紧密贴靠门体10的背表面,组装架31的左右两端通过搭扣311悬挂支撑于门体10的门衬11上。
所述支架还包括支撑座32以及配接座33。支撑座32相对门体10保持静止不动;配接座33绕枢轴321相对转动地配接于支撑座32,枢轴321在本实施例中设置为沿左右方向水平延伸,可理解的,枢轴321的延伸方向不限于此。
具体在本实施例中,支撑座32包括两个支撑板320以及枢轴321。两个支撑板320在左右方向上相对设置且大致平行;枢轴321设置在两个支撑板320上并沿左右方向水平延伸 地凸伸出支撑板320。配接座33设置在两个支撑板320之间,其包括两个配接板330和孔331。两个配接板330在左右方向上相对设置且大致平行,且两个配接板330与两个支撑板320一一对应;孔331设置于配接板330上并适配于枢轴321,枢轴321插置于孔331内并可于孔331内转动,从而配接座33和支撑座32相对转动。当然,配接座33和支撑座32的连接方式不限于此,例如,替换实施例中,枢轴321和孔331的位置可互换,或者变化为在配接座33和支撑座32上均设置孔而将枢轴321设置配接座33和支撑座32之间。
封堵件40配置为用于配接饮品容器200的容器口,其中心处具有通道400;所述出液机构构造出供饮品由饮品容器200流向分配器20的液体流动路径,所述出液机构的引入端601配接在通道400处,所述出液机构的排出端602配接在分配器20处,并且所述出液机构配置为被控地导通或闭合。这样,当所述出液机构被控地导通时,也即引入端601与排出端602之间的液体流动路径被导通,使得饮品容器200内的饮品可通过所述出液机构输送至分配器20,以供使用者取用;当所述出液机构被控地闭合时,也即引入端601与排出端602之间的液体流动路径被切断,使得饮品容器200内的饮品无法通过所述出液机构输送至分配器20。
封堵件40设于配接座33上并且随同配接座33绕枢轴321同步转动。在封堵件40的转动路径上,封堵件40具有如图3中示意的初始配装位置以及如图4中示意的完全配装位置,其中:当封堵件40位于所述初始配装位置时,相对应的饮品供应装置100处于初始配装状态,此时饮品容器200能够以其容器口高于饮品液面的状态趋近封堵件40,以实现封堵件40与饮品容器200的容器口的组装配接,这样,使得饮品容器200尚未配接至封堵件40的情况下也不会出现饮品倾洒出来的现象;当封堵件40位于所述完全配装位置时,相对应的饮品供应装置100处于完全配装状态,此时饮品容器200竖直倒置或倾斜倒置于封堵件40上,也即容器口大致竖直向上或倾斜向上并且容器口低于饮品液面,这样,若使用者需取用饮品,所述出液机构可控地导通,饮品即可在重力作用下自行流出饮品容器200外,相较于现有技术饮品流出饮品容器200的过程无需利用驱动泵,避免了驱动泵带来的噪音污染和能耗,而且在所述初始配装位置至所述完全配装位置的过程中,容器口与封堵件40始终保持配接以避免饮品泄露出来。
进一步地,封堵件40包括固定端401和自由端402,固定端401与配接座33相连接,自由端402远离配接座33设置并可以与饮品容器200的容器口进行配接。
封堵件40配置为自固定端401沿第一方向V延伸至自由端402。当封堵件40位于所述初始配装位置时,第一方向V竖直向下或者如图示实施例的斜向下,也即固定端401至自 由端402竖直向下或者斜向下延伸,这样,饮品容器200的容器口能够以第一方向V的反方向(即竖直向上或者斜向上)向封堵件40组装配接,以避免组装配接过程中饮品从饮品容器200内倾洒出来;当封堵件40由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置转动时,自由端402翻转至固定端401的上方;相应的,当封堵件40位于所述完全配装位置时,第一方向V斜向上或者如图示实施例的竖直向上,也即固定端401至自由端402斜向上或者竖直向上延伸,这样,饮品容器200的容器口位于饮品容器200的最低点,从而使饮品能够在重力作用下通过容器口流出饮品容器200外。
本实施例中,封堵件40构造为塞子,该塞子的外表面大致呈圆柱形或者圆锥台形,并具有平行于第一方向V的中心轴。该塞子能够从自由端402开始塞入饮品容器200的容器口内,其外表面能够紧贴容器口的内表面以实现对容器口的封堵,而仅供饮品容器200内部通过通道400连通所述出液机构。当然,在替代实施例中,封堵件40还可以变化为筒并从自由端402开始套设在饮品容器200的容器口外。
优选地,通道400形成于所述塞子的中心轴处,其贯通自由端402和固定端401并且沿第一方向V延伸,也即固定端401和自由端402可以通过通道400相连通。
如前所述,封堵件40的固定端401与配接座33相连接。具体在本实施例中,固定端401处设置有卡槽41。配接座33包括端板333、配接孔334以及卡接筋335。端板333连接于两个配接板330之间,端板333和两个配接板330大致构成U形结构,当配接座33连接至支撑座32时,两个配接板330垂直于枢轴321而端板333平行于枢轴321。配接孔334贯通端板333,固定端401配接于配接孔334内,且卡接筋335凸伸至卡槽41内,以限制封堵件40相对配接座33沿第一方向V运动以及限制封堵件40相对配接座33沿第一方向V的反方向运动。当然,在替换实施例中,封堵件40还可以与配接座33以其它方式配接或者二者一体成型。
其中,当封堵件40的固定端401配接在配接座33上时,通道400沿以枢轴321为轴心的径向延伸,相对应的,第一方向V为沿径向方向远离或趋近枢轴321。在本实施例中,固定端401相对靠近枢轴321,自由端402相对远离枢轴321,第一方向V为沿径向远离枢轴321。当然,在变化实施例中,还可以固定端401相对远离枢轴321,自由端402相对靠近枢轴321,第一方向V为沿径向趋近枢轴321。
进一步地,所述出液机构包括出液管路61以及注液嘴62。
注液嘴62沿第一方向V插接在通道400中,其注入端构成所述出液机构的引入端601,也即饮品容器200内的饮品通过注液嘴62的注入端流入所述出液机构内。注液嘴62的排出 端配接连通出液管路61的注入端,也即出液管路61位于注液嘴62的下游。出液管路61包括与注液嘴62相配接的导管611以及配接在导管611下游的阀612,阀612组装固定在分配器20上,阀612的末端向前延伸直至暴露在分配器20前方且构成所述出液机构的排出端602,阀612可以使所述出液机构被控地导通或闭合。
优选地,当封堵件40位于所述完全配装位置时,出液管路61在竖直方向上始终位于注液嘴62的下方,这样可以使得饮品可以在重力作用下顺利流向分配器20。
所述支架还包括导向座,所述导向座相对活动地连接支撑座32,所述导向座与注液嘴62相连接以使得注射嘴62随同所述导向座相对支撑座32同步运动。具体在本实施例中,所述导向座绕枢轴321转动地连接支撑座32,且所述导向座还可在以枢轴321为轴心的径向上相对支撑座32以及封堵件40滑动(也即可趋近或远离枢轴321运动)。
在封堵件40由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置运动时,所述导向座带动注液嘴62绕枢轴321随所述封堵件40同步同向转动,同时,在所述导向座带动下,注射嘴62相对封堵件40沿第一方向V运动,也即注射嘴62相对封堵件40产生由固定端401向自由端402的运动位移,以增大注液嘴62向通道400的深入距离,这样可使得注射嘴62进一步更深入地配接在通道400处,增强所述出液机构和所述封堵件40的配接强度,保证饮品容器200通过所述出液机构输出饮品的可靠性。
当然,当封堵件40自所述完全配装位置向所述初始配装位置运动时,所述导向座带动注液嘴62绕枢轴321随所述封堵件40同步同向转动,同时,所述导向座可以带动注液嘴62相对封堵件40沿第一方向V的反方向运动,以使注液嘴62的至少部分从通道400内退出。
具体地,所述导向座包括两个导向板340、避让槽341以及被导向部342。两个导向板340在左右方向上相对设置且大致平行,两个导向板340和两个支撑板320一一对应;避让槽341设置于导向板340上并适配于枢轴321,枢轴321插置于避让槽341内并可于避让槽341内转动并滑动,从而所述导向座和支撑座32可相对转动和滑动;支撑板320设置有导向部322,在所述导向座相对支撑座32绕枢轴321转动时,导向部322和被导向部342相配合,以使得所述导向座相对支撑座32径向远离或趋近枢轴321运动。
在本实施例中,在封堵件40由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置转动时,所述导向座相对支撑座32绕枢轴321随所述封堵件40同步同向转动,导向部322和被导向部342相配合,以使得所述导向座相对支撑座32径向远离枢轴321运动;反之,在封堵件40由所述完全配装位置向所述初始配装位置转动时,所述导向座相对支撑座32绕枢轴321随所述 封堵件40同步同向转动,导向部322和被导向部342相配合,以使得所述导向座相对支撑座32径向趋近枢轴321运动。
在本实施例中,导向部322为围绕枢轴321设置的导向槽,被导向部342设置成与导向部322适配的圆柱体并沿左右方向插接配合在导向部322中。在所述导向座相对支撑座32绕枢轴321转动时,被导向部342可沿导向部322运动并由导向部322所抵持以趋近或远离枢轴321运动。
参图7和图8,导向部322包括距离枢轴321最近的极近位置322a以及距离枢轴321最远的极远位置322b。由极近位置322a至极远位置322b,导向部322与枢轴321间距逐渐增大;由极远位置322b至极远位置322b背离极近位置322a的一端,导向部322与枢轴321间距维持恒定。
参图7并结合图3,当封堵件40位于所述初始配装位置时,被导向部342位于极近位置322a处;参图8并结合图4,当封堵件40由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置转动时,被导向部342沿导向部322运动,被导向部342先由极近位置322a运动至极远位置322b,期间在导向部322的内槽壁(即导向槽的相对靠近枢轴321侧的一个槽壁)抵持下被导向部342远离枢轴321运动,被导向部342越过极远位置322b后与枢轴321保持恒距运动;反之,当封堵件40由所述完全配装位置向所述初始配装位置转动时,被导向部342沿导向部322运动,被导向部342先与枢轴321保持恒距运动至极远位置322b,之后由极远位置322b向极近位置322a运动的期间被导向部342在导向部322的外槽壁(即导向槽的相对远离枢轴321侧的一个槽壁)抵持下趋近枢轴321运动。
本实施例中,被导向部342连接于两个导向板340之间并呈左右方向延伸,且被导向部342的中部设有注液嘴62,注液嘴62设置为与被导向部342呈十字交叉状的管结构,注液嘴62与被导向部342可一体成型或分体成型。
进一步地,封堵件40构造为柔性塞,通道400的至少部分区域沿第一方向V内径渐缩,相对应的,注液嘴62包括沿第一方向V外径缩减的尖嘴621;当封堵件40位于所述初始配装位置时,尖嘴621插接在通道400内且外表面贴合通道400的内表面。这样,当封堵件40自所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置转动时,尖嘴621进一步沿第一方向V插入通道400内,尖嘴621的外表面进一步压紧通道400的内表面,从而增强密封性,防止漏液。
进一步地,封堵件40的自由端402具有至少两个弹性爪,所述弹性爪围绕于通道400四周并向通道400中心聚拢。当封堵件40位于所述完全配装位置时,注液嘴62的注入端(也即引入端601,或者说尖嘴621的尖端)穿过自由端402凸伸出来,并且驱使所述弹性爪径 向远离通道400中心向外撑开,这样可增大封堵件40的外径,增强封堵件40与饮品容器200的贴合紧密度以及配接牢固度,防止饮品容器200意外脱离开封堵件40或者漏液问题。
进一步地,所述支架还包括限位部323,限位部323与饮品容器200的容器口外部的法兰盘201相适配,当封堵件40由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置运动时,限位部323抵持法兰盘201以限制饮品容器200沿径向远离枢轴321,亦即限制饮品容器200沿第一方向V远离并脱离开封堵件40。
在本实施例中,限位部323为设于两个支撑板320彼此相对的侧表面上的凸筋,也即,限位部323的数目为两个且分别自其一支撑板320朝向另一支撑板320凸伸。优选地,限位部323构造为以枢轴321为圆心的圆弧形。并且在限位部323的一端处形成出装配口3230,该装配口3230与所述初始配装位置相对应。当封堵件40位于所述初始配装位置时,饮品容器200可通过装配口3230趋近或远离封堵件40运动。当饮品容器200与封堵件40安装到位后,饮品容器200可以随同封堵件40绕枢轴321转动,且饮品容器200的法兰盘201抵在限位部323的内侧而使得其自身远离枢轴321的运动被限制。在变化实施例中,限位部323还可设置为与法兰盘201相适配的凹槽。
进一步地,进气管70的第一端71配接在注液嘴62和被导向部342的相交处,该相交位置内部构成三通结构,进气管70内的气流通道与注液嘴62相连通。进气管70的第二端72暴露在空气中,也即进气管70内的气流通道与外界相连通,优选地,第二端72在竖直方向上始终位于饮品容器200上方。通过设置进气管70,在所述出液机构被控地导通时,饮品通过所述出液机构输送至分配器20,同时,外界空气可依次通过进气管70和注液嘴60进入饮品容器200内,以避免负压情况,保证饮品的顺利流出。
优选地,进气管70至少靠近第一端71的一部分设置为软管,类似的,导管611的至少部分也设置为软管,这样,饮品供应装置100在由所述初始配装状态和所述完全配装状态间变换时,进气管70和导管611可弯曲延伸以适应其位置变化。
进一步地,所述支架还包括卡接座35,当封堵件40位于所述完全配装位置时,卡接座35配接至配接座33、封堵件40和饮品容器200三者中的至少其一,以限制封堵件40脱开所述完全配装位置向所述初始配装位置运动,从而达到限制饮品容器200转动的目的,避免饮品容器200意外掉落。在本实施例中,卡接座35通过与饮品容器200配接来直接限制饮品容器200绕枢轴321转动,也即间接地限制了封堵件40绕枢轴321转动。当然,在变化实施例中,还可以设置卡接座35直接配接封堵件40或配接座33,均可以达到防止饮品容器200意外掉落的效果。
具体在本实施例中,卡接座35包括弹性臂351和弹性臂352。弹性臂351和弹性臂352沿左右方向相对设置,二者之间合抱出适配饮品容器200的容纳腔,当封堵件40位于所述完全配装位置时,饮品容器200位于所述容纳腔内并且被弹性臂351和弹性臂352从左右两侧夹持固定,以避免饮品容器200晃动或转动。
上文所列出的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种饮品供应装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支架,其包括支撑座以及配接座,所述配接座绕枢轴相对转动地配接于所述支撑座;
    被控地导通或闭合的出液机构;
    封堵件,其用于配接饮品容器的容器口,所述封堵件具有与所述出液机构相配接的通道,所述封堵件设于所述配接座上并随所述配接座绕所述枢轴同步转动,在所述封堵件的转动路径上,所述封堵件具有初始配装位置以及完全配装位置;
    当所述封堵件位于所述初始配装位置时,所述饮品容器以其容器口高于饮品液面的状态向所述封堵件上配接;当所述封堵件位于所述完全配装位置时,所述饮品容器竖直倒置或倾斜倒置于所述封堵件上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述封堵件包括与所述配接座相连接的固定端和与所述饮品容器的容器口相配接的自由端;所述封堵件设置为自所述固定端沿第一方向延伸至所述自由端的塞子或筒;当所述封堵件位于所述初始配装位置时,所述第一方向竖直向下或倾斜向下;当所述封堵件位于所述完全配装位置时,所述第一方向竖直向上或倾斜向上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述出液机构包括出液管路以及对接于所述出液管路上游的注液嘴,所述注液嘴沿第一方向插接于所述通道内;
    所述支架还包括导向座,所述导向座分别与所述注液嘴和所述支撑座相连接,当所述封堵件由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置运动时,所述导向座带动所述注液嘴相对所述封堵件沿所述第一方向运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座设置有导向部,所述导向部为围绕所述枢轴设置的导向槽;
    所述导向座包括被导向部,所述被导向部沿平行于所述枢轴的方向插置在所述导向槽内;
    当所述封堵件由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置运动时,所述导向座相对所述支撑座绕所述枢轴转动,且所述被导向部可沿所述导向槽运动,所述导向槽的槽壁抵持所述被导向部,以使所述导向座相对所述封堵件沿所述第一方向运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述第一方向为沿径向方向远离所述枢轴;
    所述支架还包括限位部,所述限位部适配于所述饮品容器的容器口外部的法兰盘,当所述封堵件由所述初始配装位置向所述完全配装位置运动时,所述限位部抵持所述法兰盘以限 制所述饮品容器沿径向远离所述枢轴。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括两个支撑板,两个所述支撑板在平行于所述枢轴的方向上相对设置;
    所述封堵件设置于两个所述支撑板之间;
    所述限位部为设于两个所述支撑板彼此相对的侧表面上的凸筋或凹槽,且其构造呈以所述枢轴为轴心的圆弧形。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,还包括进气管,所述进气管连通于所述注液嘴;
    当所述封堵件位于所述完全配装位置时,所述出液管路在竖直方向上始终位于所述注液嘴的下方,所述进气管的上端口暴露于空气中且在竖直方向上位于所述饮品容器的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述封堵件包括与所述配接座相连接的固定端和与所述饮品容器的容器口相配接的自由端;所述封堵件设置为自所述固定端沿第一方向延伸至所述自由端的塞子,所述通道贯通所述自由端和所述固定端;
    所述自由端具有至少两个弹性爪,所述弹性爪围绕于所述通道四周并向所述通道中心聚拢;
    当所述封堵件位于所述完全配装位置时,所述出液机构的引入端穿过所述自由端并驱使所述弹性爪径向远离所述通道向外撑开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品供应装置,其特征在于,所述支架还包括卡接座,当所述封堵件位于所述完全配装位置时,所述卡接座配接至所述配接座、所述封堵件和所述饮品容器的三者至少其一,以限制所述封堵件脱开所述完全配装位置向所述初始配装位置运动;
    所述卡接座包括两个弹性臂,两个所述弹性臂在平行于所述枢轴的方向上相对设置,且两个所述弹性臂之间合抱出适配所述饮品容器的容纳腔。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的饮品供应装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于,包括箱体、活动组装于所述箱体前部的门体以及饮品需求装置;所述饮品供应装置通过所述支撑座设置于所述门体的背部,并连接所述饮品需求装置以可控地向所述饮品需求装置输送饮品。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述饮品需求装置包括制冰机、分配器的任意一种或两种。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述饮品需求装置包括分配器,所述出液机构包括出液管路以及对接于所述出液管路上游的注液嘴,所述出液管路包括与所述注 液嘴相配接的导管以及配接在所述导管下游的阀,所述阀组装于所述分配器。
