Claims (5)
- 一种自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,包括送料机构(1)、上料机构(2)和数控机床(3);所述送料机构(1)设置于滑枕组件(3-2)前方,所述送料机构(1)带动原料(5)沿数控机床(3)的X轴和/或Y轴运动;所述上料机构(2)固定于所述滑枕组件(3-2)上;所述上料机构(2)沿数控机床(3)的Z轴运动,将所述原料(5)带动至所述数控机床的摇篮组件(3-5)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,所述上料机构(2)包括电机(2-1)、安装板(2-2)、活塞缸(2-3)、活塞杆(2-6)和夹持装置(2-8);所述活塞缸(2-3)固定于所述安装板(2-2),所述安装板(2-2)设置于所述滑枕组件(3-2)上,所述电机(2-1)输出端朝下并与所述活塞缸(2-3)输入端相连;所述活塞杆(2-6)另一端与所述夹持装置(2-8)固定连接,所述夹持装置(2-8)顶部与过渡板(2-7)底部连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,还包括:直线轴承(2-4)、固定板(2-5)和过渡板(2-7);所述固定板(2-5)固定于所述安装板(2-2)上,所述直线轴承(2-4)设置于所述固定板(2-5)两侧的圆形轨道内,所述直线轴承(2-4)的底端与所述过渡板(2-7)的顶部连接,所述活塞杆(2-6)在所述固定板(2-5)两侧的圆形轨道间的通孔内运动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,所述送料机构(1)包括底座(1-1)、连接板(1-2)、第一托盘组(1-3)、驱动装置和联动机构;所述底座(1-1)设置有连接板(1-2),所述连接板(1-2)上滑动设置有第一托盘组(1-3);所述驱动装置为气缸(1-14),气缸(1-14)设置于所述底座(1-1)底部,所述联动机构为导轨(1-7)和滑块(1-6),所述滑块(1-6)设置在所述连接板(1-2)底部,所述导轨(1-7)设置在所述底座(1-1)上;所述滑块(1-6)在所述导轨(1-7)上运动;所述气缸(1-14)驱动所述联动机构,带动上方的连接板(1-2)及第一托盘组(1-3)沿数控机床(3)的X轴运动,所述第一托盘组(1-3)设置于所述连接板(1-2)上,所述第一托盘组(1-3)下方设置微型气缸,所述微 型气缸驱动所述第一托盘组(1-3)以沿数控机床(3)的Y轴滑动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,还包括:第二托盘组(1-4);所述第二托盘组(1-4)设置于所述连接板(1-2)上,所述第二托盘组(1-4)下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第二托盘组(1-4)以沿数控机床(3)的Y轴滑动。
