- it may be circular as shown in FIG. 1B, polygonal as the grooves shown in FIGS. 7B and 8B described later, and may be elliptical, although not shown.
- the cross-sectional shape is circular, the force required for deformation does not depend on the bending direction, so that the sheath heater 110 can be easily bent in any direction. Therefore, the sheath heater 110 can be easily arranged in the groove formed in the first support plate 102 or the second support plate 104 that is vertically longitudinally rearward.
- a sheath heater for example, in a pair of heater wires taken out from the open end of a metal sheath, one heater wire and the other heater wire are separated from each other, and an insulating tube is maintained so as to maintain the distance. - the first support plate 102 has a flat lower surface, and no groove is provided on the lower surface. Therefore, the depth of the first groove 120 is the same as or substantially the same as the outer diameter of the sheath heater 110. Specifically, the depth of the first groove 120 is greater than 100% of the outer diameter of the sheath heater 110 and 150% or less, greater than 100% and 120% or less, or greater than 100% and 110% or less. Just do it.
- the first groove 120 is formed so as to exist in the upper surface 104-3 at a uniform density.
