拨动件200,包括拨动支架201、弹性支架202和拨手203,所述拨手203套设于所述拨动支架201上,且沿着其套设的方向运动,所述拨动支架201的轴穿过所述外壳100,在另一侧与所述弹性支架202相连接。也就是说,拨手203套设于拨动支架201上,但是其能沿着拨动支架201左右运动。
其中,所述拨动支架201内侧设有拨杆201a和摩擦片201b,拨杆201a的横截面呈L型,其中间弯曲处与所述拨动支架201固定,所述拨杆201a与所述拨动支架201通过第一销栓301铰接,所述拨杆201a受力后,能够以所述第一销栓301为中心,做相对旋转,推动所述摩擦片201b运动。
需要说明的,所述拨杆201a与所述拨手203之间通过第二销栓302铰接,且所述拨杆201a的连接端的孔为长椭形孔,所述拨手203穿过所述长椭形孔和所述拨动支架201相配合。因此,拨手203在拨动支架201上移动时,设有长 椭形孔的拨杆201a能够绕着第二销栓302处,做上下、左右(这里说的左右是指与拨动支架201相垂直的方向)移动。
应当注意的是,在本实施例中,摩擦片201b与所述拨杆201a之间没有任何连接关系。
较佳的,所述拨杆201a的一端设有配合凸块201a-1,所述摩擦片201b的一端设有嵌合凸块201b-1,所述配合凸块201a-1的所在面与所述嵌合凸块201b-1的所在面相对,两者相互配合。
优选的,所述配合凸块201a-1和所述嵌合凸块201b-1均为平滑的曲面。例如,配合凸块201a-1和所述嵌合凸块201b-1的横截面为半圆形。
较佳的,所述配合凸块201a-1和所述嵌合凸块201b-1的数量相同。
本发明内窥镜的自锁装置的工作原理为:若初始状态下,拨手203置于拨动支架201的左侧。手动拨动拨手203,使得其自拨动支架201的左侧向拨动支架201的右侧移动,并移动到拨动支架201的右侧。在拨手203自拨动支架201的左侧向拨动支架201的右侧移动的过程中,拨杆201a的长椭形孔的一端与第二销栓302相对运动后,使得拨杆201a在第一销栓301的位置处旋转。若初始位置如图所述,配合凸块201a-1置于所述嵌合凸块201b-1的下方,当拨杆201a在第一销栓301的位置处旋转后,配合凸块201a-1置于所述嵌合凸块201b-1的上方。
需要说明的是,所述摩擦片201b一端通过长轴303与所述弹性支架202的另一端相固定。在整个运动过程中,初始状态下,弹性支架202与外壳100相接触,那么通过拨动件200拨动插线尾端的活动的阻力变得很大,使得插线尾端在没有外力的作用下实现自锁的状态,拨动件200很难拨动。当配合凸块201a-1从所述嵌合凸块201b-1的下方运动到嵌合凸块201b-1的上方后,摩擦片201b推动长轴303,使得弹性支架202不与外壳100相接触,那么通过拨动件200拨动插线尾端的活动的阻力变得很小,使得插线尾端可以通过拨动件200随意活动,拨动一下动一下。
参照图1~图7,在本发明内窥镜的自锁装置的另一个实施例中,该实施例中的摩擦片201b包括第一齿轮201b-2、第二齿轮201b-3、橡胶片201b-4、螺母201b-5、螺栓201b-6,拨动支架201、第二齿轮201b-3和橡胶片201b-4通过螺栓201b-6穿过,并在另一端通过螺母201b-5固定。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一齿轮201b-2、第二齿轮201b-3之间设有弹簧,保证在不受外力的条件下,第一齿轮201b-2、第二齿轮201b-3之间可以复位。
需要说明的是,嵌合凸块201b-1设于所述第一齿轮201b-2上。
本实施例中的工作原理为:若初始状态下,拨手203置于拨动支架201的左侧。手动拨动拨手203运动时,使得其自拨动支架201的左侧向拨动支架201的右侧移动,并移动到拨动支架201的右侧。在拨手203自拨动支架201的左侧向拨动支架201的右侧移动的过程中,拨杆201a的长椭形孔的一端与第二销栓302相对运动后,使得拨杆201a在第一销栓301的位置处旋转。若初始位置如图所述,配合凸块201a-1置于所述嵌合凸块201b-1的下方,当拨杆201a在第一销栓301的位置处旋转后,配合凸块201a-1置于所述嵌合凸块201b-1的上方。此时,第一齿轮201b-2和第二齿轮201b-3相啮合,通过调节螺母201b-5和外壳100之间的间隙,调节松紧。
在整个运动过程中,初始状态下,第一齿轮201b-2和第二齿轮201b-3相啮合,调节螺母201b-5与外壳100相接触的很紧密,那么通过拨动件200拨动插线尾端的活动的阻力变得很大,使得插线尾端在没有外力的作用下实现自锁的状态,拨动件200很难拨动。调节螺母201b-5与外壳100相接触的很松弛的时候,那么通过拨动件200拨动插线尾端的活动的阻力变得较小,拨动件200较好拨动。
重要的是,应注意,在多个不同示例性实施方案中示出的本申请的构造和布置仅是例示性的。尽管在此公开内容中仅详细描述了几个实施方案,但参阅此公开内容的人员应容易理解,在实质上不偏离该申请中所描述的主题的新颖教导和优点的前提下,许多改型是可能的(例如,各种元件的尺寸、尺度、结构、形状和比例、以及参数值、安装布置、材料的使用、颜色、定向的变化等)。例如,示出为整体成形的元件可以由多个部分或元件构成,元件的位置可被倒置或以其它方式改变,并且分立元件的性质或数目或位置可被更改或改变。因此,所有这样的改型旨在被包含在本发明的范围内。可以根据替代的实施方案改变或重新排序任何过程或方法步骤的次序或顺序。在不背离本发明的范围的前提下,可以在示例性实施方案的设计、运行状况和布置中做出其他替换、改型、改变和省略。因此,本发明不限制于特定的实施方案,而是扩展至仍落在 所附的权利要求书的范围内的多种改型。
此外,为了提供示例性实施方案的简练描述,可以不描述实际实施方案的所有特征(即,与当前考虑的执行本发明的最佳模式不相关的那些特征,或于实现本发明不相关的那些特征)。
应理解的是,在任何实际实施方式的开发过程中,如在任何工程或设计项目中,可做出大量的具体实施方式决定。这样的开发努力可能是复杂的且耗时的,但对于那些得益于此公开内容的普通技术人员来说,不需要过多实验,所述开发努力将是一个设计、制造和生产的常规工作。
应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种内窥镜的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述内窥镜包括,
    外壳(100),设于所述内窥镜的外侧,其内部中空;
    拨动件(200),包括拨动支架(201)、弹性支架(202)和拨手(203),所述拨手(203)套设于所述拨动支架(201)上,且沿着其套设的方向运动,所述拨动支架(201)的轴穿过所述外壳(100),在另一侧与所述弹性支架(202)相连接;
    其中,所述拨动支架(201)内侧设有拨杆(201a)和摩擦片(201b),所述拨杆(201a)一端与所述拨手(203)相铰接,另一端与所述摩擦片(201b)不予连接;
    其中,所述拨杆(201a)的横截面呈L型,其中间弯曲处与所述拨动支架(201)固定,所述拨杆(201a)与所述拨动支架(201)通过第一销栓(301)铰接,所述拨杆(201a)受力后,能够以所述第一销栓(301)为中心,做相对旋转,推动所述摩擦片(201b)运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述拨杆(201a)的一端设有配合凸块(201a-1),所述摩擦片(201b)的一端设有嵌合凸块(201b-1),所述配合凸块(201a-1)的所在面与所述嵌合凸块(201b-1)的所在面相对,两者相互配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的内窥镜的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述配合凸块(201a-1)和所述嵌合凸块(201b-1)均为平滑的曲面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述拨杆(201a)与所述拨手(203)之间通过第二销栓(302)铰接,且所述拨杆(201a)的连接端的孔为长椭形孔,所述第二销栓(302)穿过所述长椭形孔和所述拨动支架(201)相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的内窥镜的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述摩擦片(201b)一端通过长轴(303)与所述弹性支架(202)的另一端相固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的内窥镜的自锁装置,其特征在于:所述配合凸块(201a-1)和所述嵌合凸块(201b-1)的数量相同。
